Staff simpático. Quartos agradáveis com cozinha com tudo o que é necessária. Boa higiene do quarto. Pena não aceitarem famílias de 4 pessoas num quarto, o que obriga ao aluguer de 2 quartos. Acho que os quartos estão preparados para receberem 2 adultos e duas crianças. O termoacumulador com pouca capacidade, 2 banhos seguidos e o segundo banho poderá sair frio, se não se despacharem.

Ótimo hotel de praia onde é possível ouvir o som da ondulação que é maravilhoso para quem quer relaxar a mente. O estúdio está bem equipado e para um casal é suficiente. O meu tinha varanda virada para o mar o que é fantástico poder ver a bela praia de Alvor. A piscina coberta também é agradável e o aquecida. Acompanha pelo banho turco e sauna. Só um ponto negativo, a limpeza deixa algo a desejar.

Personal servicial, atento, educado y amable.
El lugar está a tiro de piedra de unas playas impresionantemente bellas.
Disponen de un gran aparcamiento a nivel de calle.
Las habitaciones vienen completamente equipadas, con cocina completa, utensilios y de todo.
En contra, decir que el aire acondicionado de la habitación hacía un ruido inmenso, al comunicarlo con el hotel lo único que podían hacer era cambiarnos de habitación pero nos lo dijeron un día antes de que nos marchamos.
El agua caliente se agota enseguida si vas con peques y los quieres bañar el termo eléctrico que hay en la entrada de cada habitación se agota rápidamente, solamente da para duchas rapidas.

Fantástica localização com uma excelente atendimento e um ambiente muito bom, pena é o termoacumulador seja muito pequeno o que faz que seja quase impossível 2 pessoas tomarem banho.

Thought the room was lovely and bright and airy - loved the balcony and kitchenette facility and well provided for. Rooms need a bit of attention to finishing off - need a little refurbishment as showing age - towels could have been of a better standard - some frayed and rather worn. Pool area lovely but needed a little revamp - damage to ceiling etc. Staff were really lovely and very helpful. Overall a great stay and would certainly return.

O aparthotel está situado numa das antigas torres da Torralta do lado da Praia dos 3 Irmãos. Os apartamentos estão bem equipados a nível da kitchenette. Os colchões de molas são péssimos a precisar de renovação. As instalações deviam ser melhoradas bem como a limpeza tanto dos apartamentos como de elevadores e demais instalações. A piscina interior não obriga o uso de toca nem duche antes de entrar na água por isso se encontram cabelos ao usar a piscina e o banho turco. A recepção é básica pedindo-se um pouco mais de qualidade de um serviço Pestana. A limpeza diária dos apartamentos é esquecida tendo que ser pedida e relembrada numa estadia de 3 noites para ser feita uma única vez. Por tudo isto as 3 estrelas.

I like this place. Its well positioned close to the beach and has all the facilities you would expect of a 4 star property. Staff are friendly and helpful and the place is close to shopping and leisure facilities.

It's ok if you spend most of your time out of the hotel. The apartments are one room with kitchen, bed, setee and table, and a separe bathroom off to one side. We also had a balcony which had a good view. There is no on site restaurant. For that you have to go to a sister hotel which is a couple of hundred yards away. The beach is quite close and l would imagine in the summer time it would be very busy. In November it was empty.

While our room had a nice view the property is dated and not well maintained with flooring warping, walls scruffed and marked, towels threadbare and stained. Outdoor pool is actually at resort next door and they offer no dedicated beach facilities such as loungers or sunshades for their guests. Totally disappointed with hotel and not up to the expected standards of the Pesatana brand.

Have stayed many times and still does not disappoint! Fabulous location, good size studio with great view and front desk staff are amazing!Just a thought though ,that whereas pool towels were provided by the hotel in past years, this has changed so take your own .

Nous étions déçu du studio proposé loin de ce que nous avons vu sur les photos du site, très petit espace avec un seul lit supplémentaire, même si notre réservation était pour 2 Adults et 2 enfants, pas de couvertures pour les enfants, pas four, pas de machine à laver, pas de machine à veselles, le ménage ne comprends pas la cuisine.

Le doy 5 estrellas porque sin ser espectacular estuvimos muy cómodos y el trato fue correcto. Además esta muy cerca de la playa y dispone de aparcamiento. Las habitaciones son como pequeños apartamentos con cocina americana.

A good base if you don't want a traditional hotel. No kids club which was a huge disappointment as that was one of the reasons we booked it. The beds are not the most comfortable but the rooms are nice and worked well for 2 adults and a child. The beaches are amazing and well worth every thing else. The village of Alvor is a walk away (about 20 mins).

Lo mejor de los apartamentos es que están pegados a la playa. Tiene parking privado y las instalaciones resultan cómodas. Hay supermercado en el recinto, aunque sale caro. Como punto negativo diría que la piscina interior tenía falta de limpieza en la zona de tumbonas.

"Hotel", sucio, viejo y sin mantenimiento. Colchones deplorables se hincan todos los muelles. El servicio de limpieza en habitación casi inexistente y a la hora de la siesta. Nos íbamos a la playa a esa hora y pedimos que aguardaran 5 minutos pero se metieron en la habitación sin respetar nada. Piscina cubierta, sauna y baño turco muy sucios. Las toallas se cambian cada dos días eso sí peleándolo en recepción. Para colmo nos cargaron dos veces la estancia y nos ha costado estar reclamando diez días con nuestro banco en España para recuperar 1200€. El gancho de este hotel es su situación junto a la maravillosa playa de Tres Irmaos y las fotos de BOOKING que para nada se corresponden con la realidad. Personal de recepción muy amable y meloso pero absolutamente ineficiente. Si no quieres que te fastidien las vacaciones mira en otros alojamientos de la zona, merece la pena y la playa paradisíaca sigue estando ahí.

Although a little dated, the apartments are functional and clean with access to facilities at the main hotel (200m for breakfast/bar) and beachfront restaurants/facilities.Lots to do nearby and away from the livelier centre of Alvor.Could be improved with in room hairdryers as not enough to go round (17 available vs 70+ apartments).Great location for boardwalk and beach.Recommended for a short stay to explore the region.

This hotel was a great location only two minutes to the beach, and a few minutes taxi ride into Alvor town. The room was nice and clean, and the hotel had some lovely facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Luis (I'm sorry if this is not spelled correctly), who taught us a few of the local phrases one night while waiting for a taxi. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel agradável. Sem luxos acaba por oferecer algumas mais valias interessantes. Como a piscina interior, sauna ou banho turco. A precisar de remodelações gerais os quartos são simpáticos e arranjados. Edifício com alguns anos, já viveu certamente melhores dias.

1. No longer necessary to check in on arrival at HOTEL. It is open at Atlantico 24 hrs for check-in.2. Appt. not totally clean. Dead. Flies on standard lamp, otherwise O.K.3. 2 ins long plus feallers cockroach at midnight in bathroom. Killed it.4. Next morning told reception whose attitude We have an infiltration of them Charmimg I said.5. Apart from that the receptionist attitude at all times was very aggressive and not helpful.

Lovely clean apartments 5 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the centre of Alvor, you can get breakfast in the Dom Jao Hotel next door for €10pp or fresh pastries in the super Market. You can also use the pool and gardens in the Dom Jao with Complimentary towels.

Très joli hôtel, nous avons déploré le comportement de la direction qui suite aux aléas de Thomas Cook nous a pris en otage nous réclamant l'intégralité de notre séjour alors qu'il avait été réglé à notre agence. Grâce aux efforts de notre agence nous avons pu finir notre séjour mais l'action du groupe Pestana montre le non respect des clients.

Had a great time. Staff polite & helpful. Cleaning done everyday. Location is very close to the beach, and not too far from the town. The hotel also boasts a fantastic indoor pool, plus access to two other outdoor pools nearby. Room was cosy, and quiet (thank god) with a nice balcony facing the Atlantic, a serviceable kitchen, which was dead handy for breakfasts and the occasional dinner. The beds were pretty firm to say the least, but it sorted out my dodgy knee & shoulder after three days, so no complaints from me. Definitely recommend, particularly for families.

Although the hotel was ideally situated and the staff were excellent when booking this hotel beware as there a three different room types not only the rooms that are displayed on many booking sites. we were first given a large room on the ground floor overlooking the car park with no balcony real garden view or patio door. We were then moved to room 603 with 2 doors and a balcony which overlooked the very noisy busy road with constant car and motorbike noise. This room had no comparison to the photos displayed on the booking agents web site. it was no bigger than a travel inn or premier inn room. this was very small to include a double bed sofa table and 4 chairs and a kitchenette. I believe the rooms either side may have been better but wouldn't of reduced road noise. probably better to book via hotel direct pay a little more but get what you paid for.

Apesar da localização excepcional, muito mal conservado, banheira antiga "descascada", elevadores com mossas e faltas de tinta. O quarto com duas camas juntas só uma tinha mesa de cabeceira e luz para ler. O staff era impecável. É vergonhoso que o grupo Pestana, um grupo de excelência na hotelaria em Portugal, tenha um hotel neste estado de negligência e falta de manutenção.

The hotel is amazing, my room was on the 8th floor over looking the sea I would 100% recommend paying extra for the sea view. When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by a welcoming smile from the duty manager Susete she went above and beyond helped us with every query we had which made our stay even better. I will 100% be rebooking this hotel when I come back to Portugal. The location is great 8mins taxi to the main parts and the beach is on the doorstep.I unfortunately didnt have time to use the outdoor salt pool and the indoor swimming pool but next time I 100% will. I would 100% recommend. I did not have one problem

Quando se entra num quarto de hotel pela 1.a vez após o check-in e se verifica que existe um talão de papel de uma conta de supermercado ao lado da mesa de cabeceira, ficamos logo com a noção de que a limpeza não foi bem feita. Quando neste caso, se trata de um aparthotel em que o apartamento tem uma cozinha que não está devidamente equipada, não possuindo máquina de lavar loiça, a desilusão aumenta. Mas quando nos batem à porta às 09h30 para fazer limpeza, sem que houvesse pedido para tal e estamos ainda a descansar...é mau!!! Enfim, no dia anterior tinha sido às 16h00...o que diga-se de passagem não é melhor, pois num apartamento de férias à beira da praia, pressupõe-se que os ocupantes ou estejam na praia, ou a descansar. Mas como não disponibilizam uma etiqueta para colocar no puxador da porta que indique se pode ou não fazer-se limpeza, incomodam a qualquer hora, não havendo um período definido para tal.
Resumindo, a limpeza é deficitária, o apartamento é minúsculo, e embora publicitem 4 estrelas, só se for no preço, pois o resto deixa muito a desejar. Tem como aspeto positivo o parque privado, a localização e consequente proximidade da praia.
Fiquei curioso para saber como seria a limpeza do apartamento em frente ao meu que, esse sim, tinha disponível uma etiqueta na porta a identificar como priority cleaning, para um priority guest...
Se até já a limpeza é discriminada, e tem que se pagar para tal, então não quero lá voltar. Até porque nesse apartamento as sras da limpeza iam regularmente limpar, lavar loiça e fazer barulho, a qualquer hora do dia, incomodando quem ao lado queria descansar. Por mais de 170 euros por dia...é lugar a não repetir!!!

A localização é boa, tudo o resto deixa muito a desejar. Apartamento muito pequeno e a necessitar de obras de melhoria. Mas o pior mesmo é a falta de limpeza e de atenção dos funcionários. Pedi para que o quarto fosse limpo até às 12h (tenho duas crianças que fazem sesta) e nunca aconteceu...tive de pedir reposição de gel de banho, de toalhas, de panos de cozinha...para um Pestana está a ser uma desilusão!

Our room was a bit small for two adults and one kid, building structure needs some repairs in some places, elevator shows rust and taints. All in all, room was clean enough, AC worked ok, sheets changes everyday. But for the price.we can get much better at the same city.

Our apartment was cleaned daily, even though the literature we received with our key said it would be every orher day. Everyone on reception desk and in the supermarket was friendly Indoor pool was a bonus and not busy. Good location close to the beach. Knowing what we know now would recommend a sea view room as ours was a garden view, which really meant a road view. Only problem for me was the rock hard bed which was very uncomfortable.

The staff at the hotel are excellent and it has a great location. On the downside, the room was never cleaned during our 3 night stay and there was a bit of an odour coming from the washroom...i managed to fix the problem with my plumbing knowledge but its questionable why the hotel had appeared to try to fix it by installing an air freshener.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt ein voller Erfolg. Die Architektur des Hotels war zunächst abschreckend, ein typischer Hochhausblock früherer Zeiten. Aber das Zimmer war groß und in gutem Zustand, der Blick auf das Meer beeindruckend. Die Küchenzeile war sauber, neu und sehr funktional, der Balkon wurde wegen der guten Sicht ständig genutzt. Sehr praktisch war der zweiminütige Fußweg zum langen Sandstrand, auf dem Weg liegt das große Schwimmbecken. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Neben der Nähe zum Strand ist noch der Ort Alvor zu erwähnen, der kaum 15 Fußminuten entfernt liegt und zahlreiche Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet. Zumindest in der Nebensaison ein gutes preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Empfehlenswert

We arrived early but couldnt get into room until three, this was then further delayed, as the cleaning hadnt been completed, so we finally got in around 3:20pm. The apartment was not as big as in the photos, however the corner apartments seemed to be bigger, but ours was in the middle. Although small, it was well equipped with everything you need, but nowhere to hang wet towels and swimwear on the balcony. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. It felt as if hard springs were digging into my knees and ribs. The hotel seemed a little tired, although clean and tidy. The view of the sea was spectacular, as was listening to the waves rolling in. The staff were helpful and our broken shower head was quickly replaced. We tried a buffet meal at the Pestana Dom Joao 11, (next door) however, on the night we went, the food was very disappointing, and we have since complained. The beach is beautiful and the wooden boardwalk makes walking the 2km into town much easier than walking along the sand. Once there, you can partake of almost any kind of food. The restaurants we tried were all excellent. The town of Alvor is pleasant and quaint.

Muito bem localizado, mas apesar de ser cliente frequente. Desta vez não gostamos. O apartamento onde ficamos tinha o reservatório de água de uma das casas de banho avariado. Cortinados fora das calhas e raagados. O que não é admissível num empreendimento deste tipo.

Dans. L ensemble bon personnel accueillant.. Chambre très correcte.. Sdbains mérite un rafraîchissement, pas de séchoir cheveux... Terrasse avec magnifique vue sauf pas de lumière le soir pour dîner
Petit déjeuner très bien, repas du midi médiocre, jardin et espace vert superbes....espace aquatique
Nombreux de belle qualité...
Peu de coordination entre hôtel Atlantique et don Juan manque d informations...

A great self catering apartment block, have stayed there two times. The second time we asked if we could move rooms (the room we were given was not the same as the same type of room we had booked last time around even though we booked it exactly the same way and there was a big difference in how much space we had) and were told at reception that they would look into it. A couple of days past before they told us that they had been trying to call us in our room so that we could move...while we were out at the beach, and then it was too late and nothing cod be done anymore. So not that impressed with staff communication on that occasion. Apart from that the location is great and the new boardwalk along the beach improves the accessibility around the area hugely.

Tout le confort ,vue sur la baie,3 piscines dont une couverte avec sauna et hammam et une à l eau de mer ainsi que l autre un peu plus loin de l hotel.personnels gentil et particulièrement ANDREA à qui je fais un grand coucou et qui adore parler en français. Seul reproche sur la literie ,mais qui est en cours de changement.je recommande cette hôtel.

Pior experiência de alojamento que tive
Quarto mal limpo, com casa de banho onde a banheira para além de totalmente manchada estava com bastante ferrugem nos ralos
Por duas noites tivemos baratas no quarto
Toalhas sujas não haviam sido substituídas com a desculpa de que apenas as trocavam de 3 em 3 dias
A gerência do hotel nem se dignou a responder ao nosso pedido de contacto e reclamações registadas no livro do hotel

Excelentes condicoes, staff muito simpático e atencioso. Em épocas baixas consegue se um óptimo preço e a proximidade do mar e realmente espetacular. A cama podia ser um pouco mais confortável mas para uma estadia curta não haverá problema.

Stayed in this accommodation for 1 week last year.... Had so many problems with our room on arrival. We were told there had been a plumbing accident on the 5th floor so our apartment was not available, we were put in to a one room studio at the back of the building overlooking the carpark, we were so disappointed but requested to be moved to something more spacious and comfortable ( had booked and payed for a 1 bedroom with balcony and sea view).... After striking up a friendly banter with the lovely receptionist we discovered there hadn't been any "plumbing accident"! As our holiday was booked through a travel agent and not directly through them, we were deemed "NOT PRIORITY"..... We persisted and persisted and eventually got given another better apartment but still at the back of the building, we settled reluctantly for it and tried to get on with our holiday but it all left a really bad impression!

Apartahotel limpio, muy cuidado, con servicios de lavandería, super, cuenta con piscinas cubierta y exterior de sal. Próxima a la playa. Muy recomendable pero caros en verano.

Instalaciones bien, pero reservamos cuna, y aunque la confirmamos un día antes con ellos, no la tenía. Por otro lado, la limpieza debería ser diaria Y no cada 2 dias.

Hôtel très bien je reviens en octobre même si la literie est un peu ferme.merci à Arianna pour son français ce qui nous a bien aidé.

Can't fault it at all . Had a fantastic holiday .Great modern apartments great view nice indoor pool. 2 minutes walk to beautiful beach lined with great restaurants , cafe's. Lots of activities if you want. Supermarket across the street. But you need to get a taxi to get to main town 5 minutes and about 5 to 6 Euro's .Alvor town harbour is beautiful with a lot of restaurants, cafe's ,boat trips etc .Brilliant place .I'll be back.

Fue difícil localizarlo pues hay un montón de hoteles "pastana", fijate bien en cual reservas y mete la direccion en el gps
La cama y las vistas al mar. El hecho de tener un parking al lado es muy positivo.
Me lo esperaba un poco más espacioso. Afortunadamente no cociné nada y fue una única noche.

Wir hätten ein studio mit gartenblick gebucht.. naja dann erwarte ich auch gartenblick und nicht blick auf den parkplatz.. wir bekamen dann ein studio im 5stock. Das heisst ist sehr alt und furchtbar ringhörig. Die küchenausstattung war schlecht. Nicht einmal waschmittel und ein abwaschschwamm. Dies musste man sich in laden nebenan kaufen gehen. Wir hatten einen riesigen käfer mit panzer in dem küchenschaft. Ich will nicht wissen wie dieser in den 5stock gekommen ist.

The room was very clean and well equiped, large balcony with good view. Night time was not disturbed by noise from corridors or other rooms. Staff very helpful, friendly and efficent. The immediate area is very quiet with not a lot around. The hotel grounds are nice, but limited with midday food choices. The walk into the harbour is over a lot of stony ground and could do with tarmac or paving which would make it far more enjoyable and better for families with young childrenand the less abled body. The walk through town is hilly, some areas are poorly lit and lots of loose dogs.

Leider haben wir erst nach zweimaligem Nachfragen das von uns gebuchte Zimmer bekommen, das Zimmer welches wir als erstes hatten war anscheinend, laut Auskunft der Dame an der Rezeption, auch in der von uns gebuchten Kategorie. Erst als wir der Dame Bilder von der Buchungsseite gezeigt haben wurde sie einsichtig!Das Zimmer war dann wie beschrieben, geräumig, tolle Aussicht und schöner Balkon.

Wir waren bereits vor etlichen Jahren in der Anlage und hatten ein schönes Häuschen am Strand. Das jetzige Apartment im 7. Stock bot einen prima Blick auf Strand und Meer, hat aber was die bauliche Qualität betrifft schon bessere Zeiten gesehen (Laminatböden gewölbt, offene Fugen, Türen verzogen, Schiebetüren am Schrank ausgeleiert). Der Standard entspricht mit gutem Willen höchstens 3*. Allerdings wiegen die schöne Gegend, viele Lokale mit sehr gutem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, und die netten Einheimischen diese Bewertung zu einem großen Teil wieder auf. Mit wenig Aufwand wäre es möglich der im Web-Angebot präsentierten Optik zu entsprechen.

hôtel un peu vieux mais très propre la plage est très belle mais on a pas pu lutiliser car elle été en travaux le seul point négatif de lhotel est que il est un peut loin des resto et de commerces cest bien davoir une voiture
