Tolle Zimmer (42 m2) gutes Buffet Restaurant mit abwechselnder Küche (Thema wiederholt sich nach einer Woche) Lage ist super. Mit dem Wagen ca 10 min von Albufeira entfernt. Tolle Strände wie sao de Rafael oder marinha sind schnell zu erreichen. Wir sind absolut zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub und den Service der hier geboten wird.

This was our 3rd visit to the vidamar villas. The place is beautiful we really enjoy coming here. We arrived with our two kids and my parents for 9 days. On arrival we checked in at 12pm. Our villa wasn’t ready until 4pm which was ok as we had some lunch at the restaurant and then we took the kids to the pool at the hotel. The problems started when we asked for a towel to dry the kids who where shivering from the pool when they came out from swimming. My wife asked reception for a towel as at the pool we were refused a towel because we hadn’t been given our room keys yet. She called reception and asked for them to call the towel stand to explain that we were waiting for our villa to be ready and could they give us a couple of towels. She was told if she wanted a towel come and get one from reception. My wife explained that she can’t leave the kids at the pool and could they call the towel stand and explain so we could have a towel please. The rude man at reception said to my wife I’ve told you what you need to do come to reception I’m hanging up the phone now. And then he hung up. My wife then called me and asked me to get the towels. So I had to leave my mother who is disabled to go to reception to ask for a card to then go back to the towel stand next to my wife to get a towel. Come on Vidamar if a two year old child is crying because he’s cold let me have a towel. And the man who you employ at reception is really rude and not a good person to have at reception.

Unas instalaciones muy bonitas y cuidadas. Destaco la atención del personal del hotel. Siempre tienen una sonrisa para ti y te ayudan en todo lo que puedan. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y bastante cómodas. Las vistas desde las habitaciones son de ensueño. El servicio de media pensión que disfrutamos es muy bueno. Gran variedad de comida. Dispone de parking privado y vigilado para los clientes.

This was my second visit to Vidamar. The Villa is spacious. It has its own private pool. It gets cleaned every morning by a member of staff. The Food was excellent too. I may even consider returning there again.

Awesome stay here, we had self catering and kitchen good. Was at Christmas and the main reception was really nicely decorated. Too cold to use our own pool, but communal one was alright

Simply wonderful. I don't know where the people stayed who gave negative reviews. Rooms superb, view from spacious balcony superb. Food excellent and plentiful freshly cooked. Pool was cold but very clean. Hire electric bikes from rental place nearby and explore the nature reserve. Take advantage of the free bus to Albuferia or get on the Red explorer bus. Brilliant holiday

Toujours satisfait par ces logements et la localisation

Pretencioso, pero aceptable. Toallas y albornoces muy viejos. La cama es cómoda. Se escuchaba hablar por teléfono a los de la habitación de al lado. Era temporada baja y ya se notaba aglomeración, no quiero imaginar el restaurante en temporada alta. Antes del desayuno no teníamos agua caliente, decidimos esperar y probar después de desayunar, recién entonces pudimos ducharnos.

Dette er, hands down, det feteste, største mest barnevennlige hotellet jeg har vært på. Valgte Villa, angrer ikke. Sikkert 200 kvm, eget pool, rett og slett sykt bra!

We didn't actually stay in the main building where reception is. We stayed in their Villas across the street. We had a 4 bedroom (each with its own ensuite) villa shared by 4 couples. Best and most affordable experience I've ever had. Only reason I didn't do 5 stars is due to a few tiny ants we would see in the laundry room. Other than that we were 10 mins walk to the supermarket and 5 minutes to the beach. This place will not dissapoint.

Resort com excelente condições. As moradias têm muito boas condições, amplas, minimalistas como eu gosto, mas com um toque de requinte e bom gosto. Esta equipada com tudo o que necessitas, inclusivé uma pequena piscina. Se não quiseres fazer nada na moradia podes sempre utilizar o apoio do hotel, desde os pequenos almoços até a utilização da piscina, vale mesma a pena a experiência.#LetsGuide

Pessimo servido um luxo sem qualidade estive num v3 com piscina limpeza pessima no dia da chegada garrafas na relva obrigaram a pagar por um bebe de 1 ano 500 euros ja tive varias vezes na herdade dos salgados numca foi tao mao servido vou pir uma cruz no vida mar para sempre nao se admite uma vivenda com 3 quartos 4 adultos e com com 4 crianças de 1 ano de idade aos 6 anos e uma pouca vergonha e querem que o turismo portugues volte numca mais sao vigaristas

Nao é um 5 estrelas. Quando chegamos a ducha estava suja. Actualmente estamos no hotel são as 1:34 de madrugada e ainda não é possível dormir. Quarto 361 entra muitíssimo ruído. Fui reclamar na recepção as 00:35 e comentam que o ruído é uma festa de um casamento e que iam pedir para baixar um pouco o volumen, já passaram-se uma hora e nada. Não entendo porque publican tantos comentários positivos de este hotel, chego até a suspeitar que sejam comprados. No es un hotel de 5 estrellas. Hemos llegado y la ducha estaba sucia, pero sucia, con muchísimo cabellos en la pared nunca he visto nada igual en mi vida, y mira que ya he viajado. Hacen eventos externos y se escucha en la habitación, imposible dormir. (Hoy mismo tienen una boda, así que imagínese ustedes). La cena del restaurante océan deja muchísimo que desear. Hoy ha sido nuestra primera tarde/ noche de instancia. No recomiendo a nadie. Como son las 1:40 de la madrugada y todavía no he podido dormir debido al ruido proporcionado por la boda que hay fuera, solicite un cambio de habitación para mañana a la primera hora ya que tenho un niño de 4 años y él si está dormido. Ya os contaré mañana el desenlace de esta desagradable vacaciones en este hotel que no es 5 estrellas.

The resort location is amazing. Nice Christmas decoration. Lovely staff. I went there for lunch with 2 of my friends and My friend ended up having a completely cold meal as it was suppose to be hot according to the menu. When we asked to change they took really long time to bring the food.

Very good off peak. Crowded in summer. Vegetarian food labelling could be better, particularly the desserts most of which are non vegetarian

Not worth the money they ask for as a "5-star" hotel. The service is medium and there are a lot of extras you have to pay for once you are there. The shuttle service to Albufeira only goes once a day, a lot of parts of the hotel are already closed in October and the customer service, well, does not exist. The room was nice and the breakfast buffet too, but I would recommend to either book a true 5-star hotel or juist find a nice hotel somewhere near a small town in the Algarve.

We had the 2 bedroom villa. Was amazed at the size of the place. It was more than big enough to house 6 people albeit only 2 bedrooms, there was a sofa style bed. It was all open plan living dinning with a kitchen off the back. Plenty of items for cooking your own meals and oven and microwave. There was also a dishwasher and washing machine. Had a nice deck up to a saltwater pool, not heated so was a tad cold at first but fine after playing about or a few back on fourths. The master bedroom was lovely with wardrobe and safe. It was welcomed with a balcony and ensuit which had a jet nozzle bath. The second room had 2 single beds which can be pushed together and a ensuit shower room. Enjoyed our stay and will return again.

이곳은 제가 다녀본 숙소중에 당연 으뜸입니다. 미리 예약하고 가세요 백만원이 아깝지 않은 숙소입니다. 물론 육개월 전 예약이라 싸게 했네요 풀빌라가 최고입니다 ㅎㅎ 주변에 마트도 있어서 바비큐 파티도 했네요

1. On arrival our villa was not ready. Ok so we were early and couldn’t check in until 4 but FINALLY at 5.45pm it was ready. Whilst hotel staff were friendly it was an absolute nightmare hanging around as we had been traveling since 5am. The manager advised he would leave a complimentary gift in the vill. Nothing there and we decided against dealing with him to chase the gift. Whilst staying there we could see why our check in was so late. On the days the housekeepers did attend it was after 4.30pm. They never brought towels and on requesting these were told we couldn’t have anymore. Therefore I suggest if 6 people staying in a villa pay for an extra bag and bring plenty of towels with you. After arriving home we realised my grandsons suit had been left in the wardrobe. As we attended a family wedding held in the hotel, we rang them to ask if they had found the suit when getting the villa ready for the next lot of guests, so that we could get remaining members who were staying at another resort to collect it but were told it was not there so clearly are the staff incompetent but also thieves. This is supposed to be 5 star. I would rate it 2 star for the villas. Also their food is rubbish. The wedding food was tasteless, dried out and terrible presentation. We also ate in the buffet restaurant one night. No need to save space for dessert as the main meal was inedible but the soup and desserts were nice.

What was great about this hotel is food, clean and spacious rooms with adorable sea view and friendly staff. Other things were not that satisfactory as for a 5 star hotel: - there were too many families with little kids. It would be nice, if the hotel mentions it in description. There are 3 swimming pools at the property: 2 for kids and one for adults, but almost all families with kids were spending time at the adult one which made lots of noice and discomfort. - there are few bars at the property (lobby bar and bar next to the swimming pool) and the prices are just too high considering the fact that you are already paying for your stay a good money. At least "Happy hours" would be nice. - no activities for adults, but a lot for kids. - we got a bottle of water in our room few times a week... If you provide rooms with a bottle of water - do it each day or don't do it at all, otherwise it's weird. As for a 5 star hotel, I would expect it each day. In general, good for families with kids, but it doesn't cost that money.

My dad played here twice he really enjoyed it... I met him for a drink later... Was a lovely few... Nice bar man... Shame about the wind that day but was a lovely friendly setting and my dad loved his games and the staff x

Excellent facilities in the hotel and apartments. Great value for money. Excellent for families. We stayed in a 3 bed villa, each bedroom had it's own ensuite bathroom and wall mounted flat screen tv. The master bedroom had a balcony. Downstairs WC, full facility large kitchen, fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, lots of cupboard space, washing machine, large dining area and reception room, underground parking with own entrance, swimming pool with sun loungers plus a terrace with a dining table and chairs. For breakfast we had access to the main hotel breakfast room with a fantastic selection of foods and drinks spread out well to make it easy enough to find/pick up what you need without a queue and well located easy access hot drinks tables near the main dining area. The dining room is located next to the pools, sun deal, therefore lots of natural light in the dining room, made it a pleasant place to start off the day. There were a few restaurants to chose from. The staff were polite and accommodating. No shortage of places to relax around the few pools, one of which was excellent for young children, the other better suited for adults and there was a very shallow paddling pool too. There was a garden to walk around or relax in. Or take a short walk to the beach front with the private white sandy beach, and enough places to order food and drinks from too. All in all a lovely trip.

Disappointed with the villa because before booking you are under the assumption that villa’s are private! Well far from it. We are in A105 and we look straight out to the main hotel and the balconies so people can see straight in! Very disappointed as booked and paid over £1100 for one week and its not at all private in that sense. The doors to the pool are so stiff to open that i rang reception to ask if someone could please take a look as trying to open the very stiff doors is a nightmare. However no one has been to look or rectify this ( surely this is a hazard in case of needing to get out quick in a hazard ?) you can not open them as way to stiff ) :-( also on the first day being here i said the villa just did not feel safe and how true because after being out all day yesterday we came home and went straight to our room and within ten minutes heard some loud sounds like someone was in our villa! This really worried us so we went to look and actually realised that the door to our villa from the underground car park was wide open with a piece of wood wedged under it plus the door to our villa was also wide open with a piece of wood wedged under it so our villa was unsecured and welcome for anyone to walk in and take our credit cards, passports and everything else if they had wanted!!!! Absolutely stunned that this happened and why and how ? Because we have only ever used the front entrance door to villa as parked our car out on the road. Very disappointed and annoyed at how this happened because we could have had everything stolen!!!! Also can’t use safety deposit box as keeps saying error! I called reception straight away last night and told them what we had discovered and how bad this is to of happened and that i wanted to speak with a manager immediately. However its now 15.19 pm and nobody has been in contact. Very disappointed overall with this villa. Not even a drying up towel provided for after washing up. Just some basic things that we don’t have and costs nothing to supply. The villa has crumbling off paint work and we are very disappointed that we paid all this money for not what we were expecting. And nothing back from the management about our concerns is unacceptable. We don’t even have a view bar the hotel and the balconies :-( and the villas the other side. The internet makes you think a-lot different when your booking. Not happy. :-( money wasted on this occasion. Oh and also you have to be clothed wherever you walk inside the villa because only some windows have blinds but others don’t so you can be seen from the hotel balconies and the neighbouring villa. Not what we want to have to think about in our so called “ private villa “

In the first 24 hours here I’m very disappointed. We booked this family vacation 5 months ago and have been so excited. Yet a week before arriving we were told there was a renovation meaning half the restaurants are closed, as well as the gym, spa and heated pool. We were told rooms had all been renovated already. Yet Upon arrival our villa has not been renovated recently. It has several instances of water damage and ants inside. And The cleaning crew put our children’s swimsuits in the bidet today! When we asked about the complimentary gym due to their construction we were told we had to pay extra. I paid a lot of money for this week holiday and am really disappointed that when half the amenities are closed and our place hasn’t been clean, the manager couldn’t even comp the gym fee. I thought it was supposed to be 5 star service?

Excelente resort, super calmo a 50 metros da praia. Ótima comida e quartos super limpos e modernos

Ao chegar no hotel para a retirada das chaves as 16:10, fui informado que a casa não estava pronta. Chegando na casa notei que ela estava em manutenção, tinha várias rachaduras e bolor nas paredes. Após uma longa viagem desarrumei as malas e fui tomar um banho, mas não saia água quente das torneiras e nem dos chuveiros, entrei em contato com a recepção para informar o problema, fui informado que iriam encaminhar uma pessoa da manutenção para analisar o problema,após quinze minutos um senhor informou que um aparelho estava desligado e que a água iria demorar um hora para aquecer. Após um longo tempo de espera a água continuava fria, entrei em contato novamente com a recepção para informa-la, fui orientado a aguardar mais um pouco que iria se normalizar... Isso já era por volta das 19:30, tive que ser mais "Grosso" para informar minha insatisfação e transtornos diante de um serviço prestado pelo hotel. Após uma discussão pelo telefone fui orientado a troca de residência,tive que arrumar minha malas novamente e trocar de casa.

Gigante empreendimento! Seguro, com local de estacionamento. Muito perto da praia. Apesar das casas terem muitas coisas (até piscina individual as vivendas tem), peca por alguns detalhes que estavam menos mal. Alguma sujidade na enorme casa.. algumas lâmpadas fundidas que tivemos que pedir para virem tratar (um dos quartos nem tinha luz).

Brilliant hotel, cannot find any fault. All staff very helpful and friendly and cannot do enough to make your staff all what is should be. Only fault is food could have been hotter at the buffet, but still enjoyable.

Nobelvilla, sehr gute Ausstattung.

Gostei muito, tinha muitas actividades, uma piscina gigante, bar na piscina, todas as refeições bufete e tinha um portão que ia dar directamente à praia.
