Excelente vista sobre Lisboa e situado num belíssimo bairro histórico. Apartamento rústico com a porta da entrada do prédio e do apartamento consideravelmente degradada.

Positif: Comme signalé dans les autres commentaires ,l'appartement dispose d'une vue imprenable sur Lisbonne. Appartement confortable et décoré avec goût. Nous avons apprécié la bouteille de vin et le fromage.. Négatif: absence de torchon.

Positief: Heel proper, alles was aanwezig. Goede locatie, op 15min stappen van het centrum. Gelegen op het hoogste punt van Lissabon, wat zorgt voor een fantastisch zicht. Bij aankomst kregen we een gratis flesje wijn en een stukje heerlijke geitenkaas.. Negatief: Geen terras, De kamers waren ‘s avonds kouder, maar met behulp van elektrische chauffages die in elke kamer aanwezig waren, was dit snel opgelost. Opletten voor mensen die niet goed te been zijn. Als je van het centrum komt, is het wel even klimmen!

Positif: La vue était belle. Une boutelle de vin en gracieuseté.. Négatif: L'appartement, malgré que c'était propre, aurait intérêt à être rafraîchi. La devanture de l'édifice est délabrée, a l'air malpropre. Les escaliers sont très étroits et mal éclairés. Trop cher pour cet appart. Nous avions séjourné ailleurs à Lisbonne, donc étions en mesure de comparer.

Positive: La posizione......una cartolina dalla finestra..... Negazione: Il bagno.....piccolo problema di lentezza nel landino e vasca.

Positief: Mooi schoon Stadsappartement met alle voorzieningen wasmachine / vaatwasser fijne bedden alles is in detail aanwezig "picobello" Als sluitstuk een fenominaal uitzicht op de stad. Echt een TOP plek. . Negatief: Met een vroege vlucht! Geen voorziening voor de koffers. Er kan om 15.00 worden ingecheckt. Aardige mevrouw aan de overkant ( leuk restaurant) met lekkere koffie en lokale lekkernijen heeft ons TOP geholpen. Het inchecken vanaf 15.00 gaat prima via de telefoon en automatisch deur ontgrendeling. Prima verder.

Positif: la vue époustouflante la bouteille de vin et le fromage. Négatif: C'est la deuxième fois que nous louons à cet endroit . La première fois il y a 4 mois tout s'est très bien passé (appart tout en haut à gauche) mais cette fois ci ça n'a pas été le cas (appart tout en haut à droite). Pendant tout le séjour nous avons été dans l'impossibilité de brancher plus de 2 appareils électriques ensembles sous peine de voir le compteur disjoncter....nous avons dû le réenclencher plus de 20 fois en 3 jours...il fallait choisir entre la bouilloire ou le sèche cheveux....pas de chauffage évidemment parce que tout disjonctait.......ni de lave-vaisselle.....bref très agaçant pour restée polie d'autant plus qu'à priori le problème était connu du propriétaire puisque nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de constater que durant notre absence (ça déjà ,ça nous a un peu énervé!) quelqu'un était passé déposer une notice pour nous informer comment remettre le courant!!! Et comme si cela n'était pas suffisant ,le chauffe eau a goutté pendant tout le séjour sur le plan de travail de la cuisine!

Positive: The location and the view from the living room.. Negative: For the collection of the keys we had to go to the Welcome center at 01 o'clock in the morning contrary to the arrangement that we will be able to open door and the room by a key. Very unpleasant experience.

긍정적: 위치최고. 방에서 리스본 경치를 한눈에 볼수 있고, 석양과 일출을 방안에서 바라 볼수 있어 어느 전망대를 찾아가서 보는것보다 훌륭합니다. 준비된 와인과 치즈는 야경을 즐기며 음미하기에 최고이고, 맛 또한 최고였습니다.. 부정적: 별도 주차장은 없으나 저녁 7시부터 다음날 아침 9시까지는 어느 곳에나 무료 주차가 가능합니다. 가급적 짐은 가볍게 움직이세요. 건물에 엘리베이터는 없어요.

Positive: 到着時も出発時もオーナーとは顔を合わす必要が無い。 Great view!!. Negative: I had sent a message to tell our arrival time in advance, but received no reply. We did not know how we receive the key. Then I telephoned to the number on the Booking.com site when we arrived at the appartement, but nobody answered. I had to look for the other telephone number on their website. After several times to call them, finally connected, but it took more than 30 minutes to enter the appartement. I booked this appartement since there is a bathtub, but there wasn’t even it is specified on Booking.com page. I might be unlucky?

Positive: La vista su lisbona e' spettacolare, la bottiglia di vino e il formaggio di benvenuto trovato in camera pranzo e' una bella idea.. Negazione: il chek-in e' stato un po' travagliato, il n. di telefono che avevamo da Booking sin dalla mattinata non ci hanno risposto, siamo stati fortunati da trovare alla porta dei clienti francesi che ci hanno aperto e poi messo in contatto con qualcuno, penso il proprietario che non abbiamo mai visto e sempre per telefono ci ha dato le informazioni, le chiavi le abbiamo trovato nell'appartamento e quando siamo partiti le abbiamo lasciato allo stesso posto, per tutta la nostra permanenza non abbiamo visto nessuno. Comunque siamo stati benissimo.

Encantador y todo perfecto

Positief: Prachtig gelegen, op 1 van de hoogste punten van de stad, uitzicht vanuit de 2 ramen aan de voorzijde was adembenemend! Appt was keurig schoon bij aankomst, opgemaakte bedden, volledig ingericht. Bakkertje en kleine winkels en openbaar vervoer (tram 28 en bus) op loopafstand. Negatief: Voor de metro moet je de steile kant van de heuvel aflopen, is in meters niet ver, maar vanwege hoogte verschil wat lastig. Tram en bus zijn wel makkelijk bereikbaar, je moet er handig in worden

Positiva: Las vistas de la ciudad son espectaculares, de hecho esta en uno de los miradores. El detalle de bienvenida con el vino y el queso.. Negativa: La atención del personal sólo era telefónica y costaba contactar con ellos. No estaba adaptado a los días de frío, dejaron unos calefactores que para nada eran suficientes. Era un piso viejo reformado y la potencia de luz contratada no era suficiente y al poner los radiadores saltaba continuamente la luz. La solución fue un calefactor de parafina que daba olor a toda la casa y a la ropa (menos mal que mejoró el tiempo y no hizo falta usarlo mucho). Tampoco se preocuparon de nuestra salida de la casa... Si no llamamos nosotros, por ellos no nos hubieran dado instrucciones de cómo dejar la llave. Demasiado caro para las pocas comodidades que ofrecía. La distancia al metro era poca pero muy dificultosa por las cuestas tan empinadas, fue una sorpresa muy poco grata. Abstenerse personas con poca resistencia física.

Pozytywna: Fantastyczny widok z okna na całą panoramę Lizbony. Apartament czysty, schludny. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, świeżo po remoncie. Łazienka czysta, również po remoncie. Obok punkt widokowy. Około 300 m od przystanku tramwaju linii 28. Dobry punkt do zwiedzania całej Lizbony.

Positive: The view!!! And location . Negative: Beds were not okay (more for children and not for adults)and there was one small sofa and 1 relax chair so when you wanted to relax in the evening with 4 persons in the appartment that was not possible or you must sit on a table chair all night.

Pozitív: Kiváló kilátás, rugalmas, segítőkész, barátságos fogadtatás. Negatív: A leírással szemben nem volt terasz/erkély. Jó lenne egy légkondi a lakásba
