Près de Marquês Pombal dans la ville active et les bureaux, une situation centrale (lignes métro et bus à un jet de pierre) pour découvrir la capitale portugaise. J’aime cet hôtel 3 étoiles classique et confortable, car il s’avère bien équipé et entretenu. Des chambres fonctionnelles, avec baies vitrées et salle de bains de marbre. Accueil opérationnel et diligent. Mention pour le petit déjeuner buffet très complet. Vivement conseillé également de la même gérance l’Hotel Dom Carlos Liberty, dans le même quartier, une adresse contemporaine plus orientée affaires. Tarifs évolutifs et compétitifs .

Ottima scelta. Stanze grandi e comode. Pulizia accurata con diverse attenzioni al cliente. Buona colazione con buona diversificazione di cibo. Luogo strategico, praticamente in centro con metro e capolinea di diversi bus per le diverse zone della città. Tanti localini per la cena intorno, ma soprattutto tanti negozi e boutique superlativa. Sicuramente tornerò qui se sarò di nuovo a Lisbona.

lhotel est légèrement excentré de lhyper-centre ville (compter environ 15mn à pied), mais avec une station de métro à 50m.Attention, certaines chambres (dont la nôtre) laissent à désirer: bruyante (mauvaise insonorisation des fenêtres), vmc HS, fuite douche/baignoire, et... un beau pilier au pied du lit !Le personnel est accueillant et disponible, et le petit-déjeuner est copieux est varié.

En general, puedo decir que nuestra experiencia en el Dom Carlos ha sido positiva, con la salvedad de que la habitación asignada (408) era muy pequeña por la existencia de un pilar (columna) que entorpecía el acceso a la cama. Esta habitación no es apta como habitación doble. El cuarto de baño y menage del mismo, correctos y limpios. El desayuno, que estaba incluido en el precio de la habitación, perfecto.
En la entrada del hotel deberían instalar una silla salva escaleras o plataforma elevadora para las personas con movilidad reducida. El hotel está ubicado en una zona tranquila con suficientes plazas de aparcamiento en los alrededores y cercana al centro histórico. Hay parada de taxi y autobuses muy cercanas.

Este hotel es el mejor sitio para visitar Lisboa. En un lugar estratégico metro en la puerta . Y bien comunicado . Tranquilo de noche fácil buscar aparcamiento. Un acierto . La recepcionista del hotel encantadora muy atenta y cualquier consulta contar con ella . Bono en el metro de 6 euros . Tranvías bus y metro por todo el día mejor opción. Tuk tuk para tomar contacto con la ciudad.

Létablissement est bien situé par rapport au métro et bus mais les chambres ne sont pas bien insonorisés, nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans les autres chambres.Le petit déjeuner est passable.(jus de fruit pas frais)

Nice hotel. Right near the metro so easy to get everywhere. The neighborhood was quiet so great for sleeping in if you want to. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Good breakfast with multiple things to choose from. The hotel is very clean and well maintained and the room was comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

El hotel está bien pero el personal de recepción muy descepcionante. En ningún momento intentaron que les entendieramos. Nos encontramos que en cualquier bar, comercio, o servicio público podias hablar castellano y te entendian. En el hotel ni lo intentaron pensé que quizas lo harian en inglés que domino muy poco pero puedo defenderme. Tampoco.

Hôtel bien situé proche des transports en commun métro et bus. On peut aller au centre ville a pieds pour 10 minutes mais 20 minutes si on veut faire du shopping en descendant la grande avenue pour se diriger vers le centre. Buffet petit déjeuner copieux

Excellent hotel. très bien situé car il est à 200 mètres du bus terminal qui vous permet de faire les 4 circuits principal de Lisbonne donc de descendre et monter à tous les arrêts de la ville. Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est copieux et à volonte. La personne à la réception parle tres bien le français et vous pouvez sans problème
réserver un restaurant et un taxi. C' est la première fois que je viens à Lisbonne et je conseille cet hôtel à ceux qui viennent dans cette ville.

Wenige Meter von der Metro entfernt, aber auch alles fußläufig erreichbar! Frühstück ist gut und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei! Personal freundlich, deutsch sprechen sie leider nicht, aber mit etwas englisch kommt man gut zurecht! Wir können es weiterempfehlen!

Cet hôtel m'a apporté toutes les satisfactions et j'ai été accueilli agréablement avec ma famille et dans de bonnes conditions durant mon séjour à Lisbonne. Son implantation géographique permet d'être assez proche du coeur de la ville de Lisbonne. Il est bien desservi par les transports en commun.
C'est la deuxième fois que je le fréquente. Cette fois-ci, j'ai même invité un couple d'amis.

The hotel was comfortable and the staff friendly. The room was fine, but the hotel is located downtown, near a busy intersection, and you have to request a room in the upper floors to avoid street noise. Breakfast was copious. The only problem was the unavailability of the internet connection. The hotel states that wifi is available, but it is not strong enough to let you access the web.

Il dom carlos park è il mio hotel quando vado a lisbona. Posizione ottima, metropolitana a pochi metri.
Personale qualificato. Colazione ottima. Il "braccio" della doccia era malfunzionante e ho fatto presente ciò. Ma sarà ancora il mio hotel a Lisbona.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This hotel fraudulently charged my credit card claiming a "No Show" for reservations that were never confirmed, nor was an acknowledgment or confirmation of such reservations ever received. They had no email address for me and proffered no evidence to my credit card company that I ever authorized their use of my credit card. BUYER beware...especially if you are from the United States and don't speak their language. If you want an OUTSTANDING hotel, go to "My Story" Boutique hotels. I stayed at the location literally in Rossio Square in Lisbon and it was right in the middle of everything and the staff, amenities, food, service was outstanding.

This hotel is... I would say a traditional European hotel. Emphasis on “traditional”. The rooms are very outdated and small. The service was good, they were friendly and for the most part spoke or at least understood English. Do not count on the breakfast they serve, we found it to be poor quality and very limited, serving the exact same thing every morning. One good thing about breakfast is they leave it opened until 11:00am.The safe box in our room did not work, they finally fixed it 2 days before we left. They offered to switch our room, but we chose not to since we arrived very early in the morning after an 8 hour flight and were exhausted.Another thing to keep in mind, which we did not consider, is that staying right in the middle of the city comes with advantages, like the ability to walk everywhere, but also with disadvantages, like the constant noise of motorcycles, cars, police, etc.Keep in mind there is no parking at the hotel, so if you rent a car, like we did, be prepared to pay for parking on the street every day.

Globalement extrêmement très déçu par mon séjour avec mon épouse et mon fils.
J'avais réservé une junior suite.
La deuxième chambre ressemble plus à un grand cagibi qu'une chambre. Le lit est en fait un lit/canapé transformé. Les coussins et couvre lit dessus on été mis dans un coin de la pièce. La pièce est peu chauffée. L’oreiller est petit et inconfortable. Il ne sera pas changé.
La chambre principale est très petite.
Le petit déjeuner est très peu varié. Le café a un gout de café brûle persistant. Il est imbuvable.

The staff is all very nice and helpful. If you're staying for more than a night or if you are sharing a room with a significant other or friend I would advise a different hotel. The rooms were fine but very small. Breakfast was really good. Luckily Lisbon is wonderful so at least you can have some extra encouragement not to stay in the room.

Very mediocre hotel. With just a little effort on the part of the staff, it could have been a more pleasant stay. Shame on them for a lack of good hospitality. They were better at making excuses and not finding solutions to minor issues that could have made an easy difference. Wouldnt bother staying or recommending. There are better hotels for your money. Staff were not friendly, traveling with my partner they refused to give us a room with one bed. Rooms are small and out dated. Even after offering to pay for a room upgrade was still refused to have a bed together. For the same price there are many more hotels in the same area.

- difícil zona para aparcar. Solo hay dos enchufes en la habitación lejos de la mesitas.
En el baño no hay enchufes, solo uno integrado en el secador que por potencia no admite otro aparatos como planchas de pelo o cargar los móviles.
El agua que ponen fuera del minibar no es cortesía.. 2'5€ por botella.

Es un hotel antiguo en que solo se ha renovado la planta principal, no las habitaciones. Aun así, las habitaciones son cómodas y funcionales. A mejorar: la mampara de la ducha. Sale agua por todas partes si no se pone una toalla.

Immer wieder gern besuche ich das zentral gelegene Familie-Hotel mit perfekter Metro- Anbindung - nur einmal über die Straße und alle Punkte der Stadt mit einem Tagesticket erkunden. Alle Mitarbeiter, egal ob Service, Restaurant oder Administrator, sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Was in Portugal eigentlich gar nicht erwähnt werden muss. Ich bin jetzt das zweite mal in diesem Hotel, doch es folgen mit Sicherheit weitere Aufenthalte. Danke an das wunderbare und gut funktionierende Team vom Hotel Dom Carlos Park

Convenient location, good breakfast. Information about the lounge was confusing. We had the misfortune to arrive when the local subway station and streets to hotel were blocked off for a football celebration, which also made it noisier than usual. A bit warm in the hotel; wouldnt have wanted to be there during the summer if this was as good as the air conditioning worked.

Good place to stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Rollaway bed was ready when we got to the room. Good breakfast buffet. Glad it lasted until 1130 because we were always getting going late. One suggestion is to provide hair conditioner with shampoo.

L'albergo è posto molto vicino alla metro e alle fermate degli autobus quindi comodissimo per viaggiare per la città, lo abbiamo trovato molto pulito, non metto 5 stelle a causa del personale che a volte risulta quasi antipatico. Un sorriso a volte fa la differenza.

Good place to stay while visiting the city. Not to far from downtown. If you choose to go downtown by foot , it will be a 40 min walking. The hotel is clean, with good tasty breakfast and a few drinks you can enjoy by night. We received great care and attention from the time we arrived. Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Facilities were excellent. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. If there was one negative, it was that the room was a bit small and cramped. Not much room to move about (Room 41). Other than that, everything was perfect.

Inexistência de bar cria dificuldades a quem chega um pouco tarde e deseja comer alguma coisa (uma sanduiche, por exemplo).
Por isso, relação qualidade preço pouco satisfatória.

Chambres spacieuses est très bien équipées.Malheureusement,l'isolation phonique est déplorable.
Nous avons très mal dormi en raison des bruits provenant de l'extérieur et des chambres surchauffées.

Der Aufenthalt wäre sehr schön gewesen,hättet wir unsere Koffer gehabt.bei 5 Tagen Kurzurlaub 3 Tage ohne Koffer! , die Hilfsbereitschaft der Damen und Herren bezüglich unserer koffersuche war sehr gering schade,ps die echte Hilfe erhielten wir von einem Taxifahrer,er hat dem hotelpersonal auch die Situation geschildert, schade

Hotel de excelente qualidade, com ótima localização, funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Os quartos são muito confortáveis, não tive nenhum problema. Outro destaque é o café da manhã, com variedades e muito bom!

Nous avons trouvé dans cet hôtel tout ce dont nous avions besoin.
La propreté des lieux, l'efficacité du personnel et la gratuité d'un copieux petit-déjeuner nous ont séduit.
Nous avons apprécié la possibilité d'imprimer nos carte d'embarquement pour le retour.
Relativement proche du centre ville historique, mais un peu bruyant le matin.

Hôtel idéalement situé prés de tout les transports. Chambre correcte et propre.Personnel de l’accueil très agréable notamment une dame qui parle Français et qui vous donne beaucoup de renseignements précieux.

The hotel is in a great location. The Breakfast is good, room is small but clean. My only complain is the air condition kind of noise. The rating only allow me select 4 or 5. I put 4 here but I actually want give a number between 4 & 5.

전반적으로 깔끔하고 조식도 맛있습니다. 다만 객실과 엘리베이터가 좁네요. 그 외에는 지하철역이 바로 앞에 있어서 접근성도 좋고, 폼팔 광장이 바로 옆이라 좋습니다.
참고로 Hertz 렌터카도 멀지않은 곳에 있어 렌트하시기에도 좋습니다.

Dicht bij metro , kamers wat gedateerd, badkamer zou met nieuwe kitranden en een nieuw plafond er beter uitzien.kamer kan een verfje gebruiken. Ontbijt is overzichtelijk,weinig afwisseling, maar het personeel is behulpzaam in het regelen van wensen bv glutenvrij brood (paar dagen van tevoren aangegeven ) betaalbaar.

Antiguo, habitaciones poco limpias, recepcionista bastante desagradable (aunque el resto del personal sí es simpático). La zona de desayuno es muy pequeña, por lo que cuando hay alta ocupación toca esperar muchísimo para coger una mesa.

On the maps this place looked a little out of the city center. But it really wasn't- everything was an easy walk. There is also a transit center just a block away.
The staff were fabulous- went out of their way to help book things for me and find taxi's when there was a "slowdown" (protesting UBER)
There is an afternoon tea set up in the front lounge area which was confusing. It is not free- you have to tell the front desk what you took.
My room was tiny but comfortable. Breakfast was nice.

Went some time back... It was raining, my motorbike was failing w electrical problems and i meet American motorcyclists who were guests and introduced me to the manager... Finally stayed for about a week!
Excellent hospitality! Got sent a basket of fruits and a bottle of good Lacrima! Took a hot shower, put on the hotel robe and got happy!
Next day bought a truck battery charger and kept on charging my bike every night! Traveled with the huge box for about a month till a mechanic somewhere finally discovered one of the "brains" had intermittent fault!
Will never forget the gentle Americans, the excellent hotel and the everlasting rain while riding!

Die metrostation Marques de Pombal ist 100 m entfernt und ist die ideale und mit 1,40 Euro fast kostenlose Verbindung mit einem umsteigen zum Flughafen. Die 100 m entfernte avenida da liberdade führt in 10 min bergab direkt zum Rossio ins Herz der Stadt oder bergauf zu einem herrlichen Blick hinunter zum Tejo.

We stayed at Dom since it was affordable. The service was great. Our safety box was broken and they replaced it right away. Also Anna at the desk was very helpful. She was well traveled and suggested places for us to visit. Absolutely loved Portugal.

Séjour dune semaine à Lisbonne rendu encore plus agréable par la qualité. Et les prestations de lhôtel . Personnel agréable et serviable . Chambre et lits confortable. Petit déjeuner parfaitement cuisiner ( œuf brouille, bacon saucisse digne des meilleurs établissements anglais ou américains ) . Mon prochain séjour à Lisbonne se fera certainement dans cet établissement .

Un très bon hôtel, petit déjeuner copieux et très frais (fruits, yaourts...) le seul problème cest que le personnel parle peu français cest dommage, mais fait son possible pour nousrépondre. Le plus : est à côté de la place Marquis de Bompal et de là partent les bus (lignes rouge et bleue pour visite de la ville) la ville est très bien desservie et ne pas hésiter à prendre les transports en communs (mais attention aux vols car quand nous sommes serrés!!!)

This is a very nice hotel in a Central location. Off the beaten path but close to all the night life and mass transit. Fantastic breakfast and late night self serve bar on the honor system.I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is conveniently located in the City Center, close to the metro and walking distance to several attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good and included. The staff was friendly and very helpful.We especially like the honesty bar set up in the afternoon for a cocktail and cup of soup with fresh baked bread.

I would have given higher ratings, but they didnt provide airport transportation as promise. After checking out, nobody at the desk could remember that they ever advertised this. It left a bitter taste n n otherwise pleasant experience at the hotel.

Een zeer goed drie-sterren hotel. Nette kamers en alles aanwezig, wat soms in vijf-sterren niet is.Lekker uitgebreid ontbijt, voor elk wat wils. Wordt constant aangevuld. Ligt op 1,5 van het centrum, maar is te voet te doen. Indien te vermoeiend bij terugkomst(bergop) kan men beroep doen op de metro die heel dicht bij is. Personeel aan receptie is heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
Durf dit hotel aanraden. Waren daar van 6 tot 10 juli 2014.

Très bel hôtel. Le personnel est très efficace et accueillant! Chambres très propres et spacieuses. On y retournera sans problème lors de notre prochain séjour à Lisbonne. On recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Pros: This hotel is really nice, very clean, good attendees, nice wifi, and is in a perfect location (which somehow compensates the price).Cons: I would love a variety breakfast, after a week I got tired of the same menu. The rooms are really small, in my case I didnt have even a small table for my laptop.

Hotel is a little run down for the price. We stayed one night here and one night at a newer/comparable hotel in the area. We much preferred the other hotel. Its not dirty, staff are very helpful. Its just a little old and run down for that price.
