Excelente lugar para se hospedar em Lisboa atendimento atencioso, apartamento amplo e bem localizado. Perfeito.

É um ótimo lugar de hospedagem. Fica no rua Aurea, 72 no bairro Chiado. Perto do metrô estação Baixa Chiado, que tem acesso às linhas Verde e Azul. Também é próximo ao Cais do Sodré. A rua Augusta com comércio e restaurantes fica a uma quadra de distância. O preço é alto para este desfrute de localização. O atendimento da recepção é somente diurno e muito atencioso. Os serviços são parciais. Limpeza a cada 3 dias. O boiler de aquecimento deixou de funcionar e não conseguiram consertar em 3 dias. Ofereceram alternativas como mudanças de endereço ou banho em quartos vagos no mesmo prédio. Optamos pela segunda até que nos mudaram de apartamento neste mesmo Residentas. Há outros 2 na cidade .

While I typically prefer more traditional hotels, I had an incredible stay at the Residentas Aurea. The team made the logistics very clear and easy to follow from the start since my family and I arrived late in the night after our flight. The location was perfect: close enough to the main downtown area of Lisbon/Lisbon square but nestled in a quiet area with local bakeries and shops. The area also was very safe at night. The residency itself was very clean, modern and space efficient. It also carried all the amenities and more to make your stay comfortable (e.g. dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, extra sheets/pillows, etc.). The front desk/concierge was also very helpful and friendly which made our stay even more pleasant. Other things to note: There is also a cheap indoor parking lot near by if you need to park your car during your stay. Key amenities include: dishwasher, laundry washer/dryer, A/C, pots/pans/water kettle, nespresso machine, plenty of shower shampoo/conditioner/gel, hair dryer, towels/sheets, big refrigerator and freezer.

I really enjoyed my stay at Residentas in Lisbon! One important thing that I look for when traveling is safety and I felt very safe staying at this apartment. It's also in a really good location so you can literally just walk out the door and explore Lisbon, which is not very easy to find in a hotel or Airbnb all the time. I highly recommend staying here!!

We usually opt for hotels for their service. When I came across this apartment offering, I was impressed by the beautiful photos of their apartments' decor. After careful considerations, I decided to take a risk and made the reservation for the one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the living room. Our family of four arrived late night without a problem as we were given clear instructions with entry codes to the building as well as the apartment. Upon entering the apartment, we were blown away by the beautiful decor exactly as it was presented from the website photos. The dining table was artfully set up. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything a family needs...appliances were thoughtfully fitted with the same sleek panel door (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer) as the kitchen cabinet. They all blend in to form a sleek wall section. We were also happy about having 2 full bathrooms, sofa beds were cleverly designed to simply remove their covers instead of the traditionally heavy pull up and out type. They were very comfortable for sleeping as well. The apartment was clean and spotless with every thoughtful touch from plush towels to shampoo/conditioner. Residentas Aurea is also centrally located within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Concierge Ines was helpful in every way, always with a smile. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. It would be great if this type of luxury apartment offerings becomes available worldwide.

Als „Luxus-Unterkunft“ überbewertet, checkin regulär erst um 16 Uhr (wenn die Zimmer dann fertig sind); Ausstattung der Zimmer teils schon renovierungsbedürftig, obwohl wohl gerade erst eröffnet; aus der Dusche kommt viel zu wenig warmes Wasser, Schimmel in der Dusche am Boden in den Ecken, Service ist unprofessionell; Pluspunkt ist Geschwindigkeit des WLAN - schnelles Internet ist aber auch in einfacheren Hotels zunehmend Standard.

Appartement confortable ainsi que la literie.Autonome pour l’accès au logement ,codes dentrées reçus par mail pas besoin de RDV pour la remise des clés très pratique quand le vol est en retard. Insonorisation avec le couloir inexistant problème de porte et de fermeture de volet dommage pour le standing.

Das kleine Appartment war schön dekoriert und gut ausgestattet. Allerdings gab es Probleme mit dem Strom, wenn zuviele elektronische Geräte oder Licht an waren.

Excelente em todos os aspectos. Um dos melhores para se ficar em Lisboa. No centro de tudo, acomodações de 5 estrelas, so nao tem café da manha mas possui uma cozinha completa e no entorno várias opções de restaurantes e padarias. Recomendo e voltaria.

Très bel hôtel, appartements spacieux et propres avec toute la modernité nécessaire (lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, four...) Un personnel agréable, à l'écoute. Il est idéalement placé, très proche du centre ville et de l'eau. Bref je le recommande.

Everything about the property was good; the location was central and easy to get to via public transport. There was all necessary equipment for cooking if needed and plenty of provisions provided complementary with the flat. The TV had netflix/ youtube and wifi was good. I would highly recommend it

Perfekte Lage neben der Haupteinkaufsstrasse und nur 100m von Rio Tejo. Trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Zimmer ganz neu und sauber, die Damen an der Rezeption sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibts nichts zu verbessern.

A newly renovated apartment block at the perfect location. Close to the metro station, mall, train station, is near the river front and tram stops and cafes are just a minute or even less. The apartment are serviced but the owners need to provide milk (there was sugar and cocoa in our kitchenette) if they are providing tea and coffee. The toiletries are good and are restocked (the hand soap does not need to be replaced if it's can last a few more days) but I think a bottle of body lotion would be a welcome addition as would room slippers. Would keep the apartment cleaner too. A microwave would also be a happy addition since many times you bring home take away to eat the next day (although there is a there is an oven.

Emplacement idéal, à 180 mètres du métro baixa chiado et autant de la place du commerce. Équipements top. Nous avions la chambre duplex numéro 51. Cette résidence parfaite. A noter, comme indiqué sur expedia, il n'y a pas de réception. Les échanges s'effectuent par mail, whatsap et il y a un numéro d'urgence au cas où.

Le point fort de cet appartement hôtel est son emplacement. Il est vraiment au centre ville et il est à 3 minutes de l’arrêt de métro « Baixa Chiado ». Le point faible : malgré la jolie décoration de l’appartement, il faisait froid et notre canapé sentait la cigarette. Dans la salle de bain, les joints étaient sales et chaque fois que nous allumions la ventilation de la salle de bain, il y avait énormément de poussières qui tombaient. Je pense que cet appartement devrait revoir certains détails. Toutefois, le personnel est très gentil et accueillant.

Reserved this property for my thanksgiving vacation with my wife and two kids (8 and 9 yrs old). In short: it was just fantastic. The apartment is large, clean and comfortable. The location is right in the middle of the city and provided quick access to the main strand... with all of the great holiday lights. The staff is friendly. They keep office hours, but aren’t here all day. That was ok. When we needed to store luggage for a couple days while we went to Porto, we used a service called nanny bags. Worked well. Stay here! It’s awesome!

Easy check in and check out. Great communication in person or through WhatsApp. Nice apartment , clean and spacious. Only small issue was they were fixing and repainting our bathroom door on day of arrival so the smell of paint was slightly annoying during our stay. I think the room should not have been used for a couple of days following the works done.Great shutters to keep the noise out and very central apartments in a lovely vibrant and safe area. Great for families.

This place is a must when visiting Lisboa!!!! The location is great, a minute away from placa de comércio and near many shops and restaurants. Super clean and quiet and there’s a washer/dryer which is great. Front desk has an absolute angel Ines!

Superb location in the centre of Lisbon in a beautiful old building that has been renovated to a very high standard. Lots of space and light in our apartment and everything one needs for your stay.

PROS:excellent location, good communication,clear instructions on getting entry into building & apartment, clean/quiet rooms, lady at the reception desk-Ines was very helpful.CONS: No locked storage room to put your luggage if you come before check in time or in gap between check out at 11 & your flight, spotty WIFI(cuts out frequently),no washroom facility in lobby area.

Ines & Andreia went out of their way to help make the stay perfect. From local recommendations (texted to us for easy reference), to luggage storage, to extra towels, they did it all. The room itself was awesome and well stocked. Laundry detergent, dish soap, bath products, USB ports by the master bed, blackout shades, full place settings and wine glasses, umbrella - all included. Best part: The washer/dryer had instructions in English, which we havent found in any previous country visited. Thoughtful details like that were so appreciated. Firm and comfy beds with nice linens and pillows. Central location near metro, restaurants, tourist spots and multiple neighborhoods )Would recommend highly!

We only had an overnight stay, but our stay was very comfortable there. The king-size bed was very cozy, and the couch/trundle bed was also very comfortable. We slept very well. We appreciated the larger living/room dining area and small kitchen, and the air conditioning. I would definitely stay there again-hopefully one day when we could stay longer. :) Also, the location of this residence could not have been better! We were within walking distance of almost everything! We would recommend staying here!

Excellent apartment with everything you need. Location in the centre of the city and you can walk to good bars and restaurants within 10mins. But not good if you are driving because parking around is expensive
