Wir haben sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht bei der Miete von einem Wohnmobil über Camperline in Lissabon. Uns wurden Mängel belastet, welche wir nie gemacht haben. Es entstanden am Dach vom Wohnmobil angeblich braune Flecken, welche sie nicht mehr "normal" mit Putzen reinigen konnten. Dafür werden uns nun über 2000 Euro belastet fürs Polieren und Lackieren vom Dach!!! Vorsicht bei der Miete über diese Gesellschaft. Wichtig bei der Abgabe das Auto sehr genau kontrollieren und selbst vom Dach Fotos machen - noch besser eine andere Gesellschaft suchen

Experiência a repetir! Na Camperline tudo correu 5 estrelas, um louvor a pessoa que nos recebeu e explicou tudo em promenor. o nosso muito Obrigado Carmen Verissimo! uma excelente profissional. Até para o ano! Vamos voltar!

We've rented a motorhome for a week in August 2018. We can't say for sure that the scuffs on the stickers was our fault, but regardless Camperline deducted 289€ for the "repairs", which seems rather excessive for a couple of replacement stickers...from reading other comments it seems to be common practice by the company to overcharge for repairs. We probably won't be using their services again. (felt like we've been lightly abused)

AVOID RENTING HERE AT ALL COSTS!! This company is a complete SCAM. We should have red the comments before, now we see thaey are nearly all of them bad. We had the worst experience EVER. At the beggining they gave us the vehicle late and we had to stay in an apartment where we did not fit, and we were transported there ILEGALY in a car where we did not fit also. When we, at last, had the caravan it was old and a lot of things did not work. When we got home (Barcelona) they are reclaiming 4500€ to "fix" things we did not do and threatening us to go to court if we do not pay... So, be wise and DO NOT RENT IN THIS COMPANY EVER!!

Terrible rental company. Very unhelpful and dishonest. Fridge didn't work , no bedding , no cutlery or crockery. Might as well of rented a van. After 3 days of rental we were then charged €388 to change the clutch which was working perfectly when we gave it back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!

We are really disappointed with this false company because THEY ARE NOT professional at all and unfortunately we have lost 3 days of holidays in Portugal because of their inability to manage problems ... the veicle water system has us was already made, did not work ... result: NO WATER INSIDE THE CAMPING CAR FOR 3 DAYS !!! and the worst, no technical support at a distance and they simply did not respect the contract paid in advance ... a VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE with the Camperline team, no organization or apologies, frankly I do not would recommend to anyone. Nous sommes vraiment déçus avec cette "fausse" entreprise, car ils ne sont pas du tout professionnels et malheureusement, nous avons perdu 3 jours de vacances au Portugal a cause de leur incapacite a gerer des problemes... le systeme d'eau du veicule nous a été rendu déja casé, ne marchait pas... resultat: pas d'eau pendant 3 jours!!! et le pire encore, pas de support technique a distance et ils n'ont tout simplement pas respecté le contrat payé à l'avance... une expérience très très désagréable avec l'équipe Camperline, aucune organisation ou excuses, franchement je ne le recommanderais à personne.

O atendimento é excelente e a limpeza impecável. Adorei viagem, foi uma experiência muito boa. Recomendo.

Adorei a experiência. Com certeza irei realizar outra viagem com a Camperline. Fui muito bem atendida por toda a equipa. A autocaravana era um espectáculo, muito confortável e estava tudo a funcionar nas perfeitas condições.

Bela experiência, curti muito a viagem, recomendo e farei outras se Deus quiser,mas a manutenção das caravanas deveria ser mais rigorosa.

Rispetto a quanto richiesto (prezzi, accessori e pulizia) ci aspettavamo di più. Il camper cadeva a pezzi (tendine rotte, sportelli che non si chiudevano, frigo che ogni tanto allagava la zona pranzo...)

Adorei a experiência de alugar uma autocaravana em conjunto com os meus amigos na Campervan Portugal, o António foi espectacular e deu-nos as dicas certas para o passeio de uma semana. Só posso acrescentar que foi inesquecível, soube a pouco e vamos repetir novamente com a Campervan Portugal.
