Muito ruim. Se tiver problema com o carro terá que voltar a Lisboa ou ao Porto para obter outro. O carro apresentou problemas no motor e fui informado de que era por eu ter colocado diesel ao invés de gasolina. As bombas de gasolina são de cores diferentes das do diesel, além do diâmetro da mangueira diesel ser mais grossa e não entrar no tanque a gasolina. Nem apresentaram laudos que comprovassem a troca indevida. Na manhã do ocorrido o carro já custou a ligar. Após o abastecimento rodei mais de 100 kms antes do problema ocorrer. Tive que arcar com o 250 euros a mais. Sadorent nunca mais! Me senti enganado e desamparado num país estrangeiro!

Aluguei um carro familiar. Foi-me entregue um BMW série 2. O carro, esteticamente, estava em muito bom estado. A nível mecânico, nada a apontar. Tanto no levantamento, como na entrega, os funcionários foram bastante simpáticos e atenciosos. Na entrega, levaram-me até à estação de metro do aeroporto. Serviço muito bom.

Nonostante lo sciopero del personale logistico di terra abbia causato ritardi nella consegna dei bagagli, gli addetti han prolungato il servizio nottetempo senza sovrapprezzo, e siamo entrati in possesso di un ottimo veicolo che ci accompagna nelle nostre giornate lusitane. A very unprofessional car rental place. If you have the chance to rent a car somewhere else, I would avoid this company. The car was in good condition but they try to rip you off wherever they can. Had good experiences with Europcar and Centauro at Lisbon airport before. So if you can, I would prefer them!

Our car was dirty—the agent checking us in apologized, however with such a tiny car, it wouldn’t have taken too long to clean it. After a lengthy conversation regarding the toll transponder we left confident that further charges would not occur. Upon return, we were provided with a totally different story. It’s important for agents to understand the coverage policy fully before customers drive away. The transponder is rented at a daily rate and the fees are then paid at the rental agency...as opposed to the post office. Seemed to be clear on our departure—why not on check in? Lesson learned.

Friendly staff, no issues with the car itself.
There were some issues with the pickup however: We went to the location described in their email, where reps from other companies were stationed. However there were no reps from Sado Rent. We waited for some time along with approximately 8-12 other confused customers.
We eventually called them, and they told us to wait in a completely different location, and that a car would arrive within 3 minutes to pick us up. The car arrived after 15 minutes, but there was no space for us. We ended up waiting over another 20 minutes before being taken to their offices.

Cuidado - empreda desonesta.
Reservei um Audi A3 5 portas e quando fui alugar o carro me informaram que o único disponível era um FIAT TIPO. Disseram-me que era da mesma categoria e etc - entretanto são carros completamente diferentes e o FIAF TIPO é um tanto quanto inferior, principalmente em conforto interno. Não há descanso para o braço direito do motorista. Além do mais, o carro veio com meio tanque cheio, manchas nos bancos e com sinal de manutenção aceso no painel. Gostaria de uma justificativa por parte da empresa - comparando um AUDI A3 com um FIAT TIPO.

Overall, almost trouble-free experience. The car was clean, easy pick up, easy return. Courteous staff. One thing to keep in mind (and this is not mentioned at any time during the reservation process) is that Sadorent has no airport office. You need to call their office and a shuttle van will pick you up at the terminal. It took us a bit to figure this out, but once we did, the rest went very smoothly.

We had an extremely bad experience at Sadorent. To start with Ms Rosaria Santos whose service was atrocious. The car given to us was not as per the website printout that we showed them where the capacity was for 3 large suitcases and 2 small suitcases. The same model car was given to us but had the capacity of only 1 large suitcase and 1 medium suitcase. When we raised the issue it was escalated to Rosaria who claimed she was the Receptionist and later we were informed she was a station manager and finally in conversation with the branch manager we were informed that she was part of the administrative staff.
Our issues were:
1. She did not look at providing us with solutions but instead brought the POS machine and told us to take a refund and leave if we were not happy. She was not considerate of the fact that we were a family with two children and baggage travelling for the first time to Lisbon and left without any solution despite booking the rent a car in advance.
2. She disconnected herself completely from Economy Car Rentals and said that Sadorent had nothing to do with them
3. The person who served us Ms Rute Matos was apologetic and tried her best to help but was not empowered enough.
4. We were forced to pay an additional Euro 129.64 and upgrade the car to meet our requirement with no apology or acceptance of error.
5. She disconnected herself from the concern by standing with her arms folded before her chest in a defensive manner and not budging to even listen to our concerns.
6. This was the worst experience in all of our car rentals all around the world and for sure will be our last with Sadorent.
We will be posting this on Social Media to inform other potential Sadorent customers of the poor service.

Bad manager, bad customer service. I had a very bad experience with this manager, he's racist, violent and aggresive. As a manager he has no manners and no customer service at all, they treated me like a second class human being. I WANT MY MONEY BACK $$$.

Si j’ai bien un conseil à vous donner sur cette agence c’est de la fuir ! Avec mon copain nous avons l’habitude de louer des voitures pour nos voyages, pour le travail et là je dois dire qu’on est tomber sur la plus grosse arnaque de l’année. Au début, en ce qui concerne le check-in un peu long tout se passait plutôt bien. Première journée avec la voiture rien à signaler tout fonctionnait parfaitement bien, le soir nous garons la voiture au centre de Lisbonne. Lendemain matin aux alentours de 7h lorsque nous essayons de sortir la voiture du parking impossible de la sortir, la roue était coincé dans les pavés incrustés dans le sol. Après plusieurs manipulations totalement normales avec le volant pour tenter de la faire sortir, la rotule de direction se casse. Incompréhension totale de notre côté, nous sommes persuadés que la voiture était déjà défectueuse avant qu’on l’a loue et il fallait bien que ça tombe sur la prochaine personne qui allait l’a louer en l’occurrence nous. Cependant nous avons appelé dans la foulée les assurances, l’agence de voiture pour les prévenir de l’incident et pour qu’ils nous envoient une dépanneuse au plus vite. Nous avons pu remarquer leur manque de professionnalisme et de réactivité car ils n’arrivaient pas à se mettre d’accord sur le fait de sortir la voiture selon eux ça allait encore plus l’abîmer, nous avons attendus près de 5h avant qu’ils réagissent et qu’ils décident de la sortir puis pour nous faire venir un taxi pour changer de voiture à l’agence. A la fin de la location ils nous expliquent que nous sommes en tord et que nous devons payer les réparations qui s’élevaient à 640€. Nous nous sommes retrouvés face à une impasse car nous savions pertinemment que le problème ne venait pas de nous. Nous n’avions pas le choix de payer car ils avaient nos coordonnées bancaires. Cet incident a clairement ruiné nos vacances. Deux semaines après être rentrer de nos vacances, nous avons constater qu’ils nous avaient prélever encore 500€. Nous étions très énervé car ils avaient accès encore à nos coordonnées bancaires et qu’ils se prélevaient comme bon leur semblait sans aucunes gènes. Ils ne nous avaient pas appeler, ni envoyer de mails pour justifier leur acte, nous avons étaient obliger de les contacter pour avoir une explication. Selon eux le fait d’avoir emmener la voiture chez le concessionnaire engendrer de frais supplémentaires. Nous avons essayer de faire opposition mais légalement ils ont le droit de faire ça. Cela fait bien un mois que tout ça s’est passé et aujourd’hui sur nos relevés bancaires on a pu constater que cette agence d’arnaqueur nous ont une fois de plus comme si c’était pas assez, prélever 50€ sans donner d’explication. Est-ce que vous trouvez cette situation normale ? Je trouve ça complètement aberrant qu’on puisse manipuler et prendre l’argent des autres comme si ça n’avait pas d’importance. Je n’ai pas l’habitude de donner mon avis sur les agences que je fréquente mais là clairement on s’est foutus de nous, si je dois les afficher sur tous les sites et si je peux éviter que cette situation se reproduise avec d’autres personnes je préfère le faire.
Ps: J’ai mis une étoile parcequ’on peut pas mettre moins mais si j’avais pu j’aurai mis le minimum. C’est tout ce que cette agence mérite.

За прошедшее лето 3 раза пользовался услугами данной компании.
Выдача автомобиля: все три раза все сотрудники работали слажено и быстро. Оперативное заполнение документов, осмотр авто с чек-листом, возврат депозита в момент сдачи авто. Нет недельных ожиданий, как в других компаниях.
Автомобиль: будьте внимательны при бронировании на сайте компании. Когда выбираете коробку передач, на картинке по умолчанию размещена коробка автомат, а внизу пояснения - s значит sim (да), n - não (нет).
Второй раз я по незнанию забронировал таким образом Mini Cooper 5 дверей на ручной коробке, когда нужен был автомат. Чудесным образом в наличие оказался Mini Cabrio. Поменяли авто без проблем.
Не советую арендовать Mini Cooper Gasolina, очень прожорливый авто, дорога до Алгарвэ в одну сторону вышла в 60€.
На дизельном Мерседесе А180 тот же путь стоил 27€.
Машины все новые, чистые ухоженные.
В целом, уже близко знакомым с Португалией и медлительностью большинства компаний, могу с уверенностью писать, что по современности, скорости, дружелюбности и сервису, тут все на 5 из 5.

BE CAREFUL!!!!! getting the car the service was good. we were picked up from the terminal got a new car. very efficient. however we were surprised to get charges when returned the car. we took the car for 2 weeks... when we returned it was empty with no trash they looked for excuses and charged us 100euro!!!!! obviously they didnt mentioned this outrageous charge when we took the car. They also tried to charge us 100 euro claiming we destroyed the charger cap.... we debated it for 15 min until the waived their demand. I heard stories like that but when it happens to you it is very disappointing!!!

Efficient and excellent service, everything went to plan. The office is nice and clean. I could reach them after arriving at the terminal and they picked me up within 10 minutes. Drop off took 5 mins including getting my deposit back.

Our overall experience renting a car at Sado Rent was very positive. We booked through a broker agency which is the best and cheapest way of renting a car. Pay more insurance when you book online if you don't want your credit card captive of 2k until you return the car free of damage. Ask the staff for the best way that will work for you. They will help as much as they can. Booking at the counter is not advised. Only the broker agencies online have the possibility to drop prices and make discount campaigns. The cars I was offered were new and clean. Upon arrival at the airport be patient and wait for the Sado Rent driver to pick you up and drove you to the pick up place some km away from the airport. For convenience when you drop the car off at the same place, put a pin holder on your phone maps. It will help you find it. There will be a driver to bus you back to the airport if you want.

J'avais fais une erreur sur la date de réservation et nous voila à l'aéroport, plein mois d'aout, pas de voiture disponible.
Connaissant le problème ils auraient largement pu en profiter, étant obliger de trouver une voiture pour le jour même.
Après 10 minutes de recherche ils ont trouvé une voiture à l'équipement sup, une motorisation diezel (ess initialement), et le tout facturé 12 euros de plus pour 5 jours de loc.
Bref une honnêteté rare de nos jours (ça change des rallonges, assurances chachées obligatoires, frais de carburants......)
Sinon l'agence est à 5 minutes à peine, ils vous emmènent aux terminal de votre choix.
Bref merci à eux

Avoid this rental car adress, they will charge you for nothing and everything! 20€ here, 20€ there, 800 to 3000€ cash deposit depending on their mood.. You have to wait for someone at the airport to pick you up, not on time and not visible!

Déjà loué avec SadoRent a trois reprises et JAMAIS eu aucun problème. Service A1....!
Leurs bureaux sont à 5 minutes de l'aéroport...et ils viennent vous chercher en navette. Véhicules toujours récents et trés propres.
À noter l'excellent service de Rosaria Dos Santos...un vrai charme. Toujours prête à vous aider.
Obrigado SadoRent / Sra Rosária...et on se revoit cet été (Juillet 2017)....!!!

Although the rental is not directly located at the airport of Lissabon and you have to be brought there by a shuttle bus that
you have to wait for, the overall impression of their office looked good.
The car was also really nice and
new. The guy roughly screened the car for damages before
we left. While renting this car, we did not have any problems and we were really careful as not to damage it. They did try to get
us to rent their GPS for 10€ a day (ridiculous)
and 18€ just to use their fast lane device for the toll system of the highways without stating additional costs in the beginning.
The real problem was faced when returning the car. Two people started thoroughly looking at the car from the outside while we
were still in
the car actually. They found what they were looking for quite fast: 2 tiny scratches on the tire hubs and one barely visible
scratch at the back of the car. They presented us with a bill for repair of the "damages" adding up to 150€, including 30€(!!!!)
per plastic tire hub. While my husband was with them in the office waiting for this bill, he told me to go outside and take
pictures of the damages. To my surprise, the car was already gone. They took it right after they found the presumed damages, so
we would not have the chance to argue. Of course, having a flight at the airport coming up and relying on their shuttle
bus to actually get there, you do not want to run late and
eventually go along with paying. Only after this obscure scene we checked the internet for reviews of the SADO RENT and this all
appears to be common practice. You buy cheap, you will pay for it twice, that's all I'm going to say about that. From now on,
we will only rent cars with reliable ratings and good service.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Il noleggio si trova fuori dall'aeroporto: quando arrivate dovete telefonargli: verranno a prendervi con una piccola navetta.
Personale cordiale e simpatico.
Se avete intenzione di viaggiare lungo le autostrade ricordatevi di far attivare il telepass (già presente sull'auto), altrimente dovrete andare dopo 2 giorni in posta a pagare con i bollettini (su alcune autostrade non ci sono caselli, ma solo barriere sotto cui passate e, se non avete il telepass, viene fatta la foto alla targa).

buon servizio, staff molto gentile prezzi di noleggio convenienti. se prendete un auto con loro vi verranno a prendere all'aeroporto con una navetta per accompagnarvi ai loro uffici a circa 5 minuti di distanza. consiglio: fatevi attivare sulll'auto presa a nolo il servizio corrispondente al nostro telepass.
