CHeck-in was through the hotel the apartments were attached too which went smoothly. I requested in advance an apartment high up to reduce the noise levels which they did provide. The apartment was huge, a double room, a twin room, a balcony with a dining table (facing west) and a spacious kichinette with dishwasher, fridgefreezer, cooker and oven. Small rooftop pool which was great, would stay here again for the facilities. Olhao itself is just a small town, with a marina and seafront (no beach).

Die Unterkunft in der Anlage Real Marina Residence ist immer sehr angenehm, da die Appartments gut eingerichtet sind. Jedoch ist die Lautstärke der mittlerweile ansässigen Emotions Cocktail Bar und des Irish Pubs unangenehm. Die Musik nach Mittermacht empfanden wir mehr als störend und bei Familien mit Kindern ist die Nachtruhe nicht gewährleistet.

Viele extra Kosten, Pool kostet extra, in der gesamten Aufenthalt von 3 Nächten keine zimmerreinigung oder Handtücher Wechsel, kein Tee im Zimmer, das Bett war furchtbar unbequem, das entspricht für uns nicht ein 5 sterne Hotel

Je suis ravie de mon séjour dans cette belle résidence! L’emplacement est idéal à proximité du marché d’olhao et du ferry pour visiter les petites iles !
L’appartement est spacieux et fonctionnel , tout le nécessaire est compris! Une belle terrasse et piscine sur le toit. Je suis très satisfaite .

The residence accommodation is perfect for a family with young kids. The apartments are minimalistic and safe for young toddlers to wonder around independently. They only thing I didn’t like was that there wasn’t any complementary coffee or tea provided.

Top class modern apartment with everything you need. A rooftop pool and seating area add to this perfection.
Great location with bars, shops and restaurants very close by.
Harbour is close by too.
All in all a great place for a few days away.

This is the place for you, if you like awful live music while trying to sleep in a mattress that feels like the floor.
I’ve never slept so badly.
On the other hand, the apartment looks nice, it’s clean, the breakfast is great and the staff is nice. This makes even harder to understand why they didn’t invest a bit more on good mattresses and why they chose to place pubs on the same building as their apartments.

Superb accomodation. Just the right space with a lovely balcony to watch the world go by. Kitchen just about equipped for self catering. Knives could be sharper and an extra chopping board would have made it easier. Also a culendar for draining vegetables. Minor irritations on otherwise brilliant stay.

Well run giant resort. There are rooms in the main building plus apartments in multistory buildings a block away. The one bedroom apartment is enormous, fully equipped kitchen with 1.5 bathrooms. Way more that enough for a few ppl. Numbering system is odd. Check out the picture. Main building bathrooms are opulent!

Super Unterkunft, genau so wie auf den Bildern. In den Bädern sind Handtücher, Seife und Shampoo vorhanden. Die Küche ist ebenfalls bestens ausgestattet und alles notwendige ist da.Es gibt mehrere Pools auf der Dachterrasse, sodass genügend Platz vorhanden ist. Liegen waren ebenfalls da. Die Räume sind auch klimatisiert. Ich war jedoch in Januar da und die Räume sind nachts besonders kalt, ohne Heizung. Aber ansonsten alles super, sehr zu empfehlen.

Aluguei um t2 pela passagem de ano muita falta de limpeza e higiene as varandas já não eram limpas à muito porque até tinham teias de aranhas todo o apartamento o pó no chão fazia rolos os lençóis do sofá pareciam que já tinham sido usados o sistema de campainha da porta não funcionava tínhamos que descer para abrir a porta os armários da conzinha por baixo estavam sujos inclusive a .única frigideira que existia estava imunda muito mau para um hotel 5* a mais valia é a localização para a nossa ria

Third stay this year, never had any issues until now - make sure your apartment is third floor or higher, lots of noise from Irish Bar and nearby Cocktail lounge - Is this unspoilt resort about to be lost?

Ein sehr großes Apartment, moderne Bäder, moderne Küche. Wir haben für zwei Personen gebucht (November 2018) und ein Apartment bekommen welches über 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, 1 Gäste WC, 1 Küche, 1 Wohnzimmer und ein Balkon mit seitlichen Meerblick verfügt. An der Rezeption wurden wir immer freundlich empfangen und jede Frage sofort beantwortet. Wer reinen Strandurlaub machen will, sollte sich jedoch vorher schlau machen, da diese Unterkunft zwar am Hafen/Meer aber nicht am Strand liegt.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden es weiter empfehlen!

oltre al costo di 25 euro al GIORNO per un piccolo cane,del quale non si dovevano certo occupare ne per pulizia ne per accessori e mangiare,
siamo stati alloggiati,in appartamento sopra un Pub,schiamazzi e casino fino all'alba,non è certo stato un bel soggiorno,oltre essere abbastanza caro data la stagione,spero non mandiate più nessuno,anzi chiedete il rimborso più i danni.

Este sitio me encanta por estar cerca del centro (10minutos andando máximo),muy tranquilo y silencioso, tiene piscina privada en el edificio, el apartamento es luminoso,amplio,limpio,bueno para pasar unos días. Abajo hay pizzería, pub, cafés, barbería y está justo en frente a las salidas de paseos en barco a la ría Formosa. Excelente.

Wir waren in einem der Apartments des Hotels.
Das Appartement war sehr groß, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Küche war ganz ok ausgestattet (es fehlten vor allem ein Korkenzieher und Putzutensilien). Man muss nur bedenken, dass die Wohnung nur einmal in der Woche geputzt wird, was wir nicht weiter schlimm fanden.
Auf dem schönen Balkon kann man einen gemütlichen Abend verbringen. Tagsüber kann man zum Pool auf dem Dach oder im Hotel. Am Pool gibt es die Möglichkeit zu Mittag zu essen - sehr lecker und sehr zu empfehlen.
Der Service ist sehr gut, alle sind sehr freundlich. Kommunikationsbranche ist Englisch.
Das Hotel und der gesamte Ort liegen nicht an einem Strand. Man kann aber zu vielen kleinen wunderschönen Inseln mit der Fähre fahren - jeden Tag eine andere ;)
Die Fähre fährt gegenüber des Hotels für ca 6 Euro oder man gönnt sich einen Spaziergang an der Promenade und fährt mit den Einheimischen für ca. 2 Euro (beides Hin und Zurück).
Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, auch gibt es regelmäßig einen Markt.
In Faro ist man bereits nach 15 Minuten Fahrt (Taxi, Zug oder Bus). Außerdem kann man im Hotel ein Fahrrad mieten.

CONS:
- I asked for a quiet and high located apartment several times and I got it in the very noisy zone and on the low floor - every night there was loud music and unfortunately it was not Portuguese (Fado) :-/
- relatively expensive stay in the hotel in relation to the quality of service.
- very, very small swimming pool at the roof of the building (a large pool in the main building was additionally paid - high cost).
- extremely uncomfortable sleeping sofas, resembling beds for scouts (my spine cried out of pain).
- Lack of detergents at the time of arrival required the purchase of a hotel package (7,5 EUR).
- Occasional cleaning of the rooms (once a week), which additionally needed to be reminded at the desk.
- Very loud music from the restaurant between the buildings until late at night (it can be difficult to accept for families with children).
- After cleaning the apartment, the pajamas disappeared (they were probably confiscated with the old bedding), but none of the staff wanted to explain it. It was only proposed to make a complaint about this situation.
PROS:
- modern building.
- large apartments.
- close to various attractions of the region.

Chegamos no horário previsto para a nossa entrada - 15 h, porém nos disseram que teríamos que esperar uma meia hora para o quarto ficar pronto! O tempo passou e acabamos ficando 3 horas esperando no bar do hotel com 3 crianças pequenas e um bebê! Depois de tamanha espera liberaram o nosso apartamento que para nosso espanto estava cheirando mal! Uma mistura de pano sujo e cheiro de cachorro molhado! Uma tamanha infelicidade pois o apartamento é muito amplo e bonito ! Uma pena mesmo! Por isso a avaliação ruim!

The apartment is roomy. Bedrooms are a good size with plently of cupboard space.
And then...
Wardrobes but no hangers, gaps in the laminate flooring, shutters held together by sticky tape, frayed towels, unworkable microwave because all the markings have been rubbef off, chipped glasses, patio doors that don't shut and then there is the noise.
Clubbing, throbbing loud music until the small hours.
All this from a 5 star premium, luxury, sophisticated, excellent (their words) hotel and spa experience.
It might have been once, but now they are slipping down that slope to the mass market.
Very disappointing experience. Not as described or expected.
Look elsewhere for a 5 star experience. I would rate this at 2 or below.

Clean with nearby restaurants and pub. Couch could be more comfortable and the bed has a plastic pad but the bed is comfortable. Only a double bed and I am 1880 mm so it is a bit small.

Real Marina (and Olhao in general) is simply great for getting away from it all. My biggest complaint is that the rooftop pools are neglected when it comes to cleaning. Also, dont make my mistake bringing a PS4/Xbone because youre gonna have a bad time trying to connect to the Internet.Finally, Im not a beer snob but the beer variety at the pool is a bit lacking.

Currently staying here at present, apartments are large and spacious, plenty of storage,but the small rooftop pool is absolutely filthy, it is not cleaned daily,a case of out of sight out of mind full of dirt & dead insects, been here four days and have had to request for it to be cleaned twice, unfortunately this leaves me no choice than to give it the low score.

2nd stay here and they were as good as the 1st time. Really clean with a lovely big balcony to sit out and relax. Air con works well. Powerful shower. Mattress was a bit firm and might have benefitted from a mattress topper. Rooftop pool area was fab with a little splash pool, not much good for swimming but all you need to cool down in the hot weather. I would recommend these apt’s, we had a great stay.

Stayed just less than a week , the apartment was of a good std of fit out and well presented , Was very comfortable and a short walk to the shops including the market, restaurants and bars . Das Apartment ist Top. Leider liegt es zwischen zwei Apartmenthäusern. In der Mitte befindet dich ein Pub mit täglich Live Musik bis nach Mitternacht. Sehr laute Geräusche überall und täglich. Ob Tag oder Nacht. Dadurch nicht erholsam. Pool zu klein für mehr als 3 Personen. Kein Strand nur Marina. Es wird momentan gebaut, dadurch an 7h Baulärm an der Marina

Sehr schönes, modernes Appartment mit sehr viel Platz. Elektrische Rollos, sodass man wirklich im Dunkeln schlafen kann. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel, bei denen man die Bootstouren (z.B. auf die vorgelagerten Inseln) kaufen kann, waren recht unfreundlich. Man hatte den Eindruck, dass man sie stört als Kunde.

Very friendly staff, apartments were extremely clean with excellent air conditioning. Rooftop pool was lovely and not too crowded but could have done with a couple of extra parasols for those wanting shade. Would definitely recommend though and Olhao is a lovely family location.

Brilliant and friendly staff, and a lovely area. The apartment blocks were a place I would definitely go again. There are a few bars and restaurants and is an easy driving distance from Albufeira. You also get to use the hotel pool and restaurant which is nice. You are treated as no different from a guest of the hotel.

Stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. It was lovely, a real home from home. Spacious and clean. Loved the shutters on the windows. Having breakfast alfresco on the balcony, over looking the marina, was a great way to start the day.

Positivo: Costumo ficar alojado nestes apartamentos algumas vezes por ano, é sempre a minha primeira escolha em Olhão, pela localização, conforto, facil estacionamento e qualidade do alojamento.
A vista para a ria pela manhã é algo de impressionante.... Negativo: Wifi um pouco lento, falta de maquina de lavar roupa num apartamento desta qualidade e preço acho que faz falta.
As toalhas de banho apenas são substituidas de 7 em 7 dias pelo que é algo a ter em conta e cada toalha extra são 15€.

Positive: The apartment was large, spacious and well apointed. The balcony was large and sunny in the afternoon with sea views. The roof top pool was a great place to relax.
The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself felt very luxurious and the pool area was a chilled place to go with great views over the Ria Formosa.. Negative: The apartment was quite sparsely furnished. It needed more comfy chairs in the lounge, chairs and a little table plus dressing table in the bedroom. The shower in the ensuite bathroom would benefit from a replacement.
There were no little touches to make the apartment more welcoming. Washing up liquid for the sink, washing up utensils, welcoming biscuits or drinks.

Positive: Spacious clean apartment. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Spa experience was good. Love Olhao and Portuguese people. Third time in Real Marina and hope to return.. Negative: Trouble with keys not working at 531. We had to go back to reception several times. Peter at reception was helpful the first night. Bad experience with lunch at pool bar on Sunday. Waited an hour for chicken and chips, veg burger and salad. They were cold when they came. Had finished wines and coffee a very long time before food. Never waited so long for meal before!! Chicken shouldn't take an hour and if so should have been told/warned beforehand.Not the waiters fault but we had to complain.

Fantastic hotel and first class facilities. However a lot disappointed with the additional charges for use of facilities. The outdoor pool incurred a charge of euro 25 per person a day. For 4 children and 2 adults, this would cost me euro 150 a day just for swimming.

Positiv: Personalet i resepsjonen ved hotellet var kjempehyggelige og hjelpsomme. Beliggenheten og utsikten var flott. Det var mye vind da vi var der, flott å se på palmene som vaiet i vinden.. Negativ: Det kunne ha vært lette dyner på soverommene. Pleddene var tunge og ble klamme, så jeg frøs hver natt. Vi fikk ikke svar på før vi reiste hvor vi kunne hente nøklene, vi ringte resepsjonen da vi kom fram og fikk god informasjon.

Luxus Domizil? Naja! Eher Landes-Standard. Alles sehr wertig versucht aber teilweise lächerlich gescheitert. Großer Balkon bspw. auf dem der Klima-Kompressor vor sich hin summt und das Kondenswasser auf den Boden plätschert. Bäder (bei uns tatsächlich 3) schön gemacht, aber ohne Basics in der Preisklasse (Duschgel fehlte, keine Zahnputzbecher, eine! Seife!), Durchgestylte Küche mit offenem Blick in die Putzkammer, 30 Weingläser, sogar Port Gläser, aber kein Wasserglas. Durchweg zieht sich das ganze. Ein "Reinigungspaket" mit Spültabs & Co kann man kaufen, aber nur an der 300m weit entfernten Rezeption dazu gehört dann auch mehr Klopapier. Cleverer wäre es im Appartement zu haben um dann, wenn es benutzt wurde abzurechnen. Naja, all over war ich da, wohl aber das einzige Mal. Das Hotel kann ich nicht bewerten. Das Frühstück im Hotel hingegen war sehr sehr gut, gemessen am Preis mindestens Angemessen bis sehr angemessen. Alle Annehmlichkeiten da, neben dem Buffet auch Service am Platz für Speisen die nicht Buffet-Fähig sind (Spiegelei & Co). Zum Frühstück würde ich immer wieder kommen!

Februar 2018 .dritte Etage. 2 Häuser Komplexe von 8 gehören zum Hotel. kalte windige Lage, Balkon Teilblick auf die Ria Formosa, andere Seite Blick auf ein verwildertes Grundstück, hinter dem Hotel Unzahl von Wohnmobilen auf Freifläche, kleiner Pool auf dem Dach ohne Stühle. Haus ist hellhörig, bohren und hämmern bis 23 Uhr, Geschäft mit Bar Betrieb bis 2 Uhr nachts. Bettdecken Woll Immitat schwer und kalt., Deutsche TV Programme RTL, Vox, ntv, Eurosport. Mediathek schlecht, da Internet nur mässig.

Positiivinen: Hotellin vastaanotossa oli aina ystävallinen palvelu. Ruoka oli hyvää kaikissa hotellin ravintoloissa.. Negatiivinen: TV ei aluksi toiminut ja vasta 6. korjaaja sai sen toimimaan. Hämmästyin ettei näin tasokkaassa hotellissa saada asiaa moneen päivään korjattua.

Vier Freunde haben ein Wochenende in einem Appartement verbracht. Dies war mit 2 Bädern sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Der großzügige Balkon mit Meeresblick war super zum entspannen und Essen.

Large, luxurious, well-furnished apartment with great views over the Ria Formosa from the (shared but relatively private) top-floor pool deck. Full kitchen was also well fitted-out but was missing a large pan, egg-flip and a colander. Amazingly they wanted an extra 7euros to provide cleaning equipment to keep the kitchen and crockery/cutlery/glassware clean e.g. for a dishwasher tablet, detergent, wash cloth, and scourer/steel wool !!! Apartment desperately needs a clothes washer/dryer - there was even a big space left for that in the kitchen but none there.

Positiivinen: Sijainti rauhallisessa ympäristössä.Vilkkaasti liikennöity tie vieressä ei häirinnyt.Ria Formosan vaihtuvat maisemat vuorovesi-ilmiöineen, vierasvenesatama ja lauttaliikenne Armonan,Culatran ja Farolin saarille olivat pienen matkan päässä.. Negatiivinen: Teimme residenssissä aamupalat itse,ruokakauppa oli kuitenkin hieman turhan pitkän matkan päässä (1,5 km Supermarket keskustassa, samoin Lidl toisella suunnalla.)
Keittiön astianpesuaineet jms. ostettiin itse.Jätettiin niitä huoneistoon,mutta oletettavasti seuraava asukas niitä ei saa.
Hotellin lähialueelle on kuulemamme mukaan tulevina vuosina tulossa uimaranta ym. Se on varmasti kaivattu uutuus.

Fabulous apartment, has everything you might need apart from a washing machine.. But the one thing that really let it down for me was the cot that was provided for my 11 month old son. The base had no support except for a cylindrical cone in the centre of the cot, which supported the centre but all sides around it dipped enormously, which meant it was very uncomfortable to sleep on. You could tell they knew from the start that this was a problem because they had but a large folded blanket under the base to try and make it a little flatter. I explained my problem to reception and asked if it was possible to have it changed to a proper cot and they were very quick to try and remedy the situation but unfortunately, it was the exact same cot they came back with. The ladies that came to replace it were very nice and understood my complaint and even tried putting a second blanket under the base along with a second base to try and sturdy it and make it a little flatter, but it was still not adequate. Every night I had to lay with my son in my bed until he fell asleep and then lay him down (which I felt terrible in doing as he woke most nights during the night! But I had no choice!). If I was used to having him in the bed with me I would have left him there but he sleeps in his own cot since birth and I'd be afraid I'd roll on top of him during the night.
If you are travelling with a baby, firstly everything is new to them and also a little scary and secondly they're not used to the heat, then sleep time is hugely important. Therefore this small, but really quite huge detail really really let it down for me. They put so much into the upkeep of the place so I'd strongly recommend putting a little money be put into upgrading the cots provided, especially when they advertise as family oriented!

Positive: Posizione logistica e appartamento come era arredato.. Negazione: Posizione è un po' meno l'alloggio perché sporco. Non merita le 5 stelle per tre motivi:
1) troppo caro in tutto compreso colazione e ristorante;
2) personale ricevimento molto lento;
3) sporco. ( ho scattato delle foto alla tovaglia e ai due tovaglioli dati in dotazione su tre persone presenti)
4) biancheria da bagno una a testa e anche sfilacciata ;
5 ) sapone mignon una unità piccola ;
6) corridoio scala con lampade fulminate e al 5 piano non erano presenti;
7 ) su 2 ascensori uno non funzionava;
8) accesso alla piscina anche agli ospiti dell'hotel? ;
9) atrio ingresso centrale sporco usato per deposito di biancheria sporca per quasi l'intero giorno;
10) mi fermo qui,

We had a lovely stay in one of the self catering apartments. Very spacious, clean and fully equipped with everything you could need. The location is great, just across the road you can catch a boat to the islands (would definitely recommend a day trip to farrol) and the apartment was a short walk from the centre of town for restaurants. We only went into the main hotel for drinks one evening but the staff were very welcoming and the view from the bar area is beautiful. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Положительный: Большая площадь апартаментов, есть стиральная машина, хорошая кухня. В 10-ти минутах ходьбы был обалденный рынок, где можно было купить и отведать разнообразнейшую рыбу и морских гадов. Очень неплохой ресторан на первом этаже.. Негативный: Это будет длинный список. Во-первых, до пляжа надо ехать на лодке или пароме на острова. Мы ездили на акватакси, т.к. на пароме очень долго и очень много народу. Стоимость 35 евро в один конец. На берегу же вид открывается на отмели, где местные собирают моллюсков. Вечером в безветрие с берега распространяется жуткое зловоние (я не знаю что-это так пахнет, думаем что стоки) которое проникает в закупоренный номер и остается там до утра. В Португалии нет ограничения о шуме после 11-ти (ну, по крайне мере, мы сделали такой вывод), так что не надейтесь заснуть в тишине. Мы еще попали на какой-то фестиваль, в связи с чем всю набережную перегородили временными стенами и никого туда не пускали, а по вечерам в течении 7-ми дней там пели местные звезды часов до 3 ночи. А потом с этой тусовки все разъезжались по домам. Матрас и подушки были крайне неудобные, окна шум извне пропускают на ура, даже с закрытыми ставнями. Вот так с запахом, шумом и на неудобных кроватях мы засыпали. А еще там был канализационный люк на дороге. Когда машина по нему проезжает, этот люк грохает на пол Португалии, клянусь. Парковка возле апартаментов свободная, и она во время 7-ми дневного праздника была под завязку забита машинами (мы иной раз не находили себе места для парковки и парковались у черта на куличках) и эти машины в 3 ночи все разъезжались по домам по дороге с этим люком. Бассейн на крыше сфоткан красиво, но по факут он маленький и всегда забит мамашами с детьми. Работает до 19-00, так что не надейтесь на закате поплавать и пообниматься с подругой :). В общем не рекомендую.

Very cozy appartment. Really feels like you're on vacation, the facilities are clean except for the entrance of the building but the appartment's interior was very clean. Nice private pool for the occupants of each building, within walking distance to everything you need from fresh fish, vegetables and even the restaurants.
We've been in a lot of hotels and appartments but Real Marina is one of the best we've seen so far.

Positiv: Vi likte leiligheten. Den var kjempestor, relativt ny og bra rengjort. Kort gåavstand til båtene som tar deg ut til de flott strendene i området.. Negativ: Ja, de har basseng til leilighetene, men det er ikke "svømmebasseng" - kun noen små basseng for barn å plaske i på taket av blokkene (bildene lyver en del). Det går greit til to familier, men når flere (8-10) leiligheter som deler basseng er det ikke så veldig ålreit. Mot betaling kan man visstnok(?) benytt hotellets basseng. Leilighetene skulle hatt tilgang til et større bassengområde, særlig fordi det ikke er noen strender i nærheten - uten å ta båt eller bil.

В апартаменты отдельный лифт. . Негативный: Очень слабый вай фай (даже новостные ленты грузились с трудом), бассейн на крыше очень маленький (отдельный на каждый под'езд) и не производит впечатления чистого. Очень дорогой завтрак (12,5 евро с человека, рядом Мак, где мы вшестером позавтракали на 15 евро!). Шумно (дом расположен так, что машины объезжают его по кругу, при наезде на колодезные люки машин раздаётся жуткий шум). Для кого-то может быть критично-сильный запах сероводорода от гниения водорослей с залива.

Great apartments, spatious with good materials. Great breakfast. Very helpful staff.
The only annoying thing about the aparments is that there are only single electrical outlets by the beds. That outlet is used for a lamp so you have to charge your phone elsewhere.
Poolarea in the aparments is really poor which was a dissappointment. Small pools with claustrophobic feeling.
Quite noisy also - there is a band playing really loud late this evening (they stopped first at midnight) which spoiled our tries to get some sleep.

Positiv: Dejligt nyt lejlighedshotel i kort gåafstand fra bymidte og markedshallerne. Køkkenet var fint udstyret og altanen havde en fin størrelse. Byen er en fantastisk lille fiskerby, virkelig charmerende.. Negativ: Sengene var meget hårde og dobbeltsengen meget smal. Poolen på taget er mest en børnepool eller til afkøling.

Záporný: V jedné z ložnic by provozovatel mohl opravit venkovní rolety. V nepoužívané schránce si ptáci udělali hnízdo, vyvedli mladé a to znamenalo každý den ve 3 h. ráno budíček. Bylo nezbytné večer více "požít" :-)

Super appartement dépendant de l'hôtel 5* du même nom. Nous avons pris un avec trois chambres. Une suite parentale avec salle de bain, deux chambres avec deux lits collés, une salle avec douche et toilettes puis des toilettes séparés. Chaque 6 appartements il y a une piscine privée et solarium ! L'appartement est joli, spacieux et climatisé. Deux nuits pour 380€. De la qualité à 38 € par personne et jour !

Apartamentos en general cómodos y amplios. Tendrían que cuidar más el mantenimiento para evitar un deterioro acelerado. Hemos encontrado pequeños detalles como flexo de la ducha que perdía agua, puerta del armario desencajada y lo mas importante sofá cama que al acostarse los niños se inclinaba. También tendrían que ampliar la hora de salida a las 12:00 en lugar de las 10:00.

Visited here with my family of 5, stayed for 3 nights in a two bedroom apartment. Apartment was clean and modern. All creature comforts and facilities were in working order. Downsides, no clean towels on a daily basis, no room service but that is to be expected with a rental apartment, not the most pleasant staff, super stiff beds, apartment reservations are not allowed access to the main hotels pool facilities (much bigger with a bar). Despite these disadvantages all is well!!!

Für 2 Personen sehr geräumige, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in guter Lage. Große Küche und Balkon, Wohnzimmer, abgetrennter Essbereich, Schlafzimmer sowie 2 Badezimmer vorhanden. Leider ist die Bettgröße (nur 1,40m breit) und der Matrazenkomfort nicht so gut. Der Rest ist aber spitze!

A larrivée à lhôtel un employé est directement venu nous accueillir dehors et proposer de prendre nos bagages, nous étions dans un appartement à côté de lhôtel, il faut marcher un peu, informations très claires, nous avons été surclassé, lappartement très fonctionnel et bien équipé, lit de 1m90 de long, petite piscine sur le toit. Petit déjeuner correct. Les restaurants se trouve à 5 min à pied.

Ich habe reseption gefragt ob ich nicht später auschecken darf, wurde nur bewilligt bis 11 Uhr. Ich fand es sehr schade, da rest von unser familie landet in Faro um 10 Uhr. Ziel währe die Fam das Hotel zu Zeigen leider ging das nicht. Wir müssten ein andere Hotel finden. Seerhr entaüscht

The apartments are excellent and I had no problems with their quality or cleanliness. I was actually disappointed with the hotel element of the Real Marina. I went to use the gym and swimming pool only to be told it would cost additionally each use, for each element. I was shell shocked when despite me going ahead and paying for the gym, I was told I had the choice of a sweat towel or shower towel, not both, as that costs even more extra. I can't see a reason why the 'Residence' customers should get so thoroughly ripped off?!?

lo unico que se me hizo dificil fue acertar con el sitio. Mira que es grande el hotel, pero como yo pasaba la noche en unos apartamentos no creia que los del hotel atendian tambien para ellos. Decidi pasar por recepcion y comentarles, ellos me dijeron que alli mismo se hacia todo. Muy amables y un servicio de apartamentos espectacular.

Cogimos el apto. grande para 3 adultos y 2 niños y hubiéramos entrado el doble, enorme...unos 160 m2 y calidades excelentes, quizás es demasiado escasa la decoración sobre todo en los portales por poner un pero. Tienen una piscina en la azotea por cada 2 portales bastante recurrente y poco concurrida (en nuestro caso) ya que las instalaciones del hotel no se pueden utilizar supongo que por posibles saturaciones en la capacidad de estas. El desayuno que ofrece el hotel es de una excelente calidad.

Wir haben uns für ein Apartment entschieden, da wir eine große Familie sind (3 Kinder) und selbst kochen wollten. Die modernen Wohneinheiten sind luxuriös eingerichtet, sauber und in gutem Zustand. Während unseres Aufenthalts lockerten sich einige Türklinken. Am zweiten Tag fiel einer der Aufzüge aus und blieb defekt solange wir dort wohnten. Wenn man den Toaster einschaltete, flog die Sicherung heraus. In den Betten schlief man gut, die Bettcouch war jedoch unbrauchbar. Es bestehen ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, das macht die Apartments für Selbstversorger attraktiv. Die Küche ist mit hochwertigen Einbaugeräten ausgestattet und es sind ausreichend Töpfe, Pfannen u. A. vorhanden. Training im Fitnesscenter des angeschlossenen 5-Sterne-Hotels kostet EUR 10,-- für 1x und EUR 22,-- für 4x - ein faires Angebot. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist perfekt für Kinder, für Erwachsene jedoch kaum geeignet. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterbringung. Mit den kleinen Schönheitsfehlern konnten wir leben - bis auf einen: Es gab KEIN WLAN (ausser in der Hotellobby, dort allerdings kostenlos)!

adorámos os apartamentos, são bastante espaçosos e estão modernamente decorados. A cozinha está bem equipada. Possui 2 casas de banho (uma em suite bastante espaçosa). A sala possui uma mesa de jantar ideal para quem vem com a família. Possui uma varanda com mesas e cadeiras. Vale a pena ir até à piscina exterior, no topo de cada bloco.
