Silvia Pärmann: "I have two places I like to be. Portugal is one." Cliff Richard has said so. I have to paraphrase: "I have two places I like to be. Baixa House is one." We stayed three night in november in the Principe Real apartment and enjoyed it's simple luxury a lot. It had character and style and comfort, a lot of winter sun on the small balconies ovelooking the roofs. Fresh bread arrived every day to our doorstep, we had cheese and fruit and coffee waiting in our small kichen so we did not bother to go out for a breakfast not once. The whole building is lovely with bookshelves on every floor. You just cannot beat the location: everything is in walking distance and if you want to go to Belem (or MAAT or LX Factory) the tram stop is just a few meters away. There are so many fantastic bars and restaurants nearby. We could not have asked for more but still, there was more - there was an elevator! We have stayed a lot in lovely old and stylish apartment buildings in many places in Europe and to have the room with a view we have climbed so many stairs after dinners and after shopping so we really know what a luxury it is in and historic building!

Andrew Roden: I would not recommend using TravelingToLisbon based on experience that my wife and I hand in June of 2018. 1. When they say check is after 4 p.m., don’t think as we did that you can check in anytime YOU want after 4. When you arrive in Lisbon you must call the agency to schedule a time to meet someone (between 4 & 9:30pm), at their discretion. They schedule you on a first come first serve basis. We expected to check-in at 4, but because we waited to call after arriving we couldn’t get access until after 5p.m. 2. You will need cash to check-in, and you must have exact change. When you check-in you will need to pay the standard city tax (~€1/day/person). NOTICE however that if you arrive anytime other than 4-9:30p.m., Mon-Fri, you will have to pay an additional fee. This fee can vary, depending on the time and day, so contact the agency in advance to figure out the total amount of cash to bring (CC not accepted). If you do not have the exact change, you will be required to go get it before you can check in. 3. If your unit requires a security deposit of €200 then the person checking you in will write your CC number down on a piece of paper and take it with him. We weren’t comfortable with a stranger carrying our CC number around Lisbon with him, checking in one person after another but when we pushed back, we were told we had to do it, or we couldn’t stay in the room. In summary, this company could communicate their policies more clearly and even integrate some of these payments and deposit into the registration process so that you’re aware up front, but they choose not too. Their business practices are not customer friendly or secure and their communication up front is quite poor. Given the chance to visit Lisbon again, I be looking for a company that isn’t going to surprise with fee and charges when I arrive.

Mandei o Esquadrão Geek vir a minha casa para consertar o meu representante de mesa Jonathan Davis veio e me informou que não poderia consertar. Por isso mandei-o preparar o meu portátil para imprimir na minha impressora sem fios. Disse que ele o tinha ligado, disse-me que a minha tinta estava baixa e me cobrou 79,95 dólares, então saí e comprei tinta nova. Tentei imprimir algo que não funcionava chamado Jonathan 7 vezes e deixei-lhe 7 mensagens sem nenhuma chamada de volta mau serviço!! Chamado Best Buy Arrowhead colocado em espera por 10 minutos duas vezes deixou mensagem para o gerente da loja para me ligar 3 dias sem chamada . Talvez queira reconsiderar o uso desta Best Buy. Verifique as suas opiniões sobre a Yelp pior Best Buy 2 1/2 estrelas!!!

Há anos que venho fazendo compras neste local e gastei uma quantia substancial de dinheiro. Há 2 dias atrás, fui comprar tinta e a jovem na mesa de pintura foi rude e descuidada com o atendimento ao cliente. Fui até a mesa de atendimento ao cliente para falar com um gerente sobre a minha experiência, mas fiquei chocada ao ver que o meu simples pedido foi atendido com total desconsideração. Saí tão chateada e tentei ligar para os gerentes da loja, mas não obtive resposta.
