Couldn't get an airport shuttle either from the airport or to the airport despite this being an advertised feature on their website. Instead needed to take taxi which was pretty cheap but cash only: 8 euros to the hotel and 7 euros back to airport.
Hotel breakfast is not included with the rooms. Room itself was an average hotel room with a sad and tiny TV. I would not recommend this hotel for other than a quick 1 night stay close to the airport. Metro station is a short walk away and gets you comfortably to the city center for dinner.

Radisson Blu Lisboa has as good service as Radissons tend to have as in all of them. Rooms are spacious somewhat luxorious. Though I myself find single packing products a huge waste. Still Radisson does that in most products to bring the feeling of luxury.
All in all: rooms are worth the price, spacious, clean and comfy beds. Hotel restaurant food was excellent! (best lamb I've had in a long while) Tasty A'la Carte menu. Dish sizes are also really big.

The airport shuttle service was atrociously limited, operating only a few hours per day and "already full" when requested. Unacceptable for a "4 star" "airport" hotel.

Bom hotel próximo ao aeroporto. Quartos agradáveis e espaçosos. Café da manhã bom mas pelo valor adicional é melhor optar por outro local.
Atendimento deixa a desejar. As pessoas não demonstram importância por estar lá e também não fazem questão se chega antes ou irão sair alguns minutos depois.

Radisson Blu is supposed to be the best of Radisson's hotel grades. This one is not. The room was tiny. We had difficulty opening two suitcases at once. The A/C was ancient and practically useless. Had to open the window with my Swiss Army knife to let some of the cooler, outside air in. The window had to be closed for sleeping, as the hotel is next to Lisbon's airport and a highway.
Had to return a rental car at the airport counting on their touted "complimentary" airport shuttle to get back to the hotel. The shuttle did not show up for 40 minutes. Nobody answered the hotel's phone. Had to take a taxi, which cost as much as their non - complementary breakfast (Euro 15.50). Every other hotel we stayed at in Portugal served an excellent breakfast, which was included in the price. I am a Club Carlson member. Wonder how the non- members are treated...

Zimmer war Ok. War leider nicht richtig gereinigt. Frühstück einfach nur der Hammer!Wer da nicht satt wird ist selber schuld!Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage einfach Top. Nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt.

While the hotel is well situated and the entrance is beautiful, the staff was unfriendly and very unwilling to help with a problem on my reservation.
Room 324 is big, but suffers from a lot of noise from the airconditioning outside, which makes it difficult to sleep.

Room is clean and modern, staff are nice; however shower is weak and the drain didn't work in my room... For a one night stay for flight next morning, not great when this happened taking a shower at night... Almost unacceptable when a functioning shower should be a basic in a 4-star hotel.

Actually hotel is nice and clean. But we had some negative thoughts about service. First of all we booked 2 double beds for adults and a child. When we checked in, receptionist gave us 1 double bed room and told us to give extra bed for the child even we have confirmation of our room type. We didn't complain as we would only stay one night and accepted. When we come up room, door card didn't work and unlock the door. Bellboy said it is because of door lock battery is low so we had to stay for a while to get inside the room. Minibar was checked after we got inside the room. We spend our day out of the hotel. We came back evening and extra bed still wasn't put in the room. We waited for extra bed this time. I think it is kind of rude and all those things should be checked by stuff before guests check in. Hotel is nice, kind of business hotel. Rooms are nice. However we are not happy with the service. Sorry it was a disappointment for us. It should be better than this for Radisson.

Local agradável, refinado, funcionários bem aparentados, porém não há ninguém que fale francês a nível mais complexo deixando os hóspedes a mercê, e a porta giratória na entrada pode causar acidentes como causou a mim ao despedir de uma amiga, pois a porta é giratória e automática. No mais recomendo muito, localização ótima.

Ficamos hospedados do dia 16 ao dia 19/03, posteriormente retornamos dia 29/03 e saímos dia 30/03 em torno de 5 HS da manhã. Na primeira reserva, pagamos pelo cartão de crédito em Sao Paulo. Na segunda reserva na saída , no dia 30 pagamos em dinnheiro a um funcionário que pelo uniforme é o que cuida das malas , que não nos deu o recibo.(facilmente comprovado pelas câmeras). Pra nossa surpresa foi cobrado dia 30/03 187,13 euros, sendo que não consumimos nada.
O absurdo é que nao consigo falar com o Hotel por falta de canais de comunicação....
Um absurdo!!!
Espero que alguém do Hotel leia e nos de a atenção que merecemos.

El hotel en sí está bien, con buenas instalaciones (aunque algo anticuadas), servicios y atención del personal. Habitaciones amplias. Se podría mejorar la limpieza. Pero CUIDADO a la hora de que te pidan taxi porque te intentarán meter en otro vehículo no oficial que te cobrará cuatro veces más que la tarifa del taxi.

Room was clean but outdated. Small screen tv away from the bed. Couldn’t enjoy watching tv laying down. Buffet wasn’t “super” like they claimed and the bacon wasn’t great at all. I will look for a different hotel next time.

Very nice hotel and at good location. It is very close to Campo Grande metro station. Green an yellow lines intersect at Campo Grande. 2 stops down and you have access to red line and outer city trains that take you out of Lisbon. Hotel is 3 min walk from station. Buffet breakfast is really good and lots of options. Rooms are super clean and service is good. 24 hours pharmacy is right when you come out of Campo Grande and to the left of escalators if someone needs it. From Campo Grande you can be in Lisbon city centre under half an hour. As I said very good hotel at a very good location and good breakfast and restaurant. Will definitely stay here if I visit Lisbon.

Malgré sa position excentrée des points d'intérêt de la ville de Lisbon nous avons bénéficié d'un accueil chaleureux et d'attentions de la part de toute l'équipe. En taxi les quartiers animés de Lisbon sont à 10 min, le coût des taxi est très abordable 7 euros pour se rentre à Baixa, Bario Alto, place do commerce. Le Portugal nous a offert une belle leçon de civisme, de politesse et de propreté, pour notre première visite nous avons été conquis par le coté sécurisé du pays, la gentillesse de toutes les personnes que nous avons rencontré et surtout la variété des paysages et monuments à visiter. Nous reviendrons sûrement pour les vacances d'été. Mais chutttt ne le dites pas trop fort.

Staff were great, both at check in & out & in the bar. Hotel a bit dated but room was very clean with great bed & linens. My room overlooked the freeway so very noisy. Recommend asking for a room not facing freeway. Short €7 cab ride to airport.

Hotel cómodo para un matrimonio y dos críos, que por edad no pueden estar en habitaciones separadas.
Las camas, camas, nada de sillón cama, la atención buena, y el metro para moverte no llega a 4 minutos andando....
Le falta una estrella por el aparcamiento, muy justo.....
No desayunamos, ni comida ni cena en el hotel, no puedo valorarlo..

Power was out for 4 hours when we checked in. Of course, not their fault but they made no effort to apologize or make our stay more comfortable as we sat in darkness. Ended up leaving for a few hours even though we didn’t originally want that. Then in the morning, the cleaning staff knocked and IMMEDIATELY opened our door at 9:50am (check out is at 12pm) and closed it, realizing we were still there. It was a very nice room and hotel however, we didn’t pay this price to have such a mediocre experience.

Unfortunately we only stayed in Lisbon 1 night as a layover. Blu is absolutely amazing inside, the hotel is modern and felt like home. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating to all of our needs.

Bra frukostbuffé och bra städning.Hotellet kändes slitet och möblerna i rummet likaså. Mekaniskt mottagande utan genuint servicekunnande i receptionen. Däremot var Concierge det omvända. Också tråkigt att man som ”Expedia-kund” alltid får något slag B-kundsbehandling. Fel rum - ej korrekt och sämre än uppgivet i bokningen - med utsikt in i en vägg fick vi byta mot ”rätt” rum. Osnyggt att på det här sättet ”testa” kunden och se om de orkar reklamera...

Reception staff were very helpful, couldn't fault them. Decent breakfast buffet choices. Rooms were a decent size and air-conditioned. Perhaps not the most modern looking but rooms have been renovated and were nice. There was a hotel taxi service offered to the airport. Enquire with the hotel reception to find out details.

Close to the airport - so close that landing planes almost come through the window. Metro station nearby and ride to the heart of the city takes 10 min and cost for round trip is 3,5€. The hotel itself is... well it's Radisson Blu.

Grundsätzlich tolles Hotel und nettes Personal.
Aber bei diesen Preisen sollte mal wieder etwas Geld in die Hand genommen werden zur Modernisierung, schon sehr verbrauchter Zustand.
Der erste Eindruck ist ahhhh... Ohhhh. Auf den zweiten Blick fallen einige unschöne Dinge auf, welche nicht zum hohen Preisniveau passen.
Und was das auf dem Bild befindliche Buch im Nachttisch für einen Sinn hatte, keine Ahnung.

Spent a great four nights at Radisson Blu Hotel in Lisbon. Super selection of food for breakfast, hot and cold, cooked and continental offerings. Views aren't great as its beside a large road, but I couldn't hear any noise from my room. Staff were professional and I used the complimentary shuttle bus to the airport early in the morning. Its also located a short walk from numerous types of public transport.

Top. Veramente lussuoso, fuori dal mio baget, ci sono finito per caso protetto dal ritardo del volo aereo Tap, quindi non mi è costato nulla, una bella esperienza che certo non potrei ripetere con la mi piccola pensione comunque sono certo che la qualità meriti il prezzo evidenziato all'ingresso...

I had 2 nights in the hotel. It is nice place, the breakfast is amazing. There were few funny downside: The staff members were helpful if they could speak in English better. And there was a used (Victoria secret) panties in my bathroom when I arrived (unfortunately no women included with the panties ), they did clean it after next day.

At first the location doesn’t seem like much, but it’s actually quite convenient. It’s close to a grocery store and the train/subway station. The room was very clean and the staff was quite helpful. It’s a nice hotel and we’d stay again.

Im not sure how star ratings are given but please know that this hotel would be a 3-star at best most places. Staff was friendly but no shuttle from the airport and the rooms doors and drawers were in bad shape. Its fine if you just need somewhere to stay while sightseeing.

i was impressed with how good was the location, but there was i few uncomfortable situations. at first ive had booked a room with a king size bed and i didnt get it, the wif sgnal wasnt great, many times i was desconnect. on the second day i went to get food and let the no room service needed hanging on the door by the time i cane back to my room my door was unlocked. i belive it was the people that clean the room, but i didn’t solicited them to do so.

The hotel is very nice. The Staff is very courteous. However, their Shuttle Service to and from LIS sucks.
I call the front desk upon arrival at 0730 and was told the shuttle only runs in the evening to the airport. That evening at 1930 when I needed to return to the airport I was told the shuttle only runs in the morning from 0630 to 1130 AM.
Therefore, I had to get a taxi to and from LIS approximately 7-10 Euro each way.

We have been to this hotel twice and while furniture and design certainly is not up to the newest trends we could not have been happier.
The service is up to the highest standard, they are very friendly, the rooms are really clean and in good shape. The restaurant has really good food. The airport shuttle is free and the metro station is right across the street.

Pros: affordable, near the airport, large comfy lobby, large superior room, luxurious bathroom, love the small snackbar, corteous staff (Miguel was very kind and patient), ok breakfast buffet.
Cons: too far from city center, carpet on the hallways are stained and old, and whether you order room service or partake the dinner buffet you have to pay right there and cannot charge to your room. Compared to other Radisson Blu we have checked in to, this one is not at par.

Viaggio di piacere con famiglia. Struttura nello stile e negli arredi forse un Po classica e datata ma che ha rispettato tutti gli standatd di qualità e pulizia che ci si attende da un 4 stelle. Camere ampie e ordinate, colazione con una offerta x tutti i gusti e cibo di qualità. Abbiamo cenato una sera con un servizio ottimo così come i piatti curati e molto saporiti ad un prezzo onestissimo. Receptionist sempre disponibili che ci hanno addirittura concesso l'uso della Camera fino alle 17 del giorno del check out. Vicinissimo all' aeroporto e a 100 mt dalla metro. Parcheggio comodo sia a pagamento privato o pubblico (gratis dalle 19 alle 9 e Week ebd). Consigliato senza riserva.

Um bom hotel. Boa estrutura, ótimo café da manhã. O mobiliário um pouco velho, mas o quarto e amenidades de boa qualidade. Fica perto do aeroporto e as janelas isolam muito bem o barulho. No café muita cordialidade. No front desk senti falta de empatia e cordialidade da funcionária Alina. O gerente, ou seu colega veio e resolveu o problema da reserva. O estacionamento custa 13,90/dia. Na frente do hotel tem um público custa 1,40/hora. Tem transfer gratuito para o aeroporto.
Estamos ainda hospedado e a limpeza tem dias que deixa MUITO A DESEJAR. Mas quase todos os funcionários na recepção entendem e mandam o pessoal arrumar. A irregularidade é ruim para imagem do hotel.

Not one of the greatest hotel.
Good things going for it, close to the airport and the parc, decent breakfast.
Things not in its favour, bed wasn't great, toilet had a slightly weird smell, a bit noisy and overall very old furniture and equipment.
That being said, price was reasonable hence it gets 3 stars.

Very nice hotel, clean and had an excellent buffet breakfast. They picked us up from the airport as part of the price. It was quite pricey but the room and bathroom was very large by European standards. The staff was also very helpful in situating our luggage and setting up the next day for shuttle back to the airport.

Ich bin im Radisson Blu im Zuge einer Geschäftsreise unter gekommen. Das Hotel liegt in kurzer Entfernung zum Flughafen. Mit dem Taxi/Uber ist das Hotel schnell und günstig erreicht. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten. Die Ausstattung ist auch mehr als ok. Aber nicht alles ist Gold was glänzt. Leider hat die Zimmertür einen Spalt und nachts scheint das Licht vom Flur herein. Zudem tritt so auch der Lärm des Flurs herein. Eventuell war mein Zimmer nur etwas ungünstig gelegen aber auch nur das kann ich bewerten. Das Frühstück war wiederum hervorragend. Es gab von allem etwas und es war lecker. WLAN kostenfrei ist ebenfalls Standard. Ein Shuttleservice zum Flughafen stand ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Kostenfrei! Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Hotel mit Abzügen in der B-Note.

Catena Radisson, quindi livello qualitativo alto; camere ampie e bagno dotato di vasca da bagno.
La colazione è varia ed abbondante ed il costo è di 15€, da aggiungere al costo della camera in quanto viene conteggiata a parte.
La zone non è centrale ma poco lontano c'è una fermata della metro ed al costo di 1,50€ si può viaggiare tutto il giorno su e giù per Lisbona.
La metro è raccomandatissima: i taxi (non sempre dotati di pos, quindi assicuratevi di avere contanti) sono tanti e sempre disponibili, ma il traffico, soprattutto nelle ore di punta, obbliga a code interminabili.

The advertised "airport shuttle" is a joke. 1. It only runs TO the airport. 2. It only runs to the airport after 6:30am which misses most international flights headed west. From the airport you might get them to send someone up until 11:30am if "the guy" feels like it

First time using a Radisson Blue hotel.
Pros:
--Plush towels, the best ones I have used
--Near a Metro station, about a 5-min walk
--Safe area due to a couple of college campuses nearby
Cons:
--Parking was more than 13 Euro per day
--Did not clean the room. We left around 10am and returned around 8pm. The room was not cleaned. (No, we did not leave sign on the door knob, in case you are wondering.)
--Got a call at 5:23 in the morning. After my wife, who was closest to the bed answered, the person hung up. We weren't able to sleep after that. (It’s most likely not the hotel’s fault, but some tour group’s wake-up call mistake. But, it added to the negative experience overall.)

Chose it for proximity to airport AND ADVERTISED FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE.But the shuttle Only RUNS FROM 6:30-11:30 AND ONLY FROM HOTEL TO AIRPORT NOT V.V. Even though I called the hotel at 11:30 from Marrakech and said I would arrive Lisbon at 13:45 they said to call back upon arrival for a shuttle. When I called back at 13:45 they said there was no shuttle! This is ridiculous! FIRST, she could have told me this when I called the first time! SECOND, what kind of hotel has a shuttle only in the morning and only in one direction!!??FALSE ADVERTISING AND MISLEADING!!

Großes Zimmer mit großen und sehr guten Betten.Das schöne Badezimmer hätte mir noch besser gefallen, wenn nicht an beiden Tagen Haare in der Badewanne oder auf dem WC Deckel zu finden gewesen wären. Die anderen Bereiche waren einwandfrei sauber.Freundliches Personal.Gute Lage nahe des Flughafens und der Universität. Kostenloser Shuttleservice zum Flughafen. Wenn der Fahrer einen zum richtigen Terminal gebracht hätte, wäre es noch besser gewesen.

Viaje en familia con un bebé y otro niño pequeño. Nos han puesto cuna y dos camas grandes que han ayudado mucho en nuestra estadía. Habitación grande y cómoda con lindas vistas y la ubicación alejado del centro pero muchas opciones de medios de transporte para moverse a un par de cuadras.

Great location, beautiful hotel. Service could be better. Somewhat slow check in and check out line. I booked there because of proximity yo airport and their shuttle service. Booked shuttle for 0730. Checked out early and their breakfast started at 0630. After breakfast I exited building at 0722 as the 0730 can left early without me. Van was still iddle and very possible driver saw me as he pulled away slowly. One Man in front desk apologized and called a cab for 2 guests left stranded by shuttle. A second Man from front desk helped with bags and paid cab driver. He ruined the nice gesture of cab and apology when he told me this was my fault for checking out early. Driver looked for me and was told I had checked out. I had confirmed being in shuttle list and told them I was getting breakfast. Poor coordination, nuclear instructions.

Points positifs: proche de l'aéroport et petit-déjeuner très varié et appétissant.
Points negatifs: l'insonorisation est à revoir. On entend très fort les avions ainsi que ce qu'il se passe dans les autres chambres à proximité.
Le frigo et plusieurs autres prises de la chambre ne fonctionnaient pas.
La veille de notre départ, j'ai demandé s'il était possible d'avoir un petit-déjeuner à emporter car nous devions quitter l'hôtel à 4h30 avec un bébé d'un an. Malheureusement, rien n'avait été préparé. Aucune solution de "secours" nous a été proposé alors que le petit-déjeuner était déjà payé pour ce dernier jour.

Das schon etwas in die Jahre gekommene 4-Sterne Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens (5-7 Min mit dem Taxi) und zeichnet sich durch ein extrem hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal aus. Grosser Bonuspunkt ist zudem die nahegelegene Metrostatkon, mit der man schnell und einfach in die Stadt kommt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und boten den üblichen gehobenen Standard, den man von einem gehobenen 4 Sterne Hotel erwarten darf. Gerne wieder!

За ланчбокс (не успевал к завтраку из-за раннего вылета, просили 15 евро (неплохой обед в ресторане или хорошая покупка в магазине продуктов дня на три с вином, хамоном, сыром и фруктами)
В общем, сплошное разочарование. Отменил все брони этой сети на будущее.

Ich habe mich für das Hotel entschieden, da es in der Nähe des Flughafen liegt und wir zeitig in der früh los mussten. Dafür braucht man etwas länger (U-Bahn) damit man ins Zentrum gelangt. Die Zimmer sind leider etwas dunkel, lüften oder bei offenem Fenster schlafen ist durch den Lärm der landenden Flugzeuge und der laufenden Kühlaggregate nicht empfehlenswert. Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal außergewöhnlich freundlich und das Frühstücksbüffet sehr großzügig.

Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster ist weniger einladend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und gut.
Die Zimmer sind OK.
Die Klimaanlage erfüllte ihren Zweck nicht. Da das Hotel in der Nähe einer vielbefahrenen Straße liegt ist das Öffnen des Fenstern aufgrund des Verkehrlärms auch nicht zu empfehlen.

Hôtel assez excentré (heureusement qu'il y'a une station de métro à environ 7 minutes à pied).L'isolation phonique laisse à désirer car on entendait les voitures (hôtel proche d'un grand axe routier) + bruits des touristes.
Sur l'équipe de l'hôtel, une personne parle français. Aucun effort de leur part. Pas aimables.
Pour ce qui est de notre chambre, le ménage laissait à désirer.
Seul point positif : la literie.
Pour un hôtel de ce standing, on s'attendait à un minimum, en sachant que la nuitée est à 150€.

Chambre pour 4 spacieuse mais justement elle est pour 4 ! Non pour 2/3 car les 2 lits présents dans la chaleur ne sont pas pour 2 personnes ou alors si mais 2 enfants ! Personnel serviable et compétent. Bonne localisation à proximité de laéroport. Cependant, système dair climatisé vétuste ayant engendré de la condensation dans la chambre et un dégât deau durant la nuit. Bien que le personne ait tout nettoyé rapidement, ceci na pas aidé à avoir une bonne nuit de sommeil.

Très bon hôtel le personnel est a l'écoute des voyageurs le petit-déjeuner est super copieux les transports en communs sont à 5 minutes à pied le seul petit bémol certaines personnes se crois chez eux et claque les portes des chambres mais sa c les gens
L'hôtel met à notre service un voiturier pour nous récupérer et nous transporté pour le retour à l'aeroport bravo le RADISSON

Totally disappointed... As 4 star hotel and as you can image very expensive (€250 PER NIGHT) so i was expecting beds were CHANGE DAILY but it isnt. Thought as well my get some courtesy water as it is very hot weather but they leave water in the room expecting you to drink to charge for it and it is not cheap. We travel for hours and we get exhausted some times you arrive so late( my flight left two hours late and i believe this happens so many times ) and is no way to got anywhere else and guess what? No water, nothing...its shocking!

Gostei da estadia,,estava tudo limpo, o pequeno almoço tinha para todos os gostos, fui muito bem atendida. Foi a primeira vez que lá fiquei mas acho que não foi a última,,que continuem com o bom trabalho.

Ich habe das Hotel in erster Linie wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen und kostenlosem Shuttle Service ausgewählt. Wie es sich herausgestellt hat, muss man sich für Rückfahrt vom Hotel lange im Voraus anmelden. Minivan mit 8 Plätzen fährt ab 6 bis 11 Uhr jede halbe Stunde. Bei unserer Ankunft waren alle Plätze schon ausgebucht. Für die Hinfahrt muss man im Hotel anrufen, wenn man aus dem Flughafen rauskommt und hoffen, dass der Service verfügbar ist. Wir mussten sowohl für die Hin als auch für die Rückfahrt auf ein Taxi ausweichen. Kostenpunkt war 6 Euro pro Strecke. Nicht die Welt, aber trotzdem ärgerlich, wenn man auf Shuttle Service gehofft hat.Das Zimmer selbst war etwas abgewöhnt, aber sauber und funktionell eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte super. Der Lärm der viel befahrenen Straße hat nicht wirklich gestört. Ärgerlich war, dass das Zimmer total verraucht war. Als Nichtraucher mit 2 Kindern haben wir es als besonders schlimm befunden. Für eine Zwischenübernachtung ging es gerade noch. Ein weiteres Mal würde ich das Hotel nicht buchen.

Stayed here overnight when arriving in Lisbon and again when leaving. It's located right by the airport which makes it super convenient. The beds are incredibly nice, which is needed when you're going to spend the following days travelling. We had the best time at the dinner buffet. The food was great and the recommended wine was beautiful. The staff made the dinner special. One man in particular, André, was very charming and helpful. He elevated the dinner and made us feel like we were in a five star resort. He, along with the other dinner staff we had helping us, should be very proud of their work.

Nice stay with helpful staff at desk.Located near metro station Campo Grande, which is a bit outside of city center. There were waiting queues in front of breakfast buffet and lifts, since one lift out of three was not working.

Trop près de l'aéroport, je ne le savais pas. Le service du personnel d'étage est très courtois.
En revanche, le directeur de l'établissement, a osé me demander le règlement de 1 € qui avait été oublié par la personne qui a rédigé ma facture, ainsi que le règlement de la taxe de séjour dont je m'étais acquittée la veille. C'est honteux et bien réel.

Service from Receptionist David was OUTSTANDING from start to finish! He was extremely welcoming, polite and helpful - a definite asset to the hotel and deserves a promotion!!
Breakfast service and variety of options were amazing, even had 5 varieties of milk including lactose free. Huge selection of breads/rolls/cakes/pastries/fruit/meat/cheese/fish/yogurts. As soon as we entered the breakfast restaurant, we were greeted by the waitress who served us tea/coffee and took our hot breakfast order eg omlette/waffle/fried eggs but no pancakes unfortunately! The breakfast staff were attentive and remembered us just after one visit.
Room was spacious with English news channels on TV, a very handy iron and ironing board, a safe, fridge and plenty of mirrors!
Closest metro was Campo Grande just 3mins walk away by NOS sign seen from across the hotel (just lots of traffic lights to cross!). Just behind the Metro station is the football stadium and a shopping mall with Lidl (open 8:30am - 9:30pm) food outlets (Mr Pizza etc..), clothing stores and a cinema.
Campo Grande metro is on the green and yellow line (only 4 lines in total!) and system is very easy to use but expensive (€1.50 per journey and €0.50 initially to buy the Viva Viagem travel card).
Really enjoyed our hotel stay and this made our Lisbon experience more memorable. Thank you!!

Close to airport, so far from what you would really want to see. Perfect place if you have an overnight layover, but choose something closer to city centre if you are visiting the city.

Gute Lage, Metro, Flughafen... Grosse Zimmer, nettes Personal. Im 7.Stock kann man leider die Fenster nicht öffnen, Restaurant gut und freundliche Bedienung. Ein Spektakel besonderer Art sind die Flugzeuge die greifnah im Landeanflug am Hotel vorbeifliegen!

One of the worst Radisson hotels we've ever been. Stuff was rude and slow. To serve three clients took more than half an hour for three clerks. Reception untidy. But the room itself was ok. Be careful with toiletries: they are not included into the room price and are extremely expensive! Also check the bill twice before leaving. I was charged 40€ for something, still unclear for what and many hours after we left the hotel. No invoice/bill/explanation ever followed.

Clean and beautiful room with wooden floor. Lobby is great. We were not able to book a shuttle to the airport because it was already reserve by one billion people and my grand mother's room smelled quite bad. (but our room smelled normal, so I think it was their cleaning product.) Restaurant was great, with great service and tasty food. Overall great stay.

Ottima posizione a 100 Mt dalla stazione metro campo grande. Hotel comodo nelle camere e pulito. Parcheggio a pagamento circa 13,50 al giorno, di fronte ne trovate anche uno a 6 al giorno.

Room was nice. Mostly clean. At check in we were told breakfast was included. We advised we had not paid for breakfast. We were assured by the receptionist it was included. We showed up for breakfast. Not my taste, but not slating it as others enjoyed it fine. Then presented with a bill for 31 euro. Complained at reception. Different receptionist and very obnoxious. Made us feel like we were out for a freebie. Not impressed as we advised on more than one occasion we had not booked breakfast, only to be told it was included. They did not charge for breakfast, but we were rudely advised for the next day that breakfast was not included and dismissed by the rude little man. Will not be back. Make up your own mind. Just watch out for staff trying to hoodwink you into spending money.

Overall good hotel. The rooms are a bit outdated and the WiFi is not that great. The breakfast is amazing. The hotel parking, which is also a public parking is terrible!
Depending on the room you might get a view of a radio communications tower next to your window.

Teníamos contratada una habitación familiar estándar, pero al llegar no había ninguna disponible y nos adjudicaron una superior. La habitación era una pasada, tenía dos camas de matrimonio y un saloncito con sofá y dos sillones. Todo muy cómodo y limpio. El trato en recepción muy correcto.
