das Hotel entsprach dem Standard eines 4 Sterne Hotels. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer groß und sauber. Das Frühstück sehr gut. Die U-Bahn-Station lag direkt vor der Tür.

Absolutely terrible food. The worst hotel breakfast I've ever had. Horrible coffee. For a week I slept in room 1001 and some insect's bitten me every day. When I returned home after the holidays, the doctor told me that it was scabies mites

Four-star business-y hotel in the theater district. Metro stop immediately adjacent. The food had lots of adjectives but didn't quite live up to Portugal's reputation. Bedroom was a good size, nice large bathroom, with a VERY comfortable bed. (I like them firm.) I was on the 8th floor and the water temperature in the shower dropped to cold about every 45 seconds, which was annoying but tolerable. Friendly staff, most of whom spoke fair English.

Bed linens weren't charged during our 4 days stay. Breakfast was nice but not the mini sausages service staff were nice but the reception staff were rude

Hotel a 10 minutos andando del Jardín Zoológico de Lisboa. Tiene la parada del metro justo al lado. Buenas habitaciones, cómodas y confortables. Sin embargo las que dan al lado de la calle se hace difícil dormir porque se escuchan los trenes/metro/tranvía/ aviones, cada 10 minutos.
El desayuno buffet es muy bueno. La comida del restaurante también.

Hotel kamer schoon en netjes, vriendelijk personeel niet op aan te merken. Ontbijt echt minder voor een 4 ster hotel. Mocht je geen vlees eten 2 soorten kaas en verder jam honing en marmelade op brood, geen gekookt eitje. Wel jus en wat fruit. Veel vlees soorten. Ik miste komkommer olijven en een gekookt eitje.

Es un hotel muy bien conservado, de limpieza exquisita (sobre todo los baños) y con un personal muy agradable. La única pega es que se oyen los aviones pasar constantemente. Por suerte, a partir de las 00: 30h. Aproximadamente, dejan de pasar o lo hacen con mucha menos frecuencia.

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht bei diesem Hotel. Alles sehr sauber, Personal war sehr freundliche. Zimmer und Badezimmer, sehr schön. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut, wir haben beide sehr gut geschlafen. Negativ war nur der Flugzeuglärm, der landenden Flugzeuge, die sehr viele über das Hotel flogen.

We stayed here for a long weekend. It was our 2nd visit to the hotel. Location is perfect as there is a metro on the doorstep which links into the central Lisbon area within 10 mins ride. Room was clean and comfortable everything you could ask for. Breakfast was fresh every morning and all the staff we came across make this hotel stand out. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a short break in Lisbon. Hotel is only a 10min taxi ride from the airport too.

The GPS sends Uber drivers to the back of the hotel -- so be warned. The restaurant was surprisingly good for dinner. However, the trouble really started once I checked in. I was on business, so I needed to look smart. The room did not have an iron (this is a four star hotel). I called the front desk and they don't have any irons for guests. They offered that I could use the one day laundry service to get my shirts cleaned and pressed. Not much good for the next morning. Then I decided to read a book while in bed. The bedside light was extremely dim so that reading was not possible. However, it turned out that a previous occupant of the room had removed enough hardware so that the lamp shade could be removed, thereby letting the light shine forth (and so I could read). In the morning, I found that the shower valve is one of those that moves from extreme cold to extreme heat with the slightest touch. No hair conditioner (only shampoo, shower gel and body lotion) provided.
At breakfast, another member of our group revealed that there was a bright light outside their room and the curtains did not block the light. It seems that the blackout curtains were missing.
The coup de grace was that one of our group was bitten by bed bugs. The hotel did reveal that their room had had an infestation of bed bugs two weeks earlier, but they had cleared it up?? Two days later, in another room, on another floor, another member of our group was bitten by bed bugs.
In short, I'm not going to be staying there again.

The good part is the proximity of the hotel to business institutions and airport, the service, comfortable rooms. The bad part is the bathroom which is badly designed and quite inconvenient. Its also quite steeply priced for its value.

Tutto OK, ambiente pulito, semplice, moderno, da business hotel, personale cortese anche se un po' oppressivo, camera semplice ma molto pulita bagno decoroso, ben fornito, con acqua calda abbondante e, ripeto, pulitissimo.
La cena compresa nel pacchetto, quindi non "alla carta" deludente: primo, secondo e dolce, senza alcuna possibilità di scelta, acqua e caffè - imbevibile - a parte.
La colazione buona, varia, ed abbondante, se pur non eccezionale; tutto sommato la cosa migliore dell'albergo.
Perché tre stelle? Da un "4 stelle" mi aspettavo qualcosa di più; ne ho girati parecchi, per lavoro e per svago; non siamo stati male, ma tornando a Lisbona, cercherei altro.

Für ca 130 Euro, für einen Alleinreisender ist der Preis nicht angemessen. Maximal 3 Sterne. Ziemlich abgewohnt. Keine separate Dusche, nur Einstiegsbadewanne. Die Bar und das Restaurant haben sehr wenig Flair. Zum Glück war ich nur eine Nacht dort.

Hotel agradável e aconchegante, com café da manhã bem servido a partir das 6:30, ideal para quem deseja começar suas atividades mais cedo. Os são confortáveis, com cama grande e banheiro, e mais kits para higiene pessoal, secador de cabelos e outros.
Os andares mais altos possibilitam uma bela vista da cidade e da praça de Espanha. Nas proximidades existem bons restaurantes e um Shopping Center de elevado padrão. Vale à pena a hospedagem.

Très bon accueil. Repas en buffet très bien fourni. Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Station de métro au pied de l'hôtel. Seul inconvénient les avions qui passent juste au dessus de l'hôtel. Mais heureusement l'isolation phonique est parfaite .

Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel en uitstekende service. Kamers zijn mooi, ruim en schoon........complimenten voor de dames van de kamerservice. Goede airconditioning op de kamer. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet voor ieder wat wils. Perfect gelegen naast de uitgang van de metro waarmee je binnen 10 min in hartje Lissabon staat. Stevige nette schone boxspring bedden voor mij persoonlijk te hard maar keurig opgelost na melding aan de receptie. Dikke 10 voor dit hotel.

Good location - along with other hotels in the vicinity. Great effort to make the place green with real plants in balconies at all floors. However, little things that one expects for free, tea coffee machine in room, they want a bit extra money. Also if you have your window open, you do get aircraft noise. Overall, otherwise not too bad.

J'ai adoré cet hôtel qui mérite ses 4 étoiles. Personnel sympa aussi bien à l'accueil, qu'à la réception. Petit déjeuner bob et très varié. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres avec une excellente literie et le linge de toilette est changé chaque jour. De plus très facile d'accès pour se rendre à l'aéroport ou en centre ville puisque le métro est en bas de l'hôtel. Super pour un agréable séjour. Je recommande !

Sehr schönes Hotel! Das Zimmer war riesig und sehr neu und sauber. Das Frühstück war auch perfekt gewesen, es gab alles was das Herz begehrt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kann teilweise sogar Deutsch. Außerdem liegt es direkt an einer Metrostation. Tagsüber etwas Fluglärm, aber nur bis circa 23 Uhr. Für den Preis perfekt!

La metro, situata vicino all'ingresso dell'hotel consente di raggiungere le diverse zone della città in pochissimo tempo e in qualsiasi ora del giorno.
Il personale, cortese e professionale, ha soddisfatto qualsiasi necessità.
Ambiente pulito e moderno, camere ampie, insonorizzate, con servizio assolutamente 4*.
La colazione a buffet è eccezionale, abbondante e completa è in grado di soddisfare le esigenze di tutti i clienti.

Hôtel plutôt bien placé dans Lisbonne. Il a l'avantage d'être à proximité d'une station de métro et pas loin du musée Calouste Gulbenkian. Les prix pratiqués sont honnêtes. Accueil plutôt sympathique, les chambres sont propres. Je n'ai pas testé le restaurant mais la carte avait l'air intéressante et pas hors de prix. Je conseille.

It was a little larger than the last one we had stayed in. What i did not like is that they charged for local calls. They wanted to charge me 300 euros after i tried getting through to TAP airlines because they had switched our seats around. After a full night of getting nowhere with TAP we got it sorted out the next morning.

El hotel en general, perfecto. La habitación amplia y agradable. Las camas eran enormes... Fuimos mi marido y mi hija, y nos sobró la tercera cama... El desayuno muy rico, aún que, le faltaba un poco de variedad. Lo único la ubicación, estaba un poco retirado del centro, pero con Uber y autobuses, la verdad que no tardas nada y sale bien de precio. A nosotros nos encantó, y cuando volvamos a Lisboa sin duda, nos alojaremos de nuevo.

Hotel is located over Praca de Espanha metro Station with easy access to airport, Sete Rios Train / Bus terminal, old town and tourist area. Area was safe with awesome Wok Mundo Chinese/ sushi dinner buffet 5 minute walk across the street for 9.5 euroRoom was very clean, spacious, stocked with nice toiletries, safe and numerous English TV channels.Complementary breakfast was good with variety of fresh fruits, cheeses, yogurts, cereals, breads, meats, pastries, juices and hot drinks Staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful in providing sightseeing suggestions. Great value and would definitely stay here again

Quite a great stay here. It's a pretty good location- there is a metro station literally right at the front door. You don't even have to cross the street! For that alone, it's worth staying here.
The hotel is quite nice. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Breakfast was always good. For the price, this is a fine place to stay in Lisbon. Parking was 10 euro per day, which adds up if you have a vehicle. but I think by booking directly through them you can get this waved. You can park on the street for free on weekends only.
Though it was nice some things were missing that I like. For example, the towels were pretty old and scratchy. I just really hate that. The hotel is fairly close to the airport, so even with windows closed you will hear a lot of air traffic, especially if your room faces the airport.
Besides those few things, I would definitely recommend staying here. There's a perfect little spot out front for your ride shares to pick you up and drop you off. Tea available in the lobby in the evening. Breakfast is tasty, but get there early because it's not a huge dining area and it fills up quickly.

Não são sérios. Fiz uma reserva diretamente no hotel por 99€ e quando efetuei o pagamento cobraram 106€ com a desculpa que seriam taxas. Na prática ficou mais caro do que reservar pelo booking. Recepcionista (senhora) extremamente antipática e sem formação. Era o hotel onde habitualmente ficava em Lisboa, mas não conto regressar.

Remote location in a not so cool district. Spain square is very run down. The only great thing is that train takes you straight to Sintra for just a few euros return. The food quality at breakfast is rather poor. Bedrooms are great though they should soon need to go through renovation. Else, my stay was very quiet and decent.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and better than I expected, based on the price. We booked a double room but we’re given a king, which was great. Complementary breakfast buffet was decent, and dinner in the restaurant was pretty good. The only downside was noise from the Jets that flew directly overhead from the airport. With the windows closed it wasn’t too bad though.

The location of the hotel was very close to public transportation (i.e. metro, bus). Our room and the building were kept very clean. The dinner in the restaurant was surprisingly good & affordable. The only cons were the lack of computers for internet use and an iron for our room.Although the hotel does have a laundry service (for ironing) it wasn’t practical to send out t shirts to be ironed. In any case, we ended up having to buy an iron from one of the department stores.

Établissement bien situé en périphérie du cœur de ville et à 10 mètres d’une bouche métro. Seul bémol, malgré un excellent double vitrage, l’hôtel se trouve sur la ligne aérienne (l’aéroport se situant à moins de 3 Kms en taxi) et à partir de 7h30 du matin, c’est un avion toute les 3 mins jusqu’à 23h. La nuit c’est très calme.

Terrible location. Hotel is surrounded by expressways with little immediate access to shops or restaurants. Even taxis are not on standby. There is a Metro station just outside the hotel, or more accurately under. The passing of every train can be heard throughout the building. Wifi in rooms is spotty, as is TV service. Even front desk staff are aloof. In all, not nearly up to the standard of other Lisbon four-star hotels.

However, does not have facilities such as a swimming pool or gym if these are the types of things you seek. Hotel is also close to the airport and I had no issues with noise from airplanes.

The hotel is a 4 star but it doesnt really come up to the standard of a 4star hotel. it was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect the metro station is just outside the entrance of the hotel. It´s not in the centre but this isn´t a problem as you can go easily with the metro in a few minutes anywhere. As we stayed over Christmas and everything more or less shuts down on Christmas eve we ate at the hotel. Paid over 100euro and it was awful. I mentioned this to the receptionist afterwards and she told me that the typical Christmas dinner was in fact awful....It was just the way it was cooked....anyway would have appreciated perhaps a complimentary coffee, liquer or something to soften the blow...My husband gets up early in the morning and wanted to take a quick coffee in the breakfast room before later having his full breakfast with me ..however the staff told him he would have to pay for this coffee even though he could drink 20 coffees later if he wanted...this I found a little bit unfair...the coffee was coming out of a machine, he was getting it himself....so in the end he went down the street and got a coffee for 1euro whereas in the hotel he would have had to pay 3euro....We stayed at the hotel for a full week and drank at the bar a few evenings so its not as if we hadn´t contributed. Not very guest friendly in this respect.

Me ha gustado mucho la estancia en este hotel ya que las habitaciones son buenas y espaciosas, y están insonorizadas para disminuir el ruido de los aviones que pasan continuamente... el personal es atento y superamable... el desayuno es muy completo y de calidad (incluyendo un buen café y ricos zumos)... y además tiene una buena situación alejado del bullicio del centro pero con parada de metro en la misma puerta, lo que permite desplazarse por Lisboa sin ningún problema... y por si fuera poco, también cuenta con wi-fi y parking gratuitos...
Pero hubo una cosa que no nos gustó del hotel, y fué el servicio de habitaciones... una noche que estábamos cansados y no queríamos salir pedimos unas hamburguesas para cenar y lo que nos trajeron era casi incomestible, nos lo comimos porque teníamos hambre pero no tenía gusto ninguno... las hamburguesas estaban frias e insípidas y el pan muy seco... además no trajeron ni ketchup ni mayonesa ni nada por lo que era dificil tragar cada bocado... incluso se olvidaron de traernos los cubiertos... es por esto que no le doy la máxima puntuación al hotel, aunque en otras cosas esté muy bien...

Recebemos um programa Odisseias e com outro casal que também tinha um voucher da odisseias decidimos reservar um hotel em Lisboa. Por e-mail contactamos o hotel açores lisboa no dia 1 de Março, solicitamos a reserva de 2 quartos para a noite do dia 25 de Março, nas várias trocas de e-mails endereçamos os vouchers, pedimos a confirmação da receção dos mesmos, e a 7 de março recebemos um e-mail deste hotel a dizer forma bem explicita " confirmamos a reserva", ora compramos os bilhetes de comboio e das visitas que planeamos fazer durante esse fim de semana.
No dia 24 pelas 21.37 recebemos um e-mail do hotel a dizer que afinal não podíamos utilizar os nossos vouchers naquele hotel, que a única solução era pagarmos a nossa estadia, ou contactarmos a odisseias!!!
O call center do Odisseias só funciona até às 19h em dias uteis, como íamos conseguir contactar se era sexta-feira e passava muito da hora laboral desta entidade???
Presencialmente no hotel, expusemos a nossa indignação, como é possível termos um e-mail do hotel a confirmar a reserva e a pouco mais de 12 horas do check-in enviam-nos um e-mail a dizer que afinal não dá.
Passaram 23 dias após o nosso primeiro contacto e só no ultimo dia quando já não temos tempo para contactar a odisseias e/ou de encontrar outra alternativa é que nos informam??
É que se foi uma funcionária deste hotel que falhou, não podem ser os clientes os prejudicados, o hotel deve assumir os erros dos seus funcionários!!

Será muita coincidência não nos darem tempo para outra escolha, se não ficarmos lá e sermos nós a pagar a nossa estadia?!
Se nos primeiros e-mails tinham dito que não era possível, muito bem procurávamos outro destino.
Até a senhora que nos recebeu na receção, também concordou connosco... dizendo " se fosse eu, agiria da mesma forma", mas que importa se a direção prefere 4 clientes descontentes do que se responsabilizar por uma falha de uma funcionária?!
De forma ligeira foi-nos entregue o livro de reclamações, deixando transparecer pouca importância para o acto, mesmos assim escrevemos no livro de reclamações e será dado os devidos seguimentos.

Prós: simpatia dos funcionários. Bom pequeno almoço, perto do metro, limpeza do quarto.
Contras: falta de manutenção no WC principalmente agua do duche projectada para o exterior, limpeza dos vidros exteriores.

I can only have a mild regret from the planes that fly just above the hotel, but they did not prevent me from having a good sleep (and I am demanding).

Aus dem Hotel direkt in die U-Bahn und dann zu allen interessanten Stellen in Lissabon. Klasse einfach!Beim Frühstück war es etwas eng, vermutlich, weil bei unserem Aufenthalt auch Leute von ausserhalb zum Frühstück kamen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hotel bueno, habitaciones cómodas y el paquete MP también bueno pero WIFI LENTO y si es eso no funciona bien, lamentablemente la opinión debe ser negativa.

Good bang for your buck. I've stayed in lots of properties (excellent to poor), and let me tell you, this place is decent.

I stayed with my wife for 3 nights. All staff are very kind and just 20 seconds to the Metro!Room is very nice, floor, bed, shower room and clean.Sound proof of window is perfect!

Bra och välskött hotell lite utanför stadskärnan men med omedelbar närhet till allmänna transporter(Metro) det går dessutom bra att långsamt gå ner till staden och då passerar man både shopping (el corte anglaise) och restauranger. Bra frukost med ett bra utbud. Trevlig och mycket hjälpsam personal.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en el hotel por tres noches. Fácil acceso en coche, parking gratuito, la entrada del metro se encuentra a 10 metros del hotel. La habitación genial muy moderna con televisión de pantalla plana y sin ruidos. Teníamos desayuno incluido y muy bueno todo, sobre todo los pasteles de belém. Nos atendió una chica de la recepción muy agradable y simpática con flequillo. Obrigado!

Hôtel excentré de la ville mais très bien desservie station de métro devant l'hôtel.
Mobilier un peu vieillot dans les chambres, mais l'hygiène est parfaite. Le personnels est très agréable.

Für drei Nächte in Lissabon zum Sightseeing war das Hotel eine gute Wahl. Es gab eine kostenlose Tiefgarage und die Metro direkt vor der Tür. Mit einem 24-Std.-Ticket für 6,- € war man sehr gut bedient und in weniger als 10 Minuten mitten in der City.Das Hotel liegt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafen. Uns haben die Flugzeuggeräusche nicht gestört, aber wer da empfindlich ist ....

Bem localizado com o metro da Praça de Espanha logo a porta. Quarto com muito boas condições, calmo. Pequeno almoço com buffet, muitas opções. Staff muito simpatico.

L'hotel si trova in Praça de Espanha, a due passi dall'omonima fermata della metro, linea "Azul" (azzurra). La posizione dell'hotel permette di raggiungere comodamente le principali destinazioni di interesse di Lisbona. Le camere sono pulite, il personale è cortese e riservato. 4 stelle che brillano.

This Hotel is placed in the city centre, very well connected and a walk away from the bulls arena and the zoo. Very clean, personnel is very well trained, exceptionally good mannered, helpful and available in any need. The waiters would remember even witch wine I liked. Front desk would get out of their way to help. Room very clean and the view is amazing, I had planes flighting over the hotel and it was a great experience.

Sehr freundlicher, kompetenter und effizienter Empfang. Zimmer etwas klein geraten, ringhörig, kann in der Nacht nicht ganz abgedunkelt werden und auch der Flug- und Strassenlärm sind nicht zu unterschätzen. Die Betten sind ok aber nicht Weltklasse. Es ist alles sauber und funktioniert tadellos. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und schmackhaft.

wir (2 Erwachsene über 50 Jahre) haben mit unserer Tochter (über 20Jahre) 4 Tage Lissabon gebucht und angesehen. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Metro-Station Praça de Espanha (blaue Linie) und ist einfach von der Baixa-Chiado zu erreichen.Die Baixa-Chiado ist die Einkaufsmeile mit vielen Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten von Lissabon und liegt in der Nähe vom Tajo. Es gibt viel zu sehen in Lissabon und man kann mit einem Ticket für EURO 6.--/ Pers. den ganzen Tag alle ÖV (ausgen. Bahn) benutzen, somit braucht man kein Taxi.
