Three friends and me visited oficio yesterday, while we were looking for a restaurant serving a nice piece of meat.
We don’t drink cocktails that often, but to start with cocktails here is a must.
All drinks were delicious.
It was a quiet sunday evening, so the staff had enough time to inform us about the menu.;)
We had a nice compilation of cheese and meat as a starter en a big ‘shank’ as maincourse.
The shank was for four persons and indeed it was more than enough, with two side dishes.
All the food was really good, especially with a bottle of red wine.
The staff was professional and in for a laugh.
We even taught the waitress the dutch word for toothpicks (tandenstokers).

Staff was nice, friendly service. Restaurant looks really fancy. Starter was ok. Vegetables were ok. Spareribs were not good. Had a hard time eating them. Wet towel is a must, was not there. Gave feedback to staff.

Muito bom! Ficámos no piso de cima (com pena minha), sala cheia com dois grupos grandes (um deles muito barulhentos, que se tornou incomodativo), e decepcionada por se ter tornado mais um restaurante a funcionar por "turnos" (das 20:00 às 22:00 e 22:00 até fechar) A duração dos turnos pode até ser suficiente para a refeição mas não gosto de ter este limite. Motivos pelos quais não dei 5 estrelas. Aspectos bons: a comida é deliciosa, a Emily muito atenciosa e profissional (tinha a sala cheia e soube gerir), apresentou boas sugestões (com conhecimento) e com um atendimento simpático e eficaz. Pena não servirem mais almoços durante a semana, tinham um bom menu e bons preços. Alguns pratos caros, outros mais acessíveis mas, sem dúvida, valem a pena! Sobremesas e sangria deliciosas também. Recomendo e voltarei, próxima vez no turno seguinte...

Lovely setting with really attentive staff. My friends rabbit rice was really delicious. Worth noting you'll need to book to have a chance getting in.
Stars deducted because my pork neck seemed to actually be a pork chop. Also we were offered olives and breads while we waited for our mains without any indication we would be charged €6.50 for them so bare in mind.

This is the first but definetely not the last time I've been to Ofício. The waiters speak excellent English and are very friendly as well. My girlfriend and I both shared a cold meat platter as an apertizer which was really nice. Now I've had quite a lot of T-bone steaks before, but this was definetely the best one I've ever had. Overal; a great experience at a great restaurant! 5 Stars without a doubt.

We went for dinner here and we were a group of five, but they didn't have tables to fit all of us so two of the group went to sit at a table that was free while the rest of us sat at the bar. The bartender, Rui, was nothing short of lovely. One member of the group doesn't drink alcohol and Rui made him a virgin cocktail and made conversation with us.
The moment a large table was empty, just before our food came, and the waiter instantly moved us there after cleaning the table in record time.
The decoration was wonderful and felt so warm inside, cozy and the staff was great, my entire group has nothing but nice things to say about this place.

Meilleur restaurnt de Lisbonne!!Les plats sont savoureux. On avait pris du veau, du poulet et un assortiment de légumes.
C'était tellement frais et savoureux !
Les cocktails sont bons et beaux.

Meine Tochter und ich wollten uns an unserem letzten Abend unseres Lissabon Trips etwas richtig gutes gönnen. Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht von diesem Restaurant. Das Ambiente war sehr steif und das Personal sehr unfreundlich. Ganz zu schweigen vom Essen. Wir bekamen ein Fleisch und ein Fisch Gericht, das Fleischgericht hat gerochen wie ein Schlachteessen aus Deutschland, sehr unangenehm. Und der Fisch war total trocken und auch nicht richtig warm. Man hatte das Gefühl das alles schon länger in der Küche gestanden hat. Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Wir empfehlen das Bairro Do Avillez, dort waren wir einen Abend zuvor und es war sagenhaft

Nice decor and service. Food is pretty good but expensive for Lisbon. Recommend the tomato soup (who knew such a simple dish could be so good!). T-Bone steak for two is tender, but just like attractive girls, it come at a price....

Warm atmosphere, relaxing music... and don’t get me started on The Shank, just grab your friends and destroy that thing. Mushroom rice on the side and you’re set at one of the best restaurants in Lisbon.

Just had an extremely filling meal here (with several take away boxes for the leftovers)!
The beef shank is divine, melt in the mouth and extremely flavoursome. Be wary- the sides are probably enough for two people, hence our take away boxes.

This really is the best steak restaurant in town. People are queing up to be seated. We had the T-bone steak. Tender, juicy meat accompanied by fluffy buttery mashed potato and grilled vegetables. Friendly staff and a chef who can be proud of his dishes. Go for the Pica pau for starters and enjoy the ride!

O lugar se impõe em fazer carnes e boa comida de forma muito profissional e cheia de técnicas.
Os drinks têm o nome de cada profissão e suas cores e ingredientes homenageiam a surfistas e secretárias.
Amantes de boa carne, o #oficio_restaurant, é um lugar para carnívoros amadores e profissionais. Provem esta Aba Curta - #Costela Bovina a desfazer, verde tinto e ramo de cheiros. Para acompanhar, legumes do hortelão assados e purê de batata amanteigada.
Antônio, que preparou os drinks; Larissa e o Mica, que nos atenderam de uma forma muito profissional e com muito amor em servir bem.
Sou crítico gastronômico, são ossos do meu ofício, deliciosamente! Nesta experiência inesquecível e voraz, o @oficio_restaurant é o campeão do mês de junho/18 do #Donutaward. O mais delicioso Ofício.

I really like this restaurant! The staff, the food, the beer, it was all very good! I really liked to way they present their menu, it's a unique way to tell the story of this restaurant. Both the starter and main course we're excellent. The only small downside were the fries, some were too salty. Would definitely go back again!

Óptima recepção, excelente atendimento desde o início até ao fim da refeição, com um profissionalismo que hoje em dia se vê pouco (apesar de uma equipa jovem!). Excelente comida e ambiente muito agradável. Só não aponto o ambiente como excelente porque estavam 3 casais que falavam altíssimo na mesa ao lado o que incomodou bastante, mas não posso responsabilizar o restaurante nem o staff por isso, afinal eram clientes habituais e infelizmente contra isso... Nota bastante positiva e recomendo vivamente. Já tinha estado no Ofício na morada antiga e apenas o espaço é diferente, porque o resto de bom está lá todo!!!

Had an amazing dinner here. Starters are really tasty and I would suggest to have at least one suggested by the waiter. The main course are awesome as well, and you can even share it with your friends (there are portions for 2 or 4 people of the same dish).

Merece 5 estrelas. Ainda só tive oportunidade de visitar 1 vez. Por onde começar. O espaço é bastante acolhedor e diferente. O serviço de qualidade, feito para durar para uma refeição de 2 horas. A comida de outro mundo, feita no momento e sem pressa. Pedi o cordeiro, absolutamente divinal, melhor que já comi. Gostei especialmente de embora ser um local num sítio muito turístico e de estar cheio em nenhum momento foi apressado ou mal atendido. Não é uma refeição barata, mas vale o dinheiro. Recomendo e definitivamente vou voltar para experimentar os restantes pratos que não tive oportunidade ainda de experimentar.

Very disappointed with this restaurant. We were staying in an Airbnb around the corner and had asked the owner to book/recommend somewhere for us on new year's eve......this was the place he booked
We arrived 15 minutes before our due time and they had no booking for us. We showed the email we received from our contact confirming the booking but to no avail. Very disappointing, our Airbnb host was very genuinely annoyed as we had difficulty getting something at that time especially considering the night!

Nach vorheriger Besichtigung und nettem Gespräch mit einem Ober waren wir mit grossen Erwartungen zum Abendessen.
Bedienung und Service sind sehr bemüht und freundlich. Leider war unser Essen geschmacklich und von der Qualität eine Katastrophe. Zunächst waren wir schon verwundert dass unsere Bestellung bereits nach knapp 10 Minuten serviert wurde. Kann man in dieser Zeit frisch kochen? Vor allem der Geschmack und die Qualität des Fleisches waren katastrophal. Nie mehr wieder!

Great meat (not only grilled!) restaurant. If you want different cuts of meat (some bone in), slow cooked or oven roasted and even grilled, this is a nice place to go. The waiter is really knowledgeable and super friendly!

Staff is very kind and helpful and the food is pricy but good. But out of the three main meat dishes, one they did not have. Also when we asked for the most tender meat they recommended the filter mignon, which they didn't have that day... Bit strange for a 'meat restaurant'.

Outstanding food. Could not fault it.
Only reason not 5* review is because of the slow service. Took 15 mins from being seated with food menu till we received wine list. A shame as staff were friendly, just too relaxed.
Nearly gave 3* but the excellent care and detail in the kitchen made up for that. If you have time with no constraints, this is a great place to have a top meal.

Wonderful meal in Lisbon. We ordered the Crispy Pork Chop and Steak. Every single bite was PERFECT. Wine was incredible. Staff was excellent and service was attentive. The GM came around and chatted with us for awhile and genuinely cared about our experience (which was excellent obviously). I appreciated his passion and gratitude for the patrons. Highly recommended! 5 stars all the way.

Tourist trap. They first make you wait by the bar for your reserved table so you can order appetizers and drinks. Once they notice your not ordering, your table will be magically ready then convince you to order croquettes. Whatever else we asked for they didn't have...from cheese appetizer to wine bottles to side dishes. What a joke. Then they sold us on the shank, their top meat dish, in my opinion was tasteless..good thing I asked for piri piri spice. Everything was just bland.
Once the last dish came, our waiter stopped tending to us. We couldn't even get a dessert menu or our glasses filled. I ended up having to grab the bottles of wine and water myself because they won't leave it at the table. This is substandard service for Lisbon at premium prices. It's a shame because the place could have been much better. We definitely won't be back.

Cozy restaurant, excellent service, staff speaks English and is very friendly and helpful. Food is a bit upmarket for Portuguese standards but the kitchen specialized in meat is delicious. If you come single the menu is too limited. Lots of dishes are for 2 or more persons.

What a great place for steak. The service and attentiveness from our waiter Mica was impeccable. The pork crackling starter tasted amazing. The steak was cooked perfectly and tasted great. If you want a cocktail, you'll need to go later in the day (after 5pm) but the drinks we had still tasted great

We came here for lunch and it was amazing! We were greeted by a very friendly Mica, which made us feel very comfortable and well looked after, we were here quite early, we were seated and Mica explained the menu to us in English so my non Portuguese speaking fiance could understand. We ordered the steak and the pork chop, as well as the mixed salad and chorizo and red wine rice. They were all amazing. We wanted some cocktails, but couldn't order from the cocktails menu as the mixologist starts later in the day, but Mica stepped in again and made us some amazing cocktails! We had a great dinning experience and could fault it. We recommend this to everyone if you come to Lisbon. Thank you Mica for making the experience amazing

If you're a meat lover, this is the place to go. I even suggest you arrive a little before your reservation so you can enjoy the custom cocktails they offer (can't remember the name, but with chocolate and whiskey. Amazing). The entrees are unbelievable (must try the croquettes), and we loved them so much, we just ordered more and more! I'll have to go back to actually rate a main course!

Amazing! Staff were so good. We trusted the recommendations and had quails egg and pork cheek starters (not what we would normally order). It was so incredibly tasty and presented really well. The main short steak was incredible, so much food for two people and loads of flavour. The desert, ‘biscuit fell in the coffee’ was a new take on tiramisu and was absolutely delicious. Can’t speak highly enough of this place, was the best food we had in Lisbon by miles (even better than the Michelin star places from the time out market). When the bill came I could not believe it was only €75 for 3 course meal and a bottle of wine for 2 people! In London for that quality you would be paying close to £200! The atmosphere and decor were also really good. Highly recommended!

Waren gestern zu viert dort Essen. Online reserviert und 20 Uhr bestätigt bekommen. Waren eine halbe Stunde zu früh wurden aber trotzdem freundlich empfangen und zum Tisch geführt. Wollten in einem guten Ambiente unseren Lissabontrip ausklingen lassen. Es begann mit Vorspeisen und gutem Wein, wobei man das Essen schon als sehr gut bezeichnen kann. Im Laufe des Abends mussten wir allerdings feststellen das die Qualität der Bedienung merklich abnahm. Auf leeren Wein würde nicht mehr reagiert und als wir nach dem Zwischengang den Hauptgang um kurz vor 22 Uhr bestellen wollten brach hektisches Treiben aus. Uns wurde überhaupt nicht höflich dann zugetragen, dass unser Tisch um 22 Uhr wieder vergeben war. Weder in der Reservierungsbestätigung noch würden wir zu Beginn auf das Zeitlimit hingewiesen. Als wir darauf hinwiesen passierte es......nämlich nichts. Keiner kam zum Tisch um das Problem zu lösen. Es verging eine ganze Zeit bis die Bedienung wieder kam mit der Lösung des Jahres. Wieder können doch bestellen nur nicht am Tisch bleiben. ????? Wieder passierte wenig bis man dann nach einiger Zeit uns suggerierte bleiben zu können und man versuchte uns mit einer Runde Jägermeister zum Bleiben zu bewegen. Wir waren bedient haben unsere bis dato laufende Rechnung von über 200,-€ beglichen und haben das Lokal verlassen. Kurzes Fazit: Essen sehr gut, Behandlung der Gäste erinnert mehr an MC Donalds. Dabei wollten wir keinen roten Teppich einfach einen schönen Abend.

Espetacular! O atendimento é excelente. Pedi um Vazio no osso e legumes assados de acompanhamento. Fui surpreendido com uma deliciosa carne assada com alho e alecrim, molho chimichurri e um tipo de pesto de coentro delicioso. Os legumes assados estavam tenros e saborosos. Se aqui morasse, seria um dos meus restaurantes preferidos. Recomendadíssimo!

Our server Paulo was attentive and humorous and an expert in the field of wine. He introduced us to a bottle of green wine that was so palatable and complementary to our main courses. The sirloin (18€) was absolutely amazing. My man commented that it was "even better" that the one he had in Buenos Aires (he was there 3 weeks earlier). Tip: Book a table for 2 at 7pm when you could have undivided attention from the staff. The dinner crowd arrived at about 8pm. We were here on a Sunday evening (18.3).

O espaço é agradável, bem decorado e acolhedor. Dois andares que permitem criar dois ambientes diferentes. A carta tem preços equilibrados e pratos de Carne pouco vulgares. O Staff é atencioso e prestável. As doses são bem servidas e a qualidade da comida está acima da média. Recomendo para apreciadores de Carne o Chambão.

Fui com um grupo de amigos este Domingo e fomos mto bem atendidos se nao me enganei Thais era o nome de quem ficou com a nossa mesa. Foi super prestavel e simpatica, ajudou uma mesa de gusolos indecisos a chegar a um consenso! A carne estava divinal e nem sou apreciadora de carne! Os acompanhamentos estavam a altura da carne! Ja a Tabua de enchidos e queijos achei um pouco fraca. E sugiro que repensem na escolha do pão para que ao longo da refeição dê vontade de "a boa maneira tuga" molhar o pão no molho nas sobremesas destaco o bolo de bolacha fiquei fã! Otimo lugar para jantar de amigos, recomendo!

We bumped in this brand new restaurant and it was a great surprise. Amazing food (both meat and seafood) and super kind staff.
