Great location but rooms have thin wall and hence can get noisy. Bathrooms are shared with other guests which may not be great. The breakfast is not recommended at all.

We had a room in the 1st floor it was very clean and nice. Really feels like home. The staff are very kind fluent in English. The breakfast is simple and enough. Definitely will go back if I want to stay in lisbon. Also the metro station to the city center and also the airport are nearby.

Accueil parfait. Literie impeccable et confortable ainsi que les serviettes et un peignoir. Grande chambre avec parquet. Salle de bain propre dommage rideau dans baignoire. Petit déjeuner correct peut-être pourrait être plus varié et avec fruits. Nous conseillons ce logement bien situé tt proche métro 2mn.

Not bad overall but can't quite give a 4. Staff very helpful, place very clean and comfortable and breakfast simple but fine. In a reasonable location near the metro with underground carpark nearby which at time of review was €9 per day and is cheaper than the onstreet parking. On the downside the entrance is not very appealing and lift to the 5th floor very small. The rooms are in the loft space and have low sloping ceilings which means you are likely to bump your head a few times and the bathrooms are shared which although not a problem for us might be for some. I feel a bit mean giving 3 stars but it doesn't quite make 4 stars. Price is reasonable for the area.

Habitaciones muy cómodas , lo único que tienes que compartir el baño aun así que sabia que me tocaba compartir es complicado a veces me tocaba esperar mucho para poder utilizar el baño, de resto todo estupendo , el dueño muy amable y su personal también ..

The room was spotless with large windows and plenty of daylight and had a very convenient balcony - which unfortunately was not used because of the cold and rainy weather. The staff, especially the receptionist, was welcoming and efficient and went out of his way to accommodate this reviewer's requests. The shared bathroom, though inconvenient, turned out not to be a major issue. The only drawback was the breakfast which could be improved with a coffee of a better quality, served fresh, and not prepared in advance and kept in a thermos.

Un muy buen hotel con una ubicación excelente, justo enfrente de la estación de metro Parque, la cual te lleva en cinco minutos al centro. Está situado en una zona donde hay parking, cajeros, farmacia, restaurantes y sobre todo el mercadillo navideño más grande de Lisboa. Perfecto para ir en coche, ya que está a un paso de la autovía a la cual se accede por el túnel de Marqués de Pombal. El parking público solo cuesta 10€ el día. Incluso si llegáis en avión, la línea roja os dejará aquí mismo. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y la nuestra tenía un balcón con una mesita y sillas. Disponía de dos radiadores eléctricos los cuales daban bastante calor. El suelo es de madera y las camas muy cómodas. Hay 3 baños compartidos para 5 habitaciones, uno de ellos amplio con bañera, así que nunca hemos tenido que esperar para usarlos. En el piso hay una cocina con microondas y cafetera. La recepción está en un quinto piso al igual que el desayuno, mientras que en nuestro caso la habitación estaba en el primer piso, pero el edificio dispone de ascensor aunque pequeño. El desayuno es muy completo y lo sirven a partir de las 8:30. Dispone de cereales, café, leche, Nutella, mermeladas, miel, tomates, pepino, embutidos, queso, bizcocho, yogures y tostadas. Los empleados son muy amables e incluso nos dieron botellas de agua de forma gratuita. Todos los días hay galletitas y fruta gratis. El único pero de este alojamiento está en el baño, no porque sea compartido, si no porque no tiene radiador, no hay secador de pelo y en 5 días no se repuso ni el papel higiénico ni el gel de baño ni el de manos. Deberían poner horario para ducharse porque la gente es mal educada y lo usaba a altas horas de la noche o de la madrugada.   Habitación doble

Останавливаемся в этом гостевом доме уже второй раз, чистое бельё, приветливый персонал, всё очень чисто. Есть кухня с микроволновкой и холодильником. Рядом большой супермаркет. Рядом парк Георга ( не помню его номер) - хорошее место, чтобы начать познавать Лиссабон.

Limpo, confortável e bem localizado.

The hotel received our cash when we checke out and the credit card co. charges our payment again later .The worse thing is that the counter didn’t admit receiving our cash when double charge happen .Finally the hotel said the counter got the payment through credit card which is opposite to the truth.

The hotel is in a good neighborhood. It's easily accessible from Lisbon Sete Rios railway station as well as the airport. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is yummy. Also the staff is extremely warm and courteous. Would definitely love to stay there again!

It is a very comfortable place to stay when you visit Lisbon becouse it is near the underground station and you can leave your car in the park near the hotel and visit the city with public transport. The room is so clean, big and there is the air conditioner but I don't understand why there isn't in the other places of the hotel. There is 3 common bathroom out of the room. The breakfast is acceptable but they have to change the hour becouse 8:30 is so late and add other things to eat becouse there isn't so much choice.

Velmi hezké a působivé ubytování se snídaní, vlastně vedle centra Lisabonu. V klidné části města. Vřele doporučuji při návštěvě Lisabonu. Výhled z balkonu dechberoucí. Je to ve starém činžáku v 5 patře (s výtahem) velmi citlivě zařízené. V ceně je snídaně. Dostupnost metrem z letiště bez přestupů. Do centra 5 minut pěšky.

Hotel limpo, atendimento pelos funcionarios é otimo, entretanto no quarto não ha local para colocar as malas estas ficam no chão, banheiro compartilhado, desta forma, as toalhas apos o banho ficam no interior do quarto, mas, não ha local para pendurar ou colocar as toalhas. Os pontos de energia existentes e disponiveis para carregar o celular obrigam a deixa-lo no chão. O unico espelho disponivel no quarto esta solto e apoiado no chão o que obriga a pessoa a se abaixar para se ver no espelho nos utizamos o espelho para oendurar as toalhas. Creio que estes problemas é falha da administraçao do hotel pois para resolve-los o investimento é minimo. Sem resolver estes problemas não ficaria de novo neste hotel.

Local muito agradável para ficar no centro de Lisboa

Très propre et bien restauré, les équipements sont modernes. Le petit déjeuner sous le toit est très correct et les prix sont plus que raisonnables ! Je recommande sans hésitation !

Guest House Maravilhoso, atendimento exemplar, preço honesto, o fato de ter banheiros compartilhados não afeta em nada a comodidade e atende muito bem o número de quartos. Enfim, voltaríamos a ficar com certeza.

Nicht genügend Tische im Frühstücksraum. Wartezeit beim Frühstück!!! Nicht genügend warmes Wasser im Bad.

Ottimo hotel pulito e accogliente in centro a lisbona

Una auténtica sorpresa ya que debido a la web donde pillamos la reserva, tenía opiniones encontradas pero al final se dio muy bien. Lo de compartir baño no ha sido un problema y menos la limpieza toda muy correcta, un detalle el albornoz y las chanclas, el personal de 10 y el desayuno muy funcional, en general todo todo muy muy bien.

Gute Möglichkeit um in Lissabon zu übernachten. Die Bäder und Räume sind sehr sauber und einfach aber schön eingerichtet. Frühstück ist einfach aber hat gereicht und gut geschmeckt. Die Küche ist praktisch, wenn man mal etwas im Zimmer essen will oder einen Korkenzieher etc. braucht. Leider schließen die Türen nicht so gut und wenn frühs mehrere Personen ins Bad gehen wird man schnell geweckt, sodass ausschlafen nicht einfach ist.

Logé dans l'appartement du premier étage dans une belle chambre spacieuse à la décoration sobre et moderne. Les toilettes et douche à partager n'est pas un gros souci, la propreté étant de mise. Par contre, trois petits points négatifs: pas de rideaux (gros vis à vis), pas de clim, et petit dej un peu "cheap". j'espère que les proprio corrigeront pour avoir mes 5 *.

Adorei o apto. Muito aconchegante. O café era bom e o atendimento foi excelente. Voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Alojamento com ótimas comodidades, o quarto era bastante espaçoso, a cama confortável, apesar de os quartos terem casas de banho partilhadas, estas existem em número suficiente para que não hajam constrangimentos (no andar onde fiquei existem 3 casas de banho para 5 quartos). Disponibilizam ainda uma pequena copa bem equipada para fazer pequenas refeições e uma pequena sala com um computador para aceder à net. Muito bem localizado, perto da estação Parque (2 min a pé - linha azul) e da estação S. Sebastião (7 min - linhas azul e vermelha), perto do El Corte Inglês. O único ponto menos positivo será o pequeno almoço, que tem pouca variedade.
