Sono stato al Gat Rossio a Lisbona ad Ottobre 2019. L'hotel è suddiviso in due palazzi collegati da un piccolo terrazzo esterno. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere tutto a piedi e in pochi minuti ma non si trova nel caos del pieno centro storico. La stanza Superior sicuramente vale il prezzo extra! Il Gat Rossio sarà il mio hotel di riferimento quando tornerò a Lisbona.

ברצוני לציין שזה המלון הגרוע ביותר
שבו התארחתי בביקורי בחו'ל.
כל מה שכתוב בבוקינג שקר אחד גדול.
חדר צפוף, מטר על מטר, מיטת נוער, אין מרטה בחדר.
ארוחת בוקר שאתה מקבל ביצים ואתה חייב להרתיח אותם לעצמך.
מכונת קפה רק אספרסו, אין קפוצ'ינו או שוקו.
מקלחת ושירותים צפופים, והשכנים ממול צופים בך מתקלח.
ממול משפצים, בשעה 5:00 מתחיל להרעיש
גנרטור, מפזר עשן ורעש עצום.
כניסה למלון דרך ר'ח צר ללא חניה.
אין מקום לעלות את המזוודות לחדר.
זה מדרחוב.

Great location - near public transportation and subway/train stations and has lots of restaurants within the vicinity. Breakfast is nice but the menu doesn't change much. A bit understaffed on days and the bag elevator is not on at certain times of the day, making it a bit inconvenient if you are checking in/out very early/late in the day and your room is on the other side with no elevator service.

Superb location!!! Metro and train station metres away. Tons of eateries, shops, hustle bustle in this perfect area. Rooms Very, very small, basically a bed and 2 mini end tables , no room for large suitcases. Upgrade to a bigger room 100%. Great free breakfast with a lot of options. Highly recommend this hotel and area.

Só não recomendo os quartos triplos, pois ficam em prédio anexo, cujo acesso não é coberto, se chover, o hóspede se molha. Além disso, para chegar aos quartos de numeração iniciada por 2 é preciso subir uma escada e dentro dos quartos há uma outra escada íngreme, a cama de solteiro fica em baixo, perto da casa de banho e a cama de casal fica em cima. Os quartos do prédio principal são pequenos, mas isso é um detalhe compensado pela excelente localização, no centro histórico de Lisboa. Na rua do Hotel há muitos bares e restaurantes. A estação do Rossio está a alguns passos de caminhada. O pequeno almoço (café da manhã) é muito bom, o ambiente e o staff são muito agradáveis.

Petit déjeuner varié, literie très bienTrès bon rapport qualité/prix.Petit bémol, des travaux de rénovation en cours sur un bâtiment en face de lhôtel ont été source de bruit ponctuellement le vendredi et le lundi mais heureusement pas le weekend.

Location is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. That said, quality of domestic travel agencies recommended for travel around Lisbon ( to Sintra) was poor in our case, although cant be generalised. Hotel staff lacked coordination with the agency and we had to waste one day due to their goof up. Also, water heating system is in bathroom wasnt consistent, it would heat up randomly and risk burning.

This hotel has a minimalistic ethic, but everything you need is there. Very clean, efficient, well laid out. Small single rooms but they don't feel cramped. Really nice and helpful reception staff who helped us get dinner reservations on Easter Sunday, which was no small feat. Perfect central location on a pedestrian street.

regular, el merito del hotel lo tiene su ubicación, habitación pequeña, sin placard, zona de colgar la ropa en ganchos de las paredes sin frigo, el TV pequeño ( no importante) pegaba contra la hoja de la ventana , personal amable, pero no soluciono mi problema. me dio a pensar que me alojaron donde no habia contratado o no tiene solucion en serio. volvi a lisboa y por supuesto no se me ocurrió, alojarme nuevamente. MALA RELACION PRECIO CALIDAD COMODIDAD.

지하철역, 관광지, 기차역과 가까워서 여행하기에 좋은 위치예요~ 바로 옆이 기차역이라 기차 타고 신트라 가신다면 정말 편리해요! 직원들 모두 친절하고 방은
크진 않지만 깔끔했어요. 조식은 샐러드만 있었다면 완벽했을텐데, 샐러드 없이 베이커리류, 씨리얼, 햄, 치즈, 간단한 과일 정도 있었고 가격 대비 괜찮았어요. 근처에 레스토랑이 늦게까지 영업해서 위험하지 않고 좋더라구요. 어매니티는 충분하지 않으니(욕실에는 샴푸&바디 겸용 한개, 세면대에는 물비누와 고체비누만 있음) 칫솔, 치약은 꼭 챙기셔야 해요~ 어매니티 향기는 정말 좋았어요! 그리고 방에 냉장고와 물이 없으니 입실하실 때 물 사가지고 가세요~ 호텔 내 자판기는 500ml에 1유로예요(외부 마켓에서 사면 1리터도 0.5유로 정도)... 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다

Hotel muy céntrico, ubicación excelente. Hay paradas de metro y de autobús al lado. Habitaciones perfectas y muy limpias. La cama es muy cómoda y los detalles del diseño de las habitaciones muy auténticos. Desayuno muy bueno y con mucha variedad. I joined a tour group, not sure about the price. The room is lower floor on 2nd, I can heard breakfast kitchen prepare food with noisy sound. However, room is clean, bed is comfortable with quality amenities. Convenience location, restaurants just everywhere when you step out from hotel. Love the hotel, breakfast has lot of varieties and area is so clean & tidy.

정말 정말 기본호텔이라고 생각하면 될듯 하지만 한국이랑은 많이 다른느낌.
냉장고(물포함) 치약 면도기 등등이 없고 드라이기가 화장실 벽에 붙어있는데 굉장히 약하고 빨리 뜨거워짐.
호텔 바로 앞이 식당들이 있어서 10시 이후에도 약간의 소음이 있지만 크게 신경쓸정도는 아님.
직원들은 아주 친절함.
조식은 무료임. 기계가 짜주는 오렌지쥬스, 삶은달걀(직접삶아야함), 빵, 에그타르트(맛은그닥!), 햄, 치즈, 커피, 우유 등등이 있음
물은 로비 윗층, 즉 1층 자판기에 있음. (계단 오른쪽 이며 1유로)

L'hotel è in una zona di Lisbona veramente strategica. Le stanze sono piccole ma confortevoli e pulite, per passare una piccola vacanza vanno più che bene. Lo staff, composto prevalentemente da ragazzi giovani, è molto cordiale e preparato. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio, appunto, per brevi vacanze di coppia.

L'hotel è posizionato molto bene, praticamente a ridosso dell'uscita della metropolitana ed a poche centinaia di metri dal centro raggiungibile a piedi. Le camere sono moderne, un po' piccole così come piccolo è il bagno, ma il tutto è silenzioso, ordinato e molto pulito. Buona e sufficientemente varia la prima colazione. Lo staff è professionale e cortese.

Chambre aux dimensions suffisantes, propre et bien entretenue. Bon accueil de la part de l'ensemble du personnel. La salle du petit déjeuner est un peu petite au regard du nombre de clients, ça doit être sympa en été avec la terrasse ouverte. Je recommande pour un point de chute bien placé dans la ville.

Cumple la función de hotel céntrico. Para pasar dos o tres días callejeando por Lisboa. La opción del desayuno no la recomiendo para para más de dos días, ya que es repetitiva y acaba aburriendo. La fruta del desayuno escasea mucho y la cortan tan finita q parecen lonchas de embutidos. Las habitaciones limpias y muy confortables, cumpliendo su cometido de descanso...siempre y cundo no te toquen las de la parte trasera del hotel q dan a un montón de bares, cubos de basura y almacén de productos para los mencionados. El camión de la basura pasa sobre las 2:30 de la mañana y es un verdadero escándalo de botellas y contenedores. Sobre las 6 A.M cominos el desfile de proveedores y olvídate de pegar ojo. A nosotros nos tocó la 211 y por poco me tiro por la ventana la primera noche. Al día siguiente pedimos q nos la cambiarán a pesar de q habiamos contratados una superior, lo sacrificamos por el descanso. El personal de la recepción atentos a nuestra petición y siempre con el detalle de botella de agua en la habitación( se agradece ..

Nice boutique hotel in the centre of Lisboa, very close to the main attranctions and to the public transport. My comfort room was large enough considering the location, neverthelss it was very noisy due to the close vicinity of restaurants, with people screaming and shouting till late night. Breakfast room is very small and the variety of food is not satisfatory. Anyway, if your primary need is to have a hotel that you can easily reach on foot from the Baixa pedestrian area, I would recommend it.

Отличное расположение, все рядом, номер маленький, но чистый, белоснежное белье и полотенца, доброжелательные сотрудники, свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок на завтрак. Мне понравилось, я бы поселилась здесь следующий раз (е ли он будет). Из "минусов" - ночью шумно, был 3 этаж, 312 номер, который выходил в узкий переулок, где ночью общались, пили, курили допоздна местные. А рано утром вывозили контейнеры с диким грохотом. Но если взять номера на верхних этажах, может, и нормально будет. И ещё неудобство-- WiFi приходилось устанавливать каждый день. А вообще, Лиссабон - потрясающий город, очень хотелось бы сюда вернуться

優點：
1. 離 Rossio 火車站很近，旅遊行程有安排去 Sintra 的話會很方便。
2. 離 Metro 很近，附近有兩個地鐵站，Restauradores 跟 Rossio。
3. 房間乾淨整齊，且空間算大，兩個行李箱可打開不會影響通道。
4. 雙人床軟硬適中，躺起來很舒服。
5. 房間有對外窗，且可以看到街景。
6. 床的兩側都有小桌子可以放置物品。
7. 房間內的空調可自行調溫度
8. 有提供自助吧早餐，種類還算多。有多種麵包，水煮蛋，火腿，起司，水果，現搾柳橙汁，牛奶，茶類，咖啡等。
缺點：
1. 插座數量太少。房間內只有兩個，其中一個還藏在床邊，且位置差不好使用。
2. 廁所洗手台太小，洗手時水容易噴到地上。
3. 浴室熱水水壓有點小。
4. 浴室無置物架，私人盥洗用品只能放地上
5. 浴室跟廁所的空間太小
6. 房間內沒冰箱
7. 房間內沒有提供熱水壺
8. 早餐的菜色幾乎每天一樣，只有麵包甜點會有一點點變化
我們這次入住的是 210 號房。覺得比較不方便的地方是插座少，浴室較小，其他部份覺得還可以，住起來滿舒適的。但因為個人滿在意插座數量，因此這部份會扣比較多分。

Ένα ξενοδοχείο ακριβώς στο κέντρο της πόλης με το μετρό στα 30 μέτρα οι στάσεις των λεωφορείων περιμετρικά. Ο σιδηροδρομικός σταθμός στα 100 μέτρα. Οι πλατείες Πολύ κοντά. Είναι πολύ καθαρό με ευγενές και εξυπηρετικο προσωπικό. Πολύ καλή τιμή με εξαιρετικό πρωινό. Το μόνο αρνητικό τα Μικρά δωμάτια. Πάντως θα το προτιμούσα για όλους τους παραπάνω λογους. Best value for money.

Reservamos dos habitaciones, una para dos mujeres y otra para un matrimonio con un hijo. Al llegar nos encontramos con que la de dos personas la habían dado con cama de matrimonio en vez de con dos camas individuales, y la que era para el matrimonio con el niño, era una habitación minúscula con una cama de matrimonio sin cuna ni cama supletoria, que si ya era reducida para una sola persona, imagina para tres. Reclamamos la cuna o cama para el niño y dicen que no ha disponibles en ese momento ( tened en cuenta que la reserva la hicimos hace tres meses, creo que tiempo suficiente para una organización adecuada). Lo bueno del hotel esque está en una ubicación inmejorable.

Very good location at the city centre. It was only a three star hotel so everything was simple including the breakfast which we were very satisfied for the price we paid. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They were very kind and patient in answering all of our doubts and even give us recommendations for food, places to visit and how to use the public transport.

Wir haben dieses Hotel für einen Kurztrip gebucht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Nivau ist bei diesem Hotel perfekt. Das Frühstück klein, aber ausreichend und mit frisch gepressten Orangensaft. Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls klein, aber ausreichend. Der Check-in war etwas Chaostisch. Da glaub ich unser ganzer Flieger dort (zu früh) eingecheckt hat. Damit waren Sie etwas überfordert. Auf die Kritik wurde sofort reagiert, sich entschuldigt und ein Obstteller im Zimmer hinterlassen. Im Anschluss tat mir die Kritik schon wieder leid. Denn Sie haben alles dafür getan, dass jeder Gast seine Koffer hierlassen konnte und eine Info zu seinem Zimmer bekam. Für einen Kurztrip ist dieses Hotel augrund der Lage sehr zu empfehlen!

Uno dei migliori rapporti qualità /prezzo.
L'arredamento è minimale e mancano gli armadi e casetti vari, ma ci si abitua in fretta.
Buona la colazione anche se non variatissima. Per noi che privilegia o il dolce era perfetta, non molto per chi predilige il salato.
La stanza, suite, valeva il prezzo.

Gat Rossio is definitely value for money and has a friendly multilingual staff. Room 602 has something weird though. The closet is part of the bathroom, so getting your stuff out of your luggage is not really possible.

Adorei o conceito do hotel. Atendimento muito prestativo das pessoas. Limpeza excelente do local e dos quartos. Espaço e arquitetura dos quartos muito bem aproveitadas mesmo com um espaço mínimo cada coisa tem o seu lugar. Café da manhã excelente e a localização é inigualável perto de tudo, muito bem servido de restaurantes ao redor da zona muito boêmia. Voltarei aqui com certeza.

Wonderful location for me. Best wifi of the 3 places I stayed on this trip!Great local restaurant recco from a staff member.Although some may be bothered that the bed took up most of the room space (but was very comfortable and felt luxurious! ;-)) the rest of the furniture was cleverly designed so a desk and place for suitcase and hangers worked out well. Toilet area small but separate shower very spacious. Lovely French windows opened for air and view to street. Breakfast decent.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Wenige Schritte von der Metrostation Restauradores entfernt. Somit vom Flughafen sehr gut zu erreichen. Einzelzimmer praktisch eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Getränkeautomaten mit günstigen kalten und warmen Getränken im Aufenhaltsraum. Schöne Gemeinschaftsterrasse. Frühstück simpel aber sehr gut mit frischgepresstem Orangensaft.

Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen sehr bequem mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen. Es liegt in einer Seitenstraße ohne Autoverkehr, dafür jedoch mit vielen Restaurants. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem fußläufig zu erreichen.Die Standardzimmer sind sehr klein. Unser Badezimmer war sogar winzig.Da wir nicht sehr groß und eher schlank sind, konnten wir die Badezimmertür gerade mal mit Mühe schließen. Etwas größeren und vielleicht vollschlanken Gästen sind die Standardzimmer nicht zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück ist einfallslos. Vier Tage lang zwei die gleichen Wurstsorten und eine Käsesorte.

Me gustó todo. Ubicacion ideal y precios a la altura. Muy atentos y desayuno completisimo. La habitacion limpia comoda y perfecta. Lastima que el parking que tienen cerca (conquistadores) nos cobraban 24€ por dia.

Hôtel parfait pour visiter Lisbonne, sa position au centre ville vous permet de profiter pleinement de tous les centres d'intérêt. Petit déjeuner buffet, copieux et alimenté de façon permanente, jus d'orange extra. Les chambres sont propres et de taille correcte , la literie est très bonne . Certes on entend parfois les bruits de la rue car restaurant juste en dessous. Mais franchement .lorsque vous avez une bonne journée de marche dans les jambes , vous n'avez pas besoin d'une berceuse . la clumatisation fonctionne tres bien. Bref un tred bon hotel.

Struttura nuova nel cuore di Lisbona vicino a tutte le attrazioni principali, oltre che alla fermata della metropolitana. Stanza abbastanza piccola ma molto pulita e ordinata, arredamento semplice e moderno. Bagno spazioso e pulito, buona anche la colazione, aperta dalle 7.....ristoranti con menù turistici intorno all'Hotel.

Excelente ubicación. En el centro de la ciudad. Muy bien comunicado. Productos de calidad en el desayuno, con zumo de naranja, recien exprimido. Estuvimos en una junior suite, muy buena habitacion con una cama super grande y supercomoda.
El personal de recepción muy agradable y amable, atendiendote en español.

Posizione molto comoda perché in pieno centro.camere molto piccole ma vivibili.avuto problemi frequenti con la chiave, praticamente 2 volte al giorno era da smagnetizzare quindi doppio giro di scale. Colazione discreta ma un po' ripetitiva mai visto un croissant in una settimana,sempre 2 stessi tipi di dolci a mio parere poco adatti per la colazione. personale reception molto disponibili.

Ubicación inmejorable. En pleno centro del casco antiguo la 5 minutos a pie de cualquier sitio interesante . Bien comunicado. Personal atentísimo y muy cercano . Todo el personal en general pero mención especial a la Srta. Rosa Mesa una cordobesa simpatiquísima y profesional, un encanto de niña.
Limpieza excelente.
Por poner un pero, las habitaciones pelín pequeñas, no hay armarios y resulta incómodo hasta que te acostumbras .El desayuno correcto pero poca variedad. Yo eché de menos algo más de fruta. Sólo habia manzanas. En generall 100% recomendable. Cuando volvamos a Lisboa, sin duda repetiremos hotel .

El personal es muy agradable y dispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación es muy buena, en pleno centro para ir andando a cualquier sitio. El desayuno es amplio pero no muy variado, aunque cada día tienes dos tipos de dulces típicos portugueses :) La terraza es estupenda para desayunar al sol!
Las habitaciones y los baños son muy pequeños, aunque al ver las fotos y la descripción de la habitación ya te haces una idea de cómo va a ser. El wifi estaba estropeado y no funcionó durante todo el fin de semana. Las habitaciones exteriores de la primera planta son muy ruidosas por la calle a la que dan las ventanas, pedimos cambio de habitación y no hubo ningún problema.

This Hotel has a perfect location right in the heart of all the action in Lisbon. Close by are supermarkets, restaurants, bars,railway station and you can walk anywhere in the city within 10-15 minutes to all attractions. The rooms are quaint, clean, comfortable and quiet with large window letting in plenty of light and air. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and will help you with any questions you may have. The breakfast is fantastic offering plenty of options from hot to cold food, snacks, coffee and teas and is spacious to walk around without being too crowded when the hotel is full. The other nice perk from staying in this hotel is the Terrace outside where you can chill with a nice beer or wine, the wifi is excellent also if you have any business to attend to this is a nice spot to work outside also. Highly recommended for your stay in Lisbon!

O hotel tem ótima localização, em um ponto central da cidade. Ótimos restaurantes ao lado do hotel, algumas estações de metrô e trem do lado. Atendimento excelente, todos muito simpáticos e super atenciosos. Ótimo café da manhã. Quartos bem arrumados e aconchegantes.

It’s located in the centre of Lisbon where you can reach most of the tourist spots on foot. The room is exactly as the photos shown in descriptions. Decent breakfast. Kind staff. I love your green concept and I wish to stay other gat hotels around the world. :)

The location of this hotel is excellent. The staff are very helpful, especially Debora (I hope I spell it right) who was absolutely amazing. The breakfast they serve was of good quality and always kept topped up. Unfortunately the safe in our room was faulty, but we kept our valuables with the reception staff for a couple of days.

Милый отель в самом центре. Очень удобное расположение. Неплохой завтрак, только нет омлета. Хорошее соотношение цена/качество. Но мы взяли маленький номер, поэтому совет - берите номер побольше. Маленький - просто крошечный, даже чемодан некуда поставить и очень тесно в ванной комнате.

Great hotel. Very central in the city. Nice staff. Unfortunately there was a power failure the night we stayed at the hotel and we were left without power or lights for a night. I think the hotel could have handled the situation better. They didn't even offer sweets or anything small to make up for the inconvenience. Luckily we had our powerbanks and weren't reliant to charge pur phones at the hotel that night.

호텔의 시설, 화려함의 가치를 떠나 정말 저에게는 최고의 가치를 갖춘 숙소였습니다. 편안하고 깔끔한 공간, 친절한 직원분들~ 제가 외국어가 부족해서 많이 답답하셨을텐데 진심으로 최선을 다해주셨습니다. 여행 도중 다리를 다쳐 요구사항이 많았음에도 매일 얼음팩도 가져다주시고, 계속 필요한 건 없는지 물어봐 주시고요.. 비록 리스본 여행은 아쉽게 계획에 맞출 수 없게 되었지만, 저에게는 '사람과 감동'을 알게 해 준 따뜻한 여행이었습니다. 리스본에 가는 이에겐 꼭 추천해 주고싶고, 저역시 꼭 다시 오겠다고 말씀드리면서 가슴 뭉클했습니다. 병원 진료를 갈때에도, 공항을 갈때에도 콜택시를 준비해서 저를 직접 태워주시고, 헤어짐에 아쉬워하는 저를 안아주시는 그런 따스함..
단순하게 일로 하시는 것이 아닌 가슴에서 우러나오는 마음을 갖고계셨고, 능숙하게 외국어를 하시는 능력자들이셨고요!

The room for 2 people is too small. No window in the bathroom. And the floor, when people pass your room, is very noisy. Unfortunately we had a room to the street, even with ear pluggs Insider, you were still listening all street noise. Next time I wouldnt go there voluntarely.

Es war ein sehr netter Empfangim Hotel, auch im Laufe des Aufenthalts wurden unsere Fragen kompetent und freundlich beantwortet. Unser Zimmer (ein Eckzimmer) war ausreichend groß, zum Glück nach hinten zum Hof, gute Betten, leider kein Schrank vorhanden, nur wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Zur Straße raus wäre es lauter gewesen wegen Baustelle gegenüber und Restaurants. Es waren nur einfache Fenster vorhanden und darum war es sehr hellhörig nach draußen, besonders wenn die Müllabfuhr kam, die umliegenden Gaststätten ihr Glas entsorgten. Das Frühstück war gut, besonders der frischgepreßte Orangensaft.

i just left yesterday and truly enjoyed my time there at gat rossio. i had a small room and it was perfect for me. room is designed funky and takes advantage of the limited space for hanging things. the sink beside the bed was cool. i do know the old part of Lisbon somewhat frommany stays there. i was born just outside of Lisbon. so in booking i knew what was around. metro right there. train station across the street also many restaurant cafes shopping its right there.breakfast was excellent! nice options since im an espresso guy the 2 Jura machines for espresso was just perfect for me. short stays i wont hesitate to stay there again.

Comodissimo, zona centrale, vicinanza metro, taxi .....molto bello, la nostra camera bellissima, pulita e comoda, interessante il tema dei gatti che riaffiora in ogni camera, negli spazi in comune, colazione super, all'estero di solito non lo è, ricca e buonissima sia salato che dolci freschi e le pasteis puntuali ogni mattina. Non il solito succo d'arancia imbottigliato, ma spremute di arance fresche fatte al momento.....Personale multilingue cortese e sempre disponibile....Ci siamo trovati benissimo, torneremo sicuramente.

Um barulho internal, funcionários subindo e descendo escadas numa correria q do quarto parece q vai desabar tudo, no café da manhã sempre pedindo desculpas por algo q não tem , ou seja se acabou vc tem o dia todo para comprar para o dia seguinte mas eles acham mais fácil pedir desculpas por não ter e para encerrar na frente do hotel outro prédio está em obras , o barulho dos pedreiros começa a 6 hrs da manhã , então vc não consegue dormir mais doq isso tamanho barulho e para encerrar mesmo só tem um elevador q demora muito para subir ou descer , para não dizer algo de bom fica numa localização ótima de Lisboa tirando isso um hotel para esquecer!!!!

1. 위치: 역과 매우 가깝습니다. 레스토랑들 주변이 있어서 꽤 늦은 시간까지 사람들이 많이 다닙니다. 혼자 다니기에 무섭지 읺았어요. 특히 기차역과 가까워 근교 나갈 때 아주 편했습니다. 여기 저기 다니기에 매우 가까워 거리 면에서 아주 만족했습니다
2. 객실: 생각보다 많이 좁긴 했지만 가격 생각하면 나쁘지 않았어요. 28인치 캐리어 펼쳐서 생활 가능했어요. (한 명이었습니다!) 방 자체가 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 가성비 좋다고 생각합니다. 주변 소음이 다소 있긴 하지만 거슬릴 정도는 아니었어요.
3. 서비스: 첫 날에 무개념 고성방가 사람들 때문에 새벽에 깼습니다. 새벽 4시에 발을 쿵쾅거리고, 노래를 부르고, 큰 소리로 이야기 하고, 여자 혼자라 조용히 하라고 이야기는 못하고 그냥 멈추겠지 하고 기다렸습니다. 삼십분 넘게 지속되었고 리셉션에 메일을 보내고 난 후 갑자기 조용해졌습니다. 이미 조용해 진 뒤긴 하지만 호텔 측에서 바로 처리하겠다고 답이 왔습니다. 비록 조용해진 뒤긴 했지만 빠른 처리에 놀랐습니다.
4. 조식: 기본적인 간단한 조식이 준비되어있습니다. 저렴한 호텔 가격에 맛있는 빵과 주스, 과일을 먹을 수 있어 매우 만족했습니다.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue agradable. Esta muy bien situado. El personal del hotel fue amable. La habitación estaba limpia y la obra era nueva. El baño también estaba limpio. Nos gustó mucho la iluminación de las habitaciones. También la decoración del lounge. El desayuno era correcto.

Séjour de 4 jours sur Lisbonne, réservation par le site de l'hôtel qui est vraiment bien situé, 3' des stations de métro de restaradores et surtout 4/5' de Rossio ainsi que de tous les départs de bus, vraiment très pratique ! Personnel très à l'écoute, réactif, chaleureux. Toujours prêt à vous conseiller pour les sorties. Tout les commerces, restaurants, boutiques à proximité.
Petit déjeuner très bien, varié : fruits frais, fromages, charcuterie, pâtisseries (pastel de nata entre autres) etc...
Tout est très propre, l'ascenseur est pratique. Distributeur de boissons fraiches et d'en cas au premier étage. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais correctes, sdb idem, Un peu de bruit en soirée, mais rien de très gênant. Service de chambre, efficace et discret. Accueil 24/24. Le prix reste correct pour de telles prestations en passant directement par eux (annulation possible 1 jour avant). Enchanté de notre séjour, merci à tout le personnel.

The location of the hotel is great in the centre of Lisbon, however be warned that everything around serves 'Authentic Portuguese Food' with menus in five languages and touts - Rossio is not an area to be if you want any hint of local life!
The staff were mostly nice and the breakfast was good. Air conditioning in the room was poor, and the taps never gave out properly cold water. No shampoo or conditioner - just a 'hair, body and face wash' so bring your own as central Lisbon is devoid of a supermarket! No kettle in the room.
The room was small but stylish, however I feel that, for the price, they don't offer enough - it's no better than a double room in a higher-end hostel.

Location is good and the personal is nice and that is all positives I can share. The single room is about 4m² and the decision to put sink in the room not in the bath is quite strange but you can practice wiping water from the floor and there is no light above it so shaving is quite an experience... So if you choose this hotel please avoid single room! The breakfast is simple but there is some choice!

Very small rooms, high noise and poor breakfast.Cant believe i paid over 100 gbp a night to feel like in a mediocre hostel. Breakfast is so poor and limited choice.No kettle in the rooms. No bath . Loud coming from outside, windows are not isolating. Oh yea good location though.

Just came back from my stay at Hotel Gat Rossio for 3 nights and was extremely pleased with my stay. It is a tremendous value for the price, quality of the rooms, breakfast, location and the staff was extremely amicable as well as helpful with restaurant recommendations, etc. Will definitely stay here again when I am back in Lisbon.

Hotel Gat Rossio is conveniently located in the center of Lisboa. The knowledgeable, friendly multinational, multilinguistic staff and guests made this our first and favorite place to stay for our three week visit to Portugal.
After our very long flight we were ready for peace and quiet. The airport bus stop (Bus #1 Stop#8) is located at Praca Dosand Restauradores with its Metro station, just across square from the Hotel Gat Rossio. The Nacional Dona Maria II Teatro, Rossio Sq. with its Metro station, Largo De Sao Domingos with a taxi stand and many great restaurants are just steps away. Greeted by Mara, she quickly assessed our condition, in flawless English she checked us in, gave us a couple of pointers before sending us off to bed.
The staff at any Hotel are the first and last people we meet. Mara and the other staff were always ready to answer our questions, give us weary tourists excellent directions, recommendations for sights, restaurants of all types, the closest coin laundry (just around the corner)while doing so in many different languages. When they have the time we enjoyed chatting with them. Without exception everyone we met there was cheerful, pleasant to deal with, and willing to answer questions no matter how many times they were asked in any language.
The rooms are of an adequate size. Remodeling centuries old buildings is a challenge. The amusing decorations made us happier every time we saw them. Imaginative arrangements in the rooms reminded us that we carry too much baggage. The best sleep during our three week visit was in the comfortable beds in the very quiet rooms.
Breakfast is served. A great selection of healthy items, a selection of pastry, meats and cheeses, cereals, and coffee is readily available. Our orange juice is made right before our eyes. Sitting next to so many other visitors from all over the world encourages us to exchange ideas, views and highlights to visit. The attentive staff is able to keep up with us as we locust the offerings.
Here is a little more regarding the location. Multiple bus lines at the Praca Dosand Restauradores can get you anywhere in Lisboa. Rossi train station is across the plaza via an underpass. Real information store across the street on the plaza. Gelato just around the corner. Nondairy gelato just around the other corner. Excellent vegetarian food across one street. Two wonderful restaurants on either side. Real Portuguese souvenirs two doors away. A flat walk to the main tourist streets and waterfront. No reason to stay anywhere else.

The hotel room was very small. The washroom hardly had any space. The shower was not working upon check-in. Asked the front desk to fix this at 5pm - they did not. Again, called the next morning and finally got them to repair it.

The location is great! Really enjoyed my stay and would stay again.Pros: Clean, Great location, comfortable bed, the room layout, lighting inside the rooms, air conditioner, free wi-fi, free breakfastCons:The bright green lights outside the hotel windows stay on until after 1:00 am. You dont have the option to turn them off so you will need to close your bathroom window shade, bathroom door, the window shutters in the room and drapes to block the green light. Not terrible to have to close the door and drapes, but wanted to call it out.Construction on the building directly across from the hotel begins at 7:00 am until about 6:00 pm. If you plan on sleeping past 7:00 am, it is not going to happen.Incredibly strong cologne smell in the lobby/reception. You can smell it starting from the second floor stairs and all the way down. Wasnt a terrible smell, just VERY strong.

The hotel is in an excellent location downtown, especially for shopping it’s perfect. There are lots of cafes right under the hotel. The breakfast is typical of Europe but they do supply fresh orange juice which is great. One negative was the street noise from my room. A building is being constructed across the road and the rubbish trucks sound like they are inside the room- so loud. My room contained two single beds in a very small room, but it was manageable. The bed was comfortable but the pillows, like so many hotels are like soft lumps floating around in a cotton bag. Not good. The staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. It’s a very nice hotel.

Hotel súper ben situat, net, modern i correcte. Les habitacions triples no són per a gent gran, ja que les escales de pujar al espai del llit de matrimoni són massa dretes i pots caure. El bany molt petit i estret, si tens sobrepès literalment no hi caben. El recepcionista de vespre, el Bruno, un gran aliat per a descobrir llocs autèntics de Lisboa. Gràcies. Läge der Unterkunft sehr zentral. Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, sehr gute Betten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, super Kaffee, frisch gepresster Orangensaft, frisches Obst, Müsli, Wurst etc. und würde sofort aufgefüllt, wenn etwas leer war. Nur war der Frühstücksraum zu Stoßzeiten etwas klein. Wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen und würden es wieder wählen.

We visited Lisbon for 3 days and stayed here. The hotel staff are EXCELLENT and are super helpful, friendly, and knowledgable of the area. The location couldn't be better - the hotel is incredibly close to the metro, all major tourist sites, all major bus lines and tram lines. The rooms are small since it is in the old town district but they are renovated and clean. The complimentary breakfast is also a good option if you are looking to start out your day without having to go out and search for a good cafe. Though not extravagant, it has everything you need (coffee, fresh squeezed juice, bread, cheese and meats, eggs, butter and jams and pastries...). This hotel is in a great location, with excellent staff and is nice and clean. Its not your luxury resort, but if you want to immerse yourself in this city then this is the place to stay.

Schönes, kleines Zimmer mit KlimaanlageFrühstück war vollkommen ausreichend (sogar Chiasamen, Leinsamen, Sesamsamen fürs Joghurt vorhanden), frisches Obst und frisch gepresster Orangensaft sowie die Möglichkeit, sein Ei selber zu kochen und süßen Kuchen zu probierenLeider konnten wir nicht ausschlafen, da genau gegenüber eine Baustelle war; auch abends konnte es draußen mal etwas lauter werden wegen Straßenkünstlern oder den Restaurants direkt nebenan. Dafür ist die Lage aber unschlagbar und wir haben den Lärm dafür gern in Kauf genommen.

La atención del personal es muy buena, la ubicación y el desayuno bufet también. Lo que no me gustó es que el secador de pelo es como una aspiradora que se desconecta todo el tiempo, ubicado en un lugar incómodo, el espejo del baño es mínimo, no te podes ni maquillar, en el vanitory hay una ventana que si la levantas porque además hay poca luz, tenes vecinos enfrente. Y la ducha que tiene es portátil, imposible de conseguir buena ubicación, tenes que ducharte contra la pared para que te llegue el agua. No volvería por eso.

Окна выходили на внутренний дворик гостиницы. Там, кстати, очень неплохая терраса. Завтраки понравились. Очень редко когда в гостинице на завтрак подают свежевыжатый сок. А у них стоит соковыжималка и делай сколько хочешь себе френчей! Редко пью кофе на завтрак в гостиницах. Он чаще всего не вкусный, но в этой гостинице понравился даже кофе. Одним словом, отличная гостиница, что бы остановиться на день-два и посмотреть достопримечательности Лиссабона!

They dont take payment for the city tax when you check-in. Upon check-out I simply handed my key back, since Id already paid for my room upon checking-in and the queue was very long, with only one person at reception. Theyll then hassle you for the tax by calling and calling and calling you, asking for your credit card details – I dont give me card details out. I just received 4 missed calls within the last minute from them.

Location is very good, the staff wasn’t very friendly. Had a flight and taxi to catch and I ask whether I can quickly grab some fruit from the buffet. Answer: „no breakfast starts at 6“ which were 3 minutes to go. then they were asking whether I need the invoice printed out or email was ok, I said email, because I wanted to double check the Adress. Guess what all of a sudden the printer was out of order. Last but not least I never had such a small room with no comfort at all.

Este hotel, no período da sua inauguração, causou alguma polémica. Porquê? Por usar como ícone uma imagem representativa de Nossa Senhora da Conceição mas... com cabeça de gato. Hoje em dia a dita imagem já lá não está, em resultado das reações da vizinha comunidade paroquial.
Irreverências à parte, tem uma excelente localização, os quartos num formato adequado a quem não pretende passar muito tempo nele, muito embora as áreas tenham sido inteligentemente aproveitadas. Uma decoração urbana, num estilo simplista, mas com bom gosto.

Super tolle Lage des Hotels! Wir haben die Suite bewohnt die ganz oben liegt und größer ist als die Standardzimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar übersichtlich und auch die Plätze etwas rar, allerdings gehe ich eh lieber außerhalb frühstücken und deshalb führt diese Tatsache zu keinem Punktabzug.

El sitio donde se encuentra el hotel es excepcional. El desayuno es muy completo, el comedor un poco pequeño pero lo tienen bien aprovechado. Sólo un día tuvimos que esperar un poco para poder sentarnos. La habitación (la que tuvimos nosotros al menos) si vas con niños muy pequeños puede resultar incómoda ya que tiene escaleras y puede ser peligroso para ellos. Por la noche había mucho ruido, al parecer pegando a nuestra habitación había una máquina y para dormir fue bastante molesto. La verdad no repetiría.

Globally nice. Very clean and well located. One big negative point for us as we are vegan (we were offered this trip by our family who is not vegan and they were with us) is the breakfast. There is nothing suitable for us. Funny thing is that they offer oat milk but there is only corn flakes to put in it... even the muesli they manage to choose one with dairy. Honestly it is ridiculous. If you propose oat milk then provide a few more vegan options. The room is fine and bedding are really comfortable so all good :-). Our room was at the back of the building and was just above all the bins of a restaurant and it is really noisy when they empty/fill them during the night. Take some earplugs with you.

Ideal für einen Kurzurlaub - zentral gelegen - Zimmer (15 qm) war klein, wusste man aber vorher + reicht für ein paar Tage - ein verstopfter Abfluss im Waschbecken, wurde sofort behoben - beim Frühstück war alles da, hätte mir aber mehr Obst gewünscht, saisonbedingt (Februar) gab es leider nur Orangen - zentral gelegen heißt halt auch, viel Trubel rund ums Haus, deswegen Ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen!

Maravilhosa. Não é um hotel de luxo, mas atende perfeitamente quem deseja gastar mediano e estar super bem localizado. Tem a opção de escolher um quarto um pouco maior pagando muito pouco a mais e vale super a pena. Já fiquei por três oportunidades e indico. Os funcionários são super simpáticos e prestativos e a limpeza é ótima. Café da manhã simples, mas pelo preço vale a pena e tem diversos lugares perto para quem deseja algo mais diversificado.

Wir waren für 4 Nächte im Gat Rossio mit Kleinkind. Es waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüfett war super, das Zimmer war gemütlich, die Terrasse ist sehr schön. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen und rings rum sind Bushaltestellen, Metrostationen, Taxen, der Bahnhof, Tuktuk's etc.. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hin fahren.

Wir waren für einen Citytrip in Lissabon und für einen Citytrip ist es ein wunderbares Hotel, sehr zentral und gut mit Bus oder Metro vom Flughafen zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind klein, allerdings hat uns das nicht gestört, da wir die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und auch sehr hilfsbereit. Generell liegt daams Hotel sehr günstig. ÖPNV, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Bars, Restaurants....alles in der Nähe und auch gut fussläufig zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Este hotel es de las nuevas tendencias minimalistas, que eliminan lo que encuentran superfluo, es casi solo recepción, habitaciones y lugar de desayuno. Hay un mini mini salon pero es como un punto de encuentro antes de salir del hotel. Con eso logran ajustar el precio para los viajeros que el hotel es casi solo sitio de descanso y dormir. La habitación muy justa y el baño muy remuy requetemuy pequeño, solo cabe 1 persona. El mobiliario de la habitación casi inexistente, a mi entender demasiado minimalista. Como recomendación, la fachada principal es muy ruidosa por la mañana desde las 6 AM, recomiendo habitaciones que den atrás, aunque no tengan vistas o pidos altos.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, pastries were good, but not a lot of choice. More savoury food to dig in. Cool idea the boil your own eggs! Decent coffee and sufficient tea selection.
Breakfast is probably the only reason why we don’t go 5 stars. All the rest was amazing, and we recommend this hotel for his location, and comfort.

レスタウラドーレス(エアロバス停留所、メトロ駅)から至近なので、とても便利です。ロシオ広場もすぐなので、立地はとてもいいです。
部屋はシンプルですがとても清潔です。ドライヤーは備え付けの掃除機??みたいなタイプです。シャワールームにトイレが一緒にありますが、水びたしにならない様に上手く工夫されています。冷蔵庫はありませんでした。バスタオルはとても大きなサイズで、状態も良かったです。
朝食は2階(ポルトガルでは1階)で朝7時からでした。オレンジの生搾りジュースがとても美味しく、スタッフの方が頻繁に補充されています。エッグタルトもありました。
チェックアウト時に、税金で1ユーロ×宿泊数を支払う必要がありました。

Удобное расположение отеля рядом с метро и автобусными остановками. Многие достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Рядом с отелем остановка туристического автобуса. Так же рядом вокзал (поезда до Ситры) вкусные завтраки, небольшой, но чистый и тихий номер.

I was only there for 1 night but I had a balcony, which was cool. Its a great location, right next to the Metro and a lot of places to eat. The room was very interesting with lots of storage and a unique design. Only complaint: secure the wifi.

Hotel muy práctico, bien decorado, cómodo y barato. Con un desayuno rico y variado para el precio pagado.
La atención del personal excelente y el emplazamiento inmejorable.

Well located in Rossio area with easy access to subway and walking distance from many sites to be visited. Efficient peoples at reception and at breakfast service.

Hotel in pieno centro, struttura vecchia ma comodissimo x visitare tutta la città a piedi. Metro di fronte l hotel. Buona la colazione anche se poco varia. Abbiamo soggiornato x 7 giorni e la camera non veniva pulita e rifatta tutti i giorni. Molti giorni non abbiamo trovato gli asciugamani che dovevamo andare a chiedere. Gentilissimi però alla reception.. mi ero dimenticata il carica batteria x cellulare e me ne hanno fornito uno.

la localización es buenísima para ir andando a cualquier parte de Lisboa. El desayuno es aceptable pero la habitación es muy pequeña, no hay armario y el lavado está fuera del baño

Habitaciones limpias... Pero un ruido en la habitación insorpotable..... personal bien... El desayuno muy mal jamón queso y dos de bollería mal... No tiene parking...lo bueno la ubicación todo centro...

Not all rooms are served by lift and had to carry luggage up. Room was small with little facility to hang or store clothing. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good.

Muito bom a localização, quarto e café da manhã. Falta um frigobar no quarto.
