Die Aussicht war super,das Wasser im Pool eisigkalt,das war sehr negativ.Die Zimmer waren gut aber Kaffee +Tee und ein Wasser zur Begrüßung hat gefehlt,ist normalerweise Heutzutage Standard.

Some construction work going on so very noisy at the pool. Staff is not so friendly, also very slow. Rooms themselves are very large (we even had a little kitchen).

I wanted to really like this hotel, unfortunately the service from the reception staff really let it down.
I stayed twice in two weeks, and both times I found check in and out very abrupt. The staff don't acknowledge you when you walk in or out of the hotel either, the sit behind the counter and can't be seen, nor do they look up. On check out I was told I needed to still pay the city tax as I had only paid for 1 night instead of 4. I had already paid the 4 nights at check in. They tried to push the point and asked for proof that I paid. I was so insulted, and refused to pay again. I also pointed out that the first time I stayed the receipt for the city tax was given on check out. Their staff really need better training. Maybe they should check that their staff aren't pocketing the money.
Hotel facade is undergoing a revamp - hopefully they start the inside soon as the rooms are very old and tired. Very expensive for what you get.
Postive: the location is amazing, roof top terrace is nice, and the bed sheets really soft! The house keeping staff also do a good job.

Die Unterkunft ist OK und mehr nicht. Die Lage ist für einen Städtetrip optimal. Während den 5 Tagen wurde das Badezimmer jedoch nicht geputzt. Einrichtung sehr veraltet.

Ein gutes Hotel an perfekter Lage. Ich hatte ein sehr grosses Zimmer mit Schreibtisch, Esstisch und kleiner separater Küche. Der Kleiderschrank ist schon etwas schief und wackelig, aber was soll's. Die Zimmer könnten wieder mal renoviert werden
Die Bar auf dem Dach bietet eine tolle Sicht über die Stadt. Auf dem Dach hat es ebenfalls einen kleinen Pool.

Wat hebben wij genoten van ons verblijf in Lissabon, de overnachtingen in dit hotel waren prima, eigenlijk meer dan dat: meer appartement. Laten we eerlijk in, een hotelkamer waar je zelfs kunt koken en een vaatwasser hebt is ons inziens wel heel luxe.
De kamer was schoon en netjes en voorzien van de juiste gemakken.
Voor een invalidekamer waren de voorzieningen niet helemaal juist, een douche met zitje is dan handiger dan een bad. En ook het toilet wiebelde een beetje. Maar desondanks klagen wij hier niet over, dat vinden wij niet passen in de leuke tijd die ons mede door dit hotel werd mogelijk gemaakt. Zwembad op het dak, met een fantastisch uitzicht over de stad en je kunt er ook nog iets eten en drinken, op datzelfde dak.
Wat ons ook verteld was, kies voor de verse broodjes aan de overkant van het hotel, dat is allemaal net iets lekkerder dan het standaard ontbijtbuffet van het hotel. Niets mis mee, maar ook niet erg bijzonder.

Läget är ju fantastiskt.Att hitta ett lägenhetshotell så centralt var toppen för oss. Metro alldeles utanför dörren, Rossiostationen ett stenkast bort. Gott om butiker och restauranger. På Pasteis de Nata på andra sidan torget fanns gott kaffe och goda kakor. Takbaren hade fin utsikt över staden och det finns en liten pool om man vill ta ett dopp.

Ein Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage mit einer Dachterrasse die einen fantastischen Ausblick hat. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Das angebotene Frühstück ist nicht empfehlenswert.

Något slitna rum. Bra sängar. Det lilla pentryt varvet plus. Hotellet ligger mycket centralt, fantastisk frukost. Hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Trevlig städpersonal och speciellt den effektiva kvinnan som arbetade i frukostmatsalen. Takterrassen var fantastisk med en liten bar. Rent vatten i poolen.

Excelente ubicación. Mejor imposible. El servicio correcto. Limpieza he de decir que un día se les olvidó poner toallas y el champú y al día siguiente tardaron un poquito en subirlo. tuvimos que llamar dos veces. Pero eso un fallo que le puede pasar a cualquiera. No le doy importancia porque lo bueno pesa mucho más.

Die Schlafcouch klappte zusammen,wenn man sich drauf legte, es fehlte die Bettdecke, Bezüge und Laken waren dreckig (verkneife mir die Details), es war nicht geputzt,im Kühlschrank konnte man noch die Reste der Vorgänger bewundern. Mehrfaches Bitten um eine Bettdecke führte zu der erstaunlichen Mitteilung: es gebe sie nie!, aber leider war es kalt. Nach längeren Verhandlungen gab es ein neues Apartment, das aber leider genauso schmutzig war, die Gardinen u.a.mit Brandflecken. Nach erneuter Beschwerde kam der Putztrupp, es gab neue Gardinen, und tatsächlich Bettdecken!!! In der Küche fehlte der Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine gab es auch nicht, die uns als Ersatz zum Tee kochen vorgeschlagen wurde. Mit dem Hinweis unsererseits, dass der Name nicht ohne Sinn Coffee Maker sei, wurde ein billigst nagelneuer Plastiktauchsieder gebracht, der selbst nach 5x Aufkochen des Wassers fies nach Plastik stank, das Wasser folglich ungenießbar. Als Wiedergutmachung für gut 4 Stunden verlorene Urlaubszeit gab’s - auch das erst nach längeren Debatten!, tatsächlich für jeden einen!!! Kaffee umsonst....noch Fragen? Die Lage ist fantastisch, das Ensemble des Hotels eine wundervolle Jugendstil-Architektur, nur leider wurde das Hotel über Jahre nicht gepflegt.Das ehemalige Theater ist im Moment eingerüstet, da das Bauwerk gerade in Teilen restauriert wird. Übrigens gibt es in der Umgebung sehr günstige, sehr gute Frühstückslokale:)

Fantastic location. Rooms definitely in need of some moderisation, beds comfy though. What we saw of staff were ok but wanted some water and because it was just gone 12 pm and because the bar had closed they said we couldnt get any which was disappointing, would have been good if you could have got some at reception after hours, especially if you had late check in..

Bohužel se opravuje hotel, a tím pádem musíme mít zatáhle závěsy celý den, což působí stísněně a depresivně. Pokoje malé, ale čisté. Bazén na terase také malý a dost studený. Obsluha v restauraci bez zájmu o hosta, pizza se peče v troubě přímo na baru, už jsme byli davno po jídle, avšak talíře a sklo nikdo neodnesl, na zaplacení jsme čekali přes půl hodiny.

Wir waren für 1 Nacht hier. Zimmer o.K., Frühstücksraum zu klein - mehr Abwechslung am Buffet wäre schön. Hotel liegt zentral. Keine hoteleigenen Parkplätze. Öffentliche Tiefgarage kostet 22 € für nicht mal 24 Std. Personal an der Rezeption reagiert zu umständlich.

El hotel está bien en cuanto a limpieza y muy buena ubicación. Tienes metro y la estación de Rossio al lado. Lo único negativo es que están construyendo otro hotel justamente y literalmente pegado a ellos y los ruidos nos molestaban bastante a primera hora de la mañana. Pero en líneas generales está bien.

Hotel VIP Eden is het mooiste hotel dicht bij het centrum van Lissabon met een klein maar fijn zwembad op het dak. Op het plein voor het hotel heb je toegang tot metro, bus, een bakker en supermarkt en binnen vijf minuten bevind je je bij de leuke winkels. Qua kamer is het prima; schone douches met dagelijkse schoonmaak van kamers, wel een ongezellige inrichting en je bezit met een vierpersoonskamer geen balkon. Binnen eten is toch best treurig. Let op, wees op tijd bij de eetzaal anders zijn de tafels vol. Ook mag je geen eigen eten meebrengen naar het zwembad (kleine zakjes chips, een flesje Fanta) en is het personeel niet al te vriendelijk. Aanraders van mijn kinderen (14-19): De Yellowbus waarmee je een beetje inzicht over de ligging van de stad verkrijgt, de lift in het midden van de stad voor mooie foto's, het trammetje 28 was heel leuk (maar moet vooraf wel goed worden uitgezocht, de trein rijdt immers geen rondje), en de dierentuin vonden ze toch wel grappig in het buitenland (heel anders dan in Nederland). Daarnaast bieden de vele winkels en barretjes heel veel plezier. Ook het zelfservicerestautant is zeker een aanrader. Stop in Lissabon je geld goed weg achter ritsen.

Best location, right by the old town of Lisbon. Beautiful art deco building. Great views! Really convenient to have a little kitchen with dishwasher and fridge. Had a fantastic stay. Downsides: room felt a bit cold, heating didnt work but we fixed that by buying a cheap (15 euro) heater from Corte Ingles which we left behind. As we were there for 6 days and one of us arrived with a cold, it was worth the expense. I can see why some people complain about the slightly dated interior - personally, I couldnt care less. Apart from the heater everything worked perfectly and was very clean. If the fittings were updated the hotel could charge double given its location. As it stands, its the best value in town. Toiletries: Shampoo, shower gel, soap, shower cap. Replaced daily, alongside towels. Apparently you can ask for a shaver and sewing set at reception but we didnt do that.

最上階のテラスから見た夜景がとても綺麗でした☺︎ライトアップされたサンジョルジェ城も見えます。
お部屋はベッドルームとリビングルーム、小さなキッチンが付いていたのが便利でした。アメニティはありますが、コンディショナーとコームは無かったと思います。
ドライヤーは壁に固定されてるタイプでした。

Läget är bra men hotellet håller absolut inte 4 stjärnor. 2-3 är mer relevant. Rummen är slitna och pentryt inte mycket att ha. Vårt rum låg mot den grannfastighet som håller på att byggas om. Oväsen på dagtid. Absolut inte ok när man vill vila efter en dag på stan.

Tolle Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuss oder mit ÖV erreichbar. Super Aussichtsterrasse mit Pool und Bar. Die Liegestühle am Pool dürften mal wieder ersetzt werden, da einige kaputt sind. Frühstücksraum etwas eng, aber ausreichendes Angebot, div. Brotsorten, viele frische Früchte usw. Zimmer eher klein mit eingebauter Küche, die wir aber nie benutzten. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel an top Lage

Although it says its apartment hotel don't expect a lot in the kitchen! I had to ask for a kettle as there is only a filter coffee machine! The room was small but OK, the view was of a wall! But generally it was fairly central, and we had a short walk to the main pubs.
Having a mango store right next door, really helped! But lisbon it self is lovely, and the people are really friendly.

O Chek- in é bem rápido. O hotel é um apart com uma cozinha pequena,mas com tudo o que uma pessoa precisa para cozinhar no café da manhã, lanche da tarde e até para um jantar simples. Tem panelas, talheres, pratos, copos, microondas, lava louça e fogão. O hotel fica muito bem localizado próximo à estação de metrô Restauradores e da estação de Comboio para Sintra, por exemplo. Tem um serviço de apoio ao turista bem próximo, onde você pode adquirir cartões para o metrô e informações turísticas. O Hotel tem piscina no terraço e uma vista ótima da avenida dos Restauradores. Além disso, a fachada do hotel é do antigo Teatro Eden. Bem charmoso.

La ubicación está genial, pero el personal del hotel no se esfuerza en hablarte en español (y saben hablarlo, pero se lo tienes que pedir, si no, aunque te escuchen que no entiendes, no se dignan en intentar ayudarte. Son antipáticos). La habitación es espaciosa, pero necesita una gran reforma: paredes descascarilladas, bañera antigua con cortina, comedor del hotel minúsculo, etc. En general, la estancia no ha sido de lo más cómoda. En España, este hotel no tendría 4 estrellas ni de coña.

La piscine et la terrasse sont un peu limites par rapport a la taille de l'hôtel, et c'est vite rempli de "gosses en vacances". Mais on se satisfait vite de sécher au soleil sur une chaise du bar, a 36 degrés.

I only stayed for 2 nights, but the people working here seemed nice, the location is central, the rooftop has a nice view and there was a small pool on the roof to boot. If I were to complain about anything, it's that the rooms seem very old. It was like a time travel to the early 1990's. The facade has interesting art deco styling, so my hope is that they refurbish all their rooms to "boutique art deco style", complete with wood, black and gold accents. It shouldn't be that expensive with current materials, and since the retro futurist look would be outside of fashion trends, they could keep it like this for another 30 years without complaints.

We booked this hotel because it had air conditioning as stated on their page the temperatures were around a 109ﾟF upon arrival we told them the air conditioning in our room wasn't working mind you we were on the 8th floor and the windows only open a fraction of the way!! Reception said they would send someone up. No one ever came. FOUR COMPLAINTS LATER they told a sorry it's an old building and the air conditioning doesn't work well. The staff was not sympathetic and in no way try to help us or move our room or give our money back so we could find a suitable hotel.

You would think that a hotel with such a great location would cater to their clientele, but no. We paid over $500 for a 2-day stay in a suite for three people, and all we got was a queen size bed and a ratty old sofa-bed in a HORRIBLE room on the ground floor, with no balcony, no view and no option to open a window. It was so stuffy and musty, we couldn't stay in very long. The tiny kitchenette had mugs, dishes and a coffee machine but NO coffee, tea or other basic supplies. I tried to get a cup of coffee in their breakfast room but no, to get some coffee you have to get the full breakfast. Seriously? The washroom was okay but in serious need of renovation, the linens and towels were nice and clean. The staff was very nice, but refused to give us another room when I asked (nicely). This is my second time staying there and sadly my last. Our experience was so terrible it actually coloured our stay in Lisbon. I hope things improve one day. In the meantime I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, in spite of the nice views up top. And for the love of all that is holy, stay away from room 211.

Super bien placé en centre ville avec tout à proximité ( Metro, commerces, etc...).
Chambres très vielles et nécessitant un bon relooking . Mais literie confortable, climatisation parfaite et bonne isolation phonique.
Personnel de ménage et technicien très sympa mais personnel d’accueil très froid ! Il faut dire bonjour très fort pour obtenir une réponse.
Malgré beaucoup de clients francophones, personne ne parle français (sauf une personne).
Piscine très agréable et Sangria pas très chère ...
Au final, on ne regrette pas et on prendrait le même si on revenait .

Lieu parfaitement situé au cœur du Lisbonne historique. De par son architecture et son agencement intérieur cet hôtel ne répond plus aujourd'hui aux standards européens d'un quatre étoiles, mais juste au standard d'un d'eux étoiles défraîchi. Le personnel est conciliant. À notre arrivé un dimanche après midi notre réservation effectuée et payée depuis plus d'un mois était inexistante.... En une demi heure une solution était trouvée et un appartement nous était confié. Les appartements sont de petites tailles nous sommes passé de 60 m2 à Séville la semaine passée à 30m2 à Lisbonne pour des prestations inférieures et un budget doublé. Mais Lisbonne a un charme unique de ville du sud, de capital culturelle ouverte sur le monde. C'est un voyage à faire et à refaire en amoureux ou en famille.

Loved the round windows! Fantastic location - 30 seconds to metro, 1 minute to Rossio train station. Fantastic range of bars/restaurants close by and a brilliant cafe - pastelaria Casulo - doing great breakfast for about 3/4 €! Disappointed that facade was being done up while we were there however, kitchenette, bathroom etc great. Lovely mojito in the hotel terrace bar. Thank you!!

Bien ubicado en el centro. La calefacción de la habitación con poca fuerza. El baño parece que no lo limpiaban en el tiempo que estuvimos, pedimos en recepción el papel higiénico porque no pusieron. La cocina muy vieja aunque funcionaba todo. El desayuno buffet escaso el zumo de naranja cuando quedaba poco rellenaban la jarra con agua. El personal de recepción indiferente y poco atento.

Ho sostato più che soggiornato in questo hotel in zona centralissima per poche ore, durante un lungo scalo aereo tra Lisbona e il Brasile. Le camere sono piccole ma confortevoli, il letto molto comodo. L angolo cottura piccolo, mal attrezzato, direi impossibile cucinare. Per un breve soggiorno lo consiglio vivamente per la sua localizzazione centralissima, comoda per prendere la metropolitana o solo per girare a piedi tutta la città. La rua Augusta è a pochi metri, il bairro alto vicinissimo. La cosa più bella dell' hotel è la piscina sul terrazzo da cui si gode un panorama spettacolare, con il castello di fronte, il fiume tago e tutta la città. Ci ritornerò nel mio prossimo soggiorno a Lisbona.

Scaffolding is outside the entire front of building but there was no mention of this on website. Rooms are so dated and grubby. The location however is excellent, so central to see the sights and the view from the rooftop is amazing but the hotel needs a complete renovation. Cheap and cheerful if you just want somewhere to lay your head but not a nice hotel experience.

Já frequento este hotel há anos... a localização é excelente, mas os equipamentos dos quartos e banheiros não sofreram qualquer modernização, são antigos, algumas peças faltantes, poucas tomadas, alguns equipamentos não funcionam (amigos tiveram que trocar de quarto por causa do ar condicionado). Continuo recomendando pela localização e atendimento cortês dos funcionários... mas já está mais do que na hora de dar um upgrade...

The staff look misrable and uninterested. The bar man had a bad attitude. Very dated property which appears to have cheap decor and furniture from 80s. Kitchen looked worn out and the fridge smelled like something rotten. The shower was small and the fabric shower curtain seemed dirty and unhygienic. To top it all a large cockroach was found in our bathroom on the morning of our check out. The only thing good about this place is the location. I would avoid this place and not recommend unless what I described is appealing to you.

This hotel is walking distance to the main city attractions. The clean and well maintained rooms, with kitchenette are comfortable. Breakfast is a good selection and good value, although the site is well located for the many cafes around. The airport bus stops right outside, as do the various hop-on, hop-off bus companies. The roof top terrace with snack bar and pool provides a superb vantage point for sundowners and to enjoy a refreshing dip. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Id agree with the many other reviews that suggest the location is great, but the room wasnt at all appealing. On arrival on the first night, and in a tired state, my partner suggested we might want to find somewhere else to stay just based on the room itself. There was an odd smell which we think was the drains - it was like stale Chinese takeaway food smell. The room and decor was absolutely dated, however the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of space in the room. The location was great, so close to the city centre that we saved a lot of money on transport. We really liked the rooftop bar and pool, and the staff serving there. Weighing it up at the end of the trip we felt we would stay there again for the location alone, but we would be more clear on our expectations second time around. If you are looking for a base and not a lot else, its good. For anything more exciting than that, its probably not for you

We stayed for three nights. Unfortunately, this was when the hotel or the city decided to set up scaffolding to power-wash the historic facade - there goes any view. I understand it has to be done, but they should notify guests ahead of time. Also, the rooms above about the 6th floor wont have a view anyway because of the facade.The room was comfortable and clean and the location was great. We had a problem with the safe and asked them to fix it the first day and they never got around to it.The room comes with a small kitchenette - we didnt use it but others might find it beneficial.

Bardzo pomocna, miła obsługa. Pokój - bajka! Codziennie wysprzątany (pokojówki nawet odkładały złożoną piżamę mojej córki pod poduszkę, gdzie wcześniej wciskała ją sama). Darmowa przechowalnia bagażu. Chyba jedynym minusem jest wysoki podatek od pobytu (2 euro/za dobę od dorosłego - spodziewałam się połowy tej ceny). No i niestety trafiliśmy na czas remontu, więc widok z okna mieliśmy na rusztowanie.
Duży wybór na śniadanie: od jogurtów, przez jajecznicę z bekonem, galaretki, ciastka po owoce.

Het hotel heeft een fantastische ligging aan een mooi plein en zeer vlak bij enkele hoogtepunten van Lissabon. Het is ontzettend goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer met een metro halte recht voor de deur. Het hotel komt met een dakterras met zwembad. Vanaf het terras heb je een mooi uitzicht over Lissabon en met name direct zicht op het Castelo de São Jorge.
De kamers zijn simpel ingericht en weliswaar verouderd, maar voorzien van meerdere gemakken waaronder een kleine keuken met vaatwasser. De schoonmaak levert goed werk, want ondanks het verouderde interieur met enkele beschadigingen waren de kamers altijd goed schoon.
Ons grootste minpunt was het personeel van de bar op het dakterras. Ze waren absoluut niet snel en we kregen de indruk dat niet elk personeelslid goed gemotiveerd te werk ging. Ook zou men meer mogen verwachten van barpersoneel als het gaat over de cocktails die op de kaart staan, dit ging meerdere keren niet goed. Het Engels leek ook niet altijd de beste taal om in te praten. Verder waren de blikjes drinken op het dakterras ook erg prijzig, het bleek veel goedkoper om bij de dichtbij gelegen winkel zelf drinken te halen en dit maar mee te nemen op het terras.
Al met al een goed hotel met fantastische ligging in Lissabon, maar kort samengevat zou het hotel beter af zijn als 3-sterren hotel in plaats van 4-sterren, en mag er meer gefocust worden op motivatie en Engels taalgebruik voor de internationale bezoekers.

Das Hotel hat eine super Dachterrasse mit Swimmingpool und Ausblick über die ganze Stadt. Wir hatten 2 Appartements für 5 Tage gemietetet. Die Einrichtungen sind aber leider nicht mehr auf neuem Stand, alles sehr alt und abgenutzt. Teppiche waren voller Flecken, ein Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert, im Bad eine schimmlige Antirutschmatte und es roch sehr unangenehm. Aussicht aus dem Zimmer gab es gar keine da ein Baugerüst die ganze Sicht versperrt. Das Hotel ist meiner Meinung nach kein 4 Stern Hotel, im besten Fall ein 3 Stern Hotel. Ein grosses Plus ist die zentrale Lage direkt im Stadtzentrum.

Super, dass es auf dem Dach einen Pool gibt und das Hotelzimmer sogar mit einer kleinen Küche ausgestattet war! Das viele Obst beim Frühstück war auch toll. Nur war der Frühstücksraum für die Hotelgröße ein wenig klein.

Great location, great rooftop bar and pool. Rooms are tired and dated but clean. If they tell you you rooms not ready and its after 3.00 pm keep checking with them as we were sitting in the lobby for 1.5 hours before we finally checked in. They said they would tell us when the room was ready but didn't - just shrugged their shoulders.

Fantastic views from the rooftop pool which was great for cooling off after a days sightseeing. Rooms could do with some updating but functional as a base in a very central location and plenty of space for a family of 3 or 4.

Location was fantastic. Pity they didn’t tell us that there is works being carried out on the front the building and scaffolding is taking the nice look away from the property. We had to keep curtains closed because builders could see in otherwise.

El sitio tiene dos cosas que suben su nivel. Su localización ( en el centro y al lado de la estación) y su piscina. Tiene una piscina pequeña, pero gozas de las vistas de Lisboa sin ir a ningún mirador. El sitio es viejo, no está mal, pero se nota que tiene años, las habitaciones están correctas, pero viejillo, todo con moqueta (a los españoles no nos gusta), el personal pasa en general de los clientes, pero en Lisboa en general el servicio deja mucho que desear.
En general, necesita una reforma, buenas vistas y buena ubicación. No incluye desayuno. Es apartahotel.

This hotel is not worth to be a 4 star.
We should of been told when we booked, that there was maintenance being done throughout the building.
The room and bathroom was old, and wasn't worth the money we payed.
Some reception staff was not helpful at all.

Wir haben zuerst leider ein schimmeliges Zimmer bekommen wo auch die Balkontür kaputt war (nicht versperrbar), das Zimmer wurde nach Beanstandung aber ausgetauscht. Das neue Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss seitens eines Innenhofes, war sehr finster und laut, da das Hotel gerade renoviert wird und ständig etwas hämmerte oder man andere Bauarbeiten hörte, die Fassade des Hotels war auch komplett eingerüstet weswegen man leider die Aussicht von der sonst sehr schönen Dachterrasse nicht so genießen konnte. Das Personal verstand nicht wirklich gut englisch, war aber freundlich und bemüht. Die Lage der Unterkunft war top!

La ubicación excelente. Las vistas desde la terraza con piscina increíbles. Entiendo que algunos aspectos estaban complicados por la restauración de la fachada. La atención del personal muy amable en todo momento. Pudimos guardar las maletas en un depósito para evitar un late check out.

La piscine a le mérite d’être là mais pas assez de transats pour tout le monde... les appartements sont un peu défraîchis mais dans l’ensemble ça va. Accueil satisfaisant à la réception pas forcément au service du petit déjeuner qui n’est pas super, pas de vrai café ni de vrai jus de fruit...

Awful reception and management. Room smelled like polyurethane, which no one seemed the least bit concerned with. They could only find two of our three rooms even when we showed the booking receipt. Awful. We ended up leaving and paid less for a modern, much nicer hotel 5 minute walk away.

Primeira vez em Lisboa e estou num apart-hotel. Já foi um 4 extrelas e necessitando de um retrofit, a cidade esta preocupada com restaurações em varios edifícios nos arrabaldes para manter a historia arquitetonica da região. Junto a estação de trem do Rossio, estação metro Restauradores e cercado de varias praças famosas é muito bem localizado na Praça dos Restauradores. Só chamo atenção para o problema de refrigeração que descobri ser um erro de projeto nos fans de ar condicionado.

The hotel is in a wonderful location in the center of everything. We had easy access to the metro and commuter trains, also Uber’s were always nearby. The hotel is a bit dated, the rooms were clean but could use an upgrade. The price is right for what you get and the location. Be sure to checkout the views from the rooftop bar in the evening it’s beautiful.

Appartement idéalement placé, dans le centre et qui donne accès aux points d’intérêt majeurs facilement !Accès à la piscine sur le toit facile, mais eau froide !! Dommage !Aussi, les fenêtres de la chambre ne sont pas bien isolés, donc bruit de la circulation durant la nuit (même si au 8eme étage !).Sinon, top ! Literie très bonne, grand lit, appartement bien équipé, spacieux, accueil sympa, système de consignes des bagages efficace et sécurisé, petit dej' assez bon.Bref, très bon plan !

Hotel ist Mitten im Zentrum, Zimmer dennoch sehr ruhig. Metro direkt vor der Türe. Für Erkundigung der Stadt ist dieses Hotel top. Hotel scheint älter zu sein - eine Renovierung vor allem der Bodenbeläge (Teppich!!!) wäre nötig! Personal SEHR hilfsbereit.

La literie du canapé lit est à revoir .ressorts qui grincent etc... la salle de bain est vieillotte mais propre.les serviettes n ont pas été changées tous les jours ....le personnel à l ccueil n est pas très souriant , la salle du petit déjeuner est trop petite pour toute la clientèle avons dû y retourner 3/4d heure plus tard et attendre pas mal de temps que quelqu un vienne débarrasser la table des précédents clients par contre le petit déjeuner est de bonne qualité surtout les fruits .

We had issues with the air conditioning because it was under repair and the weather was warm. Our friends had issues with construction noise in an adjacent building and had to change rooms. We enjoyed our breakfast and considered it a good value.

Im Zimmer keine Nachtvorhänge Einige Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich, arrogant und unsympathisch.( leider weiss ich den Namen der jungen Dame nicht mehr die am schlimmsten war ) Auch keine Begrüssung wen man jeweils wider ins Hotel kam.Hatte am Morgen an der Rezeption drum gebeten, mir für den spähten Nachmittag ein Taxi zu bestellen das mich an den Flughafen fährt. Friendly staff. Great location, very central to many tourist attractions and restaurants . Rooftop bar with a spectacular view. We had a large room with a kitchen and living room area. Unfortunately the room was very dated. Stained carpets, a non-working tv from the 90s. Very dated kitchen that I couldn't be paid to use. Bidet placement in the washroom was about 1 ft (facing) in front of the toilet making it awkward to use the toilet. Terrible shower water pressure and temperature control. If you're just looking for a central spot to get some rest then this will be suitable for a reasonable price. However, this is a 3-star hotel at best.

Très bel hôtel bien situé, avec un personnel aimable et une jolie terrasse, où il est possible de prendre un verre face à un panorama impressionnant. On regrettera quand même les chambres un peu vieillottes, mais l'ensemble reste très confortable et spacieux.

Uno de los mejores hoteles que he visitado nunca, es muy fácil llegar al hotel desde el aeropuerto y tiene muy buena conexión con todos los lugares turísticos de la ciudad. La habitación es muy cómoda, tiene cocina una sala de estar y la habitación. La comida (desayuno) es muy bueno. Saludos!

Die Lage vom Hotel könnte nicht besser sein, genau im Zentrum, neben dem Bahnhof, gegenüber von dem Airportshuttle und gute, bekannte Restaurants sind auch in der Nähe. Der Service im Hotel und die Skybar am Dach sind super sowie die Aussicht von dort oben. Einen Pool haben sie dort auch und die Zimmer sind modern und Sauber.

交通十分便利,緊臨藍線Restauradores地鐵站及Rossio火車站,步行到臨近的景點如無花果廣場(Praça da Figueira, 很多公車或電車的首站),或聖胡斯塔升降機 (Elevador de Santa Justa)只要5-10分鐘, 步行到商業廣場( Praça do Comércio, 可以看海景)只要10-15分鐘; 從機場可搭Aerobus line 1 ,即可到Restauradores站下車,過馬路即是飯店. 但是入住時酒店居然推說找不到預定的記錄 (已經全額預付), 還是透過攜程的客服緊急幫我聯繫最後才順利入住, 所以大家還是要小心

Definitely not four star as advertised. Swimming pool opens in Summer which was never mentioned when booking or on the website so do feel the roof terrace with pool is more of a hook to get rooms filled than actually a useful feature.
