Positif: Réception par une petite française très sympathique Appartement très agréable et offre pain et fromage appréciable après le voyage. Négatif: Un peu de bruit de mais le tribut à payer pour être en centre ville

긍정적: 시설이 좋습니다. 편안합니다.. 부정적: 위치가 치안이 좋지 않습니다. 호스트가 얼굴을 보여주지않고 전화로만 대응해서 조금 기분이 좋지 않았습니다.

Positive: Location excellent, the wine & cheese welcome was very nice.. Negative: There could have been more glasses & toilet paper

Positive: Good location in Alfama with plenty of nearby restaurants.. Negative: Apartment only has two Windows and is therefore a bit dark. There's also quite a bit of traffic noise with a tram 28 stop just outside.

Positive: One of the best locations in Lisboa. However, it comes with disadvantages like the traffic noise. But it didn't bother us at all! You're in the heart of Alfama! When we arrived we were welcomed by a bottle of a red wine and some cheese and crackers. It was a really lovely touch! We would definitely stay there again!. Negative: Nothing.

Positivo: O apartamento era excelente. Muito espaçoso, bem situado. Negativo: A informação da localização do Apartamento, confusa! A SMS com o código de Acesso bem como a informação do procedimento de Check-in deviam ser disponibilizados aquando da reserva e não quando estamos à porta.

Positiv: Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Man kann Lissabon von dort gut erkunden. Es gab Wein, Cracker und Käse zur Begrüssung.. Negativ: Vom Bad her kam ein unerträglicher Gestank. Dieser konnte auch nicht nach mehreren Tagen behoben werden. Eines der Betten war sehr hart.

Positif: Odeurs nauséabondes car l'appartement est situé dans une ancienne cave( 607€ pour 4 nuits). Pas d'isolation phonique(vitrage et appartement du dessus). Appartement-cave impropre à la location.. Négatif: Impropre à la location. Booking ne peut pas proposer cet appartement.

October 8 – 10, 2017Great location but with no front desk you need a cell phone to be able to call their office to be let into the apartment which was annoying because we had to guess at our arrival time to book someone to let us in. We arrived 45 minutes early which meant we then had to wait outside of the apartment on a very steep street. We had to lay one of our suitcases down to keep the rest of them from rolling down the street. Pedro arrived promptly at the appointed time (another appointment prevented him from getting there earlier) to let us in. A nice touch is the bottle of wine and some cheese and crackers. We were ready for a snack after our wait!!The location is very close to St. Jorge’s Castle, restaurants, Bairro Alto, Alfama Districts and the Metro Station where we bought a 24 hour pass for 6,30 Euro entitling us to use all Metro, Trams and City Buses. The apartment was a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a kitchenette. There were 2 love seats, no air con (as advertised) and a washer. Instructions on how to use the washing machine would have been great as we are not familiar with European machines. The basket in the coffee maker had not been cleaned so the old coffee grounds had lots of mold making it unusable. There was also mold on the wall in the bathroom and the area rug in the living room was matted and dirty and should be thrown out. To be fair, we did not call them to fix them. Beds were comfortable.

긍정적: 위치, 깨끗한 방. 부정적: 2박 + 나중에 1박 더 예약해서 총 3박했는데 체크인 날 청소비로 하루 35유로씩 총 105유로 더 결제되었습니다. 투숙 중에 한번도 청소하러 안 왔는데 마지막날은 그렇다쳐도 다른 날들도 청소비를 포함시키는 건 이해안되네요. 적은 돈은 아니니까 참고하세요.

Positif: La bouteille de vin et le petit fromage offert par les propriétaires, les pièces assez spacieuses, les grands miroirs dans les salles de bain. Négatif: Le bruit du tram tôt le matin

Positiva: La localizacion del apartamento. Tenían el apartamento bastante limpio y el chico que nos dio la llave fue muy amable. . Negativa: Existen varios apartamentos y nos tocó el que estaba en una especie de entreplanta, cosa que no sabíamos al hacer la reserva. Creo que eso se debería avisar o por Booking o por los dueños. Las ventanas daban a la calle principal y pasaba el tranvía prácticamente por la misma ventana. No había aire acondicionado, sólo dos ventiladores. Un dormitorio era interior , la cocina sin ventana y el baño minúsculo y bastante deteriorado. No era lo que esperábamos. Lo mejor la localización, al lado de la catedral.

Positiva: Un apartamento de lujo a muy buen precio. Muy buena relación calidad/precio.. Negativa: El barrio de Alfama es uno de los barrios mas típicos de Lisboa. Es un barrio sucio de puertas hacia fuera, en donde se encuentran apartamentos de lujo como el que nos ocupa. Una ciudad de contrastes que no puedes dejar de visitar.

Positief: Hartje centrum vd oude stad Alfama; tram voor de deur. Negatief: Niet schoon gemaakt, niet gepoetst. Erg Gehorig

Positive: La posizione a pochi passi dalla cattedrale e dal castello; l'ampio soggiorno e la cucina ben fornita.. Negazione: Soggiornato nell'appartamento al piano terra; una delle due camere (quella con il letto matrimoniale) era un po' troppo piccola. Le finestre sulla strada rendono abbastanza rumoroso l'appartamento, ma può anche essere piacevole ammirare il passaggio dei tipici filobus.

好意的: リネン類がとても清潔で新しいものでした。. 否定的: シャワーヘッドのホルダーとテレビリモコンが壊れていました。

Positive: La posizione è ottima. L'abitazione è grande, ottima per una famiglia, sconsigliata per una coppia, visto il prezzo.. Negazione: Il riscaldamento è carente, non un problema per gran parte dell'anno ma in inverno può esserlo. E' stato difficile contattare con il proprietario.

Positiv: super nette Übergabe der Wohnung, eine Flasche Rotwein und Käse zur Begrüßung, beides war sehr lecker. Negativ: als Hinweis ist zu erwähnen, dass bei unserem Appartment die Feuchtigkeit zu stark durch die Wände dringt und somit sehr viele Stockflecken in Küche und Bad sind, es wäre schade, wenn hier nicht eingegriffen werden würde

负面: 房间大，地点还不错，可以直接通过房东预订机场接机. 正面: 公寓并没有设施里描述的电梯，而且楼梯非常陡峭，提着行李非常非常不方便。房间临街，非常吵，晚上入睡严重受影响。公寓入住收取35欧的清洁费，但是一直到离开，也没有看见清洁人员，入住时洗手间的地板上很多头发，厨房的微波炉里还有不知道多久之前留下的食物，水槽中有浮油。洗手间没有通风，下水不停的反味，非常臭，想找个拖把擦一下，结果只找到一把坏的拖把。当晚给房东写邮件，一直到离开房东才回，答应退还35欧的清洁费，但是直到今天也未收到，在此期间多次和房东发邮件，最诡异的是房东要我信用卡的安全码！连着通过booking打了一周的电话，房东每次都有不同的借口不回邮件，最后还是booking决定通过他们先把钱退回来。

Positiv: - Willkommensgeschenk Flasche Wein und Käse - Super Lage - Sauberkeit. Negativ: - Keine funktionnierende Lüftung im Bad - Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden (nur zwei Ventilatoren)

Positive: La posizione è ottima. L'accoglienza e la comunicazione con lo staff molto buona.. Negazione: La descrizione sul sito dell'appartamento è poco chiara e non perfettamente corrispondente a quanto trovato. Le foto erano corrette, ma mancava l'indicazione che si trattava di un piano mezzanino, con accesso da una strada diversa da quella indicata.
