We rented a 7 person Dacia Lodgy from here. Guys were great and spoke English well. Insurance was mandatory.

Man bekommt einen Wagen zwei Klassen unter der gebuchten Klasse. Erst auf Nachfragen einen größeren.....immer noch eine Klasse drunter....und bei der Abgabe.....wem wundert es jetzt noch....eine Rechnung für die nächsthöhere Klasse als gebucht.

Já foi melhor. Costuma errar nos preços a pagar após a entrega do veículo e inclusive já ocorreu de não ter nenhum veículo e ter de esperar mais de 2h após o horário marcado para receber o carro. Já inclusive reclamei de valores cobrados por serviços não utilizados e nunca fui respondido.

I've rented a few cars from here this year and they have always been polite, the cars are clean and new and have not had any problems with the cars. The only problem I have but it's the same with all car rentals is that they block your credit card for 1500 euros while you are renting and the block takes a long time to be removed. Normal practise, I just wish they would all stop doing it.

Lamentável serviço!! Aos estrangeiros dão uma viatura acima da classe da qual fazem a reserva...aos Portugueses atribuem as mais fracas. Vergonhoso no mínimo!!

Os preços com a franquia zero incluída são os melhores do que pesquisei na linha de cascais. atenção para não deixarem nada na viatura quando o entregarem mesmo para lavar pois ficam sem o que deixaram. The prices with the zero franchise are the best one that have I researched in cascais. be aware to not leave anything in the vehicle when you deliver it, even to cleaning, because you would be left without.

Não entregaram a viatura com o depósito cheio, nem fizeram a vistoria de danos ao veículo. Tive que ir pedir para rever a viatura comigo porque a mesma tinha danos que não foram assinalados

Se fossem mais rápidos, seria perfeito. As tarifas são mais baratas do que em Cascais, por exemplo. Da primeira vez, tive dificuldade em encontrar a loja, que, de tão pequena, está quase oculta por uma paragem de autocarro (!), mesmo em frente ao Casino Estoril, junto à Estação da CP.
