Cant believe I'm taking time to rate any car rental 5 stars, but they deserve it. You may read bad reviews about other office locations for different reasons, but I had an excellent experience at the leiria one. It did take a bit longer than normal to get the car after some computer issues, but the staff explained everything well in English, were friendly, and I had no issues with the car. When my plans changed, Ms. M working there went above and beyond with the company to help me get a one way rental fee refund that most people would just say sorry and not try. They also recently changed their approach to charging for damage, with acceptable limits for minor wear, tear and chips/dents, which is the big source of confrontation and bad reviews I read before I rented with them. Highly recommend and best of luck!
