The food is excellent and the service is attentive. It is probably a bit more expensive than other restaurants but well worth it.

Best restaurant in town. Our host recommended it and booked it for us. We went there for our wedding anniversary. The service was kind also very thoughtful. We became a sparkling wine as a surprise :-) we ordered both different tournedo steaks with great wines and starters, couverts and dessert. We would recommend it for other people who want to have a special time in burgau :-)

Usually a lovely place to eat. Run by a brother and sister team. This time we weren't offered a complimentary sparkling wine. I ordered a lamb and couscous dish, it was so sweet I had to return it uneaten. They have a good vegetarian selection as well as meats and fish. I was unfortunately a little disappointed on this occasion. It is the end of the season, maybe just an off night.

Always delighted to eat at Ancora, from the wonderful food to the friendly service, it's just one of the best places in Burgau to enjoy dinner and try whatever dishes Angelica and Daniel present us with. Exotic or not it's your choice of flavours from the best steaks and meats to the lovely Caldeirada, the flavours are the best. Just enjoy the evening and have a great wine with it ;)

Der Besuch im Restaurant Ancora ist ein MUSS in Burgau!! Am besten reservieren im Vorfeld. Vom Ankommen bis Heimgehen wird man verwöhnt nach besten Regeln der Restaurantkunst. Die Empfehlungen waren super und wir genossen ein unglaublich leckeres Nachtessen. Es war einfach herrlich und zu allem ein super Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis! Wir kommen wieder!

Goed eten, goede wijn, goed personeel dat exact weet wat ze moeten doen. Het riekt naar een beetje show, maar dat mag wat ons betreft best!
