The only reason why I wouldn't give this the full 5 stars in due to the privacy from the outdoor area. Our room opened up to the communal area which was fine but it meant we couldn't leave our door or windows open just incase someone else took a peek inside. Maybe another holiday goer who was curious and wanted to look around the building. Also the locals opposite would have full view into our apartment if the curtains were open. The room that we stayed in had the outdoor access to the bar, it did get noisy on one of the nights where the bar and music was playing. Fine for us but maybe not for couples with babies or small children. But please don't let this put you off! Over all a very beautiful, open and spacious apartment and friendly staff who left you to enjoy your break (just what we like)

Je tiens à vous informer que j’ai oublié une montre à 6000€ et un chargeur iPhone . L’hotel 137 luxe résidence viens de me l’envoyer par colis jusqu’en France !! Merci merci merci pour Votre accueil et votre gentillesse. Si je reviens à Lisbonne c’est chez vous et pas ailleurs, et en classe D surtout super chambre avec terrasse jacuzzi. Franchement nous avons passer un agréable week-end grâce à vous . Merci beaucoup . Avril 2019

Lugar y atención maravillosa

Very good apartment. Clean, comfortable, basic amenities available. Not too far from the old town and places of interest, and is in a much cleaner locality. Lacks socket on bed side. Ricardo at the bar is an awesome host. Explained the city well. Went out of his way to make me feel at home. Highly recommended.

Tenho a dizer tudo do melhor desse sitio, é simplesmente espectacular, desde a localização, as pessoas, os proprios apartamentos sao 5* , tudo impecavel, limpo e bem decorado. A gerente que me atendeu foi muito simpática e atenciosa ao meu casa o meu muito obrigada mais uma vez .

Ruim appartement, we kregen een free update bij aankomst naar een superior appartement. Gemakkelijk te bereiken vanaf het vliegveld met de metro. Uitstappen op Alameda, dan nog 10 minuten lopen. Appartementen zijn wel wat gehorig. Verder goed ingericht, prima bed, keukentje met kookplaat, magnetron en oven en kleine afwasmachine. Badkamer prima met regendouche. Alles goed schoon. Supermarkt aan de overkant, metro op 500 meter, bushalte voor de deur, restaurants in de buurt. Zou er weer boeken mochten we teruggaan naar Lissabon. Ook fijn, we konden de uitcheck tijd verzetten naar half 3.

Apartamento bien equipado y limpio.

A simpatia com que fomos recebidos foi notória. À chegada, presentearam-nos com algumas ofertas muito simpáticas e que nos deram bastante jeito depois de quase um dia inteiro a viajar (água, fruta e algumas bolachas e compotas). O quarto/apartamento é excelente e muito bem apetrechado com os utensílios domésticos mais importantes, inclusivamente, uma máquina de lavar roupa que para quem viaja com crianças dá sempre jeito.

Residence con buona qualità dei servizi ed in posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro della capitale lusitana.Appartamento con ogni confort, letto comodo. Wi fi non con segnale ottimale. Pulizia ottima e vicino alla fermata della metrò. Lo consiglio.

Résidence récente, très propre, plutôt bien située (proximité du métro). Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé (four, micro-onde, plaque de cuisson, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, fer à repasser...). Personnel agréable. Seul petit bémol, la résidence donne sur une avenue passante donc beaucoup de bruit.

The location the staff of the lux lounge also was very cool. The only inconvenient was the 2nd night I couldn’t sleep because the couple in the room next to mine was screaming making noise until 2am that’s is the only thing bad about the stay

El alojamiento en general es nuevo, el problema es que esta situado en una calle muy ruidosa y dormir con la ventana abierta es complicado. Ademas el sofá cama es incomodo, y cuando fuimos abrilo el protector del sofa estaba sucio y con bichos. La tgerraza tambien estaba muy sucia. En personal es amable,pero se echa de menos una limpieza diaria o al menos tener utensilio para poder limpiarlo (cubos, fregona....).

Very friendly staff. The room was very spacious and the bed was good. However, the soap was watered down, as if somebody put water in it to make it last longer. And there were several flies swarming her room when I walked in. I told the staff about the soap, but it was never replaced.

Muy buena experiencia! Los apartamentos nuevos y muy limpios y las zonas comunes también están muy bien. Lo mejor, la atención del personal, gente muy agradable y que nos ayudaron con todo. Por poner algún pero, la calle algo ruidosa y el parking de los apartamentos mínimo, aunque bien para coches pequeños. Sin duda repetiriamos

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is very good because of the nearby metro. There are also several nearby supermarkets that are very convenient.However the noise of sirens and traffic was very loud. The bar downstairs can also get a bit noisy, especially during events (such as soccer games). The wifi is also painfully slow.

Très belle surprise en arrivant dans notre appartement. En voyant les photos et le descriptif, nous nous attendions à un appartement récent, bien équipé et à la décoration réussie. Ce fut bien le cas, mais notre logement était encore bien mieux. En effet, nous étions dans un duplex, avec 2 chambres climatisées, 2 salles de douche, un espace à vivre très plaisant, un balcon, etc. Bref, nous avons été conquis.Certes la résidence nest pas en plein centre touristique mais il y a une station de métro à quelques minutes, une supérette juste en face et une pastelaria top à 20m.
