Quality food, but was not a fan of some of their flavor profiles (like their opening dish they leave at the table). Also, the host was a bit too full of himself, but mostly in an endearing way. For a 40 minute wait, which ended up being 40 minutes, he suggested we wait outside the whole time.

Food was ok. But before we could eat we had to wait 45 minutes. Yes we could order a drink outside. But it was cold and windy. Finally we got 2 seats at the bar. Still cold, open doors, and noisy in- and outside. Food was nice, sometimes to much onions per dish, 3-4 main courses will do for 2 persons if you want to share. Friendly waiters.

Cuisine très bonne par contre très cher et le serveur qui n'était pas accueillant du tout , nous a enlevé le verre de vin de la table ( encore moitié rempli) alors que nous avions a peine fini notre plat ( 19h20) . Très déçu !

We heard that this restaurant is a must. We got there early for dinner, around 7pm, and there was already a few parties ahead of us. The hostess was kind, took our names and suggested we wait out side and enjoy the drinks and snacks from the takeaway window. After an hour we sat on the bar, the food was amazing and we loved to see how they are making the dishes. We had a great time, loved the food and drinks and the atmosphere was great. In conclusion this place is a must, just include an hour of waiting and predinner drinks

排了一個小時才進去吃, 小小的座位跟旁邊很近。A Cevicheria的Ceviche就是酸,然後不知道吃了什麼! 旁邊外國人也沒吃完。King Crab Causa口感也不好,甚至覺得一整個吃起來有一點不舒服,最後我把他分成各部分來吃反而可以吃。 Sea Quinoto味道不錯但非常鹹,章魚口感也很普通。 服務不熱情,食物也很普通,可以吃別的。

Completely overrated. We waited for 1 hour expecting to taste something reeeeally spectacular, but in the end - only 1 dish out of 4 was "amazing", the rest tasted more like a "Russian salad" - everything in 1 and the same plate, so you don't even taste the ingredients (minus 1 star for food, minus 1 star for delusional waiting time). On top of it the waiter was literally brutal - not a single smile on the face, even taking out plates as if he was angry with smth - 1 star for service. 2 stars in the end for the place my friend called "worth waiting for". I would put minus 1 more star for the price, but not that I particularly care for that. But overall - I will not go back again.

Una reinterpretación a la portuguesa del ceviche peruano. Vale la pena probar el menú degustación, que también incluye dos platos calientes y postre. Pero realmente el ceviche es la estrella, tanto el puro como el de atún con remolacha. Es interesante la propuesta de ver toda la elaboración hecha delante de ti y que los propios cocineros te presenten el plato. El servicio es un poco estirado a veces, según quién, pero en general es una buena experiencia. No olvides pedir el pisco sour para acompañarlo todo.

Es un lugar muy bonito y muy central. Los propios clientes le hacemos propaganda ya que tienen una barra en la calle que es muy transitada. Nos bebimos un “Pisco Sour” no salía en ningún cartel su precio, a la hora de pagar nos dijeron que costaba 11€ cada uno, me parece excesivo teniendo en cuenta de que estuvimos de pie en la calle bebiéndolo. No repetiremos.

Мы хотели очень есть, и когда мы увидели что это место полно гостей, подумали что "хорошее место наверное". Нам повезло и нашлось место для нас. Когда уходили очередь стояла. Еда не вкусная, а подаётся как высокая кухня. Порции маленькие. Не рекомендую.

Given the hype and the positive reviews, we went to this Cevicheria with high expectations. Took about two cold hours to get a table. Went in, loved the interior and vibe, got a nice spot on the bar, two glasses of white wine. All good. And then: 1. Asked for some water. Got tap water (and was charged a ridiculous amount for it later on). They deserve less than a star only for this move! Why the hell would you do something nasty like that? 2. Was offered a seemingly free starter of flatbread and butter (and was charged a pathetic amount for it later on). Ok - it’s Portugal. 3. As was suggested, decided to sample 3 different types of Ceviche: Tuna, Salmon and a Croaker fish. The relationship between what was served to us and an authentic Ceviche was really, really loose. The basic idea of having an experimental take on such a classic dish is cool, but it’s failing big time here. Ingredients used are cheap, synthetic and lacking character. The dishes were not made to be combined. 4. The broths were either salty to the point of dry mouth madness or otherwise cheaply sweetened with flavorings that absolutely make no sense in the context of a Ceviche. 5. The fish itself seemed fresh, however the flavors of all broths were so off that it was nearly impossible to taste the fish or even distinguish between the different types of fish that were included in the dishes we ordered. 6. The food presentation was also rather poor and unskillful. In particular the salmon Ceviche which was whipped with coconut milk and pineapple foam. Sounds exotic? It looked like a dog’s breakfast that went wrong. Bottom line: what A Cevicheria has to offer is basically a very well designed scam. From the promising reviews, to the intentionally long queue and waiting times, to the senseless mishmash of unrelated ingredients that makes you think “hey, this tastes really awful but there’s such a big hype around this restaurant, so maybe it’s just me who doesn’t get it?”.

Totally terrible. I don’t understand what the hype is about this restaurant. We had 5 different dishes, all underwhelming. The worst one was the octopus in barbecue sauce. I would not recommend this restaurant, it was waste of money.

Queue: Went at about 7pm and had to wait for about an hour till we got a table for our party of 3. Food: Pretty tasty but I found the food a tad too sour for my liking (and I like sour things) it just overwhelms the taste and freshness of the fish and leaves a nasty scratchy feeling on your tongue. Lovely presentation though. Overall, I expected more after reading these overrated reviews. Definitely not the best meal or ceviche rather I’ve had in Lisbon. Service: Girl who was in charge of taking names down for a table was nice and pleasant. Our server however, was racist if I may say so myself.. the whole time he was behaving as if he was forced to work there. Zero expression on his face, no smiles at all. And after our starters, he did not even bother to change our cutleries for us when he did it for the table next to ours. Passed him on the way out and he did not even bother to say ‘bye’. ‍♀️

Com uma calçada badalada, cheia de gente jovem com drinks na mão e um burburinho ininterrupto nos fizeram passar despercebidos por uma longa espera de mais de uma hora tranquilamente. O barman simpático na janela a fazer drinks sem parar, o staff jovem e bem humorado atende com rapidez. A casa é pequena: ali dentro devem sentar-se no máximo umas 28 pessoas entre mesinhas e o balcão. A experiência foi divertida, dividimos diversos pratos do reduzido cardápio. Muitos sabores diferentes e exóticos. Destaque para o Quinoto de pato, ceviche de atum e gaspacho com vieiras.

Enjoyed a delicious lunch at this restaurant. Arrived just after opening on a weekend and got seated straight away. When we left about an hour later there were quite a lot of people waiting, so suggest getting there early. Meals were all super fresh.

Surévalué ! Ils vous en mettent plein la vue mais au final les ceviche sont fade. Il y a des faux poissons exposés dans un bac avec de faux glaçon et les cuisinier ne decoupe même pas le poisson. Tout es predecoupé. Belle illusion car la plupart des gens ne sent rendent pas compte. Ceviche thon avec foie gras. Impossible de sentir le foie gras car en fait il est gratté sur le dessus. De plus je suspect qu ils servent la queue du thon qui est plus Grasse et surtout moins chère. Pour 15 euros le plat c est scandaleux ! Il y a de meilleure adresse de cevicheria a Lisbonne. Cela ne vaut pas le peine d attendre 1h une table et le pisco sour n est pas terrible. Belle imposture !

Very beautiful and tasty food! Really transformed the experience of eating. My boyfriend joked about for the first time we ordered something and had almost no idea how the dish might look like. A lot of layers of taste in each dish, really suggest eating every bite with a mixture of different ingredients in the plate.

Really great place to experience eclectic interpretations on all manners of traditional Ceviche. The wait staff are all very friendly and helpful, and the ambience is casual yet quiet enough for a good conversation with your date. The wait time is 1-2 hour during the peak (Friday and Saturday evening), and less during off peak. The main reason being a smaller space. You arrive in person, and the staff will write your name on a queue. Can order drinks and appetizers from the large take out window/bar to the right of the entrance. All the ceviche were great, as well as the cooked octopus. The Tuna Ceviche with Foie Gras shavings as well as the House special Ceviche were the best.

The invite you to have drinks outside the restaurant while you wait, everyone was having pisco sour. The food is delicious, tasty, full of textures and flavors. We shared 3 plates for 2 to try different creations. Best ceviche in town.

Wonderful small restaurant of the "young and wild" style. My octopus in a BBQ sauce was incredibly spiced by a single piece of grilled and salted green peppers. Yes, it was one of those overkilled and oversalted things you get in tapas bars around the world under the euphemistic name of pimientos de padron. But here, they used it as a spice, and they did it really clever, wow! We have been there around noon without reservation, so we had to wait like all the other food addicts around us. But they offered a wonderful lime based aperitif, so waiting was definitively not wasting. The whole area around is worth exploring anyway...

It is interesting the hype a restaurant gets.You wait 1-1.5 hour early to get a table at 1900 hour.you get in and your upset you waited so long. This restaurant is so different for Lisbon that it succeeds.The food can be great to mediocre at best depending on what you get.It lists itself as a Peruvian restaurant and it has some dishes that pass for Peruvian food.Mostly it’s eclectic cuisine.Some great some good some not so good. The prices are high and not justified.The Pisco sour is good not the best and 11 Euro is high for Lisbon and the food is priced extremely high.Overall if you have to wait so long save your time and go elsewhere.The service is excellent.

Unfriendly and cold. We ordered a bottle of wine, ceviche, and a few other dishes. While inventive, the dishes did not make up for the immature service. Upon entering an empty restaurant, we were immediately scolded to order at least 4 food items to have a seat in the restaurant. Needed to ask multiple times for water and drinks. Did not see one smile from anyone who worked here during our visit here. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I'm sorry, this meal was terrible. I came here last time I was in Lisbon a year ago and really liked the food - enough to come back again today. But the quality has totally plummeted. It feels like an over-marketed chain and the food was really really not good. We ordered the pure ceviche, the Portuguese ceviche, the king crab, and the octopus. The only thing that was decent was the pure ceviche, all else was bad and didn't sit well. The BBQ sauce on the octopus was overpowering and didn't go with the dish at all, the king crab sat on top of a cheap tasting mayo-ey potato salad, and the Portuguese ceviche was trying too hard to be inventive but didn't deliver on taste. Waiters weren't very friendly either (except the one female waitress, she was friendly!). Trying to think of a good thing to say...the decor is nice. But I'd highly recommend anyone thinking of this place to try somewhere else, it's not worth it.

Nous y avons dîné un soir de long weekend. Prévoir une attente longue (1h45 pour nous!). Arrivés à 19:30- nous avons sirotés le bon cocktail Pisco Sour que l’hotesse s’empresse de nous recommander en attendant notre table dans le froid glacial ! Finalement, nous avons eu une table au bar. Le Cevice au thon est à tomber. C’est une cuisine de qualité, inventive et délicate. Un poil trop trendy pour nous (qui fait la queue près de 2heures pour un resto? apparemment nous!). Addition raisonnable pour nous qui n’avons pas trop commandé (100€ pour deux, incluant 3 cocktails , 3 plats, 1 dessert et 2 verres de vin) mais c’est un dîner léger, convient aux petits appétits! Service agréable mais qui pousse un peu à la consomation. Bref c’était bon et beau, mais nous n’y retournerons pas- attente bien trop longue!

It is a tourist attraction with 30min to 1h waiting time for the table. The food quality has declined since last year, the meat is dry, the seafood is quite good, however nothing special and there are many more places in lisbon where you can get a similar experience without the queuing outside.

They try too hard to make the ceviche different, but it is missing all of those latin flavors and the spice which truly make it ceviche. The place’s decoration is truly amazing and there is a long queue which might lure you, but especially if you’re from Latin America wouldn’t recommend this. You might as well make your own ceviche, which will probably turn out less fancy but tastier.

We tried to go there on a Thursday evening around 8 and there was a 2 hour wait. We ended up going elsewhere and returning the following day at around 2 for lunch and got a seat immediately. The food is good with some adventurous takes on peruvian food. Solid pisco sours as well.

We celebrated a friend’s bachelorette party with lunch at A Cevicheria. Having been told the waiting time would be 10-20 minutes, we ended up having to wait 1h 15mins. Finally getting a table we were excited to try this hyped restaurant. Unfortunately, while the rosé was good the food and the service were not. The bachelorette said this was the worst restaurant experience of the year...and she was the only one of us who actually finished her food...

Wir wollten letzte Woche Samstag hier essen. Nachdem wir unseren Namen auf die Warteliste gesetzt haben (sollten 30 Minuten sein) und 45 Minuten gewartet haben, sagte der Kellner er hätte uns aufgerufen. Wir standen DIREKT vor ihm und er sagte außerdem sehr frech, er hätte nach rechts und links geguckt aber nicht nach vorne und wir müssten jetzt nochmal eine Stunde warten. Der Kellner war sehr respektlos und hat uns ignoriert. Ganz sicher hat er uns überhaupt nicht aufgerufen,da wir sehr aufmerksam gewartet haben. Wir haben sehr viel gutes über das Restaurant gehört und waren leider sehr über den enttäuscht. Die Mitarbeiter scheinen über die Beliebtheit bewusst zu sein und legen keinen Wert auf Freundlichkeit. Sehr schade! Wir sind dann gegangen.

Food: One of our favorite meals in Lisbon. The seafood is incredibly fresh and the dishes are inventive and take a spin on traditional foods. You can order a la cart or the chefs menu. Wait: The restaurant is small and they don’t take reservations so the chance of waiting is very high. We went at 7pm and waited about 30 minutes. They have a bar outside where you can get a pisco sour while you wait! Ambiance: Beautiful and quaint. We chose to sit at the bar so we could watch the chefs work and it was fun to see the action.

Despite the perpetual waiting time, which I think could be organized much better, I can recommend this restaurant. The dishes are actually original and tasty. After waiting over 1 hour we got two bistro chairs in the middle, where we could also see the cooks. It was fun and we really enjoyed our time.

This is a small and nicely decorated restaurant in Principle real that has nice ceviches. Usually, you have to wait a decent amount of time to get a table in the restaurant and they don't accept reservation so your best chance is to go early and wait. We had 3 different ceviches: the pure, the Portuguese and the beetroot with tuna. From the three, the one with a more distinct taste was the beetroot the other two were nice but really nothing extraordinary. Each ceviches Costas about 15 euros. We also tried the famous pisco sours, each at 11 euros, and they were very nicely made. The only thing I didn't like, was the glass in which it came ( imagine a champagne type of glass) because you have a hard time drinking the two flavours. Finally, we had a dessert called Choco banana that was just okay ( wouldn't recommend ordering it). In general, the food was nice but nothing special but both the decorations and service was outstanding. PD: all the cleaning and disinfection protocols are done in a professional and methodical way. They clean your table and chair before you enter and every menu they give you the clean it before. And all the employees are wearing masks.

Schickes kleines Restaurant, das sich insbesondere auf Ceviche (ausgesprochen wie Sewitsche), einem südamerikanischen Gericht aus in Limettensaft mariniertem, rohen Fisch spezialisiert hat, welches hier in verschiedenen Varianten angeboten wird. Zu dem Essen kann ich nichts sagen; ich hatte einem Pisco Sour und der war recht gut, wenn auch mit etwa 12€ nicht günstig.

Interessant aber leider kein Highlight für uns - eher ein Touristenmagnet. Man kann leider nicht reservieren. Wir mussten zuerst draussen eine halbe Stunde warten bis ein Tisch frei wird. Es gibt eine Warteliste für die Tische. Das Lokal ist eigentlich winzig, es gibt ca. 8 Tische und eine Bar. Der Tisch selbst ist auch winzig und die Platzverhältnisse sind sehr beengend. Als Deko steht ein grosse Schale mit Plastikfischen hinter der Bar und an der Decke hängt eine Riesenkrake. Wir haben gut gegessen. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hat Verbesserunfspotential. Das Essen war o.k., der Kellner hat sich leider nicht viel Mühe gegeben die Speisen ordentlich zu erklären, so dass wir es verstehen hätten können. Auch auf Nachfrage nicht, wir hatten das Gefühl mit unseren Fragen lästig zu sein. Überhaupt hatten wir das Gefühl das die Kellner keine gute Ausbildung hatten, sie wirkten überheblich und schlecht ausgebildet. So wie angelernte Hilfskräfte in einem schlechten Lokal. Die 6 Gänge vom Degustationsmenü kommen auf € 44,40 Das ist in Ordnung, aber für hiesige Verhältnisse viel.. Die Speisen sind interessante Kreationen und geschmacklich gut. Bier kommt bei 0,5L auf 5,45 und Pisco Sour kommt auf ca. 12,- - das ist für Portugal rekordverdächtig. Kiko, der Chef selbst war nicht zu sehen, dafür jede Menge Personal das besser koordiniert sein könnte. Obwohl wir 8 Personen (Exklusive Küche) in diesem winzigen Lokal zählen konnten, hat jede Getränkebestellung zu lange gedauert. Es dauerte 5 Minuten bis er in das bereits am Tisch stehende Weinglas Wein von der ca. 5m entfernten offene Flasche ins Glas goss, obwohl der Hauptgang bereits am Tisch stand. Dazwischen ist er cool herumgestanden und hat den Gästen beim Dinner zugesehen. In hochwertigen Lokalen haben wir das so noch nie beobachtet. In Summe fehlt hier ein bisschen die Klasse, das ist schade, das Essen an sich war gut und interessant.

We got there late afternoon and there were few people waiting so we grabbed our Pisco sour while standing outside the restaurant (a bit pricey compared to drink prices in Lisbon). Had tuna and beetroot ceviche (which was delicious), octopus (which was tasty but a bit chewy) and another ceviche. Beetroot and tune ceviche's taste was so incredible so if I happen to visit Lisbon again I would definitely have that again.

Delicious restaurante, they prepare your Order in Front of you. Portuguese ceviche Tasted super, the quinoa bowl with fish also. We arrived around 7 and were seated without waiting time. Later a longer waiting queue in front of the restaurant. But the people didn’t care and drank a cocktail during waiting time.

The food was good , but considering the hype I was expecting exceptional, the tacos too spicy and flavorless. The octopus was a bit chewy . The crab was my favorite, a good combination of mash potato cracker and grab meat. All food had milk in it. Using dairy in every dish is a downside, considering it’s 2020 and we are woke about food allergies and lactose intolerance. The one thing I was impressed was the meringue in the meringue desert. That was tasty. The staff quite welcoming. Very clean interior design with a fresh air, beautiful tile floors !

Incredible ceviche in a beautiful restaurant. I got there before the crowds and had a seat at the bar where they prepare the ceviche, it was a nice touch watching it being prepared. The quality of the food was great and the service was good (friendly waitress, grumpy waiter). I recommend to go a little earlier before the lunch queue. A star less because I’ve had much better ceviche at a lower price, this cost over 50€ for two people which in my opinion wasn’t really worth it. However, I definitely recommend to give it a go!

One of my favourite restaurants in Lisbon. The price equals the quality. The drinks are also very good. One of the restaurants that is mandatory to go while in Lisbon. Although the wait can be long, is definetely worth it. Best way to avoid the queue and get a table easily is to not go in the main lunch/dinner hours.

Cute little place, with nice decor. Unfortunately the food, while visually appealing was not memorable tastewise. There was a of a wait and the service was slow. It took a long time to get our cocktails and just as long to get another round. Seating was tight and prices are a bit high. Others could definitely enjoy the experience, but it was just okay for me.

Nice, small and casual restaurant with some table and at the counter seatings. Bookings are not available but I would guess they rotate 3 to 4 times their tables per night, so expect around 1hour waiting time at the door, where you can have a Pisco sour and also some small appetizers. Service is paced and friendly. Food was very delicious and innovative with lots of local produce! Would recommend for a party of 2 to order 2 ceviches, 1 or 2 warm dishes and dessert. A bit overpriced but the overall experience is enjoyable!

Food is unique and very good. Excellent quality of seafood. Novel approach. We have been to Peru before, and the ceviche is very close to what we have experienced while there. Unfortunately, the service was apathetic, and I have to echo other reviewers - the entire front of the house seemed to be more interested in their phones and joking amongst themselves. The place was empty because of the stormy weather outside, and yet, service was so lacking. At first I thought the service may have been due to the fact that we were foreigners, but I think the surliness extended towards everybody that night. One gentleman at the next table had to get up and go to the bar to get a refill of water! We had to signal several times to the servers to add to our order, and get the bill. They missed opportunities for us to order additional beverages, or even dessert. Perhaps they have become arrogant and suffer from the weight of their popularity. Hopefully others don’t have the same experience in the future. Best of luck!

The bar is quite high now after our first meal in Lisbon! A cevicheria is absolutely stunning, from the staff, to the big octopus that hangs from the ceiling and of course with the amazing food being prepared by chef Kiko just there in front of you. Pesima atención por parte de los camareros ya que se sienten superiores a sus clientes y no dudan en mirarte con mala cara. Este sitio basa su reputación en un local pequeño pero bonito y como reclamo una cola enorme en la calle si no eres de los primeros. Una vez dentro aparte de la mala edecucación de los camareros ( salvo la chica que atiende algunas mesas), el resto son platos correctos pero nada destacables y un ambiente pesimo gracias al servicio. No se dejen llevar por la fila de gente que hay en la calle, y si lo hace, seguro que no repetirá.

This place was very disappointing. I'm not sure why the reviews are so good. It has a young meatpacking district feel but the cerviche is watery and seems not very fresh. Also, they give you a "welcome pisco sour" when you enter but then later chargebyou €11 for each plus a cover. Very shady. UPDATE: A Cevicheria replied to my review (see below) and I emailed them but never received a response.

Been coming here for a few years now and this year everything had changed. The staff was distant, rather on their phones than dealing with customers. The food menu seems to be much smaller than before. Quality went down quite a bit and most dishes lacked "wow". Shame as we loved this place before. Won't be back.

I found this place to be overrated. PROS: Great neighborhood and cool cocktail window outside so you can drink while you wait (you're going to need it). CONS: Small space. The men's WC was so tiny I thought I would have to stand on the toilet to close or open the door. Definitely rubbed my legs against the commode which is just gross. The service was a bit odd. They have a bunch of people in there, but I couldn't figure out who did what. The guy who manned the door/list took our order, someone else delivered it. But those food runners didn't fill waters or ask if we wanted more drinks (we did). And the BBQ Octopus was so overcooked I couldn't cut it or chew it. They door/list guy did replace it with another ceviche, but complained that I waited so long to say something. The voice in my head complained he waited so long to come back to our table. The other ceviches were pretty good, but not good enough to overcome everything else for that 4th star.

A total disaster. Twice we waited one hour! A very charming individual promises a 30 minute wait, the unique objective is to sell overpriced cocktails. Just run away from an overcrowded restaurant where you will never taste the food.

Very good food. Flavours are distinct and intense. No two dishes are the same and it's a fun, memorable experience to try them. That said, the staff is NOT very friendly or nice. They act like they're doing you a favor by letting you be there. Prices are pretty high, which would be ok except that, not happy with that, they charge you for their unapologetically expensive appetizers and water. Yes, they charge you for water you didn't even ask for. All in all, this increased our bill by almost 20€.

Awesome place with super good food. The decoration is really pretty and the staff are super nice. It's not very big so at the usual time of lunch and dinner is full but if you go in the afternoon you can find a seat easily. But if you want to go later you can wait outside and they have a little bar so you can with a drink.

Definitely a must visit while you're in Lisbon -- some of the most creative cuisine in the city, with incredibly fresh fish, bold flavors, and a beautiful space. Strongly advise going at lunch hour, when it's far less crowded, so you can easily get a table. Order a pisco sour to drink, and then if you're with a group of 2-4 people, order a couple items from each section of the menu with variety of fish types/flavors/bases. Ask the staff for their recs, too!

With rather mixed reviews from extreme ends of the spectru., we went to A Cervicheria with an open mind but nonetheless high hopes. We were very fortunate to be seated very quickly at 8pm when we arrived, as the restaurant was almost full and once seated, many more came. So this place is clearly popular! The restaurant is small and built around the "bar" which is a great place to see the food prep. English menus and English speaking staff helped a lot with food and drink recommendations. It is not an extensive menu, which is a good thing! Starting with the pisco sour which they strongly recommended, the cocktail was very well balanced with a creamy texture but nice citrus to give it good character. The pisco is their own, which I think is a nice touch. We began with the salmon ceviche and king crab dish (I forget the name!). The salmon ceviche was perfectly balanced without overpowering citrus. Nice chunks of fish with a nice foam to finish. The king crab was also nice, but it sat on a bed of squid ink potato that I felt competed a bit too much with the crab. With crab of this quality, I thought it would be better for it to stand out! What surprised me was the fish, the pork belly sandwich. Pork belly can be a little overwhelming with the oily fattiness of the meat. However the guys here balanced this sandwich perfectly with cilantro, sweet onions...sublime. I was already full before I got to this point, and this sandwich still got me stuffing my face! The staff were very attentive and helpful and the ambiance bright and fresh. Overall a very nice experience and pretty good food. Clientele are clearly mostly visitors, but I did notice a few locals as well. The reason it just misses its 5th star is the price. It is properly expensive! For 3 dishes , 2 cocktails, bread and water, expect to pay about 65-70 EUR! Good for 2 people. The pisco sour alone was 11Eur, which is really expensive for Lisbon. I still recommend coming here, but the prices could be a little more accommodative. But given that it's still really popular, take it as a popularity tax!

First, this is not Peruvian food. It could maybe be called Peruvian-inspired? As a Peruvian, I was disappointed. Food was prettier than it was tasty, in my opinion. The pure ceviche was ok. The king crab was basic. The tacos (which are not Peruvian) was decent. The pisco sour was very good and so was the maracuyá and mango mousse. We had to wait but that was fine. Service was good. You are paying for the atmosphere not the food.

It wasn't as hard to get a table than I thought it would be, once your inside it's beautiful. I got to sit at the bar and watch them prepare the food which was fun, they brought dishes in an order that made sense. The Portuguese ceviche was everything I wanted and more and helped offset the acidity of the tuna and beet ceviche which was also good. The bartender was the best part of the service, he's was fun and energetic

Definitely overhyped and they clean up bad reviews. Quinoa with one single shrimp and ceviche full of huge onion slices with barely no octopus that was cut to the size of rice grains ... it's up to you if you want to pay 40 Euro for a plate of quinoa seeds and another plate of onion with some strange sauce. The food all over Portugal is extremely tasty, but this place may seem tasty only for those who never tried actual good food, it's not worth waiting for a table there by any means.

Very long waits, but well worth it. If you're traveling alone, sitting at the bar is the place to be. I got the tasting menu, which is 6 different dishes, all of which were delicious. The Pisco Sour here was better than any I tried while visiting Peru!

Deze plek is hipper dan in blogs uitgelegd wordt. Desondanks zijn ze technisch kundig. Hiermee bedoel ik dat ze weten wat de verwachtingen van gasten zijn maar ook wanneer gasten initiatieven nemen, ze dit voortvarend oppakken. Het feit dat je aan hen moet vragen om je naam op de lijst te zetten, (naseizoen) je daar geen haastgevoel bij voelt wanneer je zit is knap gedaan. De floormanager is een blijver, erg samenwerkend. Dat je de aperitif moet betalen is logisch. Met kleine research naar je bestemming, zou je dit moeten verwachten. Eten en drinken is naar verhouding helemaal top, nieuwe ervaring rijker als tourist. **Algemene beleefdheid is een gratie naar jezelf.**

Good ceviche but unfortunately overrated. Go only if you don't have to wait. Pisco Sour is the best. I guess most people drink so much beforehand due to the long wait that they consider the food great.

Over-hyped resto- I wouldn’t wait over half an hour for A Cevicheria. Just come at 12 and you will not have trouble getting a table. The food was decent, staff at tentative, pisco sour was lovely.

We waited almost for 2 Hours to get a Seat because they take NO Reservations !!! ...... Drinks & Food outside by the Window tasted much better than the food Inside.... I think i had to high expectations after reading the Reviews......but now i'm Sure that im never going 2 eat in a Restaurant after reading the reviews here (alot of people have a very bad Taste)......if you don't belive me, then go and try it yourself and tell me how right i am after that.....

외국인에게 굉장히 힙한 곳인지 넘 시끄러웠어요 ㅎㅎ 정말 요리가 art 가 될 수 있다는게 이런건가봐요 ㅎㅎ 독특하고 처음 맛보는 페루 요리를 포르투갈에서 경험했어요. Ceviche에는 고수가 들어갔으니 주의하세요. 참고로 고수 없으면 맛 없을 것 같아요! 대기줄이 있어서 오래 앉아있기는 어려운 분위기입니다. ㅎㅎ

Attrape touristes! Le chef kiki nous l’a mis dans’l’cucul! Une heure trente d’attente on vous propose un cocktail pour patienter sans le savoir quand la note arrive 11€ le verre! Et pan... kiko dans le cucu. Nous avons passé plus de temps dehors à attendre qu’à table. Sans compter les coups de pieds dans les chaises du à l’exiguïté des lieux. Les prix pour Lisbonne sont exorbitants. Bref on s’est bien fait avoir. La qualité des plats sans plus et le petit homme a l’entrée vous dit: 2 tables avant vous mais il vous embobine c’est l’usine à bobo chez kiko! Ps: j’avais oublié l’eau du robinet filtrée tu la paye une blinde en plus kiko nous l’a bien dans le kuku !

Une usine bien rodée, ou, comment se faire avoir, ni vu, ni connu! Tout l’art de faire patienter les clients sur le trottoir, en vous proposant le Cocktail de la maison, et ... en vous confirmant qu’il n’y a que 2 tables avant vous! Mon œil! On voit des tables et des tables s’installer devant nous et à l’intérieur dès le dessert avalé, on vous fait comprendre qu’il faut y aller.... Pour nous, 1h30 d’attente c’est trop. De plus, le petit bonhomme à l’entrée vous fait bien comprendre que des clients ne se plaignent pas et attendent sans rien dire!. A l.intérieur chacun fait le job, quoique un peu bancal, mais ça sent la routine. Quand à l’assiette, bon mais pas exceptionnel Bref, ne vous faites pas avoir par le monde sur le trottoir en vous disant «  le monde attire le monde » C’est voulu, c’est le piège à touristes, surtout passez votre chemin: Du poulpe, vous en trouverez partout à Lisbonne, bien meilleur, plus vite servi, et pour 3 fois moins chère.

Ich habe gestern gegen Mittag dieses Resturant besucht. Es scheint momentan ein sehr angesagter Laden zu sein. Man wartet vor der Tür auf einen Sitzplatz, nachdem man sich auf die Warteliste eintragen ließ. Nach ca. 1,5 Stunden wurde ich dann an einem Tresenplatz plaziert. Die Plätze sind recht eng. Jacken und Taschen kann man an einem kleinen Haken unterhalb des Tresens anhängen. Es beginnt mit einer Vorspeise,die aus einem schwarzen dünnen Brot,etwas Kuchenähnlichem, gerösteten Mais und zwei eher undefinierbaren Aufstrichen besteht. Nicht wirlich meines. Aber der Brotchip war lecker. Das Lachsceviche war recht lecker aber überaus klein portioniert. Ich trank einen klassischen Pisco sour. Die Wrinauswahl ist sehr klein und absolut hochpreisig. Das Personal freundlich aber immer in Eile. Mein Resümee: stylisch,hiper Laden für betuchte Publikum...angesagt ...sehr viel Chichi auf dem Teller

Amazing modern ceviche, incorporating Portuguese and French flavors and ingredients. Place is small, but great with a group so you can try many dishes. Bar is cool for singles or couples and you can watch them prepare food. Portuguese and Tuna ceviches were table favorites. Tartare beef tacos were simple, creative and delicious. Pisco Sours are a house specialty and dangerously good. Could easily camp out here all day..

Servicio PÉSIMO. El gerente de la puerta fue de lo más desagradable... después de hora y media esperando par sentarnos, se saltó la lista para colar a varios grupos amigos suyos. Al decírselo nos contestó de muy malas maneras que él PODÍA HACER LO QUE QUISIERA Y QUE SI NO NOS GUSTABA NOS FUÉRAMOS. Una pena porque la carta no está mal, pero el servicio debería ser lo primero.

We came around 6 and there was no wait. We got the tasting menu, the meal took around 2 hours and was well constructed. The cerviches are indeed amazing. Prior to this, I thought Desnuda in New York had the best cerviche. The octopus was very tender and well seasoned. And the bread course was very memorable and amazing as well. I think the chocolate dessert was the least standout actually. And get the pisco sour!

Superbe repas! Prévoir d'arriver bien tôt (arrivée pour 19h, on a eu une table à 20h). Le pisco sour proposé pour patienter était digne de l'Amérique latine (quoi que un peu cher). Les plats étaient incroyable. À ne pas manquer!

This is a must visit. €43 for the 6 course tasting menu is an incredibly reasonable offer and fantastic experience. Be prepared to eat fresh raw fish and the most incredible flavour combinations. If you manage to get a seat around the bar you can watch the dishes being constructed which are then presented to you and each one is explained to you. The staff were really friendly and efficient and our entire experience was faultless. Highly recommended!

Long wait if you come during peak dinner, but staff are very friendly and accommodating. There's a window bar for those waiting as well. Ceviche centric dishes are all well dressed and flavored. A bit more on the pricey end but overall a worthwhile meal.

Hmmm, this was a tough one. We came on a Sunday around 7:30pm and waited an hour an a half to get in. The host would only say how many tables were in front of us (10ish), and not a time estimate, so we were pretty much stuck there drinking okay 11€ pisco sours til our name was called. When we got in, I was hoping for more of like fresh, natural seafood experience with emphasis on the simple ingredients... and this place ain’t that. We had the scallops with tapioca first, and asked our server where the scallops were from. She didn’t know but guessed Portugal. They were pretty much drowned in an overwhelming Asian-inspired cold soup. Next we had the Portugal ceviche which was smothered in a heavy mayonnaise with like dehydrated potato sticks under it. Again, eh. Just like a flavor cacophony and I didn’t really get the taste of fresh seafood. Next we have the PURE ceviche which honestly was one of the best courses we had. The best was the BBQ octopus which was also great. At this point I was expecting tiny bits of octopus drowning in barbecue sauce but it was hearty chunks of smoked octopus with a hint of BBQ. Good! On top of everything we had a 23€ bottle of white wine which was reasonably priced but mediocre at best. They also held the wine at the bar so we had to wait on the servers to notice our empty glasses to offer a refill. Just put the bottle on the table in a cooler? Yeah I really can’t recommend this place, especially with the wait times and the mind-numbing electropop suffocating any conversation.

This restaurant appeals to the instagramer that wants their food to look good in a picture but not super concerned with the actual taste. With the use of squid ink they creat a deep black contrast on many of their dishes. Unfortunately the combination of price and relying too heavily on this contrasting appearance lends it self to an underwhelming meal. Dishes that are traditionally bursting with flavor and contrasting textures lacked basic seasoning balance. The ceviche for example, the dish the restaurant specializes in, was not only absent elevation it failed to instill confidence that they would know how to make a traditionally ceviche.

My friend and I came the night we arrived in Lisbon. We got to the restaurant and put our name down at 830pm. We knew by the size of the crowd that it would be a bit but not 2 and a half hours...we ended up getting seated at 11pm! It was a lot longer than expected and we considered leaving right before we were called. You have to wait outside the restaurant the entire time because the host will check periodically to make sure all the parties are there. It seemed a little disorganized and wait times were not given out, just random # of tables ahead of you. When we were finally seated we decided on the tasting menu since we were starving at this point and the tasting seemed to have a little bit of everything. The food made up for the wait (debatable) because the ceviches were all delicious. The cooked dishes were also flavorful and creative. Now we understood why the wait took so long. The tasting menu includes six dishes which takes a while to get through. Perhaps they should start taking reservations to manage the crowds. Overall it was good but only come during off hours!!

This place lived up to the expectations. While we waited to be seated I ordered a gun and tonic form a takeout bar window (the gin/tonic was 10/10). When we sat down we were treated to a very hip, close quarters dining experience. We ordered the salmon ceviche, Portugese ceviche, grilled octopus, and a quindim (my new favorite Brazilian dessert). The salmon ceviche was unreal. It was so refreshing and all the different components were singing together; pineapple, tapioca balls, lychee, coconut and etc. The traditional Portugese ceviche was rich, flavourful, but slightly on the salty side. The octopus was pretty good. Cooked very well and seasoned. The winner for the evening was the quindim. Omg. It's like a firm egg custard drenched in caramel. O top of it was a passion fruit granita. There was a coconut cream passionate fruit gel with it. All of it was amazing. That dish knocked my socks off.

I must have ordered the wrong thing. I don't get it. Tuna had to much vinager, crab dish taste like it was left in the refrigerator to long, octopus with potatoes good.Didn't stick around for desert. After the hour and 40 minute wait I was not impressed. Must be a place to be seen. Not for the true foodie's.

Service is excellent and staff is very courteous and helpful. Hospitality is warm and atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. Come here with family but u have to wait a little bit. Fish is great. It’s too bad it has to be watered down when so many other (slimy) textures / ingredients. If they kept it simple it would be incredible. Also the wait is way too long but that’s not their fault. You can find just as good if not better food in Lisbon without spending so much time...

We signed up for waiting list at 20:45. 2hours 40 minutes of waiting to even be seated. That’s just not ok. Unfortunately we had our table so late that the staff had to start cleaning the place before we even finished our meal. 300€ later we head of without even a coffee. My feelings for this restaurant experience is just split. Food was great, but I would not go back to this place. :(

We got there at 19h30 and were immediately seated and when we left at around 21h00 there was a huge line. The food was all very tasty. We shared the salmon ceviche, the ceviche pure and the sea quinoto. The crab causa was a disappointment. The chocolate dessert acceptable. The staff was speedy and professional. We shared the cevicheria white wine.

A small place that is always busy, so be prepared to wait. Although whilst you wait, you can enjoy a drink outside and mull over the menu. The wait is worth it. You can snack on some seaweed crackers and roasted nuts. The food is all fresh and tastes amazing. The plates look stunning and taste like summer. I would definitely recommend this place. When I go back to Lisbon, I'll be visiting again!

After an hour and one half wait standing on the street with drinks and a few snacks available from the outside window, we realized this restaurant was prioritizing tables for locals who also had their names on the wait list. We were a party of three and parties of two were also clearly easier to seat and being accommodated. There are many great restaurants in Lisbon, waiting hours for a seat at one is not recommended. Frustration with throngs of tourists is very apparent in Lisbon. Choose experiences and venues that remain open minded and respectful of all guests. The food is also pricey for Portugal dining. Checking the wealth of positive reviews, I’ve noticed many of the better reviews come from ‘Local Guides’. Perhaps they have seating priority.

We had the tasting menu but I suddenly started feeling sick (my boyfriend was fine so I assume it was nothing to do with their food). The staff was very helpful and made sure I was doing ok and let my boyfriend finish the menu, and didn't even charge us the full price for my food, which I only had two courses out of six. The dishes I had were excellent and the atmosphere was nice, would definetely recommend, it is worth the money, and I will try to be back for the full menu some day. :)

Gute Idee, Umsetzung mittelklasse! Die Gerichte hier sind keineswegs schlecht, aber auch nicht besonders gut. Hier gibt es spannende und interessante Kreationen, die das Restaurant ausmachen. Leider ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht angebracht. Mit je 14€ pro Gericht steigt man recht teuer aus, da für zwei Personen MINDESTENS 4 Gerichte benötigt werden, um den Hunger zu stillen. Leider ist man auch danach nicht satt. Das Gedeck wird von Haus aus verrechnet und die Getränke sind preislich auch recht hoch. Weiters ist das Service mittelmäßig (Wein wird beispielsweise sehr langsam nachgeschenkt) und Reservierungen sind nicht möglich. Interessante Erfahrung, aber nicht umwerfend und recht teuer.

We came for a dinner on Saturday evening. We had to wait cca 20-30min at the entrance, where we could drink and eat some tapas. Although prices are not low, bur it worth it to try. Everything was fresh and delicious. Waiters were kind, and the service was fast. Hope we will be back soon :)

This is my favorite restaurant in Lisbon. We had a short 20 minute wait outside and tried to famed Pisco Sours, which were very good. Once our table was really we ordered a number of ceviche dishes as well as the sliders. Everything was delicious - and it is very cool to sit at the bar and watch the team prepare everything. The space is beautiful as well!

I was very excited to try the food. It looked beautifully plated and very fresh. Unfortunately, this review has to do with lack of service. Starting from beginning.. we waited outside for a short time with drinks, which was nice. Drinks weren't good, but we didn't care. We just walked all the way from Belem Tower... which was tiring, but we were excited because we thought it would be worth it, as my wife and I are both huge ceviche fans. We were seated at the bar and waited for about 15 minutes before I got impatient and just asked a waiter to bring us water and menus. He brought us menus... I guess he forgot about water. We picked what we wanted and closed the menus within 1 minute of opening the menu. We waited for another 10 minutes to be even regarded by a waiter, the chef, or anybody really. Finally a couple sat down next to us and the chef (working at the bar) immediately provided them some nice looking bread/seaweed dish within seconds of them sitting down. I don't know why he wasn't serving us anything, but once that happened, we walked out. I don't care how good the food should be. I've eaten Ceviche all over the world, and I wouldn't wait and be treated like that at any restaurant no matter how the food looked. This restaurant would never survive in NY. This place is lucky that the majority of tourists and locals are very nice and patient. Não pude esperar por uma mesa/lugar sentado, era por volta das 20 horas de domingo e ainda havia 20 pessoas a espera de 2 lugares na minha frente. Entretanto, eles oferecem 4 tipos de pratos e drinks pela janela e você pode comer/beber na calçada (há duas mesas altas dos lados da porta do restaurante que ajudam). Experimentei o croquete de porco preto (delicioso) e o pisco. A porção é pequena e o valor alto, o cocktail idem. Mas a qualidade é muito boa.

Cuisine inventive avec des ceviche plutôt originaux sans être à tomber par terre. Prix parisiens. Cocktails bons mais chers. Comptez une bonne heure d’attente à l’heure du dîner en semaine (août). Service peu aimable voire impoli avec des serveurs expéditifs, froids à donneurs d’ordre « keep your spoon ». En résumé ne perdez pas trop votre temps dans cette « branchée ».

The food is good but it doesn’t worth waiting more than 15 minutes, tables are to close to each other, service is quite unprofessional, they don’t serve free tap water and charge for small starter they do serve at the beginning (which i didn’t asked for) Overhyped.

Great Food, Great Service and very reasonably priced. However place is rather small and queue can be very long. We waited two hours before we finally got in, by that time I was feeling feverish due to the cold wind outside and struggle to enjoy the food. Just wasn’t worth the wait for me but was for some. Never again

Wanted to go there for lunch on Aug 3rd. We put our name down and decided to go on a walk since the place was very crowded. When we came back they apparently had called us a few times and we got some serious attitude from the guy at the front. Truly our only negative experience in Portugal. We decided to go to Naked near by which was truly amazing.

Vegetarians and vegans BEWARE!!!!!! I do not eat fish but was with 3 friends who were very keen to dine at this restaurant. They insisted we go elsewhere that had a vegetarian or vegan option, but I did not want them to miss the opportunity to try the infamous A Cevicheria. I thus insisted we give it a try even if it meant I could not eat, which is entirely unacceptable these days. It’s 2019 and it is city filled with vegan restaurants. Why would they not offer one single option to open up the restaurant to this growing population?? I say this not because vegetarianism and veganism are trendy these days but rather because some people just don’t like fish! Yet because your menu is so limited, you nearly lost the business of four individuals – three of which have “normal” diets. The chef agreed to prepare a small bowl of quinoa and mushrooms so that I could in fact eat at least something that night. HOWEVER – I was charged 16 euro for this simple dish! No one informed me of the price beforehand either. I understand this is a restaurant and prices will be a bit higher, but I am absolutely outraged by the fact that my friends’ meals (which included fresh fish and a mix of ingredients) cost only 12 -13! How on earth do they justify charging me more for a simple grain that requires boiling water and salt, considering my friends enjoyed a fine dining experience for less?? Where is the logic there?? The least that could have happened is for the fish that would normally come on a 16-euro dish to be given to my friends so that someone could have benefitted from such an insane price. When I questioned the bill, the staff indicated there was nothing they could do. This entire situation could have easily been avoided if they had just one vegetarian or vegan option on the menu. Our experience at this restaurant was ruined by such a sour ending. My friends and I ordered multiple bottles of wine and 6 different menu items. We even sent the restaurant an email before posting this and they did not even have the decency to respond.

Ne surtout pas croire les avis négatifs des gens qui n’ont rien compris à ce restaurant: la carte est surtout constituée de ceviche donc des petites portions par définition. C’est excellent, ça marche donc il y a de l’attente. La carte recommande clairement 3 à 4 plats à partager pour 2 personnes. Les plats sont sublimes. C’est peut être cher comparé à une assiette de sardines, mais c’est à qualité égale au moins 2 fois moins cher que dans les grandes capitales européennes. 90 Euros pour 2 couverts, 4 plats, 3 verres de vin, de l’eau, et 2 desserts à tomber. Bien sûr il peut y avoir de l’attente (le premier soir nous avons laissé tombé) mais le staff ne peut en rien en être tenu pour responsable. Certes l’hôte d’accueil est à priori un peu froid mais on ne vient pas pour passer la soirée avec lui. Si vous ne voulez pas attendre il y a plein autres options. Arrivés vers 19h nous avons eu une table au bout d’environ 20 minutes. Mais à 2 c’est toujours plus simple. Seul reproche: l’eau (du robinet filtrée comme malheureusement on trouve de + en + dans les lieux modernes) n’est vraiment pas bonne. Il serait agréable d’avoir aussi une option eau minérale.

Creatively prepared ceviche dishes that really hit the spot. A few different choices of seafood and some meat dishes as well. Very tasty. I just wish that they also included some simple, classic ceviche dishes on the menu as well, as those here are very stylized and paired with unexpected flavors. Overall was worth the wait and would recommend.

First day in Lisbon, we took a taxi here and immediately walking in, we fell in love with the ambience! It's small, maybe holds about 30-40 customers, and even though it was steadily busy, we were seated right away at the bar. We ordered the house cocktail, which was a smooth, almost creamy lemonade and four tapas. Each tapa was carefully prepared and presented beautifully. From the ceviche to the king crab to the tacos, every bite was unbelievably satisfying and decadent! Full and happy, we finished the dinner with a glass of fine aged port! A perfect dessert! :)

Waited in chilly winds for 90 minutes and it was worth it. We tried almost everything on the menu and they are all good. My personal favorite is salmon and duck. We ate so fast that we didn’t even take pictures.

Good ceviche and pisco sour but it's packed and the service is more or less busy and eager to flip the table to the next customers, so dont expect full attention from your waiter. But it's definetly worth tasting.

Após 2 horas de espera, voltaram a colocar—nos no final da lista alegando que nos chamaram e não nos encontraram. Durante essas duas horas dissemos por INUMERAS vezes que estávamos a aguardar junto à entrada do restaurante. Quando nos apercebemos do sucedido a explicação que nos deram foi, friamente, "são as ordens que temos". Um dos funcionários até confirmou que nos viu a aguardar na rua, mas a responsável pela lista de espera apenas encolhia os ombros sem qualquer tipo de empatia. Este comportamento foi completamente inaceitável e despropositado. Este restaurante será de evitar.

2.30 hours wait, there are so many good restaurants in Lisbon, do not bother here. We wasted all our Friday night, then finally were rushed into a taster menu and experienced terrible food poisoning after the rather poor tasting meals. Worse place we have ever been to.

Delicious food. You will really appreciate the time they take to put into one dish. Worth the wait if the line is long. Lunch wait it shorter than dinner. I would expect 30+ minute wait in the evenings even during the week. 45+ one weekends

Found! This place doesn’t take reservations so go before you are hungry, put your name on the list, and order a Pisco Sour or take a long walk. Once in you can only hope for a seat at the bar where you can see the creation process from start to finish. The dishes are a celebration of raw seafood and accompanied by innovative flavors in potatoes, vegetables, nuts, sauces, and more. It’s a must stop when in Lisbon and waiting for it to arrive in NYC. Tiny tiny restaurant with arguably nice Ceviche and very kompetent and friendly staff. But in my view it's just not worth the > 1hr wait outside on the sidewalk (no reservations possible). Even if it is sweetened by equally good and pisco sours sold over the counter by a rather slow bar guy.

It is a popular restaurant so a long wait is inevitable but it’s well worth it, and you can have some drinks just outside while waiting. We really enjoyed the fresh ceviche dishes and service was great too.

We liked this place. When we arrived they brought out cornbread with seaweed butter and some black corn chips that I believe may have been squid ink’d? There was a tasty mayo-ish dip for the chips. The seaweed butter was nice and mild and the cornbread moist and tender. Our first dish was the carrot gazpacho with sea scallops. The soup also had tapioca pearls, and a little bit of grit left from the cleaning of the scallops. A nice dish, but the sand was unpleasant. Next was the salmon with pineapple, cashew and a fruit gel that I believe was lychee flavored? The salmon was very fresh, but the pineapple chunks and pineapple foam were a bit overpowering and very tart with the lime juice. There were more tapioca pearls with the salmon, which I could have done without. Our last dish was the king crab. It arrived as a kind of canapé on the black corn chips that came as an hors d'oeuvre with sweet potato and avocado. It was amazing and the highlight of the meal. The space is small, but the modern sparse decor makes it feel larger. The ice bar with fresh seafood is impressive and a real eye-catcher. I did encounter quite a few flies in the restroom. The service was attentive, but a bit snooty. We also had a nice boozy champagne cocktail and white wine for beverages. Very nice place. I can see why it’s always so busy.

Non-inspired. We tried 7 main dishes & had a good representation of what’s offered. The starter dish of a handful of hard roasted corn kernels, 2-3 hard, bland chips, & the worse corn bread I had anywhere, is about 3 euros per person. We were still charged for 3 portions that we did not touched. The only above average dishes was the BBQ octopus & the surf and turf sandwich. They were above average because they were well cooked, not really because of flavor. This lunch is not worth 120 euros. I could have an uninspired lunch at McDonald’s for a fifth of the price.

한시간이나 기다렸는데 나중에 온 옆테이블 먼저 음식나오고 종업원은 눈을 마주쳐야 영업용미소와 친절을 배푸는데 눈안마주치려는게 느껴지고 .....마지막 리스본의날 차별을 느끼게 되어서 무척 아쉽네요 음식도 다 짜고 특이하지만 이 가격에 기다린만큼 가치있는 음식인줄 모르겠네요

Очень, очень, очень вкусно! вернусь сюда непременно, чтоб перепробовать все меню! первое фото - севиче португальский с треской и осьминогом, 2 - осминог - нежнейший! под соусом барбекю, с помидорами, карамеллизированым луком и сладким зеленым перчиком. 3- «краб реаль» кажется, тоже - очень! Напиток - коктейль «Писко» - легкоалкогольный, приятный, не сладкий, не кислый, на основе яичного белка. Странно, но вкусно!

Sadly, Probably one of the worst meals I had in Lisbon. It also feels like a tourist trap with virtually no locals in the place. The guy at the window was great and makes a really good Pisco sour. The food was incredibly disappointing and it was after a 90 min wait. The crab dish tasted like a bad hodoerves, the classic ceviche was good but not amazing, the bbq octopus best of the bunch. The steak tacos were solid but very small and the surf and turf mini sandwich was ok, the bread was very tough. I’m big into traveling and want to post an honest review, others I know have had better experiences here but we certainly did not.
