The apartment was clean, spacious, it was fully furnished and had all the kitchen utensils you can think of (you can cook there) and its in the city center which makes it easy to travel around and there are a lot of traditional Portuguese restaurants around.

I loved this experience and the apartments are very clean. The location is perfect and the apartment is very tranquile. Check in was very easy and the hosts are fantastic and helped us get around Lisbon!!! AMAZING HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Super sofisticado e muito confortável, limpeza impecável, tudo bem planejado, é realmente uma casa completa, tem todos elétrons domésticos ex.: máquina de lavar e secar roupas, máquina de lavar louças, forno, microondas, TV, ar condicionado, enxoval super refinado, colchão de excelente qualidade.

Fantastic reception by Alfonso on arrival, explaining things to do, transport options, apartment operations etc. The apartment is very centrally located, being minutes away on foot from Commercio Square, Arch du Rua Augusta and Santa Justa Elevadore. Convenient Mini supermarket downstairs and the area teeming with restaurants, with restaurant staff vying for your business, but never over-bearing. The apartment itself is huge with two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open plan living area and fully fitted kitchen that includes a dishwasher and washing machine. Only downside is the walk up one flight of stairs to make use of the elevator which is only functional from the 1st floor. Not a problem if you dont have excessive luggage and physically challenged. Overall a very pleasant stay at Lisbon Five Stars.

The rooms are good size and I can not complain about the stay here. Unfortunately the area that this hotel is in reduces the rating. We felt very unsafe walking back at night, there were clearly drug dealers standing outside the building and surrounding area. The building did seem secure with several locked doors to get to your room which we did feel was necessary

Fantastic location! Great for whoever is willing to try the good Portuguese street food and dor shoppers as well. The apartment is okay - AC would have made it a little better as it get a bit hot in summer.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Our apartment was broken into and all our luggage was ripped and stolen. This place is NOT SAFE AT ALL! No cameras, the flat has a code system and anyone pretty much can get in. The hotel did nothing to help, we called the police and they only turned up after 3 hours. Laptops, jewellery, phone, all was taken – when reporting to the hotel they said that there was NOTHING they could do plus this was the SECOND time this happened as another guest had his flat robbed one month prior to this incident. NOT FIVE STARS at all and surely hotel staff is stealing guests as they had access to the flat plus the day of the incident they knew we were outside of Lisbon as we mentioned over the phone do perfect timing for planning something like this! DESPICABLE!!!

Mooie ruime en schone appartement, dichtbij alles

Apartamento céntrico e ideal para la visita de Lisboa. La grave dificultad del aparcamiento la resolvimos al encontrar un parking descubierto a 15 minutos (al lado del museo de las comunicaciones). Nos costó 11 euros el día , muy económico comparado con los 28 euros que nos cobraron en el de Baixa,muy cerca del hotel, por 10 horas

El sitio es céntrico la casa no está mal teniendo en cuenta que las habitaciones no tienen armarios y una cosa son las fotos que pone el propietario y otra es la realidad

Voyage en basse saison avec 4 amies et moi, pour 14€ la nuit , l'appartement est vraiment beau, propre et décoré avec goût. Il est très bien situé, au centre, avec tout les commerces et batiments historiques à proximité. L'accueil est sympathique, tout est fournis, clé, digicode et code Wi-Fi. Très bien !!

Por donde empiezo... - Anfitriona: maleducada en general. No nos recibió al llegar ya que segun nos dijo por teléfono, tenía que realizar mas check-in y no podia atendernos. Check-in realizado por telefono, sin otra opción, con claves para acceder al apartamento erróneas y sin claves para acceder al edificio. Despues de todo esto, no nos cogía las llamadas, llamamos a la central de apartamentos y tampoco nos atendieron nuestras necesidades. Una vez conseguimos contactar con la tal Sofia, nos insultó al telefono y dió por finalizada su atención. Conseguimos acceder al apartamento 1h después y a esa misma hora recibí un mensaje de whatsapp informando de la hora de check-out, horario que por supuesto ya sabiamos, ya que sabemos leer y al reservar se especifican todas las condiciones. - Dimensiones del apartamento: no son las especificadas en el portal booking. - Cocina: con vistas al dormitorio principal mediante una puerta que no cerraba - Salón: puerta al segundo dormitorio imposible de cerrar, sofa vencido, televisor roto, interruptores de la luz sucios... - Baño: placa de ducha rota y óxido y suciedad en ella, lavabo atascado, toallas gastadas, plintos deteriorados y agua caliente escasa. - Calefacción: 2 radiadores para todo el apartamento, 1 de ellos no funcionaba, estaba roto. - Llaman al timbre cada vez que alguien accede al edificio. Resumen: experiencia nefasta, el peor alojamiento en el que hemos estado en Portugal y peor aún el trato recibido, aun habiendo realizado el pago con bastante anterioridad. Nos sentimos estafados, nada tiene que ver el estado del apartamento con las fotos que tienen publicadas.

Buena situación y nada más, mucho frio, calefación por radiadores eléctricos los cuales no los puedes poner a la vez porque salta la luz, ante el problema no hay respuesta por parte de la gente que alquila, quedas con ellos y no aparecen, ó entran al apartamento cuando tú no estas, elementos de limpieza desaparecidos, fotos retocadas que falsean el estado del apartamento, no hay armarios en las habitaciones y no puedes guardar la ropa, sólo en una habitación, de tres, una comoda con tres cajones.
