Bad customer service, poor and insufficient breakfast. I reserved a double room but I was given a tween room. I've politely asked to change the configuration or at least have the bedsheets and blankets for a double bed to use over the two single beds. I was ensured that the room would have been looked after for the second day. On my return to the room at night the room had not been serviced. Wet towels were where we left them inside the bathtub and the beds were undone as we left them. I complained at reception but they could only give me fresh towels an another promise to fix the room the morning after but they didn't. Luckly that was my last night there. Breakfast is insuficient for the people in the hotel and poor in quality. Breakfast is served from until 10am (which is a bit early). We went for breakfast at 9.45 and there was no food left. When we asked for breakfast the waitress complained that we were late and she wasn't sure she could find anything for us. We complained and pointed out that it was 15m before the close but we only got mumbles and two slices of ham and a scrambled egg.

Staff and customers here were lovely and friendly. Rooms cleaned daily. And pool and bar quiet. Good breakfast and lunch meals.

Visited this hotel 3 times already and returning again this year, lovely quaint and quiet place with friendly staff who will are most helpful. Family run hotel, Victor and Rosa are lovely and Paul and Ricardo are great company as are the rest of the staff. Can't wait to get back.

Good budget hotel, a bit tired, irritating niggles like the towel holder falling off every time, no tea or coffee in rooms, there was however a bottle of water provided. The sheets weren't changed at all during our two week stay which I would have expected to be done weekly. Breakfast was the same every day and some variety would have been nice, but, we took our own fruit to add to the meal and that worked. Fresh oranges every day for squeezing, lovely.

A small family run hotel in the little village of Olhos d Agua about 4 miles from the centre of Albufeira. Near to supermarket and a few local restaurants that offer great value food.The hotel is run by a very nice helpful family.It's a no frills property so don't expect luxury.No clubs or late bars in this whole area so not geared for the younger set and the hotel does not accept children.Suits a more mature clientele who want peace and quiet in a small local village. Would return.

El desayuno genial, cama bastante cómoda y muy limpia la habitación. No hay ascensor para ir a las habitaciones, la poca iluminación de la habitación y que la wifi no llega a la habitación.

We are currently staying here right now. All staff are nice and accommodating. The room is fine and comfy for a reasonable price. Breakfast is basic but still good. Made my stay more pleasant because there is a black cat outside always near the pool. Not so far to the beach and there is a supermarket nearby. Recommended!

LOVE this hotel. Small, friendly and run by a Portuguese family. Buffet breakfast, some hot food. Cereals,yoghurt, rolls,ham,cheese,tomatoes. Spotlessly clean rooms. Nothing fancy just honest, clean, basic accommodation. The hotel is tucked back from the main road and is very quiet but it is easy to get to bars and restaurants. The walk to the beach is around 15-20 minutes, mostly a flat walk. Best part is that it is for adults only. After couple of days you are friends with other guests.

Nous sommes tombes par hasard sur ce charmant petit hôtel et nous sommes enchantés. Cet hôtel est calme la chambre récemment rénovée est spacieuse avec une petite terrasse piscine et transats le tout au calme et à 5 MN en voiture de la plage parkin g gratuit petit déjeuner copieux. Very pleasant family run small hotel in a quiet residential location. It is about a 15 minute walk to the beach at Olhos da Agua. Rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and a mini fridge. The cleaner does a very good job and rooms are cleaned every day except Sunday and Bank holidays. Breakfast is adequate and includes fruit juice (you can also squeeze your own orange juice). Fruit, yoghurt, museli, corn flakes, cheese, ham, sliced tomato, bacon, sausage scrambled eggs are all available. The fresh bread is very good.
