The suite was spotlessly clean in a very central location. Our room wasnt particularly big, but perfectly adequate for a short city break. We didnt take the breakfast option, but there was a complimentary bottle of wine and water, with fruit, cheese and cold meats on our arrival. Patricia is a delight to deal with, answering all of our emails promptly, both before and during our stay. The location is perfect with numerous eateries virtually on the doorstep. Guests with mobility problems should be aware that the suites are on the second floor of the building and there isnt a lift.

Sehr nette und super zentrale Unterkunft. Es gibt keine Rezeption, aber es kam jemand um uns die Türe zu öffnen und uns alles zu zeigen. Sie kam leider etwas zu spat war aber sehr freundlich und stand auch morgens meist für Fragen zur Verfügung. Es wurden jeden Tag kleine Kekse/Schokolade im Zimmer gelassen.Das Zimmer war stilvoll und schön eingerichtet. Toilette und Dusche waren sehr klein, was zwar für uns akzeptable war, das wir nicht so groß sind, könnte aber Probleme für manche Leute darstellen.

La struttura è nuovissima, in pieno centro e ristrutturata sfruttando al centimetro gli spazi. La camera è molto piccola e viaggiando con due valige impone continui spostamenti delle stesse per recuperare il cambio. Manca l'armadio. Se ti appoggi al tavolo per fare la colazione ( che devi ritirare in un armadietto posto sul corridoio) aiuto ....dove metto le valigie! Abbiamo viaggiato in coppia ( 5 notti) e speso 130 euro al giorno. La colazione e la tassa di soggiorno sono a parte. Ottima la pulizia quotidiana della camera. Manca l'ascensore e ci sono 4 rampe di scale.

Chambre très bien mais un peu petite pour des personnes assez fortes, notamment la salle de bain et la douche.

Hôtel excellent très bien situé. Propreté irréprochable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Patricia en plus de la surprise agréable qui nous attendait dans la chambre à l’arrivée. Emplacement idéal. Notre sejour en couple pour la 1ère fois à Lisbonne à été très agréable, nous reviendrons en famille et entre amis. Nous recommandons le B in B Downtown Suite

This hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Lisbon. So much is walkable from here, and there are three Metro stops within a 5-10 minute walk in 3 different directions. The historic trolley stops are also a 5 minute walk. There is no hotel lobby, so you are provided a code to enter the building and to access a locker to get your room key. Rooms are up two flights of stairs. The room itself is small, with no place to really store luggage, so it’s pretty tight. If two people bring more than a roll aboard suitcase each, it’ll be a real challenge. The bathroom is also very small, with a shower that is about 4 square feet in size, so not a lot of room to turn around. The bed is comfortable, and there’s a ductless heatpump with a remote control to get heat or air conditioning. It works very well. There is also a mini fridge and the owners left 2 small bottles of water for us. They also left some fruit. The oranges were really good! Upon arrival, they left us a bottle of wine and a small meat and cheese tray. It was very nice of them and much appreciated since our flight was delayed and we arrived late. You can hear a fair amount of street noise, especially from the outdoor dining around the corner, and can hear people walking around in the apartment above. If you’re light sleeper, this can be an issue. Overall, we really enjoyed this place and it’s location. If in Lisbon again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect!!! Location is stellar. Room is gorgeous. Staff let us in early when we needed to sleep after a long flight! Easy check in process, codes to get into hotel and to room. A bottle of wine prepared beautifully for us in our room. We would never stay anywhere else in Lisbon. The best.

The host, Patricia was really kind and helpful during our whole stay. She even anticipated our early arrival by offering us to leave our luggage in the property and giving us the room key which will be available to be used after 2pm. When we entered the room later that day we were very happy to find a bottle of delicious portugese wine on the table. Thumbs up for that. The property looks old from the outside but it is interestingly equipped with modern security system; access card for the main entrance, room door and safety box were available. The location of the property is also very nice. Really close to praca do commercio and baixa area. A lot of good food, shopping area, and the sea. Breakfast was really good for 3 euro per person per day. Some milk, corfee, bread, cheese, ham, orange juice were there. Overall, I would say it was a great experience to stay here. A very nice property with a very nice host.

Sehr liebevoll gestaltetes Zimmer. Sauber und funktionell eingerichtet. Große und bequeme Betten. WLAN sehr gut. Nahe am Rossio und am Tejo, trotzdem relativ ruhig.Bad und WC sind klein, aber das hat uns nicht gestört.

Good pillows. Breakfast in the room if you choose...orange juice, bread, coffee, croissants, ham and cheese. 5 stars for location

Muy buena ubicación para visitar Lisboa, trato de Patricia excelente, desayuno abundante a muy buen precio con un sistema original de cajas...Solo tiene una pega: falta el ascensor y son dos pisos

It's nice. Rooms are well-kept, not super roomy but they used the space well. Clean, good hot water pressure, good pillows. Breakfast is 08.00 earliest, but a nice full pack with fresh breads complimented with daily stuff in your fridge (and cheap). Kind staff, helpful, accommodating and respond via text as they do not have a reception/not around at all hours. Only downside are that rooms can be a bit noisey at street side. Stayed for work, 1 week Nov.2018.

Idéalement situé pour visiter la ville, proche du tramway et des deux gares, ce B and B est au coeur de la ville. Jai adoré le goûter daccueil et le système du petit déjeuner dans un casier disponible de 8h à 10h . La chambre est très belle, la literie confortable cependant la cabine de douche est un peu petite.Très bon accueil, particulièrement Patricia Pinto qui est très disponible pour toutes questions ou problèmes.

Excellent system for self check in. We were also left a bottle of wine and a cheese plate for our arrival. Nice sized room. Breakfast was out in a “box” for you to have in your room each day. Weirdly we often only had one of some things in the box (e.g. one cereal) but there was plenty there. We checked out really early in the morning and they kindly arrange us a takeaway breakfast option. We also had tea and coffee facilities in the room.The area is very central and very safe. Would stay again.

Super hôtel très bien placé proche des places où se trouvent les transports en commun non loin du métro et des commerces et pourtant très calme . Douche un peu petite domage mais tout était très propre je recommande vivement

Si vous aimez prendre une douche froide, alors ce lieu est parfait... impossible d’avoir un peu d’eau chaude pour prendre une douche correcte et des fuites partout. Lieu à fuir.

The room was compact and clean with all the essentials. The room and bath room was on the small size but for the price and for the location, I wasnt really bothered! It was so central it was so convenient to go any where! Only concern was the main enterance from the street, as once you enter, it was dark and there was water problem streaming from the wall... but hopefully they will fix it. The street is really quiet, but pity the room are not sound proof, as you can hear every steps from above and noises from the next door rooms. so not for the light sleeper. Apart from that, the room was clean, had a nice gesture of bottle of wine, fruits to welcome you so definitely recommend for a good short stay! maybe not for a long stay as there are no spaces to put your luggage or your clothes!

Although the shower and toilet were very tiny the overall experience was very good. The owner was charming, the location was perfect, the cleanliness, bedding and towels were of high quality.Perfect for a three night stay.

Had a wonderful trip to Lisbon, and a big part of that was finding this hotel! The room was cozy and clean, bed was very comfy, and we really enjoyed the morning breakfast basket each day. The coffee was especially delicious! One thing to be aware of - our particular room was quite small, so would be tricky with large luggage, but we had no problems since we are light packers...but something to consider if youre someone who travels with large bags. Location is fantastic though, and communication with the owner was very quick and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic proprietor, clean rooms. Very, very small, though. You will struggle to fit into the shower, which has the feel of a small broom closet.

The room was very nice and the host was amazing. The location was perfectly located very close to all major attractions and restaurants.

Great location and cute room. But the rooms are very small and the bathroom very tiny. Shower is the smallest I have ever seen. Otherwise very quiet and comfortable. Quite expensive though for the service provided. They also can not hold your luggage and it is on the 2nd floor with no elevator. View was on an appartement in ruins...

Patricia has been an amazing and friendly host. The room has a nice decor and good facilitites (Nespresso machine and private bathroom with shower, very high ceiling, wifi). The view from the balcony tough is on an internal (uggly) court, the positive is that the room is very quite. The position of the room is ideal to visit and enjoy the city. Overall Im satisfied with teh stay and I will recomend it to a friend

Location was great! Minutes from centre but not noisy (apart from the upstairs neighbbours which owners can’t do anything about.)Room very clean & nicely furnished though small. Comfy bed & a good shower! Balcony full of pigeon poo and bamboo screen to block out the fact it’s on the side with no view at all probably made it even darker than it already was! Really shouldn’t be billed as having a balcony in that room as it’s very misleading.

Would give a higher rating but our stay was very much disturbed by the woman living in the apartment just above our room. Every night, multiple times, she would wake us up by screaming and stomping on the floor. It’s a shame that this affected our otherwise good stay at this hotel, but the truth is that we didn’t get much sleep. However, the location of the hotel is amazing and the small details such as the welcome gift and complimentary tea/coffee made our stay better.
