The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the airport terminals, but it did involve dragging your suitcase over cobblestone roads. If you don't feel like that, there is a shuttle that runs every 20 minutes. The check-in was a quite slow: three trainees at the desk, who don't seem to answer the phone when you call the front desk either. There is spa and pool available onsite. I found my room and the hallway to be very dim. There is a decent restaurant for regular dinner service and buffet breakfast. Finally, I like the environmental friendly practice: paper laundry bag and glass bottled water.

This is walking distance from the airport. When you head to the hotel, you are going downhill. There is a walking path that's signaled. Only issue is the pathway is not made of asphalt do the luggage wheels won't roll as well. On the way back, you are climbing up. But at most this is a 3 minutes walk. Breakfast was very good, room big and clean with a modern bathroom. No complaints really, serves the purpose.

Excellente hôtel à proximité de l'aéroport de Lisbon... On traverse la rue et ça y est! 5minutes de marche tout au plus et nous sommes aux portes des départs de l'aéroport... Bon petit déjeuner inclus. La chambre 717 était spacieuse récement renovée et très propres. Endroit idéal pour coucher pour prendre un envolé tôt le matin.

The hotel facilities are great, very modern and neat. The room was comfortable and super clean. The breakfast options were delicious and the eating room very open and bright.
Honestly, I would give this review 5 , but there was a huge problem: I spent only one night there and I couldn't sleep... The street was so loud with traffic that I kept waking up, even if I was staying on the 5th floor. It was definitely not pleasant. I complained the next morning at the reception, and they attributed the noise to a faulty window that needed fixing.
I would definitely book again, provided the window in the room I book is double checked.

Walking distance (.3mi) from the terminal. Very early start of breakfast service. Shuttle service every 20min, but only until midnight. Checking in after midnight is not an issue. Sadly, didn’t have time for breakfast.

I came to the spa only, not the hotel. Ricardo was lovely and helpful. Steam and sauna were ok. Robe and slippers were acceptable quality, more than I expected but nothing too luxurious. But pools not warm enough. Changing room smelled so strongly of chemicals, my nose was burning. The water pitcher was empty and needed a cleaning.

Very close to airport. Free shuttle. Very clean and pretty looking. Friendly staff at front desk and rest of hotel. Happy to see they have front desk as Orbitz reported “no front desk”. Delicious food at both bar and restaurant. Highly recommended. Would have liked to have tea/coffee maker in room. They do provide a free bottle of water and have water cooler in lobby.

En retard à l arrivée à l aéroport pour la correspondance suivante, nous sommes rapatriés à l hôtel tryp. Juste à côté de l aéroport,. Personnel parlant français, anglais, espagnol. Très accueillants et empathiques. Chambres magnifiques, lit confortable, douche, toilettes, sèche cheveux, table avec nécessaire courrier, télé, coffre, petit frigo. Tout le confort nécessaire. Très très appréciable après des heures d attente à l aéroport. Et même renseignements sur les vols. Lunch et repas en libre service. Très copieux.

El spa completo (somente havia um jacto que no funcionava, dissemos no final e ja iam ver) equipa bastante atenta. Terapeuta espectacular, faz com pressao a massagem (para quem gosta) e bastante descontraturante. Mas tambem faz mais suave e relaxante. Bom professional. Recomendo!

If youre looking for a convenient place to stay right at the Lisbon airport, look no further. The room was clean, breakfast plentiful, and we walked to the terminal with our suitcases in tow in 5 minutes. Theres also a shuttle service, but frankly its so close theres really no need.

Cheguei cedo no hotel com meu marido, ele estava passando mal, pedimos para antecipar check in: não pode. Pedi para pagar uma nova diaria: não podemos. Tivemos que sair do hotel para tomar café, pois não nos foi oferecido a possibilidade de pagar o café do hotel também. Estamos na recepção aguardando um quarto fazem duas horas e o atendimento da recepção é péssimo, não se preocupam com o hóspede, não tem nenhuma empatia por nós. Essa estadia tá começando muito mal, difícil que consigam reverter a nossa primeira impressão.

Worst customer service ever. made a booking and due to the flight being changed asked if we coudl change the hotel dates and all i got was not a very helpfull feedback from them. the website reservations are not the same as making the reservations over the phone so you have to email and there is no contact. etc etc.
then they say to read the small print on the booking email and it says its non refundable no modifications.
seriously, what companies do to simply get a couple of hundred euros out of you.

Flot, gennemført design. Selv lyset er der leget med. Værelset ligeledes fint, toilet virkede dog ikke og de reparerede det ikke trods talrige henvendelser. Efter flere timer fik vi dog et andet værelse. Udsigt fra hotellet er ganske sørgelig. Også fra det nye værelse. Men det skyldes at hotellet ligger i lufthavnen, hvilket er ekstremt praktisk.
Service i øvrigt venlig og breakfast virkelig fin.

Restaurant and front desk staff were professional and friendly. The room was nice for a short stay, although we had a slight housekeeping problem that was fairly quickly rectified. Breakfast was good. Overall a fine place and one that we would consider again for a short stay before or after a flight.

Also mein Zimmer ist ganz witzig. Etwas ungewöhnlich das die Badewanne gleich neben dem Bett ist, Dusche und WC durch Glastüren getrennt sind aber alles irgendwie in ein Raum vereint ist. Das Zimmer ist sauber.
Das Frühstück ist sehr, sehr übersichtlich und halt ohne Glanz und Gloria. Die Säfte sind definitiv alle extrem zu süß. Daher kostet das Frühstück hier auch ein Stern.
Lobby, Rezeption, Bar un Restaurant sind sehr schlicht und weder gemütlich noch laden diese Orte zum Verweilen ein.
Für eine Nacht zur Durchreise ok, aber zum länger verweilen nicht geeignet.

The food wasn't very good. The room set up is odd with zero bathroom privacy. The staff were mostly fine but not as professional as the other hotels we stayed at. We were only there because it was convenient being at the airport. The convenience trumps everything else but I wouldn't be happy to return there.

Great hotel, modern and comfortable, but with a few quirks. Pack a bathing cap if you plan to use the very nice pool and spa, it's mandatory (they also sell them for 3 €). Children under 16 are not permitted in the pool after 6pm. Also, our room had a bathroom that was open-concept to the room, with a thin door separating the toilet cubby, so this could wake light sleeping family members...

Attaccato all aeroporto, raggiungibile anche a piedi. Camere ottimamente rifinite con vasca e doccia direttamente in camera. Servizio molto curato, ottima la consegna del cibo in camera se non si ha voglia di uscire. Colazione internazionale molto completa e di ottimo livello. It was an enjoyable stay!
It was a nice bedroom, but I'm guessing it's an American chain, as there was no coffee maker in the room!
The buffet breakfast was really good, the first day, the food was cold as one of the staff had accidentally switched off the food warmers.
Trying to locate our room the first day was an experience... we were nearly going back to reception when we looked up & there we found the room numbers!
The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful!

Great proximity to airport. Great public transit to downtown Lisbon. Shuttle service and breakfast were very good. The shower box was small and the door didn’t close properly so water got onto the floor. Found handle on hand held shower hard to hold and there was no electrical outlet near a mirror to use hair styling straightener.

It was auful ...the room was dirty and carpet was wet with juice from the last visitor.Didnot clean well.. In breakfast they through hot water was cold. Poor breakfast. They cut papaya with an onion knife.the receptionist on front desk showed people long face cos they had an internal problems???

I had an early flight out of Lisbon and lots of luggage. The staff at this hotel was so helpful in getting me on the free shuttle, to a convenient location, getting a luggage cart for me and helping me with directions to the check in counter in the airport. Definitely would stay there again and besides, it is a beautiful hotel!

Supposed to be free shuttle service to hotel there was none for our early morning flight. No voucher for cab. The shower door did not close son impossible to use shower without flooding room. The TV was broken. The sink did not drain. There is no wall between bedroom and bathroom. Inadequate lighting in room. Do not stay here.

Amazing breakfast spread that starts very early to accommodate early fliers. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom configuration was a little funky, but functional. Food available at bar and restaurant. Crowded the night we were there, so it was slow, but it served the purpose. Shuttle van to airport runs every 20 minutes, but if you miss it, terminal 1 is walking distance.

The staff and facilities were top notch. But you would imagine a hotel built within a kilometer of an airport would sound proof their rooms. I heard the vehicle traffic all night on the 4th floor, then woken up by the TV at 0230 to fill out a survey!

Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar am Flughafen, ist aber durch die Metro Flughafen sehr gut angebunden. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, sauber und sehr ruhig (trotz Nähe zum Flughafen). Das Hotel eignet sich sowohl für Städtetrips als auch zur simplen Übernachtung bei früh startenden Flügen oder sehr späten Ankünften.
Etwas befremdlich ist, gleich im offenen Bad zu stehen, wenn man das Zimmer betritt. Das WC und Dusche sind durch Glaswände vom Zimmer abgeteilt. Das Zimmer lässt sich durch einen großen Vorhang nochmals vom "Badezimmer" abteilen.

This hotel is not in the airport, but about 200 Meyers away. It's an easy walk, but the signage in the airport is not great. Go out the main door of terminal one and look down the hill to see it.

We spent a total of 3 nights in the hotel one before our flight to Cape Verde and 2 on our return before our flight home. We found the hotel to be very convenient for our needs on this occasion. It is located minutes from the airport you can see it once you are out of the airport. We walked to the hotel but if you have lots on luggage I would recommend the shuttle bus. On our return from Cape Verde I called the hotel to send the shuttle however I had to call them a second time before they sent the shuttle. We use the shuttle to take us to the airport them caught the bus into Lisbon centre at 6€ return it was a bargain the ride takes around 20 minutes. The hotel was comfortable we didn’t use the indoor pool as a swimming cap had to be worn .. who takes a cap on holiday!! The breakfast was very good however we ate 2 evening meals during our stay and some of the food we sent back because it was tepid and the popadoms on the Cesar salad were soggy. We didn’t let any of our negative issues

Seul bémol (pour ceux qui ont des difficultés à s'endormir) malgré le fait d'être au 7ème étage: le bruit de la circulation pour les chambres donnant sur la rue!

Our stay at TRYP Lisboa Aeroporto was fantastic. The hotel is great. Our room was really spacious, comfortable and we even had a coffee machine - not a Nespresso, but just as good. Gotta tell you that the coffee itself was way better. It was super clean, comfortable and quiet.
We were on our way from Florence and had to spend the night in Lisbon to catch our next flight the next morning. We were in doubt which hotel to pick as there are so many options around the airport. However, TRYP Lisboa Aeroporto was the right choice. The hotel is just a few meters from the airport. When I say just a few meters, trust me on that. You can walk there. The hotel offers a free shuttle pick up, which is great if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise, it'll take you longer to wait for the shuttle to come than just walk down to the hotel lobby.
Back to the hotel itself, they have lots of amenities, but as we were there just for a night and checked in at 22:00, we just couldn't enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. What we could really enjoy was the breakfast. WONDERFUL!!!!! Specially if your on a day flight and will have to face hours and hours flying during the day.
Oh, another thing, they are Pet Friendly. My wife had stayed at the hotel with our dog a month before. They were great!!!! They even gave our dog a special Welcome Kit. Our dog loved it so much! She understood she had to spend the night there and, believe it or not, she understood she was being given a gift. She loved it!!!!
100% recommended.
On my next trip, I will certainly try to stay here, but will try to take advantage of the amenities available.

Viajamos ao Brasil uma vez por ano. Tanto na ida quanto na volta paramos em Portugal e sempre ficamos no mesmo hotel. Uma caminhada de cerca de 10 minutos do aeroporto. Atendimento maravilhoso, instalacoes excelentes. Eles tem absolutamente tudo: piscina, gym, etc. O cafe da manha eh otimo e o atendimento por parte de todos que trabalham lá é outro nivel. Altamente recomendado.

Uno dei migliori hotel vicini ad un aeroporto che è raggiungibile addirittura a piedi. Camere molto comode, bagni bellissimi, forniti di tutti i prodotti. Abbondanza di teli bagno, accappatoio e asciugamani. In camera lasciano 1 bottiglia di acqua minerale sul comodino. È presente una tv grande, luci soffuse, grandi finestre, aria condizionata freddo e caldo piacevole. Armadio molto comodo. La prima colazione è servita in un grande salone, con una varietà enorme di cibi dolci e salati. Possiede anche la macchina per il caffè espresso. Ha un bello spazio all' aperto con una piacevole piscina e comodi lettini.
Il bar è molto fornito, dagli aperitivi al caffè espresso. Navetta per l aeroporto. Ci tornerò. certamente

Not cheap but: early breakfasts, nice rooms and good service with free shuttlebus to airport (terminal 2). Clean and interesting layout of the rooms. TV is not working well but who cares? From the moment I made the call for the shuttle bus, it was all made so easy for us. We arrived at the hotel and immediately we where offered an upgrade to the best room and best view in the house. The choice for breakfast was wonderful and great quality. We where able to leave our bags, as we looked around Lisbon for the afternoon.
Besides getting the best room and view in the hotel, it was the staff, that made the hotel shine for me. From the gentleman who pick us up at the airport, the gentleman at the reception, who greeted us. To the receptionist who stored our luggage. She took extra care with some breakables I was carrying. The staff in the restaurant where welcoming, friendly and efficient, and I look forward to revisiting the Tryp Hotel in the future.

we are two sisters returning home after trip to Portugal. Repeatedly requested two single beds, long in advance of our stay. Got what looked like the honeymoon suite, with
Rose pets strewn, a heart made of towels on the bed, an open tub in the room, etc. Not comfortable for us. coffeemaker didn’t work, lighting dim and confusing.
Too much frou-frou, not enough simple accommodation to our needs. Also quite expensive. Not for everyone. Not for us

The property was modern and very nice. I was disappointed with the staff, when I checked in I was not advised how to use the elevator nor that the room numbers were on the floor. I was traveling with a friend and very uncomfortable to shower and dress. No privacy.

I haven't stayed here but when my flight got cancelled in Lisbon and it was passed 11pm I went here to look for a room. As most hotels in Lisbon that weekend they were fully booked and didn't have any rooms. However the people working at the reception were so kind and helpful and they manage to find me a room somewhere else after I have called several hotels in Lisbon that were fully booked. Not sure about the rooms but the hall area and the staff are very good here.

Very nice room. Nothing against the hotel itself.
I had the poor planning/ bad luck to miss the last shuttle. Though the hotel looks like it is close to the airport it is not easy or simple to _walk_ there from the airport. Walking at night with all my luggage down sometimes unlit streets and sometimes dangerous traffic situations. I would recommend not arriving at night and if you do maybe take a cab to the hotel as crazy as that sounds.
The hotel itself is nice, clean, & very modern. Would stay here again but would not make the same mistakes next time. Hopefully, you can learn from my mistake.

Em 4 de setembro fui lá utilizar as instalações de spa, sauna e piscinas interior e exterior. Esta última, dadas as suas dimensões (20mts x 2mts), a cor do fundo (mosaico preto) e o facto de ter vegetação lateral dá a sensação de estarmos num rio (ver foto anaxa).

On the way back from Italy to USA (Boston) we booked this hotel for a one night stay as our 17.5 hour flight layover saved us around 600 dollars. And I am very thankful we booked this hotel! I paid under $200 for the three of us to stay here, enjoyed a very warm and refreshing pool with my daughters, had a terrific night of sleep followed by a yummy breakfast buffet and then we walked back to the airport where we took off.
If you have the option to save money with a long layover in Lisbon, then book this hotel and enjoy all it has to offer. The rooms are very modern and comfortable, the pool is very refreshing especially if you have kids, and the breakfast buffet is yummy (a thousand times better than any US continental hotel breakfast). Its literally a ten minute walk from the airport and I will do this again!

This is our “go to” hotel when we are flying home to the USA. We drop our bags and catch the metro back into the heart of Lisbon.

The place is OK, and the breakfast is good. But does the bathroom have to be an integral part of the room like that. Ne mérite pas son 4 * - petit déjeuner très décevant, sommaire avec des produits très basics et de qualité que l'on retrouve dans n'importe quel hôtel 2* et 3* j'ai dû réclamer de la pâte à tartiner, de la confiture car il y en avait plus et c'est en boite... même pas de confiture de tomate ou de citrouille qui est le terroir du Portugal, pas de fromage divers, pas de charcuterie diverses, pas de salade de fruits avec des fruits de qualité, pas de jus d'orange naturel que de l'artificiel... et pas de pain de haute qualité et encore moins les croissants. Pas de bouilloire et de machine à café dans les chambre ! Incroyable ! Piscine extérieure sale et pas entretenue avec une vue sur la pompe essence juste en face, piscine intérieure très jolie mais rempli de sable ! Et pour finir la réception s'est trompé de chambre en nous réveillant à 4h du matin ! La catastrophe !

First impression is good but the food at the restaurant is absolutely terrible and the sound isolation is soo bad that you have the feeling that you are sleeping in the middle of the highway close to the hotel. Muito caro, mas tendo em conta a localização e o facto de ter ginásio, piscina interior e exterior, se aceita. Não compreendi a cobrança de taxa de turismo! Desadequado os funcionários falarem a partida em inglês (estamos em Portugal certo?!). Muito desadequado e até desagradável irem abrir o quarto às 8:45h para limpar enquanto ainda dormíamos... Lamentável... E o barulho a partir das 8h em limpezas também era de evitar.

일단 깔끔하구요! 직원들도 친절해요. 생각보다 룸서비스도 맛있고 값도 저렴해요! 윗층의 전망도 괜찮구요...무엇보다도 공항에 가까워서(한 5분 거리?) 다음날에 바로 공항 가실 분들께 이 호텔, 꼭 추천드려용~

Muito útil para quem viaja muito cedo. Só não dou 5 estrelas porque o preço tem estado a subir nos últimos meses/anos e começa a não fazer sentido financeiramente pagar estes montantes para uma pernoita de conveniência

Our flight was delayed and we had to overnight in Lisbon. Thanks for that azores airlines! It was quite a pleasant change of plans with bubbles in both our glasses and a tub up in the room setting the mood. The restaurant surprised us as well since we didn't expect to find so much vegan options, but sure enough they had a few. Unfortunately it wasn't that tasty, but we enjoyed the soup very much.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I was here for business so my requirements were straightforward. A comfortable bed, 24 hour access, close to the airport and my customer.
The room is not huge but certainly comfortable. The bed and linen are clean and I had a good sleep. The bathroom area is quite modern and pleasant.
The free wifi is a big help and its stable without silly restrictions that i have encountered before, such as only one device may connect.
I enjoyed the amenities such as the sauna, gym, restaurants etc. The lobby is very welcoming and staff are very friendly and helpful. The gym is well kitted out and the Indoor pool and jacuzzi are lovely to swim in.
I would definitely come back here given the chance.

Hotel butique confortável e a minutos andando do aeroporto. Tratamento rude, chegamos cansados de varias escalas e fomos recebidos com um mau humor só por pedirmos para trocar o tipo de cama. O Bernardo Luz estava irritado e pediu para sermos atendidos por outro funcionário também rude. Fizemos a reserva pelo app um pouco antes da entrada (não caiu a tempo) e eles acharam que estávamos reclamando do preço do hotel e da misera taxa de turismo. Despreparo ou ma vontade simplesmente.

Hotel muito bom. Localizado bem próximo ao aeroporto de Lisboa. Poucos minutos (10 a 15 de Uber ou Taxi) de pontos de interesse do Centro da cidade.
Deixa a desejar no atendimento. Recepcionistas grosseiros e antipáticos. Fomos atendidos por uma senhora e um senhor e ambos apresentavam azedume nos rostos e amargura na alma. Incomoda quando se é tão mal recebido enquanto se paga por uma estadia que foi prazerosa. Fora isso, recomendo para aqueles que tiverem que aguardar uma conexão um bocado mais demorada.

Wauw. We hadden een vroege vlucht .Al is dit hotel niet de goedkoopste, het is zeer zeker de moeite waard! Binnenzwembad waarbij een badmuts verplicht is. Levert absoluut een lach kick op. Mooi buitenzwembad, heerlijk ontbijt, fijne kamer comfortabele bedden en oké minibar, prima roomservice en dan maar 4 minuten wandelen naar het vliegveld. Heerlijk! Geen 5 sterren omdat de ene helft van het personeel top was en de andere helft onproffesioneel. Daar zit ik niet op te wachten in de ochtend. Wij komen hier zeer zeker wel terug!

We had a very bad experience in July 2019, they are not very child friendly even though they say they are. Due to their incompetence and insufficient checking in attendendants we were delayed in reaching the gate and were removed from our flight. We had a 30 month old child and a 81 year old lady. We spent a night in the airport and had to pay another 700€ to get home to Msnchester from Lisbon.

Muito boas acomodações. Piscina aquecida e estilosa. Saunas ótimas. Café da manhã gostoso e variado. Muito perto do aeroporto com transfer, mas dá para ir à pé. Atendimento cordial. apartamento moderno e limpo. preço compatível. Estacionamento gratuito. Voltarei.

Reception was very friendly. Manager came out and greeted me and other arriving guests. Bedroom was super clean with many amenities. Included buffet breakfast was plentiful. Check out was a snap and shuttle to nearby airport went smoothly.

The hotel is located a very short walk from the airport arrivals area. It is visible, so it's easy to find. Even though it is located really close to the airport, it was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable.
The coffee was not very good. Everything else was great.

Es un lugar acogedor ubicado en una zona de facil acceso a muchos lugares. Ideal para descanzar de inmediato llegando de tu vuelo. Cuenta con una diversidad de platillos típicos, si eres conocedor de vinos, te van a encantar los vinos de Portugal que ofrecen aquí, para satisfacer los gustos más exigentes.

Un lujo de hotel. El trato increíble. Todos muy atentos . Un gran servicio. Limpio y muy acogedor. Comida buena y de calidad. A pesar de ser mucha gente no han habido grandes colas ni malas caras. Si ha habido algún problema se ha solucionado de la mejor manera 100%100 recomendable
