Posizione buona. Colazione la prepari da te ed è abbastanza varia. Pulizia è apparentemente buona ma necessita di una disinfestazione (insetti in bagno tipo scarafaggi). Arredamento spartano(mancano armadio e cassettiera)

The hospitality and accommodation extended to us wasabove and beyond. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable, and the location is very central close to the parliament building shown,with lots of transportation nearby. Just make sure that initially you know exactly where it is.Self serve breakfast provided was more than adequate.Walking distance to enormous Time Out Market with all sorts of varied eateries, or just down the street on Paz from a small inexpensive family restaurant.

Este hotel es realmente increíble, el dueño llamado Jose es una grandisima persona que nos guió en todo momento para ver los sitios más emblemáticos de Lisboa y muy agradable ,también la chica de recepción es muy atenta y nos ayudo en todo momento. Lo recomiendo muchísimo,trato agradable ,sitio muy bien localizado y con desayuno incluido,volvería a este mismo sitio sin dudarlo

Very charming B&B located well with lots of attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Check in was very friendly and helpful for local recommendations. The room was very clean and comfortable.

B&B très agréable, propre, joliment décoré, confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux. José est très sympathique et nous a accueilli avec bienveillance malgré notre arrivée tardive.

Il b&b è molto vicino al centro che viene raggiunto in pochi minuti a piedi.
Le stanze sono molto pulite tutti i giorni c'è un servizio essenziale di pulizie e rifacimento della camera. Colazione molto ricca. Gestore estremamente disponibile. Il luogo è silenziosissimo sia di giorno che di notte. Assolutamente consigliato!!!

O lugar é super acolhedor, com cara de casa de amigo/pensão. A Andreia nos recebeu super bem, deu várias dicas e foi muitíssimo solícita. Não tem luxo, mas me senti confortável, super bem acomodada, como se estivesse em casa. Super recomendo!

Ottimo b&b, tranquillo e buona posizione. Colazione abbondante e la proprietaria era davvero gentile e comunicava in inglese in una chiarezza incredibile, molto disponibile e alla mano. Consiglio.

Ottimo B&B subito fuori dal centro storico, ma comodissimo. L'appartamento è perfetto così come l'accoglienza ed è composto da due camere indipendenti entrambe con bagno ed un'ampia cucina. Consigliato, prezzo ottimo. prenotabile su booking. Com e su airb&b

Excellent séjour dans ce B&B! Il se situe totalement dans le centre-ville ce qui permet un parfait accès aux métros, bus et tram mais aussi au reste de la ville pour des promenades à pieds. De plus, José s'avère être un hôte admirable et les promesses de l'annonce sont tenues. Seul petit bémol au niveau de l'isolation sonore, si ce point est rédhibitoire pour vous. Toutefois ceci ne reste qu'un détail. Excellent rapport qualité/prix et petit déjeuner plus que satisfaisant!

Staff were very friendly. Room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. Close to transit and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Dr Joze is a great guy. He drove 30 kilometers for an early check in of mine. The kitchen was small but clean. I had a room with a private bathroom. I will stay again.

Je recommande fortement ce B&B, très bonne adresse, sur la ligne du tram 28, à 10 mn du centre à pied, très joli, décoré avec goût, José est adorable et disponible pour tous renseignements, nous avons adoré, wifi, petit déjeuner, cuisine a disposition.
