Room was spacious and great amenities. Staff was very friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. The Grand Hotel staff was very rude and not accomodating. I guess we dressed casual and they didnt appreciate it.

Room was good but didnt like the way it was set up. The suites is next door to the main hotel so you had to exit and go to the main building if you wanted to eat or to use the gym. If you used the pool you had to put on your robe and walk down the street and thru the main lobby to the elevator. Just found this strange since the hotel was in the Rodeo Drive of Lisbon.

The staff was fantastic, service was outstanding. Our room was clean everyday, dishes were washed. The room was always stocked. Room service was fantastic and the breakfast buffet and on location restaurants were also fantastic.

Perfect place to stay with a lot more space than your average hotel room. Facilities at the hotel next door were excellent and the receptionist at the Suites Reception Desk were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

The suites are very well kept, service was very professional and friendly. Location is great! The only suggestion I would offer to the hotel is that room service is a little slow and by speeding it up could bring happier guests and additional revenue.

These suits are part of a big hotel with the same name at the next door! Says that, you can not wear your towel and go to pool as you need to go out side the suits and enter the main hotel to access the pool. The room service is very good and the staffs are helpful. The restaurant is OK and they work until late. The location of hotel is good.

So far, so good. Edilene in the front desk was super helpful even before we came to the hotel. The shuttle driver is also nice and welcoming. This review will be updated after our stay.

Wish we could have stayed longer and used the apartment features of the property. It certainly had all the comforts of home. It was clean, quite, easy access and staff were all very friendly. We used the restaurant, bar and shop located in the Altis Grand located next door. The location was excellent, easy walk to the center of Lisbon and to our tour arrangements. We would definetly stay here again.

Cette résidence hôtelière est accolée à l’hôtel Altis Grand Hôtel ce qui permet de bénéficier de tous les services de ce 5 étoiles. Il faut toutefois sortir pour aller d’un bâtiment à l’autre. Ils sont situés à quelques mètres de l’av da liberdade et ses boutiques de luxe. Le métro est seulement à quelques minutes à pied et on peut accéder aux quartiers touristiques en moins de 20 minutes de marche. Les appartements sont spacieux et propres. La literie est de bonne qualité. Le perso yet le service sont soignés. Très bonne adresse!

Die Zimmer sind schon länger nicht mehr erneuert worden. Stil 70er/80er. Wir konnten gut damit leben, WEIL: Sehr gutes Frühstück im Altis Grand Hotel für 12 statt 18 Euro wenn man es mehrere Tage nimmt. Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Rezeption und Frühstückspersonal. Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, bei dem man den grössten Teil der Infrastruktur des gleich nebenan gelegenen Altis Grand Hotel benützen darf. Die Metro, die Busse, viele Bahnen, so wie das berühmte 28er Tram und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit der Lisboacard, die man im Touristencenter für 3 Tage oder weniger kaufen kann inklusive. Sehr empfehlenswert. Lissabon hat sehr viel Charme, Geschichte, überall gute Gastronomie, Patisserie. Wer suchet der findet. Viel Spass!

Le restaurant: excellent accueil. Le personnel est adorable aux petits soins. Les plats sont de qualité. Nous avons été surclassés suite a un problème dans lautre hôtel du groupe dans lequel nous avions réservé. Le lit pour mon fils de 16 ans nétait pas adapté. Première nuit avec un lit dappoint peu pratique mais lhôtel nous a ensuite changer de chambre et nous a même offert les apéritifs en compensation. Tres bon sens du client.

The suit has three rooms and is spacious for one or two. The rooms are very clean. The two TVs are small but not a big issue.The small sofa is the sitting room is too soft and should be replaced. Bathroom is excellent except that water always comes out when taking shower.

Excellent value accommodation with loads of space and brilliant facilities at the sister hotel next door

Altos Suite is centrally located, you can walk to many sites. The service was very attentive and helpful. The room is a real suite, good size and comfortable for our group of 3 persons. They offer a free airport shuttle that has very limited service but we were able to use. We checked out on Saturday morning and the trip to airport was only 15 minutes.Our 3rd person did not rest well on the rollaway bed. The lighting was a little dark. Breakfast was not included and would cost 18 euros per person so we skipped that. Otherwise a very good stay. We would stay again.

This hotel has a good location: it is a walking distance from the town centre, but at night the area is quiet as it is mostly offices and hotels. The service we received was excellent, every member of staff we encountered was very polite and helpful, and the suite was cleaned every day to a very high standard. The suites are very well equipped. However, they need refurbishment- the furniture is battered, with scratches and chips, the toilet seat was flimsy, the shower wasnt great, the sofa bed wasnt very comfortable. So overall good experience, but the actual suites need some work.

Pleasant staff, always willing to be helpful. The suite itself was big enough, providing good comfort for my family (2 adults and 2 kids).Nothing really fancy.

Really good location for walking into city or Metro links. Rooms have good facilities but are quite dated. Cleaning was exceptional. With a bit of refurbishment ie get rid of the faded sofas and fix the kitchen sliding screen, this could be a very good property.

It was an amazingly pleasant experience. Very spacious rooms with separations. Superbly well maintained interiors and furnishes. Polite and helpful reception and easily accessible by road and metro. Very close to airport also. The pool in hotel Altis is accessible for guests from Altis suites. The breakfast is also served at hotel Altis . Amazing.

Great location near the centre of town, near the metro and supermarket close by. The apartment was spacious, clean, very quiet and with comfortable beds. The living room and kitchen area were well equipped. The staff went out of their way to help us, and were very polite and courteous.

Das Hotel ist für die Erkundung der Stadt sehr gut gelegen. Zu Fuss ist man sehr schnell auf der Prachtsstrasse mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants.

Séjour entre amies de trois nuits. Nous avons donc pris une suite et lhôtel nous a mis un lit dappoint supplémentaire.

Hôtel très chic, personnel très attentionné. Avons séjourné au SuiteHôtel. Sans surprise, chambre très propre et ménage effectué chaque jour.

Grand, propre, personnel accueillant et à lécoute, calme. Compter 15-20 mn à pied pour rejoindre le centre.Bémol : un tout petit supermarché à côté mais pas de restaurant. Avant de rentrer le soir après les visites il faut avoir prévu de quoi manger ou boire car dans le quartier pas de possibilités. Room service abordable et rapide si besoin. Les enfants ont apprécié la piscine.Mauvais point est léquipement quasi inexistant de la cuisine. Peu de vaisselle. Lit sofa trop vieux.

Hotel muy céntrico, a un paso de Avenida Liberdade y de Bairro Alto. Nos alojamos en los apartamentos de Altis Suites, pero pudimos gozar de todos los servicios que ofrecía Altis Grand Hotel.

Très bon hôtel que je recommande

Wir waren für 7 Nächte Gast im Altis-Suites. Nach vorheriger telefonischer Reservierung fuhren wir nach Ankunft vom Flughafen mit dem Hotel-Shuttle zum Hotel . Das klappte gut. Leider klappte eine persönliche Reservierung des Shuttles am Vorabend unseres Abfluges überhaupt nicht. Obwohl mündlich an der Rezeption am Vorabend bestätigt nahm man uns am nächsten Morgen nicht mit dem Shuttle mit zum Flughafen. Niemand fühlte sich zuständig, dass wir plötzlich nicht auf der Reservierungsliste standen.Das Reinigungs- und Frühstückspersonal erhält von uns ein großes Lob. Alles perfekt und freundlich.Unsere Suite war zum Innenhof und daher sehr dunkel. Das gute Wetter hat uns dafür entschädigt, weil wir den gesamten Tag unterwegs sein konnten. Zusätzlich hatten wir noch eine Kühlanlage vor dem Fenster, was ein angenehmes Schlafen unmöglich machte. Wir hatten Suite 5B.Das Zustellbett für unseren Sohn war eine Zumutung. Wir haben mit allen verfügbaren Decken versucht daraus ein zumutbares Bett zu bauen, was uns nicht richtig gelang. Außerdem war ein freies Bewegen in diesem Zimmer nicht möglich. Man musste immer über das Bett steigen und konnte auch die Schrankmöbel, indem sich das Geschirr befand, nicht richtig öffnen. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer hatte aussergewöhlich gute Matratzen..Die Küchenecke ist ausreichend. Das Geschirr wurde täglich abgewaschen und das Zimmer bestens gereinigt. Sollten wir nochmals hier buchen, dann nur mit bestätigen Zimmern nach vorne raus u. oben.

Wir waren eine knappe Woche in Lissabon und Umgebung. Lissabon ist eine sehr sehenswerte Stadt, und auch die Umgebung mit den nahen Stränden ist sehr attraktiv für einen Kurzurlaub. Mit dem Mietwagen ist man unabhaengig für Ausflüge an die Küste, oder nach Setubal / Sintra. Ein muss sind die Fahrten mit der Tram 28 und das Schlendern durch die verschiedenen Stadtteile (Alfama, Baixo Alto...). Der Strand bei Carcavelhos hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Mehr Apartment als Hotel. Sehr grosse Zimmer mit 2 Räumen und Küche. Hotel sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder.

Välskött hotell, perfekt om man reser med tonåringar eller med barn då det fanns två stora rum vilket gjorde att man fick varsitt sovrum. En tv-apparat i varje rum, populärt hos tonåringen. Bra med eget kök . Vi hade dock valt till frukosten som var mycket riklig.

Anstelle des ursprgl. gebuchten Appartments erhielten wir ein Zimmer. Das war ok.Der Frühstücksservice ist mäßig. Die Kaffeemaschine entweder kaputt oder ohne Kaffee und die Räume zu klein.

Lage ruhig und zentral (10 Min. zu Fuß). Sehr saubere Zimmer. 2 U-Bahnstationen bis ins Zentrum (Restauradores). Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel ist sauber, aber sehr laut.Das Frühstück im Nachbarhotel Altis ist sehr teuer und für Kinder ab 12 Jahren bereits kostenpflichtig ( 18 € )

Der Eingangsbereich etwas duster, Zimmer in Ordnung, mit einer kleinen Küche, alles vorhanden. Für den Kaffee muss man 2 Euro bezahlen. Alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Internet kostet extra, Parkplatz ebenso. Haben um die Ec ke geparkt, für schmales Geld.

Schönes, komfortables geräumiges Appartment mit 2 Zimmer, Küche (integriert in große Diele und Badezimmer. Liegt zentral und in der Nähe der Metro-Station Avenida. Vom Flugplatz zu erreichen mit Aerobus-Shuttle (€ 3,75 + 0,50 Zuschlag für die Magnetkarte, Ticket ist gleichzeitig 24h Ticket für Metro-, Bus- und Straßenbahn-Netz) oder Taxi (Taxameter) €16 in die Stadt und € 10 zum Flughafen.Einziger Wermutstropfen: hinter dem Hotel momentan eine Groß-Baustelle. Arbeiten beginnen morgens um 8 Uhr und Samstags ab 10 Uhr bis ca. 18 Uhr.

Die Suiten sind gross und sehr gepflegt. Wesentlich besser als die Zimmer im direkt nebenan gelegenen Golden Tulip Hotel.
