Me Chamo José Luiz Donato. No dia 11 de janeiro de 2019 fiz um aluguel de uma veículo às 18h37min, no aeroporto de Lisboa, PT. No dia 12 de janeiro às 5h da madrugada tentei ligar o veículo para levar minha família ao aeroporto e seguir viagem. No entanto, o veículo apresentou sérios problemas de ignição e soltou uma grande quantidade de fumaça. Após algumas tentativas frustradas, decidi chamar um taxi para que eu e minha família, inclusive uma criança de 12 anos, não perdêssemos o voo. Levei a chave até o balcão e relatei o ocorrido, inclusive informei que não consegui contatar o serviço 24h e não poderia aguardar o mesmo, pois poderia perder o voo, já que perdi muito tempo para iniciar o veículo. No dia 23 de Janeiro constatei um débito no meu cartão de crédito no valor de 232,29 euros. Contatei a Guerin por telefone no dia 4 de fevereiro e fui informado que a cobrança era devido ao abastecimento com combustível errado. Relatei ao atendente que eu não fiz nenhum abastecimento e me foi informado que eu havia andado apenas 10 km com o veículo e, portanto, não poderia ter feito o abastecimento. O atendente então me informou que a Guerin devolveria o crédito ao meu cartão de crédito, por ter reconhecido que foi o cliente anterior que abasteceu com combustível errado. Informo que até o momento o crédito não foi devolvido ao meu cartão.

Wir mussten eine Kaution dafür hinterlegen, dass wir das Auto mit vollem Benzintank zurückbringen. Bei der Rückgabe hiess es, dass alles in Ordnung sei und wir den vollständigen Betrag zurück bekommen würden. Nun warten wir seit 4 Monaten auf unser Geld. Bereits vier Mal versuchten wir die Firma anzuschreiben, doch auf Antwort warten wir vergebens.

We settled our account on return of the car except we were told our toll fee would be added a couple of days later. I was expecting this to be about €20 ( we drove from Faro to Lagos and back). My card has been debited an early €70 and I have had no response to my query about the price. BEWARE

Ultimate wating time! Never experienced such a long waiting time for a pre-booked rental car. The situation at this airport was organized completely wrong. Employees were chatting with each other instead of making fast progress. No chance to talk to somebody about the matter. Im sorry for this, but poor service!!!

If you do not want to stay 2.5 hours in one line to get upstairs and stay another 1.5 hours to pick up your car you should avoid this company. They might have good prices but the que to register and pick up the car is insane. I have spent 4 hours of my life standing in a que to pick up my car and I still don't have it yet.

sou Luís Rodrigues fiz uma reserva para o dia 11 de Agosto e para a devolução dia 30 de Agosto e tudo correu bem, até há entrega do veículo mas na hora da entrega foi verificado que esteva tudo bem e o funcionário disse que tudo estava okei e que a caução ia ser devolvida para o cartão de imediato que estivesse descansado e tudo bem . o problema é que estamos em finais de Dezembro e o valor ainda não foi devolvido nem disseram o porquê desta situação ainda aguardo a devolução, desconheço se serão situações recorrentes

Pessimo! Per un problema loro col pos non ho potuto ritirare una vettura prenotata da una settimana! Ho telefonato alla banca poiché la transazione veniva rifiutata. Credendo che dipendesse dalla mia carta ed invece la banca mi ha confermato che era tutto ok. Risultato: perso una giornata per trovare un'altro noleggio e cancellazione disdetta previo pagamento dei primi 2 giorni.

O colaborador que realizou o chek-out no Prior Velho foi pessoa super simpático e atencioso. Foi de um acolhimento incomparável. Nada falhou desde reserva aluguer e entrega.

Awful, sexist and Rude. I started to conversation with “Hi I have a reservation” the guy at the counter then said with a condescending tone “congratulations”. And then the whole process went downhill. Not sure if it was because I was from North America, a woman, or because the reservation was through National. I have executive elite status with national and a professional for work. My company has a contract with National and they cover the insurance. The counter then proceeded to try inform me that for 300 euros more than agreed contract I would not be charged 3000 euros on two credit cards and forced to pay up front 31,000 in case anything happens to the car. I started to get annoyed knowing exactly that he was scamming me. He spoke Portuguese to his colleagues thinking I couldn’t understand his derogatory comments about me. I then left and went next door to Europcar, spoke to their manager and they informed me that what Guerin was doing was illegal. They were aware that Guerin does this for North Americans/ others on a regular basis. They gave me a equivalent car at 30 euros cheaper and included the toll fees. No extra deposits other than the regular rental amount. One credit card. Never go to Guerin...I was warned about the one downtown but I never had issues elsewhere in Europe.

Garantiram-me na Guerin que, no espaço de 24 horas, o dinheiro da devolução da caução estaria na minha conta (pagamento e devolução efetuado com cartão Multibanco, rede redunicre. Passados oito dias esse dinheiro ainda não está na minha conta. Aguardo que me devolvam o valor de 80 euros, da caução!!! Esta situação já foi resolvida!

Aluguer feito, como reparação da minha viatura demorou mais do que previsto, foi necessário prolongar por mais 2dias o aluguer. Para se efectuar este prolongamento é necessário passar na agência novamente. Julgo que situação podia ser resolvida via mail com confirmação do prolongamento para mostrar às autoridades e não ter que passar novamente na agência para mudar apenas datas.

I booked the full insurance online and when I got there they told me they don't recognise the insurance I bought through the online booking, I ended up paying another 64 euros for the full coverage . Also they charged me a €110 deposit and I still haven't received it back more than 2 weeks ago. I'm still trying to chase the money back.

We had to wait more than 90 Minutes. Longest queue of all rental car companies. Employees talk between each other instead of working. A lot of waiting time was also because of problems of the customers themselves (credit cards not working, etc.). PLEASE REMEMBER TO BOOK AND USE THEIR TOLL CHARGE SYSTEM. OTHERWISE IT WILL BE EXPENSIVE. READ ABOUT PORTUGAL'S TOLL ROADS FIRST! =============================== 1 1/2 Stunden Wartezeit und lange Schlange. Mitarbeiter nicht besonders motiviert. Unterhalten sich untereinander ohne zu bedienen. Längste Schlange von allen anderen Anbietern dort am Lissabon Airport. Teilweise aber auch Probleme der Kunden, welche dann etliche Nachfragen oder Probleme (mit Kreditkarten, etc.) haben. UNBEDINGT DARAN DENKEN, DASS MAN DEREN ABRECHNUNGSSYSTEM FÜR DIE MAUTGEBÜHREN NUTZT!!! SONST WIRD ES SPÄTER TEUER!

Warning! Not good! We did not get the car papers and when we returned the car in Faro they were asking for the car papers. We did not have them because we never got them. In the end we had to pay 108 Euro for "loosing" the car documents. And most of the scratches of the car the we did document in Lisbon suddenly disappeared on the documentation list when we gave it back in Faro. If you use the unprofessional company you should take pictures of everything of the car. The outside the inside and the underground of the car! Good luck ! In the future I will pay 100 Euro more for the more expansive company instead of getting hustled with Guerin! Good luck trying it!

Big rip off. I booked the full insurance online and when I got there they told me they don't reconize the insurance I took through the online booking, I ended up paying another 60 euros to make sure I had an insurance. If you're a tourist and wanna get ripped off visit Guerin! Ohhhh....and did I mention like 8 weeks after that they try to charge my Visa for 20 bucks or so for some unknown reasons? I had to call visa and ask them to cancel the transaction. Thanks god Visa is a great and serious company and they won against these crooks.

This is the worst car rental I ever had. Lisboa airport. In earlier reviews I read the same problems as we had on the 24 of April. A queue of more than two hours and even a bigger queue behind us. The manager said that they were working to solve the problems but in earlier reviews I read the same items. Never again for us. Even the workers could not explain the extra costs what made me angry. Avoid this car rental and organize It like Avis or Europcar.

We rented a car at the airport in Funchal, recording contract and handing over the car took more than 1,5 hour , staff did not check condition of a car, returning the car was ok in Funchal. He promised that during the two days will unblock the deposit amount in my account but it did not happen and after 11 days is still blocked amount € 150, although I have confirmation of the cancellation of the deposit.

Renting without any problems. From enter to get a car it took about 15-20min. Staff was really kind and helpful (I booked a car in airport location but finally I went to another Guerin location by mistake and they found a car for me and a child seat. I also got GPS for free because they had only cars with GPS). I bought a full insurance and there was no any additional costs. Only 200 eur was blocked on my credit card but after I had car returned this amount was given me back. Car was also really nice and almost new (Renault Clio)

Incredibly slow service, the amount of time it took to be serviced was unbelievable . If you know ahead of time there are certain number of bookings you should ensure that there are enough staff to handle everything. We missed dinner because of the unexpected 1 hour wait for the car. Absolutely unacceptable. It's ridiculous that it took longer to get the car than to get to city center.

After reading so many terrible reviews, we were of course a bit hesitant and worried about picking up the car from the reservation we had made. We read through all the documentation we had received from the service we made the booking through to make sure they people at the pick-up counter wouldn't charge us for something they shouldn't. To our relief, everything worked out fine. The lady at the counter was friendly and had us walking toward the car in under 10 minutes. She didn't try to sell us any additional insurance and when she said we'd have to pay to add an additional driver, we informed her that that was already included in the booking we made, and there was no further discussion. They did preauthorize my credit card for around €1300, €100 of which in case you don't fill up the car with gas before returning it. The preauthorization was cancelled upon returning the car and the charge was off my credit card within a week. The car itself was fine and worked well the week we had it for. Returning the car took a total of 5 mins. They checked for any damage, sent us over to the counter, we paid our toll charges, and were done. All in all, everything worked out fine. So either the company has made some changes to their practices or we had a few lucky days.

A loja do aeroporto de Faro tem os funcionários mais mal educados que já vi... a má educação é tanta ao ponto de uma funcionária, descontente com o meu descontentamento, ter atirado o terminal multibanco para cima do balcão na minha direcção!!!! nunca vi tal coisa!!! total falta de educação e respeito pelo cliente!! se não gostam de estar atrás do balcão a aguentar com o descontentamento dos clientes, mudem de profissão!!!! Nunca mais alugarei um carro a esta empresa!!! No dia em que fui entregar o carro lá estavam os mesmos funcionários que chegaram ao ponto de dizer que já não falavam mais do assunto!!! AVOID THE SCAM! THEY WILL PUT THEIR HANDS IN YOUR POCKET! So sad to see this kind of abuse, a common practice by Guerin, just check the reviews!! Now I really feel victim of a SCAM!! At the Airport when I asked if it would be someone to receive and do the check of the car, the answer was,as you can aspect, "Yes, always!" The car that I Upgrade was suposed to be full on petrol wasn't and it was amended straight away on the Check out paper and a few minor scratches in all sides of the car were signalised, even if the car had only 3000 km......and we went on Holidays!! On the day of Checking in the car guess what, nobody was there to do the Check In of the vehicle and we had to use the Drop Off Keys Box. Today, I received my balance account and find out that Guerin charged me almost 300 euros. Obviously that I contact them straight away because no one from Guerin contacted me updating me of such charges, SAD!! After trying several times someone answered the phone at last. I was informed that had been charged for difference of petrol in the tank and some damage in the car on the wright hand side of the car. And this is the proof that this is a Big SCAM. Think with me and just ask your self this : If Guerin is an HONEST Company WHY they charge me difference of petrol that was detected and amended at the moment of the Check Out.????? That makes me think that they did not crossed the information between Check In / Check Out and just abused of my trust as a Customer. I still have the Check Out papers of the vehicle and I'll wait a few more days to see what this Scum have to say before I take my Complain to the Authorities that regulates this Sector. I definitely can see an OBSCURE PATTERN OF RIPPING OFF PEOPLE! DON'T BE THE NEXT VICTIM!!

DO NOT RENT CARS FROM GUERIN OR DRIVE4LESS (their low cost company)! It's a total scam!! They wanted to charge my credit card for 1200€ even though my reservation was only for about 80€ and wanted to charge more 7€ a day for insurance I didn't want. You think you're renting a car at a lower cost but end up paying more than regular companies like Avis or Budget. They try to sneak these cost in the fine print and are totally dishonest. The final price on the Internet is not what you'll be paying, they'll want to charge you much more upon pick up of the rental car. HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Sehr lange Wartezeiten, welche sich erklären, wenn man nach mehr als einer stunde Wartezeit bedient wird. Die Mitarbeiter sind unfreundlich und arbeiten nicht selten in 2er Teams, um mehr druck auf den kunden ausüben zu können. Obwohl wir über Enterprise online reserviert hatten, wurden wir bei allen Punkten nochmals abgefragt, da die beiden Mitarbeiter uns einen neuen Vertrag andrehten. Bei jedem extra was wir nicht buchen wollten, wurden uns Lügen erzählt und auf uns eingeredet. Optionen die vorher inklusive waren wurden als ungültig erklärt bzw. sollten wir trotzdem bezahlen. Zudem wurden wir uns nicht nachvollziehbare Berechnungen auf Papier aufgeschrieben, welches uns Guerin nicht mitgeben wollte. Da es der ausdruck unsere Reservierung war haben wir diesen mit dann doch mitnehmen dürfen. Fazit: unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, undurchsichtige kosten, keine Fahrzeugübergabe, kaum eine Kommunikation auf englisch möglich, immerhin war das Fahrzeug noch sehr neu. Mehr als 2 Wochen später werden Beträge über die Kreditkarte abgebucht, die nicht vereinbart waren. Es ist mehr als schleierhaft, warum Enterpreise mit einen Partner arbeitet, welcher solche unverschämten Methoden anwendet.

A pior de sempre. Tenho alugado na Goldcar rental e NUNCA tive problemas. Pela primeira vez caí nas GARRAS da GUERIN e... vergonha. Aguardo reembolso do depósito de gasolina há quase 2 MESES!!!! GUERIN? Nunca mais!! DESACONSELHO. E só dou aqui uma estrela porque SOU OBRIGADA para que possa partilhar o meu comentário.. de outra forma não levavam nada!

Have been attended by lisbon airport Guerin crew on June 2016. Simply the WORST rent company ever, my advice: do avoid it as it would ruin your holidays. This company has no value or care for its customers, was insulted by the general desk manager and threatened to call the airport police as I addressed my complaint politely. A great example of unproffesionalism and bad service. Upon seing other replies (copy paste ones) to unsatisfied customers, please do not trust their word or feedback.

The last mouth I was in vacation in Portugal for 5 days: my program was to rent a car at the airport and to drive in the direction of the Aletajio , the region near the board of Spain for 2 days and to give back to the airport the car and then take the subway to go to Lisbon for 3 days. I selected a small car because it is better considering the short distances and the size of the streeets. If you decide to rent a car selecting ALAMO ( that's means GUERIN ) YOU WILL DO THE GREATEST MISTAKE MAYBE CAUSING TO DAMAGE SERIOUSLY YOUR VACATION. Better to select another company maybe a bit too expensive but without problems. The problems I faced where : 1.1 hour waitig to get the zattention of the employee. 2The employee did not speack english 3.The employee was strongly pushing to sell a full coverage insurance which will, cost 15 euro a day, while the total cost of the car rent was around 50!!!! I did not accept 4. The employee was strongly. pushing to sell a sort of highway card which will be debited to your account; I did 'n know if I will use the highway and when i delivered back the car they were not able to charge immidiately the amount for the use of the card, preventing me any co ntrol 5 The car delivere was not full of petrol , it was at about 4/5 : the man told me to deliver back the car with the some amount of petrol inside, !!!! which was substantially impossible , so I paid the 1/5 of petrol missing 6 All togheter to get off from the airport it take me 1 hour and 20 minutes. I am surprised about the negative experiences that most of the customers have had. I have hired a vehicle for four days and have had no problem at all. The employees at the desk were very nice and helpful. The rental was very cheap (€43 in total for 4 days) and we were very lucky because we were given a new car. If I had to rent a car again in Portugal, I would definitely hire again with Guerin. And no, I do not work for them. I work and live in Madrid for an investment company.

Be carefull!!! They charged 56 Euros from my creditcard? On the 26th 12, 2015. I rented a car from guerin they was helfull and treated good in the reciption. I returned the car back on 01.Jan.2016 and that was the agreement even i returne it before the time. The car was with out any damages and with a full fuel! same day they charged 56 Euros from my credit i dont know why? After booking a car with Guerin through Auto Europe, I started reading reviews from other customers which left me somewhat frightened. I went for their zero excess policy when I booked. I arrived at Lisbon airport late in the evening and decided to pick up the car next morning so I could inspect the car before I drove off. So next morning went to the guerin counter and gave them all the details. Within 10 minutes all paperwork done and keys handed to me. As I had zero excess the only deposit taken off me on my card was 100 euros for the fuel. The only extra they offered me was tyre, glass, roof and undercarriage insurance at 2.50 euros a day which I took. Collection of car was very smooth. On the first day of hire I hit a pot hole and punctured the tyre. Anyway, after my hire the car return was just as smooth. I informed them of the punctured tyre and they just said "not to worry sir, you took out insurance for that so you are covered". Did quick inspection of the car and cancelled the 100 euro deposit for the fuel as I returned the the car with full tank. That was it, so smooth and so polite, I couldn't believe it as I read so many negative reviews. I had to ask them about the reviews people were giving them. So they said people were making bookings without adequate cover and bringing them back damaged, we have to protect our cars and people don't want to accept this. Well with the service I had from them, I would have to agree. I personally was very happy with the service,and would definitely use them again. I would also advise that you go for cars which they offer with zero excess, that way you will have no problems at all. Shams Uddin Burnley UK

echo the comments on here - rented through Alamo which then went to enterprise which seems to be the same thing as these guys. Got fleeced for an extra €250 for insurance because I didn't have two credit cards in my name (debit cards don't count apparently) - then on return they stuffed me for $60 as the car had some sand on the matts. Queue to pick up car was about 1 hour - mostly because the counter staff were strong arming up-sells (I timed one poor Dutch group being upsold all kinds of BS using fear tactics for around 25minutes!). Deeply unpleasant staff from top to the bottom. Avoid at all costs!

Prepaid rental refused, because my valid driving license was an electronic copy. Who is so middle-aged ? Had to pay twice more to go surfing, and waste 20h of buses, train, taxis, etc. Avoid this company !!

Guerin Car Hire is a company which should be avoided at all costs. An otherwise beautiful holiday in Portugal was soured by their hidden charges, overcharging, small print and all other manner of obfuscation. We are currently negotiating with the Ombudsman in Portugal and in Ireland to have this company and its practices examined, as in no other industry could a consumer be treated so badly. The whole issue of car hire in the Algarve needs a very bright light shone into its murky corners.

Sadly, I would not give it a start if it wasn't required.. My husband booked our car a few days in advance using this company but when we arrived at the airport at 5:30pm, we had to wait in a line of 15 people that took 3 HOURS!!!!! The other car companies around us worked though their line while I stood and barely moved. We wasted 3 hours of our short time in Lisbon, surrounded by angry customers and Guerin staff. It is not worth the small discount that you get for using them. I will NEVER use them again, will recommended that my friends/family do not use them, and highly recommend that you do not use them… unless you like waiting in lines for no reason, being surrounded by angry people, and wasting the time and money you had already paid for the car. ZERO starts and this company should be removed from the other car rental companies there. Thanks to the other reviewers, I will check our bank account now to see if they scammed us out of money as well!

Scammers!!! AVOID Guerin if at all possible!!! They might appear to be cheap - but they have shoddy cars, horrid customer service and dubious practices. I booked through an online broker so didn't know which company I was hiring with - NEVER EVER again. We had the most awful experience with them in Faro and it took months of legal threats to get anywhere with them (basically they supplied us with a car which they knew was faulty and then it broke down mid-holiday). They represent Portugal and Portuguese people very badly indeed. Just awful! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

The first thing the employee started to tell us when picking up the car: you need to deposit 2500€ and if you want to bring this amount down you have to pay extra... The same story they told everybody around us. We had already booked all additional insurances through the website at home but they claimed this was a contract between us and the website, it had nothing to do with them... We had to pay another 250€ because our credit card limit was not high enough.

Scammers. Upon returning home, we received an email saying that we were being charged 199 euros for a burn mark on front seat. We absolutely do not smoke and it is impossible that we burned a hole in front seat. To top it off, they cropped a huge apple sized stain in the middle of the seat (we called attention that that stain....and all the other stains, before getting in the car) out of the photo which they were using as "proof". Thankfully, our credit card company disputed it and we were reimbursed. Shameful!

It's awful. Upon arrival we had to pay a deposit fee 1350 euro!, which we still have not gotten back, but after the return of the car has passed 72 hours. However, there was NO MENTION of this deposit in the information we received upon confirmation. The waiting time at the airport was about 2 hours. The staff at the counter was extremely rude and overwhelmed. Each customer was involved in long discussions. When we return the car, employee was searching for a scratch (2 times he pointed out a scratch, wich was nothing, it was only dirt), employee was really unfriendly. I claim GUERIN are scammers ans should put out of business asap. Will not use them again would NOT recommend them to anyone. Never again GUERIN CAR RENTAL!

Wir hatten das Auto 2 Wochen und weder beim Abholen noch beim Abgeben irgendwelche Probleme. Der Mitarbeiter hat nur kurz einmal ums Auto geguckt und dann war alles ok. Maut haben wir auch direkt bezahlt. Wartezeit beim Abholen ca 10 Minuten und beim Abgeben 1 Minute

We waited for one and half our for our car. The first hour of waiting was for the paperwork, there was a long queue at the offices. The following half hour was because our car was not ready, was under washing, there was a problem. Finally, they gave us not a diesel powered car but a gasoline powered car, which results in a substantial increase of fuel charges. As such, I cannot recommend this provider and I will no longer use its services.

DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM GUERIN!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! Start was good: small extra charge for upgrade to better car, Got a 'brand new' car (VW Polo), only 8 km on the meter. Employee didn't do the check with us because it was a brand new car so not necessary. After 2 weeks rent we returned the car. Employee was searching for a scratch (2 times he pointed out a scratch, wich was nothing, it was only dirt). Finally he seemed to find what he was looking for. A very superficial 'scratch'. To me it is not a scratch, you can hardly see it en it is smaller than 2 cm. The paint is hardly damaged. It is probaly caused bij stone-chippings. He made a mark on the rapport and we he to go to the office. They charged us € 215 for the damage!!!!!! Despite of the all risk Insurance we arranged (for which they hold back € 1000 on the credit card). We dit not agree with the charge of € 215 but we didn't had time for a discussion because of our flight (we almost missed our flight back to Rotterdam). For all I know the little 'scratch' could have already been on the car (such a superficial scratch is also possible to make within only 8 km). Back office employee was really unfriendly and threaten us with a lawsuit if we didn't pay immidiately. Because of the flight we paid but i still don't agree. They claim 'honesty' is one of their most important values. I claim they are scammers ans should put out of businness asap.

Guerin Car Rental (Alamo) ist absolut nicht weiterzuempfehlen! Die Wartezeit am Flughafen betrug ca. 1 Stunde. Das Personal am Schalter war extrem unfreundlich und überfordert. Jeder Kunde wurde in lange Diskussionen verwickelt. Obwohl wir das Fahrzeug in Deutschland über den ADAC gebucht haben, waren weitere 30 min erforderlich bis wir endlich unsere Fahrzeugpapiere erhalten haben. 90min waren vergangen und dann vom Schalter noch zur Fahrzeugübergabe. Nebenan wurden bei HERTZ in der gleichen Zeit viermal mehr Kunden abgearbeitet. Auch uns wollte man noch jede Menge Zusatzleistungen verkaufen. Unsere Empfehlung -> Nie wieder GUERIN CAR RENTAL!

Very bad. Upon arrival we had to pay an after-hours pickup fee (45 euro), a fuel deposit fee (100 euro) and the additional insurance fee (60 euro) but the last fee is to be expected. However, there was NO MENTION of the first two fees in the information we received upon confirmation. Had we known, we would have scheduled pick up differently. There was a long queue at the rental desk (both on pick and return), service was chaotic and the wait time very long. Will not use them again would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Rented the car used it, when went to return it as im driving up to the return office the attendant was allready looking at my rear wheel and i was still moving, proceeded to point out a small mark on the rim that its almost impossible to spot even when the car is stopped so my view is that he knew that the mark was already there and just wanted to make me pay for it , which i did because i had to catch a flight otherwise i would never pay for it, i would call the authorities because they are robbing the customers, knowing that no one is going to miss the flight to argueu with them, i hope that they go out of business because they are a highway robbery. igive them 1 star because theres nothing lower.

Perante o pedido das perícias para poder saber que danos os carros tinham recusaram dar os orçamentos e perícias. Estou a divulgar nas agencias de viagens e autoridades que regulam estes procedimentos e estas empresas. Agradeço divulgação.
