Fantastic place. Beautifully decorated. Great service. Loved the swimming pool area. I would've like more food choices for the breakfast buffet, but still I give the place a 5 stars rating.

Beautiful hotel located steps away from a metro station and various bus stops. It’s about a 30 minute walk into the city centre where many of Lisbon’s sights are, but it’s a nice walk or quick transit ride. Staff are friendly, rooms are comfortable, and there’s a complimentary bottle of water available every day. The only thing to be aware of is that the toilet and shower isn’t private - there isn’t a separate bathroom per se, but rather a thin curtain separating the two ‘pods’ from the rest of the room. Something to be aware of if travelling with friends!

Lovely hotel, 24h swimming pool as well as sauna and gym, close to the historical part of the city, but honestly I liked this area way more than a city center crowded with tourists and drug dealer :) here you feel nice and authentic

O hotel em geral é bom, no entanto, pelo que oferece é caro. Estacionamento pago a E$ 20,00 por dia, café da manhã a E$ 13,00.
O quarto é pequeno, os banheiros são apertados, não havia frigobar em nosso quarto.
É um hotel moderno, todo automatizado, mas sinceramente, não vale o custo x beneficio.

Ideales Hotel für einen Städtetrip, da nur 10 Gehminuten vom grossen Busterminal entfernt. Schade war nur, dass die Airkondition im ganzen Haus (Zimmer und allgemeine Räumlichkeiten) viel zu kalt eingestellt ist.

Altogether a nice hotel. Beds are comfortable and the room was clean on arrival. A unique design for the shower and toilet, but completely functional. Good location with the metro just near by.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est top à deux pas du métro direct en centre ville . Le petit déjeuné très complet et compieux . Un accueil très agréable.
Tres déçu des prestations des chambres , pas d’insonorisation ni au fenêtre ni avec le couloir , pas de produits de toilettes , sauf gel douche et shampoing mais dans la douche comme dans un hôtel 2* .. à ce tarif C’est limite . Le ménage très douteux , pas de serviette propre , lit à moitié fait .. trace un peu partout ( porte toilette , douche ) .

Staff rápido e prestável. Não houve qualquer problema com a ativação do Zomato Gold e os pedidos foram rapidamente servidos.

Cancelled our reservation the morning we were to check in. Left us having to book and pay more for another hotel further away from the city centre.

Beaucoup de choses à redire vraiment de l accueil inexistant à la prestation dans les chambres en passant par le ménage des chambres bref je ne recommande pas du tout.
La liste est longue :
On vient dans la chambre dès 9h du matin alors que nous dormons.
Pas de crème pour le corps c est un minimum pour un 4 étoiles même dans un contenant important plutôt qu en individuel.
Les protege oreillers sont tâchés la propreté est à revoir.
Nous entendons distinctement les voisins de la chambre d à côté.
La chaise haute pour le petit déjeuner a failli se casser quand je me suis assise
La douche sensation est en maintenance depuis deux jours
De la moisissure très nette au niveau de la douche.
L accueil qui ne répond pas aux vingtaines de sonnerie.
Bref les 4 étoiles ne sont pas très justifiées

Chic hotel with hip music playing in the evenings. The breakfast is pretty standard (as European breakfast goes) and fresh. The hotel is pretty central for Lisbon. The rooms have a nice presentation but the beds (in my room) are sunken in the middle, they have not been awful to sleep in but you notice. I am halfway through my 6night stay.

Ticks all the boxes, but the bathrooms are a limiting factor.
Really enjoyed staying three nights in this hotel.
It's very well located for the subway downtown (12 mins) and to the airport (25 mins) There are dedicated bike-lanes outside for bikes and scooters. Downtown is about a 20 minute walk, while an uber to the airport costed us 7 - 8 euros. The surrounding streets are quite residential, but busy with plenty of shops and restaurants about. Galeto up the street is definitely worth a visit and stays open 'till 3am for a late night buzzy meal. Do check it out.
Breakfast, with a good selection of pastries, is served in the lobby bar area - which is modern and well designed. There's a not-too-loud dj and bar scene in the lobby during the evenings.
The sauna, gym, steam room and pool are on the ninth floor, very clean and offer views down onto Saldanha square.
Our twin room had comfy beds and was very quiet. There are black out blinds, though the illumination from the control panels (for lights and blinds) can be quite bright. The only shortcomings of the room were the lack of tea/coffee or mini-fridge and the lack of privacy from the WC. This is in an enclosed glass tube which has next to no privacy and is a tight space too, so it feels a bit like you're using an aeroplane toilet...with a glass door. This could be a deal-breaker unless you come to an understanding with your room mate around who does what and when... :)

Un bon hôtel mais petit bémol sur le literie un peu molle, l insonorisation pas top et pour notre chambre le manque de séparation avec les toilettes. Sinon l endroit est sympa, animé, petit dej au top et bonne restauration aussi.

Très très bon hôtel nous avons passez un excellent séjour dans cet établissement tout à été parfait. L’accueil, les chambres ainsi que le petit déjeuner il n’y a rien à redire.
Si nous devions retourné à Lisbonne nous choisirons cet établissement sans hésiter !
De plus, le parking de l’hôtel parfait pour ce stationné et très peu coûteux (40€ pour 3 jours)

Really good hotel, location is great. Right next to the metro and mall. It's about 15 minutes bus drive to the old city center.
Reception and bar is open 24/7 and the wellness area which I really like unlike other hotels that have restricted time where your options would be wake up early so there would be anyone or skip it all together.
The TV has a personal welcome by your name which I found was a nice touch. 2 reasons why it's not getting a 5 star is the elevator, really annoying if you forget to scan your card it would go pick other people , 2 reason was this annoying waitress at the bar who instead I had to pay for my drinks before going up, she somehow didn't know I staying there but the bar has nothing to do with the hotel staff. I'll highly recommend it.

La salle de sport, la piscine, le sauna et le hammam sont très agréables. Penser à prendre un peignoir et une paire de tongues. Très bon hôtel dans l'ensemble

The most amazing experience in a hotel you can have. Strategic position to go everywhere in the city. Restaurants and services all around.
The rooms are nice and cosy, the entire building is clean. Lounge room with speak easy and DJ at nights. Cool lights.
We enjoyed the sauna and all the spa services,including the gym for the entire length of our staying. It's incredible to find a place where you can use this service at whatever time, even very late at night to relax a bit after an entire day walking in the city.
The staff is very kind and well trained. A part from one bearded guy at the bar. Note to this guy.. next time you are taking someone's order it's rude to let other people get in front of him just because they're speaking Portuguese.. it happened to me and I felt it was very rude and that I didn't want to order at the hotel bar anymore.

Very nice hotel in the heart/city center of Lisbon - Saldanha - 25 mins walking to the downtown or 10minutes by metropolitan! The metropolitan station is really close to the hotel (40metters or less). I was here for a drink in the bar (the prices are very acceptable) so I can't give an opinion about the rooms. Nevertheless, the ambiance and deco is very nice, modern and cosy. Great!

Un bar est ouvert tous les soirs avec de très bons cocktails à la carte. Bref, je recommande et j’y retournerai !

Atención extraordinaria. Muy moderno y divertido. Tiene una app para ambientar la habitación desde el celular. Pileta y sauna impecables. Desde el sauna se pueden ver los descensos al aeropuerto, cosa que los pilotos disfrutamos mucho. A pasos del subte, es ideal para moverse por toda Lisboa y mas allá. Si querés descansar, sugiero que pidas pisos altos porque de noche la barra funciona casi como una disco. El desayuno es demasiado caro.

Verbazingwekkend waarin een groot internationaal hotel klein kan zijn. Via expedia reis geboekt. Per abuis ipv maart februari gekozen. Gelijk expedia gebeld. Vervolgens luchtvaartmaatschappij Vuelta. Hier vlucht verplaatst in 5 minuten. Geen enkel probleem. Vervolgens het Evolution hotel. Tot onze verbazing weigerde men elke medewerking. Geboekt is geboekt ook als is dit maar 5 minuten geleden volgens de medewerkers. Hier viel ook niet meer over te praten. Wij hadden uiteraard begrepen indien er administratieve kosten of een bijbetaling gevraagd zou worden. Maar helaas er viel niet over te praten. Op de vraag waar dan ons geld dan blijft als zij al wisten dat de kamers ongebruikt bleven werd geen antwoord gegeven. Een telefoontje naar Expedia leert ons echter dat de reservering blijft staan tot aankomst. Vervolgens claimt Evolution gewoon de kamerprijs bij Expedia. Niet echt netjes en een groot hotel onwaardig. Wij blijven achter, 160 euro armer in 10 minuten en een vieze smaak in de mond. Bij een 4 sterren hotel heb je andere verwachtingen.

Das Hotel ist im Norden von Lissabon gelegen, direkt an einer Metro Station (Saldanha). Man ist somit relativ schnell mit der Metro im Zentrum. Für zu Fuß.ist es zu weit nörelich. Es liegt an einem viel befahrenen Kreisel und isr zur Straßenseite ggf. etwas laut... Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel isr sehr spacig und hebt sich somit von anderen Hotels ab. Zimmer ist sehr sauber, man arbeitet hier wohl mit vieo Chlor (Bettwäsche riecht nach Chlor) Das Hotel hat einen Pool und eine Hotelbar, die wirklich schön gestalter worden ist.

Ein grandioses Hotel, sehr schöne Zimmer - sauber, ordentlich und geräumig. Die Betten sind bequem, eher weicher. Interessant ist die Abtrennung von Dusche und Toilette. Ansonsten gibt es einen tollen Ausblick auf den Platz und einen schönen Pool. Wir sind begeistert und sehr zufrieden. Der Service ist perfekt und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ausgewogen und auch die Bar im Eingangsbereich ist zu empfehlen. Das Internet ist kostenlos und schnell! Von hieraus lässt sich die Stadt sehr schön zu Fuß erkunden. Bushaltestelle und Metro sind quasi direkt vor der Tür.

Honestly one of the coolest hotels ever. The rooms have a very interesting design and layout with cool and funky items like massive fancy lights, individual bathroom and shower cubicles, fully connected lighting, automatic blinds, sound, television and Bluetooth services and everything controlled by either television with remote or a switch next to your bed. The lighting scheme is really nice with a restaurant/bar/nightclub in the first 2 levels of the hotel. There is a gym, indoor pool, and saunu on the top level overlooking Saldanha Square in Lisbon. The coolest hotel I have been to.

Modern hotel....centrally located to metro, shopping complexes and eateries.
Staff friendly and beds comfy....amenities (gym and pool) were state of the art. Smart rooms....everything is automated....that took some getting used to.
No room service :( but food was available for sale 24/7 :)
Bathrooms were a tad odd...the toilet was located in one cylinder amd the shower in another....and both had no air vents. That also took some getting used to.

Отличная современная гостиница. На рецепешне есть русскоговорящий сотрудник. Бассейн с подогревом до 30 градусов. Wi-fi летает. Единственный нюанс, санузел не отделен от комнаты, Вы должны очень любит того, с кем будете делить номер=))) Рекомендую всем, отличное расположение, до метро 1 мин, вокруг куча закусочных.

Das Hotel ist sauber und für eine Städtereise sehr gut gelegen. Dank der Metrostation direkt vor dem Hotel ist man in kürzester Zeit an jedem beliebigen Ort. Das Personal am Empfang ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Toll ist der Pool und die Sauna welche 24h zur Verfügung stehen. Ein kleiner Mangel sind die sehr lauten Wasserleitungen. Am Morgen ab ca um 6 Uhr rauscht es und animiert zum Toilettengang. Auch die doch sehr kleinen WC und Duschkabinen sind zumindest für etwas korpulentere Personen sicher nicht geeignet. Wir hatten das Zimmer im 2. Stock direkt über der Bar. Am Freitag Abend hatten wir somit Musik im Zimmer bis ca 2 Uhr Morgens.

Hotel muy moderno, con detalles como el gim y la piscina abierta 24 horas, pero con problemas como que a las 17,00 todavía no habían hecho la habitación ( dicen que las hacen hasta las 19,00), personalmente no me parecen horas.
Tampoco tienen carta de almohadas ( en un 4 estrellas no poder cambiar de almohada, ya que las que tienen son blandas no me parece lógico)
Y pequeños detalles que no esperas en un 4 estrellas .
El water está dentro de la habitación, en una cabina un poco estrecha

Very practical, efficient and cool room, if somewhat impersonal - which can also be okay. In trying to be “cool” it is sometimes a bit gimmicky. The staff are outstanding though!
It is a good 35 minute walk to the waterfront and historical quarter, but not too expensive to travel by Uber or taxi. Although set in a commercial/business area it has a surprisingly good vibe in the area. We had coffees and bits of food (as well as great live music) at a small outdoor place next to the hotel.

La arquitectura del hotel es muy original, de diseño moderno, en su exterior se observa una mano muy grande tipo escultura que parece que está sujetando al Hotel para que no se caiga.
En el interior tiene una buena y bonita decoración.
Tiene unas buenas instalaciones, parking, cafetería, restaurante, piscina, spa, sauna, gym y unas vistas espectaculares.
También dispone de una sala de reuniones.
Dispone de wifi gratuita.
Tiene un personal joven muy atento, dispuesto y muy agradable.

Hotel de 4 étoiles mais qui ne veut pas nous rembourser ou décaler notre réservation alors que la france connait un confinement depuis le 17 mars 2020. Le personnel n'a jamais donné de motif valable ou réel suite à notre demande d'annulation. Nous souhaitons attirer votre attention sur le manque de sérieux de cet hotel qui a tout de même obtenu 4 étoiles se n'est sûrement pas pour leur explication qui est quasi nul ou néant....

Nous avons passé un super séjour de 3 nuits dans ce magnifique établissement design !
Le petit + : l'espace sauna, hammam et piscine ouvert 24h/24h qui permet un peu de détente le soir après un longue journée de marche dans Lisbonne :-)
Concernant notre chambre : située au 5ème étage avec vue sur la place, nettoyée tous les jours.
Les personnes travaillant à l'accueil ou bien au bar sont très gentilles et accueillantes.
L'hôtel est vraiment bien placé puisqu'une entrée de métro est située à proximité, la ligne rouge qui relie directement l'aéroport.
Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel !

Stayed here 5 nights. Great hotel. Don’t be concerned with the weird bathroom. It works great.
Incredible staff. Great beds, great modern and comfortable room. Great location.
Great breakfast. And for me I needed parking and it has free parking garage.
Common areas are great - you can work here all day and have meetings on the second open floor.
Also great atmosphere in the evening with a love DJ every day.
Gym is great (but a bit limited / small). The pool is also a nice bonus.
Will surly be back here.

Albergo nuovo, moderno e curato, pulito, letti comodi e asciugamani morbidi. Ottima spa e palestra aperte 24h. Situato in una bella zona di Lisbona, vicino a negozi, ristoranti, centro commerciale. Un paio di cose negative: mancanza di frigo e bollitore in camera e una fastidiosa aria fredda, probabilmente dovuta all'aspirazione forzata, tra l'altro inutile visto che si può aprire la finestra.

Out-of-the-box hotel. Good location, 20 min by metro from airport. Comfortable bed, clean room. However nothing 'extra' in the room. No fridge, no coffee/tea facilities. Shower gel and hand soap in dispenser, so don't expect fancy minis. Toilet and shower are 'in' the room, so there is no bathroom-privacy. Be aware of that! Breakfast is not included, costs €15 on the day itself or €13 when you book a day in advance. It's worth the price. However the breakfast room is a bit cold, not really cozy.
Swimming pool, sauna and a very nice massage shower are located on the 9th floor. Towels are available. a nice place to unwind after a busy day.

Unfortunately, I dont remember the staff name but during the check-in the staff member let us check in like 3 hours earlier. Thank you very much for that, it was so big relief as I was travelling with my son and we were very tired, our flight was very early in the morning.The room was very nice and comfortable, very modern and clean, just as much as the tube shower and toilet look great there is no privacy while using the facilities. A simple change of the curtain to not see-through one would solve the problem. I found it difficult to manage with my son, no place to hide after a shower.Also, simple small kettle and some complimentary tea or coffee (or at least kettle) in the room would be nice. A bottle of small water is nothing compared to other hotels.

- vor der Sauna (welche eine Glastür hat!) befindet sich eine Kamera - keine Privatsphäre, ebenso wie am Laufband - man fühlt sich beobachtet und ausspioniert
- betritt man den Fahrstuhl ohne Karte, wird man drin eingesperrt :(

Cool vibe, loved the relatively non touristy location, which is still close and central,, and loved how it’s like a premium hostel for kids who don’t really travel on a budget. This is not a regular hotel, and I’m happy to have tried it. One small thing: the couches in the rooms and in the common areas could use a vacuuming and shampooing.

I've been staying here for my twice-yearly visits to Lisboa for the last several years. Great location. Helpful staff. "Space age" rooms are fun and comfortable once one gets used to them, although the complicated lighting system is a bit of a challenge and unfortunately has lit switches that put too much blue-tinted light into the room, which goes against current recommendations for good sleep. If you are noise-sensitive like me, avoid lower-floor rooms because of the noise from parties on the mezzanine. Breakfast is pretty good, lots of variety and decent automatic machine coffee. Gym and pool on the top floor are better than average, although they can get crowded in busy months. My only complaint from my visits so far is that one shirt I sent for laundry got irreversibly stained by bleach, which I only noticed a few days after I had checked out. That's the main reason for 4 rather than 5 stars.

- the irritating english cheap music during the breakfast was a downer. Where’s the Portuguese music?! Sincerely.
- new staff during the night in the restaurant who didn’t know how to serve a guest properly or to SOLVE problems by themselves (!) nor being friendly broke up the long-term „good feeling“ I personally had during my stay. Sad. Great location but CHEAP staff is a bad choice!
- TEACH your new staff at the check-in that one shouldn’t make intime or very personal questions to guests! That’s a NO-GO! Secondly, that Portuguese is Portuguese and period. Being discriminating towards Portuguese in other parts of the world, as if only the language in Portugal is “Portuguese” is OFFENSIVE. Don’t let your staff be jerks. They can keep their prejudice privately, I don’t care, but not when I am GUEST and PAYING for my stay!

They have a save a 10% if you reserve directly from them. DONT DO IT. Reserve using a third party. My flight got canceled due to bad weather. I called them from the airport the night before. Because of the time difference it was close to midnight their time. The person at the front desk could not assist me and said he would speak to management. Had I booked through a third party and cancelled online directly with them, I would have received a refund. So beware! Form book directly though them.

Cooles Hotel , interessante Inneneinrichtung , das nur durch eine Glaswand getrennte Wc im Zimmer muss man mögen , reichlich Auswahl beim Frühstück, sehr gute Cocktails , Hotel liegt perfekt neben der U-Bahn Station (rote Linie)

hôtel très bien situé dans le centre ville ..accueil chaleureux par une équipe jeune..la réception est un peu froide et assez éloignée quand on arrive. chambres digitales..modernes propres .grand choix au .petit déjeuner de produits frais..sucrés et salés..hammam..sauna..piscine au dernier étage pour profiter après une journée de visites ..je recommande

Stayed for 3 nights. The staff was super friendly especially at the bar. The only complaint is that the ac didn’t work very well in our room. My friend wokeup sweating 2 out of 3 nights .

Wonderful hotel that is clean, comfortable and convenient to restaurants and coffee shops. The staff is friendly and helpful in giving you directions and setting up tours to explore the wonderful city of Lisbon and beyond. The breakfast is good with a great assortment of hot and cold foods. The swimming pool and sauna is a nice plus after a day of exploring. I would definitely stay here again.

Séjour parfait à l'évolution.
Prestations vraiment appréciable après une longue journée de marche dans lisbonne ( sauna & piscine en accès libre et gratuit 24h/24 ) !
Personnel très accueillant, compétent et dynamique , cocktails et restauration parfaite, petit déjeuner varié et excellent , chambre parfaitement propre et confortable .. les superlatifs manquent !
Je recommande cet hôtel à n'importe quelle personne qui souhaite visiter Lisbonne !

Albergo non centrale ma con vicina metro ed autobus .La fermata dell'autobus da e per l'aeroporto è praticamente davanti.La stanza che avevamo era moderna non grande tutta tecnologica.Devo dire però che non amo i bagni non separati dalla stanza.Infatti vi sono praticamente nella stanza due cabine una per il water ed una per la doccia.Il lavabo è strettissimo e non ci di può appoggiare nessun nécessaire.Inoltre se una persona vuol fare la doccia di mattina presto mentre un'altra vuol dormire ancora non essendoci divisorio ma tipo open space si sveglia con la luce della cabina doccia chi dorme.sara futuristico ma molto molto scomodo il tutto.Inoltre non c'è una crema corpo ne altre faciliets per un quattro stelle.La colazione non l'abbiamo provata.

Relativ laut, manchmal feiern mitten in der Nacht junge maenner draußen vor dem hotel eine tanzparty. Abwasserleitungen von den anderen Zimmern ist ebenfalls manchmal störend. Zimmer ist trotz sehr guter Rollos nicht dunkel da die touchpades zur Steuerung der Lichter und der Rollos sehr viel Licht abwerfen, die stört ebenfalls. Posetiv ist die sehr gute metro Anbindung sowie viele Cafés vor der tuer. Sehr gute Lage des Hauses zum erkunden der Stadt.

I love how clean the property was. Someone is always mopping or wiping things down . It is the evolution so everything is operated by your tv. It took me three days to realize operating the Ac was through the television in addition to using Bluetooth to connect to the tv to play music from my phone. The bar is open all night with music . do not worry you can’t hear anything from your room. The only negative is the bathroom is actually in the bedroom as you can see from the photos; so there is no privacy when on the toilet . Great location to quickly use the metro ( one block away) . The pool and sauna were great after a long day . Oh yea, the bar sells many drinks and hot bar food . Wouldn’t mind staying again .

Ridiculamente pequeno. É um hotel sem sentido. Só serve para beber uns copos. O barulho nos quartos é constante, por isso se estiver a pensar em dormir é melhor ir para outro hotel. Casas de banho ridículas cujo único intuito é o de poupar espaço e maximizar o metro quadrado.

I have frequented this hotel lobby with some regularity, as it is a very pleasant place to be, be it socially or for work/studying.
Today, however, after spending a couple hours at the hotel, they decided to increase the volume. After I enquired whether it could be set down, I was introduced to the managers.
This review isn't a complaint about the music, but yes to the absolute hostility and mockery displayed by the managers, who aggressively talked me down due to my wish to write a complaint.
Additionally, the staff were, to my understanding, purposely unhelpful with the filing of the complaint.
Otherwise, great place to be at.
EDIT: To be abundantly clear, I am calling the owner or manager's behavior downright thuggish. I hope he is aware of his own posture when talking to people, and I would encourage him to actually read the reviews posted.

One of the best hotels i have ever visited. Location is amazing straight next to the metro station and very well connected. Rooms are amazing and spacious. Showers and bathrooms are very cool and semi transparent. Their pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym are on point. Breakfast buffet is mouthwatering with a lot of variety. Staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and will surely book it for next time.

Ist ein gutes und stylisch eingerichtetes Hotel.
Nettes Personal und coole Zimmer mit toller Beleuchtung!
Ein paar Kleinigkeiten müssten im Zimmer gemacht werden und das Parkhaus ist sehr klein und bietet leider nur wenige Parkmöglichkeiten.
Ansonsten dennoch ein sehr gutes Hotel.
