Purchased a €10 pre paid sim to call overseas. It lasted just 2 minutes of talk time. Rip off Vodafone Portugal. Offered another €10 euro credit to talk another 2 minutes!! Thats €5 per minute !! Customer sales and service fail big time.

Horrible to visit for tourist sim cards. No way to recharge the prepaid cards outside of Lisbon and it won't let you call anyone outside of Lisbon.

I came desperately looking for a place to charge when my phone died and I had to get an Uber to get home. The staff in this place are just remarkable! they were so helpful, fast with excellent customer service. I ended up getting more data even I had enough and bought a power bank as well. For short stay travelers I'll highly recommend their toursit sims and their cellularline 8000mAh fast charge power banks

If you know what you want, they're good and reasonably fast. But they try to upsell by first offering the 30 euro 60 GB plan, even though there is a 10 euro 3 GB option. Only if you ask for the cheaper options will they mention. Very deceitful in my view.

Liguei para os serviços para falar de um problema que tinha no serviço em casa e o funcionário desligou me o telefone na cara só por isso vão perder um cliente.

Luis was a wonderful help in getting me setup with a data SIM and Travellers plan SIM. He was friendly and answered many questions that I had. I got exactly what I needed and it was cheaper than I expected.

Same issue as prior posting...only 3G. Must also not have been activated- nearest location is far from where I am. Train your reps!

I bought a SIM card at Lisbon Airport, and I wondered why my phone remained in 3G only. They said, don't worry, it will be. After few days, I went to another branch in Bairro Alto, and complained about that. They found that the 4G had not been "activated". Bad bad bad !
