Sounds odd to go to an Indian restaurant when you're in Portugal, but for the ones who wish to change for a meal and eat very good Indian food, you're at the right address! Very good service, delicious food and value for money!

Localização muito boa. Serviço 5 estrelas, muito simpáticos, respeitosos e atenciosos. Preços muito razoáveis. Relativamente ao mais importante, a comida, este é o melhor restaurante de comida indiana em que já estive, de longe. Senti-me como se estivesse a ser recebido na casa do chef. Tudo cozinhado na perfeição.

Loved this restaurant while travelling through Portugal - best meal we had so far! Great flavors particularly the tikka masala and the chicken tandoori. Sit by the edge of the patio for a sliver of a lovely ocean view. Furthermore the service was attentive and friendly. I would definitely recommend Saffron!

Got there when the restaurant was closed, and asked the staff who were cleaning if they could recommend a place to eat outside 'normal' hours.
They accepted to reopen the kitchen, then served us a delicious late lunch. Very friendly owner, and great food, reasonably priced for the Algarve. Recommended !

Das Essen war extrem lecker und wirklich preiswert.
Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und geht auf die Wünsche der Gäste ein.

Fantastic Indian restaurant with very professional friendly staff, a hand shake and hug after remembering us from last year. The food is fantastic and surprisingly cheap, they have a cracking red at €13.95 and their free dips with your purchased popadons and really good and tasty. Had rogan josh and madras yummy and jalfrazie another night. Medium spice isn’t that hot at all if ur not sure when they ask for your spice levels.

We stopped in to do a takeout. The person who took order was pleasant and helpful, and the order was ready within 30 minutes, and nicely packaged. Food was very tasty and good value: we ordered two vegetarian dishes, one meat curry, rice, two naan and onion bhaji and it came to €35. Definitely would visit Saffron again.

Wow! A must visit restaurant. You won’t be disappointed. Staff are lovely & friendly and the food is out of this world. Perfectly situated, lovely atmosphere. Will definitely visit again.

My wife and I have just literally finished our meal in the Saffron Indian Cuisine Praia Da Luz. If on holiday here please call in you will not be disappointed.

Better than any Indian restaurant in Cambridge or London. We've been visiting this restaurant for years, we visit at least twice or three times every time we're in Luz. Staff are friendly, the house white wine is great, the pickle tray and mixed tandoori grill are amazing, pretty much tried 90% of their curries and all were exceptional. Peshawari naan is so good!! Daahl is a standout too. Love love love this place! Going back every year for sure.

Excellent food - visited here a couple of times over the past few years and it's been great every time. Location is perfectly placed for an Ice Cream at the small hut directly opposite!

I've been here only once and had a good experience. Very good quality-price deal.
We had 1 dahl + boiled rice, vegetarian biryani, 2 mango lassi (good ones) and a gingerale and paid only 26.50€
Seating available both inside and outside.
The environment is simple but clean, restroom included.
The staff is kind and professional.

Very tasty food, I have never been to India so I can not judge if it is original but the dishes we took were quite rich and tasty. The mango lassi is one of the best I ever tried in Europe. Staff is very friendly and has always a little extra care for customers. Me and my wife took Daal and vegeterian biryani, both very delicious. Last but not least it is close to the water.
