Un pequeña cafetería con unos señores mayores como dueños encantadores. Café, zumo de naranja natural, media tostada y un enorme y riquísimo sándwich de York y queso 8.90. Nos regalaron uns piruletas por llevarles los platos y vasos al mostrador!

Genial! Zumo de naranja natural y ese (enorme) sandwich de jamon y queso por 6,50. El café está bueno y también tienen dulces y pasteles. Los señores que lo regentan son adorables y muy muy agradables. Sin duda perfecto para desayunar!

Haben dort das frühstücksmenü bestellt. Geröstetes Sandwich mit schinken und käse und frisch gepressten orangensaft. Alles frisch zubereitet. Pro menü 6,50 euro. Ist aber auch soviel, dass man es sich gut teilen kann. Mit viel liebe eingerichtet und familiär gefühlt. Ein besuch ist das cafe alle mal wert

Uncle George caffe is amazing. The couple that runs the place are super nice and the food is delicious! They even remembered our orders from the first day.

Well-known place apparently, a lot of customers. Be aware that they don’t accept credit card but you can withdraw money outside. The “pasteis de nata” are a little bit too much oily for my taste. Expresso is good.

Lovely little cafe run by a beautiful older couple. Coffee is on pae with what you expect around Portugal. They open nice and early though and speak some English too

Sehr nette Lokalität. Wie waren in der Ferienwohnung gegenüber und sind mit bis zu 11 Personen dort "eingefallen" und immer freundlich bedient. Die Preise waren sehr akzeptabel.

Un petit dej typique qui donne le sourire pour la journée. Adresse authentique trouvée par hasard. 2 petits "papi et mami" (rien de pejoratif au contraire) aux petits soins.
Quelle belle découverte, loin des clichés et des adresses hypes. Coup de coeur ! Obrigado

9 euros for a coffee and a sandwich a bit expensive. After we paid we have found out that the deal also included orange juice that we not offered. They should have a menu to inform the costumers about the prices.

Small, cozy place with delicious hot ham and cheese sandwiches. Husband and wife take and prepare the orders. The OJ is super fresh!! The owner walked across the street to purchase another crate of oranges. €5 for sandwich (big enough to share) and juice. What a steal.

Muito aconchegante, donos muito simpático ms e comida deliciosa. O preço é um pouco acima, mas a comida é servida em grandes porções, da para dividir. A esposa do George até colocou mais chocolate quente para nós sem custos adicionais.

Small owner-operated café. The lady of the business speaks English. Service is friendly and they are happy to customize your sandwich. Humble local place. Coffee is ok. Pastries are ok as it seems they are not fresh each day. The toasted sandwich was great.

My husband and I were in Lisbon for our honeymoon and we found this cozy little cafe right by our place. The ham and cheese sandwich is sooooo good - you have to try it! We had it with their coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. We loved that it wasn't touristy and service was so good. We went back again the next day just for pastries and espresso. We recommend you stop by for a breakfast during your trip!

This is a perfect place for a toast with Fresh orange juice breakfast. But They offer also local pastries. What Will overwhelm you in this small shop is the friendliness. Its a real pleasure coming here

Some of the best pastries I've had in my life. I'm not usually a coffee person but they make a "Santa Clara" which is amazing. I highly recommend going here!

You have to stop here! The owners are so nice and the food is wonderful. Get the ham and cheese breakfast sandwich. Also, the orange juice is fresh squeezed with no water.

Wonderfull Coffee shop in the Alfama neighbourhood, the owners are the most friendly and warm-hearted people I,ve ever met.
Delightfull (delta) coffee, cakes and pastries.
When we are in Lisboa we make sure to stop by every morning for a bica (espresso) and some cakes.

Super netter Service! Toasts sind sehr lecker und groß, der Orangensaft ist ein muss! Man muss dort gewesen sein, so ein nettes liebes (süsses) Ehepaar! :-)
