Food art that tastes heavenly. It should easily be 2 Michelin stars. Anna our server and Pedro our sommelier were outstanding. Anna even gave me a gift of a bottle of their Monterosa piqual olive oil which she new I loved.

I really highly recommended. They emphasise the senses with the food. The smell, the sight, the touch and most importantly thr taste. Quite a different take. You really shouldn't miss this restaurant out. One hundred percent give it a go! Yum yum, the perfect place to go with family, friends, colleagues or a meeting.

米其林一星餐廳,這次點用110歐的菜單,餐點表現可圈可點,但亮點不足,魚類海鮮的處理相當不錯,可以吃出海鮮的鮮甜和新鮮,搭配的酒亦中上。令人驚艷的是甜點,解構式的蛋撻,形狀不一樣但是用不同的型和相似的味道口感呈現,非常特別。

The algarve prawns is the main reason for my revisit, and purpose of visit to Lisbon for a holiday within a year! We ordered ala carte as we only managed to get a late seating of 9.30pm and didn’t want to eat too much before bed. The algarve prawns - a hit with the table! A Friend had a tuna tartare dish, but preferred our prawns. Amuse bouche and bread were enough to fill you up and they were so tasty. The corn bread was really nice and the amuse bouche dishes are bursting with taste from the nature or where they come from. Loved the service as well. Highly recommended for visitors to Portugal.

5 stars to excellent taste, lot of surprises, and good service. We had 4 plates course and ended up eating more than a double of that, including starters such as crab. Tuna with tsuyu (Japanese sauce) was melting in my mouth. You'll definitely get more than 4 plates and you have to experience it yourself.

Exceptional restaurant. The cocktails are great. The food is very very good. We took the 135 EUR tasting menu and very very happy. Out of 6 dishes, 5 were 10 out of 10. The service good be a bit better. The sommelier was very knowledgeable. We had wine for 30 EUR and were very pleased. It is definitely worth going to that restaurant.

The best fine dining experience in Lisbon. We tried several Michelin star restaurants but by far this was the best. Especially if you like seafood this is the place to go. Service, venue, and decor is by far the best we experienced here in Lisbon. I'm surprised it only has one star and not at least two. Highly recommend this place!

An absolutely stunning meal. I have eaten at roughly 100 Michelin 1* restaurants globally, and Feitoria and Chef Joao Rodriques have one of the best in their hands. I predict a second star* soon, as I shared with Chef. Each course was thoughtful and creative, with an excellent tableside presentation of fresh local ingredients, equipment, and technique. - the red prawn was shown whole and then cooked to perfect moisture and temp, after which the shells were squeezed in a duck press tableside to make the luscious extracted sauce - the bivalves course, too, was shown tableside in shell before being presented elegantly - cockle, mussel, razor clam. Yum. - the beef course, local North Portuguese beef, was unctuous and perfectly cooked, finished in a silky and unfair marrow sauce, etc, etc. Best meal I’ve had in a while. The lovely staff treated me such that I felt special and taken care of at an expert level. The somm and servers are great examples of how to do it right. And Chef Joao welcomed me tableside for my amuse drink and then again in the kitchen. Highly recommend.

リスボンのミシュランガイド1星のレストランです。発見のモニュメントのそばにある現代的なリゾートホテルの中のレストランです。 市の中心からは不便で、ホテルソフィテルからは25分 10ユーロです。料理は4皿の105ユーロのコースに一人が食前にシャンパン、料理毎にセットのワイン、当然デザートワインも付きます。一人がミネラルウォーター、で305ユーロでした。4皿のコースとなっていますが、アミューズ4、デザートは無しかと思ったら、デザートも2皿出てきて、約3時間のディナー でした。 サービスも料理も良かったです。

We had a really good overall experience at feitoria. It's nice to have a distinct vegetarian tasting menu. The atmosphere and feel of the restaurant is fairly relaxed and you don't need to be too dressy. We enjoyed the food and the wine pairings.

Ce restaurant est une vraie bonne adresse. La cuisine est exceptionnelle. Un voyage gustatif entre les saisons ou la fraîcheur des produits et la qualité de la cuisine en font un lieu à ne pas manquer. Impossible d’être déçu. Le service est absolument parfait ! Je ne vois aucun défaut. Nous avons passé un moment magique gravé pour longtemps dans nos mémoires. Je recommande sans aucune restriction !

Fizemos reserva pelo site, que foi confirmada. Infelizmente, o site deu algum problema e não tínhamos a reserva quando chegamos. O restaurante estava vazio mas não puderam nos atender. Era 19h e sugeriram esperarmos até 21:30 para vagar uma mesa. Enfim. Péssima experiência. Não reservem pelo site.

Silvester 2020 New Years Eve Dinner and Party. First off all der Feitoria at the Altis Belem Hotel in Lissabon is a Great Restaurant and it’s team is outstanding, professional and with passion for the first class kitchen & wines of Portugal. We feld from the first minute we arrived in the evening highly welcome and the food was great we are not natural born gourmets but we like to learn more and first of all we enjoy it and with us 40 other people from all around the world. But each guest was treated personally and each course and each wine was presented. The chef has created a New Years Menue in that way that 4 hours wasn’t nearly enough to cover but we made it and the bottle of champagne at the end started the new year we will come back as soon as possible as this Star ⭐️ rated restaurant I want to visit without the buzzing of a new year. Thank you very much to the complete team of the “Feitoria” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dinner arranged months in advance for a birthday present, with many exchanges to iron out all the details and special requests. None of which were honoured on the day, and the staff (though very professional) had clearly not been made aware of any such requests. When asked about it afterwards the restaurant was incredibly dismissive and offered no apology. Fantastic food and wine, but incredibly disappointing communication and attitude for a restaurant that claims to be of this standard. When it comes to a fine dining experience, it is not just the food that matters - and this left a bitter aftertaste. Update following Feitoria’s response: thank you for the apology, however we cannot help but feeling that this comes only following a public review and is not really genuine. The person who arranged the gift wrote to you privately and noted that extra money had been paid to cover certain of those special requests, which were entirely forgotten on the day. This was not refunded despite Feitoria’s error. Again, extraordinarily disappointing response.

Just mind-blowingly good. You could taste every single ingredient in every dish. I keep thinking about the toasted pine nuts on the roasted squash for example. Fantastic service. Amazing, interesting wines. A lovely evening.

Phantastisch nun die kleine Kritik die es in mir nicht zulässt fünf Sterne zu geben . Das Einzige,daß den Genuss trübt ist dass das Restaurant von amerikanischen Studenten die mit schwarzen Kreditkarten winken, überflutet ist .Leider mit entsprechenden Habitus , deren Lautstärke und Benehmen den stilvoll gedeckten Tischen eher das Gefühl einer Kantine geben . Es ist wahrscheinlich der Neid und / oder entsprechende Altersenilität mit Mitte 40 in mir ,die es nicht zulässt, in diesem Ambiente zu entspannen . Die Fischgerichte sind fantastisch, was bei den ungleich weniger komplexen Fleischgerichten erst auffällt ist die Leichtigkeit und Aromenvielvalt der Fischgerichte. Das Weinparing fast perfekt. Die Beleuchtung leider ein Katastrophe Abends. Um die Gerichte zu sehen und die Farbenpracht die sie entfalten könnten, ist eine Handy Taschenlampe von nöten . Das Essen ist in den meisten Gängen perfekt, ausgewogen in perfekter Qualität. Selten sind unnötig nicht passende Zutaten die kein Erlebnis hervorrufen verwendet worden . Ich werde die Entwicklung gerne weiter beobachten , dass nächste Mal jedoch tagsüber da es mir weh tut diese Farben in einen braunen Brei ohne Kontraste zu sehen . Alles in allem einen Besuch wert wenn man in der Stadt ist .

Il feitoria ristorante stellato , adiacente alla albergo altis e non distante da belem sulle rive del fiume. Il servizio è stato al di sopra Delle nostre aspettative , i camerieri che parlavano un fluente inglese ci hanno trattato come principi. Abbiamo provato il menù da 6 portate con i vini di accompagnamento. Gli antipasti ( non in menu) e i piatti del menu erano tutti ottimi, anche se non ci hanno strabiliato come sapori. I vini seppur buoni erano tutti nostrani e a volte sembravano un po' ripetersi , il conto come ci si può aspettare salato come un due stelle Michelin (anche se ne ha una) , giudizio: posto elegante e piacevole , cucina ottima , prezzi un po' cari.

A fun and unique experience. We did a chefs 6 dish tasting with wine pairings and as an experience it was exceptional. Some of the dishes truly blew my mind, which is not something I say lightly or happens often. The chefs attachment to Portuguese flavors, ingredients and wines makes for an unusual and wonderfully surprising dining experience.

Hoje presta-se vassalagem. . Noite de chuva, mesa à janela sobre aquele descampado de relva em tufos, os dois alinhamentos de árvores laterais e os candeeiros altos, da exposição do mundo Português, com as suas lâmpadas de alta pressão de Sódio, que dão apenas laranja e rosa, transformando tudo à sua volta. Faltou talvez a lareira, mas não era esse o propósito da noite. . Melão infusionado com hibiscus e lima. Dois pequenos cubos de um vermelho quase fluorescente, como a melancia, mas de uma textura semelhante à que encontramos no lokum turco. Limpa tudo o que é anterior, prepara-nos para começar a noite. Respirar profundamente. limpo. Salmonete, Pera Nashi, aipo e romã. O salmonete, é sem dúvida uma das coisas saídas do mar com mais sabor, e tenho muita pena que as “regras internacionais” obriguem ao seu serviço em filete. Isto de fora do rectângulo as pessoas por definição não saberem arranjar peixe é uma chatice. Ingrediente não nacional: Nashi. Perã. Maçã. Japoneses, com os seus níveis de radiação elevados. O aipo contrastante e o sumo transparente e colorido da romã. Momento alto. Ouvem-se as rodinhas, e a dama de ferro aproxima-se da mesa. Levanto-me, desato a aplaudir e pergunto se posso torturar eu! Não. Nem posso, nem quero, nem faço nada do que está na frase anterior. Regozijo apenas, e vejo as vítimas perante mim: são carabineiros! Que molho! Que textura. Tragam mais. Felizmente sobra pão na mesa. O prato vai limpo de volta para a copa. Bem limpo. Vem o robalo, puré de feijão branco e yuzu, bivalves e gamba da costa. E está bom. Mas eu ainda estou a pensar no carabineiro e na maquineta medieval que entretanto recolheu às boxes. Dá para passar o robalo ali por dentro? Não faz sentido, que ele está bastante firme. E o yuzu? Como é estrangeiro podiamos torturá-lo também! Também não faz sentido. Ficamo-no por aí. Os cogumelos, já os tinha visto nas redes sociais na semana anterior ao jantar. Que iam compor a gema, cogumelos silvestres, espargos e tutano, ignorava. Há pratos que por vezes são simultaneamente indescritíveis e memoráveis. Não tendo propriamente dificuldade com palavras, não deveria ser assim, mas tenho receio de não conseguir as expressões mais justas para o fazer. Este vale a viagem seguramente. Vale estar ali e comer, uma e outra vez, quando disso for época. “Matança do Porco”. Muito provavelmente outro prato a não esquecer, com apetência para clássico. Manter a simplicidade. O prato, mate, na sua composição absorve a beterraba feita Pollock, feita Dexter. O “splatter pattern” indicia a queda abrupta, a explosão central do naco de carne para todos os lados. Nada disto acontece e a visão toma conta de tudo o que é série de TV. Muito para além do aspecto no entanto são os sabores. Fortes e vincados, como se quer. Eventualmente demasiado para quem aprecia as coisas apenas “semi”. Começam os doces, pelo dragão. O sempre lúdico efeito de comer algo, que acabou de ser pescado de azoto líquido, e que depois cada um “bufa” como quer! Pendurado num galho de Ex-Bonsai, em noite chuvosa e de Inverno, tudo aparenta fazer sentido. Embora esteja, literalmente: gelado. Mais contido nas formas, mas muito menos nos sabores, a Beterraba, framboesa, e vinagre balsâmico envelhecido compõem um final feliz e desejado. . O serviço impecável como se deseja, eventualmente mais comedido que o normal (como se esta refeição tivesse algo de normal). Por vezes entrosa-se mais do que outras e se na sala isso não aconteceu tanto, já o João Rodrigues, deu-nos o prazer de nos receber posteriormente na sua sala de trabalho, onde apesar da hora da noite, ainda apresentava um grande sorriso. . Everything you would expect from a Michelin star restaurant, service, class, food, all spectacular. It's great seating in the dining room overlooking the water and sail boats at dusk, huge glass walls, calm but quite a lively experience. The service is quite knowledgeable, I'm pretty ignorant of the fine dining experience, and I'm sure it showed during our meal (hah!), but they educated us about the food and wines quite a bit. The food was incredible, small portions of course, but extremely satisfying and fulfilling. I still can't get over how delicious the cuttlefish was... Oh boy. Meal was so good that I proposed to my fiance afterwards on the water. Cheers!

Great restaurant! Service is impeccable and speak perfect English. The sommelier advised us on wine and we went for the tasting menu. Totally worth it as it combines the traditional Portuguese food with a sofisticated touch.

Incredible restaurant. The service was amazing and the food beyond that. I had the chef's tasting menu and each of the dishes was delectable, fun, and creative all while maintaining a strong link with traditional Portuguese food - with a modern take of course.

One star michelin restaurant but it has left me cold. I expect a bit more. Food without pretence, simply good. Service in line with its category, but it lacked emotion.

В январе 2015 г. впервые посетили ресторан с Мишленовскими звездами. Ожидание необычного подтвердилось. Необычность подачи блюд впечатлила. Даже сразу непонятно было - еда это или украшение стола. Спасибо администратору, он постоянно был рядом и пояснял, что это и как есть. Вкус не передаваемый. Порадовало и само расположение ресторана. Необходимо только помнить, что сюда нужно идти для наслаждения вкусом и внешним видом блюд, а не наесться и напиться. На 4-х около 460 E за легкий приятный ужин.

Excellent fine dining experience in Lisbon. Creative dishes packed with flavour. Very competent wine sommelier provided the perfect, portuguese wine, for every dish. Not exactly cheap but in line with the category and absolutely worth the visit.

For quality of food and experience it's reasonably priced. In other cities you'll pay twice for half. The set menu four courses left us full, and they accommodate special requests even when you book online. The chef creations are really creative, explanations are required to enjoy the food in full.

We treated ourselves to an evening of fine dining at Feitoria, in the beautiful Altis Belem Hotel and Spa. The Hotel and restaurant are stunningly beautiful. Right on the shores of the Tagus river, the views at sunset are spectacular... as the light is glistening and warmly glowing on the hillsides across the river. The decor of the hotel is understated, austere even, and classic. Minimilist granite. The food was a bit of "molecular gastronomy", but without overdoing it to the degree it becomes circus. We were served an "amuse bouche" of a savory oreo - black crackers, with crab cake filling. Delicious. Then we were brought gazpacho soup in a martini glass - including a faux olive (that was produced via molecular gastronomic magic.) For our entrees - I ordered the crusted sole, and my better half wisely ordered the 5 course tasting menu and wine pairings. She was presented with dish after exquisite dish. Everything was exceptionally and freshly presented. The staff as attentive and light-hearted. The wines were varied and delicious. We really enjoyed dessert. I ordered the "Seven textures of Apples" and she had the "Banana Split." Like many of our dishes, each one came with a narration and explanation as to the unique preparation. This was a perfect meal to what turned out to be a perfect night. We'll be back here whenever opportunity allows.
