스페인, 포르투갈 2주 여행동안 가장 넓고 좋은 숙소였어요. 호스트도 좋았구요. 위치도 상벤투 역에서 가까워서 좋았어요. 짧게 머물러서 너무 아쉬웠어요. 또 기회가 된다면 다시 묵고 싶어요.

ממליצה בחום! מיקום מעולה, פיליפ המנהל מקסים! דירה מפנקת, בול מה שצריך לחופשה בפורטו. החסרון היחידי זה רעש מהמסעדה הצמודה.. פרט לזה, מושלם!!

Fantastico appartamento ben insonorizzato, pulito, ben accessoriato, bellissimo bagno, set di cortesia, cialde per il caffè, grande cortesia e professionalità, pulizie ogni tre giorni (raro in appartamento) asciugamani in abbondanza, bidet. C'è di tutto quel che serve anche per un soggiorno lungo. Presenza del colapasta! Possibile lasciare valige prima del check-in.

Appartement très très sombre, kitchinette sans plan de travail pour très grandes personnes, sans escabaut, pas moyen d'atteindre les assiettes ou les tasses. Pas d'airco dans l'appartement, mais par contre on a tout le bruit de l'airco du restaurant qui est juste en dessous. Et les odeurs qui vont avec... donc mécontente

Apartamento espectacular. Limpio, buena situación, moderno...y el chico que nos hizo el check-in muy majo, nos dijo sitios para visitar, restaurantes, etc. Repetiria sin ninguna duda.

Positif: Accueil parfait et serviable. Superbe rénovation. Espace et bon goût. Emplacement idéal, appartement sur cour très calme avec petit était balcon pour prendre un verre.. Négatif: Les blocs clim des bureaux voisins peuvent peut être être un peu bruyants en pleine été avec les fenêtres ouvrtes?

Positiva: La ubicación y la limpieza del apartamento, y nos sorprendió ver que teníamos detalles como pastillas de café, azúcar, gel...y un aseo con el que no contábamos porque en el anuncio solo aparece un baño, fenomenal tener el parking justo debajo, no tuvimos que tocar el coche. Negativa: Me gusto todo, por decir algo , eche de menos una mesita baja en el salón , para que sea más acogedor y apoyar el mando de la tele

Casas do Rivoli is well comunicated, well equiped, clean and comfortable place. I recommend for business trips as well as for leisure. The manager is a very responsible and prices are afordable. The only disadventege is construction site in front of the window, as you can see at pictures for me it was nminteresting and not problematic but you may have to tske into the consideration for next year ;-). Great place looking & I'm forward to come back.

Positive: It was more in the middle of history than I thought. I could walk around on the move. All the facilities were provided and the kitchen supplies were complete.The interior is good and the balcony is good. The manager was kind and cleaned every two days. There is a famous restaurant bakery in front of my house and the supermarket is near. When I went to the airport, there was a taxi stand right in front of my house.. Negative: It would be convenient to have a laundry rack.

Positiva: La ubicación. Negativa: No pudimos coger la habitación hasta las 15h porque al parecer el cliente anterior se quedó encerrado en el baño, y tuvimos que esperar a que los bomberos lo sacasen...

Positif: Excellent accueil, très bel appartement bien décoré et très bien équipé. Le restaurant a gauche de l’entrée était très bien aussi, tout comme les viennoiseries à droite de l’entrée. Ascenseur très pratique.
Je recommande vivement.

Positief: Ruim, licht, ontzettend schoon. Personeel zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. . Negatief: Geen stop in het bad, waardoor alleen douchen mogelijk was.

Si je reviens à Porto je reviendrai au même endroit pour loger. Excellente situation pour la visite de la ville. En outre un très bon restaurant et une cafétéria avec choix considérable de pâtisserie sont contiguës à l établissement Casas do Rivoli.

Positive: Tutto perfetto,dal pick up in aeroporto alla proprietaria gentilissima, appartamento situato in centralissima posizione, pulitissimo, silenzioso, fornito di tutto in cucina anche macchina per il caffè che era veramente ottimo. Ben riscaldato. Bagno grande con bidet e doccia favolosa.
Insomma lo consiglio vivamente. . Negazione: Forse ci vorrebbe una mensolina per appoggiare i saponi nella doccia.

Положительный: Удобные апартаменты, с прекрасно оборудованной кухней, стильным свежим ремонтом и удобной кроватью. В номере тепло были в середине ноября. Подземная платная стоянка расположена в 30 метрах, стоимость суток - 12 евро, возможно и почасовая оплата. Рядом рынок, главная пешеходная торговая улица, остановка туристических автобусов, все достопримечательности старого города в пешей доступности. В районе большой выбор ресторанов на любой вкус и кошелек. Рекомендую, отличный вариант!!!!. Негативный: Отсутствие в апартаментах стиральной машины - единственный минус.

Positive: La struttura dove abbiamo alloggiato ci siamo trovati davvero bene,il ragazzo Filipe ci ha accolto con simpatia ed è stato molto disponibile durante il nostro soggiorno e nel darci dei consigli su cosa visitare e in quale modo..la struttura era posizionata in centro della città vicino a metropolitane ed è stata molto gestibile . Negazione: Quello che non ci ha entusiasmato è stata la vita notturna molti locali chiusi e il costo della puzza

Positiv: Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, in Gehdistanz zu allen Hotspots der Stadt und trotz zweier Lokale und einer Baustelle vor dem Fenster erstaunlich ruhig.
Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und nicht "Billigsthausen", echt zum Wohnfühlen.. Negativ: Der Lift zu den Appartments geht erst von 1. Stock weg, bin nach 2 Wochen Reiseleitung mit großem Gepäck angekommen, das in den 1. Stock geschleppt werden musste.

Positiv: Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hat auch gleich einiges über Porto erzählt. Die Check-In Zeit wurde im Vorfeld ausgemacht und die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, war sauber und alle nötigen Utensilien wie Handttücher, Duschgel, Shampoo und sogar ein sehr guter Föhn waren vorhanden. Das Wlan war eher mittelmäßig, man ist immer wieder rausgeflogen, aber für unsere Zwecke war es ausreichend.. Negativ: Das einzige was man verbessern könnte wäre das Wlan, ansonsten war alles top!

Положительный: Хорошо расположен - центр, все в доступности пешком. Внутри все новое,чистое. Ресторан и кафе внизу - завтрак, ужин. В пределах 300 метров - еще несколько.. Негативный: Сложно подъехать - нет стояки рядом, только для такси. Парковка подземная - въезд 150 метров, выход - 50 метров. 14 евро сутки. Нет холодильника (или не нашли - особо и не искали :-) ). Нет кондиционера, окно открывать - очень шумно на улице (2 этаж). Хозяин не ждал, хотя и писали про время приезда. Пришлось звонить, ждать пока принесут ключи (не очень долго). Пришла дама без "языка" - только с португальским. Нормально на одну ночь с учетом месторасположения и цены.

Positiv: Lå perfekt og skøn lejlighed.. Negativ: Der manglede information om hvor man kunne parkere så vi var nødsaget til at parkere langt derfra. Endvidere skulle man bruge en kode til døren som ikke var oplyst. Generelt manglede der lidt information men ellers alt perfekt.

Позитивен: Лесно и удобно посрещане. Много чист и добре, модерно обзаведен апартамент. Пълна самостоятелност. Предложения и напътствия от домакина за забележителностите и ресторантите в града. Предоставяне на талон за безплатно паркиране в обществения паркинг в близост до сградата. Силно препоръчвам.

חיובי: מארח אדיב חביב חייכני ונותן אינפורמציה עניינית.
המיקום נהדר. ממש במרכז העיר. לא נזקקנו כלל למכוניתנו בכל זמן שהותנו בפורטו. החניה קרובה מאד לדירה, ואולם למחיר הדירה יש להוסיף 12 יורו דמי חניה ללילה. לא זול, אבל נוח.
חלל חדרנו (לשלושה מבוגרים), היה מחולק לשניים- חלל לזוג עם שתי מיטות צמודות, בהפרדה חלקית מן הסלון, ומיטה נפתחת טובה ונוחה בסלון. מטבח מאובזר בכלים, כיריים, מדיח, מכונת קפה, וגם קפסולות שלא נספרו לשתיה חד פעמית.…הדירה היתה גדולה דיה, נקיה, היה בה חימום, שהופעל לבקשתנו, והיתה נוחה ונעימה. מומלץ! בהחלט מקום לשוב אליו בביקור חוזר בפורטו!!. שלילי: מחירה של החניה גבוה, יחסית.

Positiu: La ubicació excel.lent. El llit comodíssim.La dutxa magnífica. L,equipament molt complet.. Negatiu: El fet d,arribar i que l,establiment no dispose de timbre ni telèfon per ficar-se en contacte amb ells. Ens feren esperar 45 minuts per poder accedir a l,apartament.

The apartment is at walking distance from Aliados subway station - very convenient. The apartment is nicely decorated and has all mod cons, especially important if you are in a large group or staying long. I had a bit of an issue with the shower as hot water was not flowing - but it was sorted out. It was good to receive all guidance about the city and the apartment by Filipe. He also promptly reverted in all discussions. The elevator is funny. And slow. Very unique feature. Highly recommended.

Un alojamiento absolutamente recomendable. Fantástico, acogedor y con una decoración moderna y muy funcional. En inmejorable situación para ir a pie a todos los sitios de interés.
