Hotel ubicado, en el Centro Histórico de Lisboa remodelado 2017, con habitaciones amplias algunas con terraza, muy confortable, en recepción un personal muy amable. Para mí un diez. Visitado en el puente del 12 de octubre de 2018

Zentral gelegenes Hotel. Saubere Zimmer mit schönem Bad, freundliches Personal. Einziges Manko, unser Zimmer war hinten raus ohne schönem Ausblick. Bestes Rührei und frisches Obst zum Frühstück. Kaffee hat leider immer nach Schokolade geschmeckt.

Cozy hotel. Speedy check in, great front desk support and a delicious breakfast spread. Stayed in Rm 518 with balcony option. While the room is small it allows reasonable space. Bathroom is small and may prove difficult for tall or large persons. Rainfall shower head is brillant ! Limited rm service and televisions are locked to the one input. Balcony view is cool but being so close to the city centre can prove to be very loud. All together it was an enjoyable stay with an almost perfect experience. Wifi is acceptable.

Unser Zimmer wurde nicht geputzt zwischen den beiden Nächten. Auf nachfrage wurde uns versprochen gewisse sache zu ersetzten was auch nicht passierte. Das Personal ist mässig motiviert. Frühstück ist nicht mal10€ Wert was ja schon günstig ist aber das nimmt man besser wo anders zu sich. Lage unschlagbar! Zimmer top!

We had a great stay here. The beds are so comfortable and we loved the shampoo and shower. The front desk staff are so helpful and nice. We had some bad interactions with Carla being rude but all the other front desk staff are incredible.

Perfectly adequate hotel but spent 3 days without a working internet connection. Received many apologies but that does not make up for the inconvenience.
In this day and age, a hotel without a reliable internet connection is practically useless especially when you plan to work from the hotel. The hotel staff were also clueless as to whether and when the problem will be fixed.
I would strongly recommend that you check whether the internet is working before you book with this hotel.

Hotel přímo v centru města, velmi hezky opravený. Snídaně velmi dobrý standard. Pokoje čisté, každý den uklizené. Pouze jsou něčím převoněné a větral jsem. Není slyšet zvuk z vedlejších pokojů. Na hotelu jsou jen 3 malé výtahy, takže je neustále obsazený. Postele velmi pohodlné. Pokoje jsou menší, pro 2 lidi tak tak. Koupelna je prostorná a velmi pěkná. Hned vedle hotelu je prodejna potravin.

Nice hotel but my room on the 5th floor was/is sadly lacking in storage space. Bathroom needs more shelving and coat hooks: no box of tissues in bathroom: no tea/coffee making facilities. Room like sleeping in a warehouse loft. Breakfast ok but unimaginative and, if you go for breakfast after 8:30, the place is packed with people in each others way. The "hot" items are at best tepid, often cold. Lift system inadequate for such a busy hotel; like travelling in a telephone box

Fast hätte es für 5 Sterne gereicht. Essen war gut, Zimmer waren sauber, Bad war ok, aber dieser Duft. Überall im Hotel reicht es nach Zimt? Apfel? Es wird eine Duftmischung versprüht die - zumindest für meinen Geschmack - viel zu intensiv und aufdringlich ist. Ich hatte das Glück ein Abendessen (Buffet) zu bekommen und das war hervorragend, abwechslungsreich und doch Portugal-typisch. Werde hier gerne wieder absteigen.
Oh, und wer auf Labyrinthe steht: hier bist du richtig! Verwinkelte, schmale, lange Gänge aber mit Flair.

Bonito y céntrico hotel. La atención por el personal de rececepción, sencillamente brillante. Muy ambles y profesionales. La habitación muy bonita, limpia y moderna. Muy bien insonorizda y con una buena calefación. Dispone de aparcamiento de pago. El hotel está justo al lado de la Plaza de Figueira y cruzando la misma esta la del Rossio. En la plaza de Figueira, se pueden coger los tranvias 28 y 15. Este último lleva a Belem. Metro en la plaza de Figueira. se puede ir a pié al Chiado y al elevdor de Santa Julia.
Magnífico hotel. Y un personal encantador. Un diez con cinco estrellas.
Sin duda repetiremos cundo volvamos a Lisboa. Lo recomiendo.

Es un hotel muy céntrico, las habitaciones están limpias y las camas son confortables. El personal muy agradable y atento. El único pero es que no se si es debido al alcantarillado de la ciudad que emana unos olores bastante desagradables que el hotel intenta suavizar/eliminar mediante ambientadores muy buenos.

혼자 썼는데 둘이 써도 될 정도로 방이 넓고 예쁘다. 인테리어가 감각적이고 편했음. 그러나 얼리체크인은 안됐고 건물 바로 앞에 가정집이라 창문열기 부담스러웠다 ㅠㅠ 사람 왔다갔다 함
그러나 직원들이 모두 친절했음. 쳌인 전 짐 맡겼다가 여러 번 되찾았는데도 기쁘게 도와줘서 나도 기뻤다 :) 다음에도 묵고싶은 숙소!

Hotel muy bien situado en Lisboa con respecto a que trazando una circunferencia se sitúa en el mejor sitio para visitar turísticamente la ciudad.
Las habitaciones son modernas y están muy cuidadas. Destacar la comodidad de las camas y el baño con una gran ducha que viene estupendamente tras un largo día trotando las calles.
Desayuno correcto con productos de calidad aunque sin mucha variedad. Encontraremos lo típico: frutas, beicon, alubias, revuelto así como algunas piezas de bollería y zumo o cafés.
Sin lugar a dudas un hotel muy recomendable.

Estadia regular. Quarto novo e bem decorado, porém achei o tamanho pequeno, o ar condicionado não funcionou, além disso o serviço de limpeza dos quartos algumas vezes deixou louça suja para trás. Localização bem central, o que é um ponto forte se quiser estar perto dos principais transportes, mas é uma região muito bagunçada da cidade.

Nettes Hotel, super zentral gelegen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer klein, aber mit netter Aussicht. Lediglich, dass es in dem großen Schrank fast nur Möglichkeiten gab die Kleidung auf zuhängen und keine Regalfächer und der Mangel an Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Bad und das es im Zimmer keine Gardrobe oder Haken für die Jacken gab (außer im Schrank) hat etwas gestört, war aber für 3Nächt auch händelbar. Ansonsten gere wieder.

Das Hotel macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet, aber leider klein und eng. Da wir dort eigentlich nur übernachteten, war dies kein großes Problem für uns. Dafür war das Bett sehr bequem! Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Innenstadt und hat eine SUPER Lage, gleich um die Ecke gibt es eine U-Bahn Station und die Haltestelle vom Airport Shuttle, außerdem sehr viele Restaurants und Cafes - man ist mitten in Lissabon! Das im Hotel angebotene Frühstück war eher einfach und mit wenig Auswahl, jedoch um 10€ komplett in Ordnung.

Zentral gelegenes, renoviertes Hotel – perfekt für den Städtetrip. Die Straßenbahn, die vorm Hotel vorbeifährt hört man nicht, dafür aber die Gäste nebenan oder eine Etage darüber (sehr hellhörige Zimmer).

최악의 호텔. 이 호텔은 우리 물건을 훔쳐갔다.
우리는 결혼 반지를 잊고 호텔 책상에 두고 체크아웃을 했다.
한시간 뒤 전화로 확인을 부탁했다. 당연히 돌려줄 것이라 생각했다.
한참 뒤 연락이 와서 반지가 두개 다 없다고 했다.
하우스키퍼를 보내서 찾게 했다는데 없다고 하고 끝이다.
이른 아침이라 다음 손님이 들어간 것도 아닌데 없어졌다.
그래서 우리는 남은 여행을 망쳤다. 너무 화가 난다.
심지어 우리는 체크인을 하고 5층의 큰 방에 들어갔는데,
청소가 전혀 안되어 있었다.
체크인 시간이 오전도 아니고 저녁이었는데 난장판이었다.
프론트에 말했더니 쏘리. 한마디하고 다른방으로 바꿔줬다.
그 방은 1층의 매우 좁고 작은방이었다. 그래도 우리는 컴플레인 없이 3일동안 그 방에서 지냈다.
우리에게 리스본은 나쁜 기억을 가지게 해준 최악의 호텔이다.
반지 훔쳐간 도둑은 그거 팔아 받은 돈으로 잘사나 보자.

After a bad experience in another place, we moved into My story for a few nights and it was fantastic. It is very clean, bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean and breakfast was one of the best I had in Portugal. Staff at the front desk, room service, and the restaurant employees are very nice and ready to help at all times for anything you may ask for help. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in Lisboa. Enjoy your trip and stay waya from the so called boutique hotels, instead go for a proper hotel.

Fiquei em dezembro de 2018 em um apartamento no 5o andar na rua Augusta. Apesar das longas escadas de acesso, o apartamento e excelente, muito limpo, reformado e muito bem cuidado. O pessoal da recepção e muito atencioso e educado, se tivesse como dar 6 estrelas eu daria! Recomendadíssimo. Ahhh, e o preço é muito bom também, pagamos perto de 250 euros para 3 noites.

Great location. Clean room but bed was kind of hard. Good hot/cold breakfast but the dining room gets crowded. 19 euros taxi ride from airport. We were on the 2nd floor and the street was quiet during the night. Lots of restaurants/cafes/bars in the neighbourhood.

We stayed at the newly renovated one 5th floor. Hotel staff was so helpful. The room is very nice with balcony and castle view.
TV got lots of channels. Bed is comfortable and bathroom is very clean n new. The rain shower with strong hot water is super nice.
Location is very good as near to castle and Rossio metro station.
Highly recommended.

스탠다드룸에서 혼자 머물렀고, 혼자 지내긴 좋았지만 2명이 숙박할 경우에는 매우 좁을 것 같음.
미니 냉장고, 에어컨, tv, 금고는 있지만 전기주전자를 포함한 대부분은 없음. 딱 잠만 자기 좋음.
기본제공 어메니티는 좋았고, 욕실은 깨끗했음.
가성비는 괜찮음. 혼자 올 경우 재방문 가능성 100%.

Las habitaciones son muy silenciosas y las camas muy cómodas y te reciben con los famosos pastelitos de Belem. La ducha con los geles Rituals realmente es una experiencia/gozada.

El hotel está en una ubicación perfecta para visitar los barrios principales de la ciudad pateando,únicamente tendrías que desplazarte en transporte público para visitar él barrio de Belém que está a unos 20 minutos El hotel ha sido restaurado hace muy poco tiempo,por tanto las instalaciones son nuevas,el personal correcto en todo momento

Tolle Lage als Ausgangsbasis für Stadttour, Ausstattung sowieso, doch das Beste war das Personal! Insbesondere das Backoffice (noch jetzt ein großes Dankeschön), was sich außerordentlich bemüht hat, meinen Buchungsfehler wettzumachen. Auf der Rundreise mit Auto habe ich mich im booking(dot)com am Tag der Anreise beim Buchen um ein Monat vertan. Hochsaison, Zentrum Lissabon, alles ausgebucht, Alternative Unterkunft nur 10km außerhalb. Alles selbstsprechend. 40km vor Lissabon hatten wir unser Zimmer bzw die Zusage per Telefon erhalten...
Einziger Schwachpunkt: in unserem Zimmer im ersten Stock war die U-Bahn zu spüren, aber nach einer anstrengender Stadtbesichtigung ist das egal...

Muy bien situado. El personal muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones recién restauradas están limpias y bonitas, con todo tipo de detalles como por ejemplo el jabón y champú son de la marca Rituals. Depende la habitación tienes vistas al Castillo.

Das Hotel hat eigentlich 5 Sterne verdient, einen Stern Abzug gibt es jedoch auf unsere Aussicht vom Fenster aus. Die Aussicht war genau auf eine andere Lüftung des Hotels, sodass es nicht möglich war das Fenster offen zu lassen. Jedoch verfügte das Zimmer über eine leistungsstarke Klimaanlage / Lüftung.
Das Zimmer ist groß und bietet genug Verstaumöglichkeiten. Dazu gehören ein Schreibtisch, ein Wandschrank mit Safe und Minibar sowie 2 Nachttischschränke.
Das Bett ist groß und sehr gemütlich, jede Partei hat 2 große Kissen.
Das Bad hat eine sehr gute Größe, die ebenerdige Dusche verfügt über eine Regenduschen und einer normalen Handbrause. Handseife, Showergel und Haarshampoo sind jeweils von der Marke Rituals.
Das Zimmer ist sehr neu und sauber, das Cleaning Personal macht hier eine sehr gute Arbeit.
Das Hotel bietet auch noch andere Zimmer, mit mehreren Zimmern und Sofas an.
Das Hotel hat viel fleißiges Personal.
Das Frühstück reicht von süß bis herzhaft und bietet genug Abwechslung. Das Serviceteam macht hier auch einen hervorragenden Job und räumt zügig die Tische ab.
Im Hotel wird auch noch ein Abendbuffet gegen zusätzliches Entgelt angeboten.
Ein Wäscheservice wird auch gegen Entgelt angeboten, jedoch ist 3 min fußläufig eine Waschhalle wo jeder selbst seine Bekleidung waschen und trocken kann. Wäsche waschen mit Waschmittel 4,20 Euro und Trockner 12min 1,30 Euro.
Das Hotel ist immer sehr gut klimatisiert, sodass man auch mal kurz in der Lobby verweilen kann.
Das angebotene WLAN hat eine sehr schnelle Leitung, selbst Kartendownloads für das Navi in einer Größe von 5,5 GB waren in 20 min erledigt.
Dir Lage des Hotels ist absolut top und 3 oder 4 Querstraßen von der Einkaufsstraße entfernt, die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von hier aus fußläufig zu erreichen. Ansonsten stehen zahlreiche Transportmöglichkeiten vor der Haustür.
Das Personal ist im ganzen Hotel sehr freundlich, fleißig und hilfsbereit.
Wenn wir wieder nach Lissabon zurück kommen werden wir wieder dieses Hotel buchen.
Hätte uns das Hotel ein Zimmer mit Aussicht zur Straße gegeben, wären es eine 5 Sterne Bewertung geworden.

Gostei do hotel, excelente localização para quem procura o centro da cidade. Funcionários simpáticos. Estivemos hospedados numa altura ainda de pós pandemia, e não havia serviço de pequeno almoço, mas de manhã serviram-nos croissants, bebidas, barras de cereais, o que achei bastante simpático na atual conjuntura. O único ponto negativo foi o tamanho do quarto, em que tínhamos de desviar a secretaria para poder abrir a janela.

La recepción de 10, nos dieron en la habitación 3 pasteles de nata que estaban riquísimos cortesia de la casa!! Excepcional. La ubicación también excepcional.
Lo que le hace bajar la puntuación, es que se escucha al de la habitación de arriba todo el rato paseando por la habitación...que realmente no entiendo que hace horas dando vueltas, y abriendo y cerrando puertas, tampoco es tan grande el espacio, es una cosa normal. En un par de ocasiones di algun golpe ocasional para ver si se percataba de lo molesto que era, pero insistió mas con sus paseos y golpes...aun estoy alojada en el hotel, pero me voy en unas horas. Asi que suerte para el próximo que coja la habitación.

Hôtel très bien situé et quartier bien desservi.
Nous avons eu une chambre twin avec balcon donnant sur la rue. Très propre et très bien rénovée ! Bonne literie et pour une chambre donnant sur la rue je l’ai trouvé bien isolée.
Petit déjeuner plutôt bon et avec du choix seul bémol la salle est mal agencée et il y est difficile d’y circuler.
Wifi pas top mais ce n’est pas le plus important.
J’y retournerais sans hésiter !!

Need towl rack to hang laundry. Nightstands' corners are cut. Things can fall off easily. My wife's phone was smashed this way. Disaster to our trip. Drinking glasses are so cheap and the cramped room doesn't have a safe place to place them. I ended up with pieces of smashed glasses on the cheap, fake wood floor. It takes minutes to get hot water. You wonder which way to turn is hot. Towels can be so old and look dark.

Excellent location and yummy breakfast. For the price I paid, I would have expected free bottled water just lime the other hotels do. I was also disappointed there's no kettle in the room. I would have liked to have my tea at night.

Acabamos de regresar de Lisboa, hemos estado tres noches en My Story Tejo y ha sido todo fantástico.
Empezando por la ubicación, ya que puedes ir caminando a casi todas partes o coger cualquier medio de transporte al lado mimo. Siguiendo por lo nuevo que está todo y por supuesto la amabilidad de
todo el personal. Cogimos desayuno y está fenomenal.

1 star for facilities because of the central heat system made me sick on the first night sleep, can't fall in sleep at all and had to change my room at after mid-night time, wasted the whole night to deal with this issue which is actually not too difficult to fix, this is not acceptable as quality service of your hotel, my goodness!
2 stars for your staffs (not 1, but at least 2, included call center and reception) who are not getting appropriate training to handle guest complaints. This is important to build a good image of your hotel.

좋은 점:위치가 매우 좋고(안전하여 밤에 여자 혼자 귀가 하기에도 무리가 없습니다) 최근 리모델링으로 전반적으로 인테리어가 깔끔합니다.
나쁜점:층간 소음이 너무 심합니다. 쾅쾅 거리는 소리로 잠을 하나도 못잤습니다. 미칠뻔 했습니다. 나는 윗층에 있는 사람들이 걸어다니는 소리가 천둥번개처럼 들렸습니다.
수건이 낡았으며 아주 얇고 지저분합니다. 침대시트와 베개에 곰팡이가 피어 있습니다.
직원이 불친절합니다. 특히 silvia(?) 라는 리셉션의 통통한 여자 직원은 하우스키핑에 문제가 생겨 체크인을 좀 늦게 해야 한다는 말을 나에게 신경질 내며 했습니다. 그녀는 나에게 미안하다고 했어야 하는 것 아닌가요? silvia 는 내가 방이 너무 춥다고 했을 때에도 귀찮아하며 퉁명스러운 말투로 말했습니다. 다른 직원들은 나에게 친절했습니다.
온도 조절을 방에서 할 수가 없습니다. 따라서 추위나 더위를 타는 사람에게는 적절하지 않을 수 있습니다.
수압이 약합니다. 샤워하는데 시간이 오래 걸립니다.
무료 물(생수)의 제공이 없습니다.

My Story Hotel Tejo is beautiful. The location is great. The staff are friendly and try to be helpful. Unfortunately, that is the good news. There is a lot more bad news.
The rooms are uncomfortable and poorly set up. The mattresses are hard as rocks. Our room had one small closet but no dresser or drawers to unpack our clothes. The hotel does not provide Kleenex or wash clothes. While they do provide body wash and shampoo, they don’t give you any soap.
There is also no maintenance staff on site and, when a problem did occur, they acted helpless. We had a plumbing problem that flooded our room at about 7:00 PM. We told the front desk and they said they would take care of it. At 10:30 PM nothing had been done. When we asked about what they were doing we were told that maintenance was informed at that they would handle it in the morning because they did not work at night. When we asked what we were supposed to do about sleeping they didn’t seem to care and told us there were no other rooms in the hotel. When we told them they would have to pay for a room in a different hotel to resolve the problem, a room suddenly became available.
There is no concierge available for tourists who want information. The staff tries to be of assistance, but they often don’t know the answer and the information they do provide is frequently incorrect. We were regularly told that walking distances were much longer or much shorter than they actually were and were often directed to incorrect tram stops for our destination. In one specific case, we were told the walk from the Thieves Market to the Pantheon was about 30 minutes and had a lot of hills. The two locations were actually right next to each other.
At check out we had additional problems at the front desk. Without, informing us, they charged both rooms to a single card that had been used to reserve the rooms instead of charging the two rooms to the separate credit cards presented at check in. We intentionally did not use the first card at check in, or want it used, because of high international conversion fees and because we wanted to pay for each room separately. The people at the front desk has no idea how to refund a credit card and it took them more than half the day to figure it out.
We loved Lisbon and will be back. We won’t stay here again

Hotel Mostly favorable towards younger crowd. Most of the Staff were younger and not to receptive to the needs of the older hotel guess. My partner and I checked into our room and notice that there was only one chair in the room. As Senior Citizens we found that it was rather difficult one of us to be sitting on the bed while the other in the chair. We went to the front desk and requested if we could have another chair place in the room. Never received a response. Stay 5 days without any reply to our request. The owner of Seaside shoes should look into the needs of the guess.

Nice central hotel at sea level in lisbon.
Breakfast was ok. Room and bathroom were very clean and spaceous!
Biggest downside was, that even in winter the temperature in our room was very high (+25 degrees) so we hald to sleep with open windows to get the temperature down, which can be noisy at night. Other than that, the hotel was a good choice!

The hotel is very near to Rossio metro station as well as the Tram 28 first station. It is also walking distance to the shopping street and Praca de Commercio. The room is modern and clean, the only thing is that the centralised heater makes the room too warm and this could not be switched off. Staffs are amazing.

Ma quella camera non l'abbiamo prenotata e la cosa che da fastidio che dopo la signorina della reception sembrava anche scocciata.

Dit hotel had mijn man geboekt en ik moet toegeven dat ik er mij heel goed gevoeld heb. Een heel rustige kamer, weliswaar als het venster dicht was... En heel goed bed wat niet zo dikwijls het geval is en de kamer, toch zeker de badkamer was voor mij net wat ik ervan verwachtte. De inrichting van de kamer was nogal summier, toch zeker de kleerkast was niet echt comfortabel.
Het moet gezegd worden dat het ontbijtbuffet geserveerd werd in een heel speciaal kader. Een vergeetput midden in de zaal kom je niet dikwijls tegen. Het ontbijt zelf was prima, een fijne keuze en lekkers in overvloed. Het personeel was over het algemeen ook erg vriendelijk. Dit hotel was zeker een goede keuze.

이 가격에 이 위치에 이렇게 깔끔한 숙소 없을거에요. 와이파이가 약하고 데이터도 좀 안터져서 방을 고층으로 한번 바꿨는데 와이파이는 여전히 약했지만 그래도 데이터는 터져서 그냥 묵었네요. 그것만 빼면 아주 만족한 숙소였어요.
피게이라광장 10초 거리에 있고 한국 생필품 파는 중국인 마트가 호텔 바로 옆 건물입니다.

I believe the hotel has been renovated fairly recently and they’ve done a great job as the rooms are clean, bright and modern (without being too modern). Hotel très bien situé dans Lisbonne! Métro, bus et tram juste à côté, parfait pour découvrir la ville! Nombreux sites touristiques à proximité : château saint Jorge, place du commerce, couvent des Carmes, etc..
Chambre assez grande, salle de bain de taille raisonnable. Literie un peu dure à notre goût..mais de belles prestations (déco très sobre et moderne, climatisation, équipements dans salle de bain)
Accueil fait en Français sans aucun problème !
Petit déjeuner bien avec de tres bon fruits frais. Le buffet du petit dej pourrait être amélioré, un peu trop classique à mon goût.
Ne pas hésiter si vous cherchez un hotel en ville, nombreux resto autour (et pas que des pièges à touristes!) ;)

If you visit Lisbon, My Story Hotel Tejo is the place to stay. Large rooms, awesome beds and the shower is modern & large. Their staff is excellent, they are very professional & know the answers to your questions. I only ate here at breakfast time and food was great and plenty to choose from, and although the coffee was a machine, it was tasty and strong, the way I like it. This has been the BEST hotel experience I have had in Europe, ever. Thank you for the best holiday!

Emplacement très central. Chambre confortable et moderne mais assez petite, avec un balconnet. (Chambre 528.) La vue en face est plutôt agréable, surtout de nuit. Par contre, il vaut mieux ne pas regarder dans la cour en bas!Pour aller à la chambre 528, il faut prendre un premier ascenseur jusquau 2ième étage, puis au bout dun long couloir, on trouve un deuxième ascenseur pour aller jusquau 5ième étage.Petit déjeuner satisfaisant.Accueil très impersonnel. Lors de notre séjour ( 5 nuits), pratiquement aucun sourire ni bonjour de la part du personnel de la réception. Le personnel à la récéption de My Story Rossio est bien plus agréable. Wake-up call à 06:30 le premier matin sans aucune explication …Double vitrage efficace mais si comme nous, vous aimez dormir la fenêtre ouverte, emportez des boules Quiès à cause du bruit très gênant venant de la colonne de ventilation/conditionnement dair juste devant la fenêtre.

dirty towels, awfully bitter coffee, extreme use of air freshener in rooms, slippery shower.
my 50 year old mother slipped in the shower and hit her head on the nozzle, she bled for a couple minutes after the fall.
shower at your own risk! other than that, hotel is okay for the price of $150 (with tax) a night.
15 min drive from airport, 10 min walk to the water and the Praca de Comercio.

Hôtel très bien situé, proche de la place Martim Moniz et du métro et également des ruelles du centre ville. Au pied du château et à 5 minutes de la cathédrale ou de la place carré. De la fenêtre de notre suite nous avions une vue imprenable sur le château. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, décorées et aménagées de façon soignée avec beaucoup d’équipement utiles. La salle de bain est superbe, l’eau chaude un peu longue à venir et peu fournie en revanche. Le petit-déjeuner au rez-de-chaussée est merveilleux, abondamment servis en tout du sucré au salé avec de délicieuses pâtisseries, comme des œufs brouillés savoureux. Le prix payé vaut largement le service rendu.

Wir waren zuletzt vor 3 Jahren in dem Hotel. Inzwischen wurde es von einer Kette übernommen und grundlegend umgebaut. Sehr zu empfehlen. Gute Lage, saubere Zimmer, gute Klimaanlage. Nur das von und gewünschte tägliche Wechseln der Handtücher bereitete etwas Probleme, wurde aber nach Reklamation immer schnell nachgeholt.

Limpeza dos quartos. Sossego e tranquilidade. A suite é ampla e apropriada para uma família. Staff razoavelmente simpático e pouco comunicativo. Talvez por estarmos inseridos num grupo numeroso (mesmo assim, exigia-se um pouco mais). Pequeno almoço com muitas e boas opções. Não atribuo a quinta estrela porque uma casa de banho numa suite sem bidé não é compreensível.

Nice hotel. Not så big breakfast buffe. I missed eggs, pancakes, omelett, more cheeses and ham but ut was ok... the rooms were nice. Small but wonderful interior. I missed a pool so much. If you want a place with pool dont book here because they dont have one. But the location is perfekt in the center of the city.

Ein kleines 3 Sterne Hotel, das komplett renoviert wurde und schon aufgrund seiner Lage die 5 Sterne - Beurteilung verdient. Das höfliche Personal und das perfekte Frühstücksbuffet tragen natürlich zur Beurteilung bei.
Zu erwähnen ist allerdings die unterschiedliche Größe und Ausrichtung der Zimmer, die man bei der Buchung berücksichtigen sollte!
Das tut aber der positiven Bewertung keinen Abbruch!

Chambre très propre. La clim est facile à régler et ne va pas vous geler.
Déjeuner continental pas trop mal (ne pas s'attendre à un choix énorme. Melon, pastèque, becon, jambon, emmental, pâtisseries, boissons, yaourt, œufs brouillés) qui fait le boulot.
Un détail, préférez demander une chambre élevée' car on est en centre ville et vraiment près de la route , donc une fois les fenêtres ouvertes c'est bruyant.

Très belle hôtel refait à neuf. La chambre était spacieuse, très bien insonorisée. La salle de bain avec sa douche à l italienne est aussi très belle.

AC didn’t work! NO IRONS at the entire property.
However, Hotel is nicely renovated and staff is really nice. Location is great as well.
Unfortunately could t get much sleep with the heat at night and really dampened the experience. Multiple attempts to fix AC by the front desk resulted in nothing.

Air Conditioner did not work, had to call multiple times and complain and never fixed it for the entire stay. Had to sleep with the window open- blinds did not keep sunlight out and noise from the street kept me up until 4am.

Frisch renoviertes, stylisches Stadthotel wirklich im Zentrum von Lissabon.Zimmer hinsichtlich Ausstattung (Bad, Bett, etc...) sehr gut.Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Problematisch ist der Frühstücksbetrieb: Zu viele Gäste zur selben Zeit und zu wenig Geschirr und Personal, insofern Platzmangel oder Mangel bei den Zutaten.Zweimal haben wir auch Kakerlaken in diesem Bereich und in den zugehörigen Toiletten gesehen (Hygiene?). Zimmerbereich ist aber immer sehr sauber gewesen!

Otel güzel yeri iyi çalışanları kibar ve nazik. Oda da yerler halı değil. Terlik mevcut değil. Isıtma sistemi düzgün çalışmıyor. Sıcak su da zaman zaman problemler yaşandı. Oda da usb şarj cihazı yok. Kahvaltı idare eder düzeyde idi. Fiyat performans olarak değerlendirildiğinde ancak 3 yıldız alabilir.

Hotel nel cuore di Lisbona, arredato in maniera graziosa, nuovissimo perché appena ristrutturato, camere un po' piccine, ma ben organizzate e decisamente.comode e pratiche: hanno saputo sfruttare al meglio ogni spazio. Insonorizzate e con gli scuri alle finestre rendono il sonno molto confortevole. Materasso e cuscino comodo, ben riscaldata..
Anche il bagno pur essendo piccolo ha una doccia comoda e grande.
Se dovessi tornare a Lisbona sceglierei nuovamente questo hotel

Unser Zimmer war so klein, dass das betreten des Zimmers mit 2 Kabinenkoffer unmöglich war. Das Hotel ist noch nicht ganz fertig und ist zum größten Teil noch Baustelle daher war nicht einfach die Eingang zu finden. Sonst kein Lobby, kein Frühstückraum usw.
Die Anrichtung sind modern und schön und das Personal sehr nett.

Nous avons passer 6 nuits dans cet hôtel qui est en rénovation mais ça ne gêne pas du tout le client ,le personnel est sympas et n’hésite pas à nous rendre service et conseil avec plan à l’appui , nous avion une chambre au 3 étage avec ascenseur toute rénové et moderne une bonne literie et un calme extra. Une assiette avec petit gâteaux de bienvenue nous attendais sur une table.
Nous avons prix le petit déjeuné à deux pas de l’hôtel cause rénovation au piri piri petit resto sympas ou rien ne manque pour se remplir le ventre de bon matin et pouvoir visitez cette belle ville de Lisbonne.
Oui oui c’est sûr , on reviendra avec plaisir dans cet hôtel super bien placer au centre ville et bien entouré de commerces en tout genre.

ポルトガル旅行で最初に泊まったホテル。改装したてだったのか、とても綺麗な部屋でした。アメニティも充実。スタッフも親切な対応。
朝食は毎日同じでしたが、大変おいしかったです。
周辺の治安は多少悪そうな感じでしたので、裏路地は避けた方がいいかもしれません。お勧めです。

I had an unexpected layover in Lisbon, same day booking with the hotel. They had my room ready by 10 am and let me check in early. Nickolas at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. Comfortable bed, work desk, and an amazing shower! Seriously, the shower was epic! Hotel is in good location as well, easy to wander through the squares, walk to the water, or see the sights.

The hotel was under construction when we arrived and also during our stay, that's why it took us a while to even find the entrance when we first arrived. Despite the construction work the friendly and helpful staff was able to make us feel very comfortable and welcome even though they had only limited space to operate themselves.
The room we stayed in was new and clean, we did not hear or see very much of the construction work, so there was no disturbance at all. All in all, we had a wonderful time.

Excellent location! Near everything you need and some of the most importants places in Lisboa, like Rua Augusta, Elevador da Justa, Praça do Comércio, Bairro do Chiado, etc. You will find, at a walking's distance restaurants, drugstores, pubs, shoppings. Live like a local. Apartments very comfortable and staff very kind.

Great, Friendly, Very Helpful staff. Our family had a great time staying there during our entire stay in Lisbon. Hotel has totally renovated new rooms. Some renovation work was still in progress but that didn't bother us in anyway as that was a seperate part of hotel. Also, hotel is in the heart of Baixa & alfama district is also around 10-15 minutes walk only from here. Awesome location as well. Metro train station , buses especially bus no. 15 &;28 departs from just around the corner. Thanks much to all the hotel staff.

Lisboa Tejo ist nicht Lisboa Tejo...das Hotel wird zzt entkernt u umgebaut. Man wohnt in einem frisch renovierten Nebengebäude. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut, das Haus hat aber keinen Hotel Charakter, povisorische Lobby, so eng dass wenn die Fahrstuhltür aufgeht die Gefahr besteht die steile Treppe hinunter zu stürzen. Frühstück wird im benachbarten recht rustikalen Restaurant Piri Piri eingenommen.
Rüder Ton des Nachtportiers wg der Bezahlung, die bereits am Vortage erfolgt war...unmöglich
trotzdem 4 Sterne f Zimmer u Lage.

El trato, la ubicació... tienes la plaza del comercio, Rossio y todo el casco histórico a unos metros y lo mejor es que esta situado en la plaza donde se unen las principales lineas de transporte.

Unser Aufenthalt im Lisboa Tejo war sehr angenehm. Auch ein Einchecken nach Mitternacht war nach einem kurzen Telefonat mit dem Hotel (mehrsprachiges Personal) kein Problem.Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und man gelangt zu Fuss fast überall in kurzer Zeit hin.Unser Zimmer war etwas eng aber wunderbar neu renoviert und verfügte über ein tolles Bad, Minibar, Save und einen kleinen Balkon mit Sicht auf das Barrio Alto (5. Stock). Auch das Personal ist durchwegs sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstücksbuffet (9€) lecker und ausgiebig.Jedoch wurde uns bei der Buchung nicht mitgeteilt dass das Hotel auch zur Zeit noch rennoviert wird. So ist die Lobby gesperrt und man betritt das Hotel über den Hintereingang. Es gibt einen Lift, jedoch ist zunächst ein Treppenaufstieg in den ersten Stock zu bewältigen, was bei Gehschwierigkeiten ein Problem darstellen kann. Eine Information diesbezüglich wäre wünschenswert gewesen.Dennoch werden wir bei einem weiteren Besuch in Lissabon gerne wieder das Lisboa Tejo wählen.

La situation géographique de l'hôtel est idéale : - Métro Rossio à 5 minutes à pieds- Gare Rossio à 10 minutes à pieds (train direct pour Sintra)- Tram 15E à 2 minutes à pieds (tram direct pour Bélem)- Tram 28E à 6 minutes à pieds (vieux tram touristique)- Supérette ouverte tous les jours jusqu'à 22h : 2 minutes à pieds- À 2 rues du centre animé proposant de nombreux restaurantsL'hôtel est rénové, la chambre très agréable, parfaitement propre, donnant sur rue mais avec un double vitrage très efficace.Le personnel est très agréable, disponible et parlant français. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour en amoureux, et recommandons très fortement cet hôtel où nous sommes certains de réserver à nouveau une chambre pour un future séjour à Lisbonne

Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, erst nach zweimal Nachfragen, wurde diese repariert. Klobürste fiel auseinander. Frühstück durchschnittlich, keine Gurken, oder Tomaten. Am zweiten Tag, etwas länger geschlafen, danach wurde das Zimmer nicht mehr gereinigt.

Nice, clean family hotel in the center of Lisabon. Reception staff very very helpfull day or night. Nice breakfarst. Bit noisy becauce of lacation but you can feal and hear Lisabon there...literally :))) Everything very convinient. Have to visit streets of Alfama..necessarily :-)
