Good Hotel, with pretty kind staff! The bartender that was on duty (I guess Heber was the name) made us one of the best sangrias i ever had! Breakfast was good enough.

Sehr modern designtes Hotel, ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt. Als wir ankamen, fanden wir einen dreckigen Lappen in unserem Zimmer vor, auch sonst war die Sauberkeit gerade noch okay. Die Mitarbeiter wirken teils gestresst. Das Frühstücksbuffet hingegen ist großartig.

Pleasant stay. Clean room and toilet. Our room is cleaned daily.Very nice staff at beakfast room specially Bruno who has the smile all the time. Metro is only a few minutes away and a burger king infront! The only downside is carpet is a little stained and bed is bit firm. Which i am used to softer one.

I WAS ROBBED IN THE HOTEL.....
I was staying at the hotel in DEC,2018. Just Before the check-out process, my passport was stolen from the hotel. I was standing at the reception and my handbag was stolen from the reception. It included all my travel documents, cards, cash & more. I politely asked the hotel management to help me out, but there was no positive reply from them. They made no efforts then to help me find my passport. I ultimately had to call the police and start an official investigation. For the next couple of days i stayed with a friend and called the hotel and asked them if they could refund my stay or pay some compensation for the incident that happened, but they said they will get back to me. i kept calling the hotel and the manager of Sana Capitol, i informed them that this is also their mistake that their hotel is not secure enough for their guests and that some compensation was to be paid for the horrific incident. i was in a foreign country with no contacts, and the hotel didn't care about that, no responsibility of their customers and hotel guests. A very bad experience, i wouldn't recommend this hotel or any other hotel of the Sana group. The Sana Group of Hotels aren't secure enough for the guest, so please avoid going to this hotel.

Albergo situato in zona semicentrale con le maggiori piazze raggiungibili a piedi. Personale molto cortese e disponibile a dare aiuto per un soggiorno piacevole. Stanze pulite anche se non grandissime. Buona la colazione. Raccomandabile.

Badly cleaned rooms. The carpet is full of stains and there's a weird smell in the corridors. Breakfast was really simple, not a lot of options, the bread was dry... Not a good experience.

Pro: the receptionists were very helpful, good breakfast, the overall look of the hotel is more of a 4 stars hotel, they have parking, payed, good location for walking from there to different attractions
Cons: the rooms at the 6th floor are very noisy because of the air conditioning systems that are on the hotel, above the 6th floor, also we got a room at the -1 floor, witch had an ice machine right in front of the room door, who made some noise also, and we could hear each and every time the bathroom noise from the room next to us pretty loud. And the cleaning dep who were moping the floor on the reception, above us, hitting hard the floor with the mop at 7.30 in the morning

Buena experiencia. Hotel muy bien ubicado, buena comunicación con el centro de Lisboa 20 minutos a pie por una de la zonas más bonitas de Lisboa y 5 en metro desde la estación que hay junto al hotel. Zona tranquila y muy agradable, el hotel dispone de aparcamiento, aunque en la zona es fácil encontrar aparcamiento. El personal muy atento y amable, hotel moderno, limpio, desayuno variado y de calidad. Muy buena relación calidad precio, repetiría sin dudar

Nice hotel. The breakfast was alright but the service available wasn't mindblowingly good. They have a bar with some simple food though. We had our 4 month old baby with us at no extra charge since he slept in our beds. That's a hugh upside. The biggest downside though probably was that there was only hand wash available in the shower and no shampoo

I think it's one of the most convenient hotel that I have been with friendly staff, continental delicious breakfast, daily room services, and it's easy to reach the historical places whether by means of transport or walking. O estacionamento fica em frente no hotel SANA Lisboa mas funciona muito bem na mesma; a entrada do estacionamento é mesmo em frente a este.
Apenas o pequeno almoço poderia ter um pouco mais de variedade, mas entende-se tendo em conta o tamanho do hotel.

Positiv: sehr freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer sehr sauber, bequemes Bett, sehr gute Lage des Hotels, schöne Lobby. Günstiges Last-Minute-Angebot.Negativ: Zimmer war bei der Ankunft eiskalt und mit der Klimaanlage kaum warm zu bekommen. Dafür wurde die Luft extrem trocken. Auch das Wasser in der Dusche wurde erst nach einigen Minuten heiß, was nervt und v.a. jede Menge wertvolles Wasser verschwendet.Frühstück hatten wir nicht wegen früher Abreise.

This is a modern, clean, comfortable, well-priced hotel. I had a basic single room, which would have been a bit small for 2 people, but was perfect for me. The bathroom was small and a bit cold, but it was modern, clean, and functional, which was fine for me. Reception was friendly and efficient. I was surprised at the excellent breakfast: scrambled, fried, and hard boiled eggs, bacon, vegetables, fruits, breads, and sweets. The only slight problem was that the hot water pitcher was not replaced periodically, so my tea was just lukewarm. However, everything else on the buffet seemed to be refreshed regularly. The location is a bit away from the main tourist area, and the hotel is located down a side street of a major street. I am a good walker, so this was fine for me. The hotel is right near the Marques de Pombal square and metro station, so it is easy to get to. There are probably buses that also go here. And the hip-on hop-off buses have a main location right at Marques de Pombal Square, so if you plan to get around Lisbon this way, then the SANA is a good, economical choice.

This 3 starts hotel has everything you may need while staying in Lisbon. Location is excellent, a few minutes walk from main attractions, rooms ensuite spotless clean, plenty of towels, mini fridge and TV. Reception staff are friendly and very helpful indeed. WiFi available in the whole building. And the best of all, the breakfast is superb! Buffet with plenty of variations to choose from. I would definitely recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sana Capitol Hotel, especially the breakfast in the morning. I loved the variety of eggs that they had and the coffee was great too. Clean and comfortable rooms also, so overall very happy.

O efeito do tempo começa a afectar os materiais (alcatifa, zona do duche...). A redução dos custos sentem-se na troca dos sabonetes, gels, esponjas...) por depósitos de sabonete líquido no lavatório e duche. Roupa de cama impecável e bom p. almoço. Pessoal simpático e sempre disponível.

Hotel otimo. Sem luxo, mas aconchegante. Preço justo pelo que oferece. Otima localização. Perto do metrô marque de Pombal. Tem mercados e comercio perto. Quartos e banheiro limpos. Roupa de cama e banho impecáveis. Cafe da manhã excelente. Funcionários gentis e prestativos. No quarto tem cartão de boas vindas e pastel de nata fresquinho. Minha mãe fez aniversario durante a estadia e entregaram um mini bolo com vela e felicitações. Uma delicadeza por parte do hotel. Gostei e recomendo.

Good hotel for it's price. Breakfasts are awesome, though coffee could be better. 3 minutes walking to one subway station and 7 minutes to another. Employees are polite and offer take-away food if you checkout early. I would recommend this to everybody who visits Lisbon for business.

Die Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet und von der Grösse her ausreichend. Alles war stets sauber, die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war echt spitze, grosse Auswahl und lecker! Die Lage ist gut, in drei Gehminuten erreicht man die Metrostation Marques de Pombal, von der aus ist man nach 5-10min im Zentrum.Vom Standard her ist es eher ein 4-Sterne-Hotel!Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlen, wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!

Os quartos e banheiros são limpíssimos, os funcionários são muito cordiais, a localização é excelente e o café da manhã é gostoso. Encontramos muitos brasileiros que sempre escolhem o Sana Capitol ao visitarem Lisboa. Para os turistas, fica bem próximo ao ponto de Marquês de Pombal - onde saem os bus turísticos. En general bastante bien, bien ubicado y comunicado, el personal de 10 TODOS, desde recepción, servicio de habitaciones, camareros super atentos.... La única pega son las manchas en la moqueta, entiendo que puedan ser difíciles de quitar, pero por eso no me gustan, prefiero por ejemplo parqué en las habitaciones, pero es sólo una opinión personal.

An hotel that is very well situated at the top of Av. de Liberdade, 15 min walk to Alfama, 2 min to the metro. All is clean, but don't expect any outstanding service. In the end, it is a bit on the expensive side, you mainly pay for the location.

Bom custo-benefício. O melhor é a localização perto do monumento do Marquês de Pombal e da Praça Eduardo VII, onde tem metrô e ônibus. A uma quadra da Av. da Liberdade, a avenida mais luxuosa e cara de Lisboa.Tem um Burguer King a duas quadras. Não tem luxo. É novo, limpo e confortável. Quarto pequeno. Acústica da porta do quarto não é boa, se passa alguém falando no corredor se escuta tudo. Atendimento nota 10. Café da manhã muito.

Hotel con ottimo rapporto qualità -prezzo. Vicino alla fermata del metrò E. De Pombal ,pertanto se si rimane fermi a Lisbona inutile qualsiasi noleggio auto perché con metrò si raggiungono tutti i posti (tesserino da 6€ al giorno vai ovunque con tutti i mezzi: elevadores,metrò,bus).Albergo pulito con cambio tutti i giorni della biancheria. Ottimo frigobar a prezzi nella norma.Colazione molto ma molto buona sia dolce che salata. Personale cortese.

neues Design-Hotel, die Lage empfand ich als sehr gut in einer kleinen Nebenstrasse in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Pombal. Dadurch sehr ruhig aber doch zentral, in zwei, drei Minuten beim Pombal und somit gute Anbindung an die Metro.
Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und alles relativ neu, das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, das Personal freundlich. Aufgrund von Lage und Komfort würde ich das Hotel wahrscheinlich nochmals buchen. Allerdings sind die Zimmer eher klein, weshalb ich den Preis als etwas zu hoch empfand.

Sehr modernes Hotel mitten in Lissabon, sehr zentral. Metro und Busse, auch Sightseeingbusse, in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das Zimmer war immer sehr sauber, nur ein Fenster hatte einen Riss im Glas und die Jalousien haben ab und zu geklemmt. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen reichhaltig und immer alles frisch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Würde das Hotel für einen Städtetrip sofort weiterempfehlen.

We prefaced our 100 Km Camino de Santiago pilgrimage with three nights in Madrid and followed it up with three nights in Lisbon.The SANA Capital Hotel proved to be the perfect selection for our stay.Centrally located at the base of a large city park, it was 4 blocks off of the main tourist boulevard and very close to the HOHO bus terminal. This was a good thing with only three days to view this large and very interesting city.

cet hôtel est bien situé pour découvrir Lisbonne à pied et, grâce à la proximité du métro, le retour le soir à lhôtel est facilité, notamment parceque le relief lisboète a épuisé les marcheurs. Le petit déjeuner inclus est approprié avec buffet sucré salé et notamment avec des fruits frais pelés. La chambre est confortable, la douche de bonne dimension, le service de qualité. Pas de resto dans lhôtel mais il est préférable dessayer les multiples choix à lextérieur en changeant de quartier tous les jours; lambiance est festive et les lisboètes soignent laccueil, même sils sont parfois roublards. Par exemple, le taxi appelé par lhôtel ne pratique pas le tarif annoncé. Autre bémol : linsonorisation de la chambre.

Gebucht war ein Aufenthalt für 2 Personen im Zeitraum Mitte März. Personal: Das Personal an der Rezeption ist äußerst hilfsbereit, freundlich und spricht, wie beinahe alle im Hotel, fließend Englisch. Bei Fragen zu Ausflugszielen wurde uns gerne geholfen. Auch der Check-In und Check-Out wurde ohne Probleme durchgeführt. (Pluspunkt: Die Koffer kann man am Abreisetag abgeben und den Tag noch genießen). Zimmerservice war sehr gründlich und wurde jeden Tag durchgeführt.Hotel: Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral (keine 5 Min. zur Metro und zur Avenida da Liberdade). Wirkt von Außen wie auch von Innen sehr gepflegt und renoviert. Der Stil ist sehr modern. Aufzug ist vorhanden (Pluspunkt bei 6 Stockwerken)Zimmer: Unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig und hatte einen modernen Stil. Die Größe ist vollkommen ausreichend. Im Zimmer hatten wir eine Minibar sowie einen Schreibtisch und einen Safe. Der Fernseher bietet genug Auswahl an Programmen (keins davon auf Deutsch, ist aber Nebensache). Das Bad ist ebenfalls neu und erstrahlt in einem modernen Grün. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Im Schrank gibt es für 2 Personen nicht genug Kleiderbügel sowie Ablageflächen)Frühstück: Das Frühstück war bei der Buchung bereits inklusive und ist auf jeden Fall sein Geld wert. Die Auswahl reicht von 4 Sorten Brot über frisches Obst, Käse und Wurst bis hin zu Rührei, Speck und auch Kuchen. Alles wird richtig gelagert und auch schnell wieder aufgefüllt. Der Frühstücksraum ist allerdings für die Hotelgröße zu klein.

Everything was perfect,100 matching my expectations. The hotel was very close to the city centdr of Lisbon, near to the mainsquare Marques de Pombal. Clean an cosy rooms,polite staffl at the reception desk, they recommend us a nice restaurant to eat traditional portuguese food. A lady at the reception book for us a dinner in a fantastic fado performanceand delicious cuisine. The breakfat was very good.

Die perfekte Lage, die zwar keine Aussicht bietet aber nur 50 Meter zum zentralen Start- und Zielpunkt alles Touren durch Lissabon und zu einer schönen Park- und Grünfläche entfernt ist, ist perfekt. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es nur 1-2 km, also auch zu Fuß kein Thema.

Das Hotel ist recht gut in der Innenstadt gelegen und verfügt über eine Tiefgarage im Schwester Haus auf der anderen Seite der Strasse. Frühstück ist ok. und die Zimmer modern und sehr sauber.Gerne wieder. Die Altstadt und diverse lokale kleine Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

das hotel liegt nahe zum flughafen und ebenfalls nahe zur innenstadt (beides ca. 10 minuten). die zimmer sind sehr modern und funktional eingerichtet und ebenfalls sehr sauber. die zimmergröße des standardzimmers ist nicht allzu groß, allerdings ausreichend. schade ist, dass das frühstücksbuffet nicht dem restlichen standard des hotels entspricht und sich von der qualität und auswahl her eher auf pensionsniveau bewegt. weiterhin gab es keine raucherzimmer. ansonsten würde ich das hotel jederzeit wieder besuchen.

Hotel was very modern and clean, breakfast was good although they did not have any hotplates for the cooked food! The room was clean. Good location for buses and getting to and from the airport but quite a walk from all the tourist sights, but overall felt it was quite good value for the money.
