reservé un fin de semana para ir con mi marido y mi hija de 6 meses a través de booking una habitación estándar (como sabéis no es precisamente un lugar barato, ni siquiera la habitación estándar lo es). Contacté para pedirles una cuna y cuál fue mi sorpresa cuando me dijeron que solo aceptaban bebés en habitaciones superiores pero que excepcionalmente me pondrían la cuna con un suplemento de 20€/noche. Alucinando, les contesté que podía llevarme mi propia cuna a lo que respondieron que estaba prohibido... automáticamente cancelé la reserva. No se puede ir de tan cool, de tan súper bio, eco y todo lo que está de moda y ser después tan sumamente desagradables e insolidarios. ¡Ale, a alojar a familias en habitaciones extra caras!

Feiner, architektonisch hochwertiger Rückzugsort mit überaus freundlicher und geschmackvoller Bewirtung. Radeln, Wandern und Birdwatching. Gut vom Flughafen Faro zu erreichen, aber auch optimaler Ausgangpunkt zum Erkunden der Algarve in alle Richtungen.

Un lugar excelente. El hotel está situado en un entorno precioso y en su interior nos encontramos ante el lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar.

Excellent accueil dans ce lieu magique. Une architecture moderne et minimaliste dans un écrin calme et reposant. Très belle vue. Et un petit déjeuner qui vaut vraiment le détour !

My girlfriend and I stayed at Casa Modesta for two nights as part of our bicycle tour through Portugal and had such a great time there that we decided to write up a review! First off; the people running this place are extremely friendly. Friendliness seems pretty rooted in Portuguese culture but these guys prove it even more! The rooms are clean, the breakfast is plentiful and the dinner (we had one), cooked especially for us since we prefer a vegan diet, was so tasty. The fact that they use refillable glass bottles for (locally produced) shower soap, cork as a material for some of the furniture and decoration, reuse and filter drainage water, attend to the different diets of their guests, produce most of the food they provide in their own (or the neighbour’s) garden and exercise many more environmentally friendly strategies, makes this place worth the price you pay to stay. They’re the people that are most aware of what’s happening to the earth, we’ve never stayed in another hotel that has provided such an attentive eye for detail when it comes to sustainability and the environment. It is a beautiful place with a stunning architecture. Breakfast and service are really good. The owners are really nice. The only thing I didn't like is that the rooms which should fit for two just don't. They're two small even if you're a couple - especially considering the price.

En el parque natural de Ria Formosa, en el Algarve portugués. Este pequeño hotel rural de aire contemporáneo, cuenta con tranquilas habitaciones y presume de una gran huerta. Se organizan cursos de amasado de pan y cocina tradicional lusa y talleres para avistamiento de aves y observación astronómica.
