O apartamento é super bem localizado, área tradicional de Lisboa. Muito fácil se locomover tanto a pé, quanto de elétrico (o 28 passa na porta). Muito boa a instalação e para gente que só chegávamos para tomar banho e dormir, foi perfeito. Com certeza voltaremos

Wir hatten sehr kurzfristig die Altstadtwohnung "Paraiso VI" gebucht. Die Abwicklung der Buchung sowie die Übergabe klappten problemlos. Die Wohnung war sauber und trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig. Preislich für drei Nächte zudem wirklich günstig. Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden und hatten eine tolle Zeit in Lissabon. Absolut empfehlenswert!

For starters the owner emailed and told us to contact his employee that he will greet us and show us our room. We flew from Florida on an over night flight, so we emailed back and forth a few times and confirmed that 11:00 am would be our time to meet and check in. We showed up at 11 only to find no one at the apartment and no where to be found. We called the owner, only for him to be very very rude and tell me its my fault that i hadnt contacted his employee. Well i have emails to prove we spoke more than once. Besides that we waited 2 hours for someone to show up and finally let us into our apartment. Well we walk in and there are tools laying on the counter, due to someone trying to fix the door handle(which was still broke). The man wasnt exactly nice until i showed him the emails that our time was set for 11, then his vibe turned and he was all of sudden very sorry and gave us a bs story. Anyways there was 2 towels in the apartment for a 3 day stay, there was half a roll of toilet paper( i had to go purchase my own from the market), the door knob to the bathroom was broken so you couldnt close the door(or else you would lock yourself in), no paper towels or dish towels, and a leaky shower faucet. Basically not somewhere you want spend $125 a night to stay. Very unhappy with the accomodations. Other than that lisbon and portugal are beautiful just do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else

Die Wohnung (Nico) war sauber und gepflegt, modern eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Gute zentrale Lage mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker und Café direkt um die Ecke. Unsere Kontaktperson vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar. Kleines Manko: die Wände waren extrem ausgekühlt und wir mussten vor allem abends viel heizen. Balkon etwas kleiner als erwartet, die Bilder suggerierten hier etwas anderes. Außerdem sammelte sich am Boden vor dem Bad häufig Wasser. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr gut ausgestattete ruhige Ferienwohnung. Der Hit ist die große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Tejo. Die Lage ist am Rand der Altstadt, aber man ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss in der Alfama.

Sehr sauberes und gemütliches Apartment mit einem perfekt funktionierenden Buchungsablauf! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Communication with the owner, Victor was good. We arrived at the apartment a bit early and that wasn't a problem. This apartment has a beautiful location We just loved this Graca/Alfama area.The place it very comfortable with all the amenities required. The view from the small balcony is amazing.The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has all it is needed, a shelf for the toiletries would be nice. Cafes and restaurants are plenty around the Apartment. Lisbon is a wonderful city to explore. We highly recommend staying at Victor's apartment.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Paco 2 Wohnung war sehr schön, und wir würden jederzeit wieder diese (oder eine Ihrer anderen) Wohnung/en buchen. Wir haben viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß aufgesucht - die Lage ist einfach genial, sowohl zum Besichtigen als auch zum Einkaufen. Die Klimaanlage haben wir daher gar nicht benötigt. Mit 3 Personen war das Platzangebot sehr komfortabel, und auch die Ausstattung war neu und sehr hochwertig. Unser Tipp: Bei der Kathedrale Sé unbedingt den (geringen) Eintritt für den Kreuzgang und den Chorumgang bezahlen! Im Bereich des Kreuzgangs gibt es eine archäologische Grabung, die im wahrsten Sinn des Wortes die Fundamente der Geschichte Lissabons sehr eindrücklich zeigt.

Tolle Wohnung, ganz im Stile Lissabons/Portugals, zentral in Alfama direkt über der Tram-Linie 28, mit Blick auf den Tejo, sauber & gut eingerichtet, schönes Bad mit Dusche. Gemütliches Bett. Inmitten der kleinen, verwinkelten Gassen Alfamas, zu Fuß am Hafen, am Teja entlang 20 min bis ins "Zentrum", mit dem Taxi 5-7 min. an den Platz de Comercio, genug kleine Lädchen, Tapas-Bars, usw. umliegend. Tolles Frühstückslokal direkt gegenüber.

What a fine surprise! Apartment Paco II was situated ideally: in the heart of old Alfama, the birthplace of Lissabon and Fado music, near the cathedral, the castelo and the harbour. The adjoining Rua dos Remedios with several top fado houses, restaurants and bars, the view to the street and fine communications to the modern centre of Lissabon, and a modern interior of this fully equipped apartment combined with traditional Lissabon surroundings, all this gave my wife and me a perfect setting for our holiday to make acquaintance with this city.
