Those days, Caffècel facilities were the only one of its kind in Portugal, the production system allowing the electronic control of the whole process, since the selection of the various batches, the product formulation, the definition of the roasting cycle including two stages of cleaning (raw and roasted), to the packing phase with vacuum valve system. The concern to improve processes, procedures and products, constantly, with all business partners, leads the company to introduce certification in several areas. The year 2000 obtained the certification of quality management system, HACCP, environmental certification and product certification. The brand changed the image in 2005 and in 2008 was acquired by NewCoffee group, integrating a wider portfolio of brands and products extending its presence to various new market segments. Estou à procura de um monitor de computador há uma semana. Esta loja tem centenas de peças de computador usadas. Eles também vendem algumas peças novas, bem como peças para aparelhos. Tudo é estocado e mantido em bom estado. Sempre que entro num pequeno negócio estou sempre a sair e a dizer olá. Havia três empregados. Eu entrei e os cumprimentei com um olá. Os três me encaravam como se eu os tivesse apanhado no meio de fazer algo errado. Ninguém me cumprimentou e a senhora do balcão rosnou para mim. Eu pedi um monitor de computador usado. Ela mostrou-me, eu escolhi um. Fomos à frente para pagar. Perguntei se ela podia pegar no meu nome e telefonar-me quando chegasse um maior. Ela rosnou, nós não fazemos isso. Eu paguei e quando me virei para sair, perguntei se alguém aqui sorri? Eu recebi grunhidos em resposta. Na verdade foi mais hilariante do que triste. Acho que eles estão tão sobrecarregados com clientes que não precisam do meu negócio.

Deve ser chamado de Pior Negócio! Eles são uma empresa desorganizada que vende equipamentos usados sem verificar se está funcionando, eu comprei um forno comercial deles que eu tive que devolver porque não funcionou. Comprei-lhes um congelador comercial que me enviaram com bolor e mofo dentro e sem pernas. Quando pedi pernas, eles me trouxeram quatro tijolos. Fique longe desta empresa.
