From the outside it seems like a regular flat, but from the inside it is fresh and quite large. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was very helpful with finding the best places. Only problem we had was not having enough chairs to sit in our room. The classic stairs and modern card system was a good combination.

Local bem aprazível, linda vista no quarto com terraço. A cozinha /breakfast é tipo casa da vó. Só não foi 5 pelas escadas.

The hotel was renovated from an old apartment but it is even better because this local charm made me feel I had a home away. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We chose to stay in a room with a balcony because I always enjoy a good view. (All the rooms with balcony are at the top floor,4th ) The size of the room is big enough and it's nicely decorated. Since we came in February, I didn't spot the humidity problem which other people mentioned. I opened the door to the balcony after my shower for some fresh air anyways. The breakfast was sufficient for a busy traveler and I especially appreciated they include some local desserts. Not to mention the price was very decent if you compare it to other offers in big cities. Lastly, we love this area ,Prince Royal, where we found amazing restaurants and bars. Definitely would recommend this hotel to others.

Um pequena joia no coraçao de lisboa, onde simpatia e bom gosto se encontram numa harmoniosa combinaçao, recomendo vivamente esta casa onde todos os hospedes sao tratados com simpatia e um sorriso que nada senao verdadeiro, uma das melhores experiencias hoteleiras que ja tive.

Un agréable hôtel pour séjourner à Lisbonne en tout tranquilité. Il est composé d'un ensemble de maisons mitoyennes transformées en un hôtel décoré avec soin. Les chambres sont sobres, lumieuses et propres, la litterie est confortable et la salle de bain est équipée. Le salon de thé/petit déjeuner présente un décor original. Le personnel est chaleureux, souriant et à l'écoute.

Joli petit hôtel bien situé dans le centre de Lisbonne. Les chambres sont bien décorées, très propres! Petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux. A recommander pour passer quelques jours dans la capitale.

Nice location. Old building. Misinformation on booking websites. Friendly staff that doesn't know how to run a hotel efficiently. I got charged for the rooms right after check in then was charged an extra fee at check out. Breakfast service accommodated my allergies.

Good location, very small rooms, small variety of breakfast foods, personnel OK, uncomfortable beds, no parking in the area - do not fall for parking hustlers outside of the hotel. More to Lisbon than explained by the personnel.

Wir waren hier zu Gast für ein verlängertes Wochenende und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoss mit Balkon und Blick über das schöne Lissabon.
Das Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr lecker. Es gab Kaffee und Saft, herzhaft und süß, Kuchen und Eierspeisen, Obst und Joghurt.
Hervorzuheben ist auch die gute Lage, denn viele Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man erlaufen.

Sehr nettes Bed and Breakfast Hotel in optimaler zentraler und doch ruhiger Lage. Sehr netter Empfang durch super nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, gute Tipps für Stadterkundung und Restaurants. Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was man braucht, süß und herzhaft, dazu frisch nach Wunsch zubereitete Eier und frisch gepresster Orangensaft.
Etwas ungünstig finde ich die Metallstühle im Frühstücksraum und auf der Terrasse, diese sind kalt und geräuschvoll, hier würde ich mir etwas mehr Gemütlichkeit wünschen. Das Zimmer war ruhig nach hinten gelegen und tip top sauber, ein sehr geräumiges Bad mit Fenster und Whirlpool gehörte dazu. Dusche und alle sanitären Einrichtungen funktionierten super. Die neue Klimaanlage war leise, auch von den anderen Zimmern nicht zu hören. Zwei Minuspunkte: das Licht vom Flur schien durch die undichte Tür und entsprechend hellhörig ist es, jedes Mal wenn eine andere Zimmertür geht, wacht man auf. Und sehr harte Matratze. Fazit: Für eine 3-4 tägige Städtereise sehr zu empfehlen.

Very friendly, more-than-adequate lodgings in an excellent Lisbon location; outstanding food & dining space; exceptional service. Rooms were quiet, if a bit small. Overall a terrific choice for a stay in Lisbon.

Average hotel. The location is less than ideal and not near any sights or transportation. The rooms are adequate but not necessarily reflective of the high price of the room. There is no elevator and the rooms which face the back of the property are noisy because of air traffic. The breakfast in the morning has a great selection although the milk in the coffee machine always tasted spoiled. The biggest disappointment was their airport transfer. They market a rate for an airport taxi and charge you 18Euros. Too bad the cost if you take a taxi yourself is around 9 Euros. Emails to the hotel were unanswered. This left a poor taste in our mouth after spending more than $600 at the hotel for a four night stay. Your money is better spent at a hotel with better amenities, better customer service, and a better location.

Great place near a lot of cool conceptstores, green spots and the city center. Very very nice hosts in the hotel, super friendly. The services they offer are really good (fixing restaurants, taxi, ...) Extended fresh breakfast, nice appartement next door. We recommend it strongly!

Renoviertes Haus in der Altstadt, welches an Charme trotz Renovierung nichts verloren hat. Saubere, aber kleine Zimmer mit allem was man benötigt. Auf der kleinen Terrasse bei Cafe zum üppigen und vor allem frischem Frühstück lässt sich der Lissabonner Charme geniessen. Gerne wieder

Re lindo, habitacion hermosa pero pequeña, el baño bien pero el lavabo esta fuera y lejos ya que las paredes de este son de vidrio esmerilado. La mantención de la pintura al ser negra se hace difícil y el no tener cajones o un placard también, aunque el perchero resulta de gran ayuda.
El desayuno es excelente y es fuera del lugar al lado en un restaurante.
Los ameneties de lujo igual que las batas , lis detalles de decoración y el personal super amable.

Tienen un servicio muy atento y competente. El desayuno estupendo y las habitaciones también. Lo único malo fue que el wifi no llegaba a nuestra habitación, por lo demás perfecto.

Stayed there for four nights. In the heart of Lisboa, though very quiet. Super nice staff, good breakfast. Nice view over Lisboa´s roofs down to the Tejo. We had a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

This is a super nice and cosy hotel. The staff is really nice and helpful. The beds are comfortable and it’s generally clean everywhere. The breakfast is really good too with a lot of fresh fruit like pineapples and melon, and they make eggs for you any style you like. What could have been a bit better is the outside area, they have just put some black chairs and some black tables out there, a little more effort to make it as cosy as the rest of the hotel would have been nice.

Nice and cosy place, very friendly and helpful crew and good location, cool area not far from the center. However the building is not well renovated, suffers of lack of insulation from noise and humidity. Breakfast is good but with not much variety and buffet is not stored properly.

Excellent séjour à Casa do Jasmim, personnel extrêmement attentionné et disponible, tout est fait pour que le séjour se passe le mieux possible. Les chambres sont propres, très belle déco, l'environnement direct de l'hôtel est bien calme et paisible. Petit déjeuné excellent...bref, rien à redire !

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja, do dyspozycji gosci wspolna kuchnia na parterze, bardzo przyjazni ludzie na recepcji - zawsze gotowi do pomocy i zyczliwi. Sniadania.. takie sobie, serwowane na zasadzie szwedzkiego stolu. Zacny widok z tarasu na most i posag Chrystusa (pokoj 41) Ceny za pokoj nie naleza do najnizszych ale jak na lokalizacje sa chyba ok.

A very very nice place. The room and the whole hotel got its own charme. The service is brillant. The people are very kind. Right at the checkin we got a map and tipps where to go and where we can eat. Probably the best thing for me at Lisbon. A small tip when you travel there from the airport, don't go there from the metrostation Avendiva. The walk is just upwards. The better choice will be the bus. A bus stop is right at the park nearby.

Accueil au top. Personnel aux petits soins. Parle plusieurs langues. Faut juste faire attention dans les escaliers à cause des marchés anciennes en bois et qui sont assez raides. Une chose qui est dommage que immeuble ancien donc y a pas d'ascenseur.

We loved our stay at Casa do Jasmim! Location and service could not have been better! Very personable staff, Joao was the best host ever! I would highly recommend the place! We stayed in a studio apartment, which was plenty of room for 2! Breakfast was delicious and staff was very helpful with directions and tips. Will be back!

Lovely place with amazing service and helpful kind staff. Delicious variety of breakfast. We got the room on the top floor, even though there's no elevator it was worth climbing the stairs, the room is really gorgeous. Highly recommended!

After walking up and down the many hills of Lisbon and getting lost (a little bit) in its quite complicated charming little streets, it always felt great coming back at the b&b in the very cosy atmosphere of our room located on the 4th floor (no elevator but not an issue for us). We had a small terrasse with a great view to enjoy the sun set and rise on beautiful Lisbon.
At arrival we were received with a great smile and all the staff is just very friendly all the time and always willing to help.
Breakfast was just amazing: they have someone cooking in the morning that does crêpes, eggs, fresh orange juice... the buffet also offers fresh fruits, different sorts of breads, cheese, ham... couldn't be better.
The place is located in the Principe Real neighborhood, great area at walking distance of mostly everything.
Casa do Jasmin is a generous place, run by generous people in a homey atmosphere, just loved it!
