We hired a 9 seater, customer service excellent. We also requested a child seat, we were told to pop and collect one from the young man outside, they had a selection, not up to same standard as home, however we selected one fitted it in car and realised that the catch was broken, if we had been in crash our grandson could potentially have suffered serious injuries, we went back to explain this and the young man put it back on shelf, we explained the dangers etc, but he was clearly not bothered, plus there were 2 othervcolkeagues standing outside and found this amusing.im totally appalled at their attitude to health and safety,we selected another seat and left, when returning it week later the broken one was still on shelf, I really need you to address this and talk to the colleagues concerned.

An efficient and very pleasant experience and this being my first car rental in Europe. Hertz’s Miguel was courteous, knowledgeable and super efficient. He answered all questions without hesitation or reference. The car was perfect and he asked if I would mind taking an automatic at no extra cost. Awesome from start to finish.

Bed service. On the thrifty website we found an automatic car, but couldn't book it, cause it said that no excess insurance can be provided/sold only at the counter. So we went there to hear that there are no automatic cars at all and if we sold book one online they sold just substitute it for a manual. They can't deliver what they sell online. Stay away from this place. Do yourself a favor.

Excellent and speedy service. Competent and friendly Staff. No complaints about the carpark either. Recommended if you need a rental, and I would suggest you get one for a couple of days at least. Allows one a bit of leeway.

Wat een sjagerijnige vent, die denkt dat je achterlijk bent en als je niets meer wilt dan wat je gehuurd hebt, dan wordt het alleen maar erger. Laat je lang wachten op de auto, terwijl die al vuil klaar stond. Hier kom ik zeker nooit meer terug, moet wel zeggen toen ik de auto inleverde die waren wel vriendelijk.

A scam, together with europcar. The prices inflated 3 times the ones we were told on the website. Never ever again going to rent a car in this way
