Hidden place! A sweet authentic portuguese restaurant with really good food for a good price. The tuna steak is the best I had in all Algarve. If you like real quality portuguese food, not pizza or burgers, this should be your place. The rooftop terrace is quiet and far from all touristic mainstream with a beautiful view over Albufeira. Host is beautifully kind and welcoming. We would come back any time.

Awesome restaurant, Eric have been really nice. Simple menu but al fresh products and tasty dishes. Not full of turist, which is a good thing. There is also a terrace on the top. Highly recommended.

Great service but the food was disappointing! I ordered the veal steak and received a very very thin piece (less than 0.5 cm). We ordered tuna pate and quail eggs as well - there were 2 quail eggs and the tuna felt like it was taken from a can... The owner said about the steak that it's a smaller part and that he will do a good price but unfortunately he charged us only 2 euros less... So.. very disappointing. The tuna steak was nice but not excellent and the sangria is probably just wine with sugar and something bubbly.

A lovely traditional Portuguese restaurant away from the busy centre. The owner is warm, friendly and welcoming and provided us with excellent service. We had the prawns and squid which were cooked well and authentically. Very well priced, I would highly recommend visiting Restaurante HB for some great local food.
