Das Hotel fliegt direkt in der Fußgängerzone und am Strand Paria da Rocha. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und schön groß. Es war alles sauber und wurde auch täglich aufgeräumt. Das Frühstück sowie Abendessen fanden wir immer sehr lecker. Service war auch sehr nett. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Hotel was ich nur weiterempfehlen kann.

Excelente hotel. Em questões de limpeza...os quartos impecáveis. Piscina assim que é fechada aos hóspedes é logo limpa. Staff muito simpáticos. Os pequenos almoços e jantares imensa comida. Recomendo e iremos voltar.

Very good for families with kids - each room can easily fit a family of 4 or 5, so you don't need to book 2 rooms. Breakfast is a feast - very good, big variety and they keep replenishing it

Absolutely incredible! I came here for my birthday (hadn't told the hotel that) not only was the view stunning, the staff treat you like royalty.
On top of the veiw and the staff, the room was gorgeous and they even left a bottle of bubbly and a slice of cake with a happy birthday for me for when I got back to my room that day, the hotel in general was above and beyond any expectations and will definitely be returning here again.
I want to say thank you for making my birthday trip that much nicer!

Schönes und recht neues Hotel am Strand Strand Praia da Rocha. Wir waren hier in der Vorsaison und die Preise dementsprechend vorteilhaft. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und sehr modern eingerichtet. Das King-size Bett ist mit einem Sideboard vom Wohnbereich getrennt. Dort hat es ein Sofa und einen Sessel. Es gibt viel Platz für die Kleider; Schränke und viele Schubladen. Das Hotel ist an erster Reihe oberhalb des Strandes gelegen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet lasst fast keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool ist klein aber ok.
Ein Kompliment gilt dem netten und aufmerksamen Personal.

Extraordinário. Muito bem localizado a cerca de 50 metros da Praia da Rocha. Os funcionários são super prestáveis e de uma simpatia inesgotável. O quarto estava perfeito, com todas as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia de excelência. A piscina está muito bem cuidada e de noite, com as luzes, fica com uma decoração ímpar. O pequeno-almoço é muito bom, fresco e variado. Certamente a repetir no futuro!

Portimão kann man beim besten Willen nicht als eine Perle der Algarve bezeichnen und man muss die Stadt, die eigentlich nur aus Beton-Bausünden besteht auch nicht gesehen haben.
Das Hotel ist aber top.
Extrem freundliches Personal, tolle, geschmackvolle, sehr große Zimmer, überdurchschnittliches Frühstücksbuffet und sehr sauber.
Für ein paar Euro mehr empfehle ich auf jeden Fall ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, das lohnt sich.
Leider ist zwischen Strand und Hotel da noch diese Straße, die Menschen, die gerne mit offenem Fenster schlafen als extrem störend empfinden werden.

Nice hotel a stones throw from the beach. Friendly staff, nice big rooms, modern, and a great breakfast. Parking is expensive, but I had no issues finding free parking in the vicinity of the hotel. Gym is a little limited, but still decent. Hope to come back next year.

Gorgeous hotel with in a central location.
The rooms are very beautiful, especially if you have the sea view. The bar downstairs looks over the Praia Da Rocha which is the perfect spot to relax with a drink.

As almofadas não são nada confortáveis..É pena. O quarto estava muito quente, para quem não gosta de dormir com calor é difícil!

Rooms are nice, big and clean, balcony and natural light -super! Also is very useful to have a kettle and microwave. Cleaning is good BUT we never had a change of soap and from check-in day we had just one bottle of body lotion and when it was finished - no replacement.
We were really surprised that there is no at least one bottle of water, that is normal as a welcome in 4 STARS Hotels.
The breakfast is very very good! BUT Coffee is so bad, with a taste of instant coffee :( also there always was a line to coffee machines and each second morning one machine was broken, in my opinion, is not acceptable for 4 STARS Hotel.

Family of 4. Room extremely comfy with views of the beautiful beach which is 2 minutes walk away. Eat as much as you like fantastic breakfast. And a restaurant at night if you would rather not eat out. Prices around Pria da Rocha town generally very reasonable

A wonderful balcony view, a very big and clean rooms, the staff are so much professional, friendly and make you feel comfortable. The room was very clean(you have in the room coffee machine and fresh fruits, we was in the room 503) and they make your room every day. A wonderful breackfest and diner with a huge varieties of food. I love a lot their fish dishes and the idea how they cook in front of you so you can see how fresh everything are. Every day for desert they have a lot of si tasty cakes and fruits. I think this is the most beautiful hotel in that area with the best services and a splendid view, it is so close to the beach and during the night you can hear the waves from your room. Realy for us was an amazing experience. The positioning it is perfect, you have the bus station in front of the hotel or from 2 km you can take an another bus to go to Lagos or Albufeira to enjoy anothers very knows places. If you want to go to Portimao and to be next to the beach stay at this hotel, you will not regret. We would like to come here again for our next vacation.

La habitación es muy amplia y nueva con unas vistas espectaculares a la playa de la Rocha en la habitación Deluxe de la 6 planta. La cama es 2x2 muy confortable. El baño es amplio y la bañera muy grande. El personal del hotel es muy amable y hablan castellano si lo necesitas. Te ayudan con el equipaje durante el check in/out. El desayuno y la cena están bien si no quieres complicarte buscando fuera. Por 10€ al día tienes parking en el mismo hotel. Hay varios centros comerciales a las afueras de Portimao si necesitas comprar cualquier cosa.

Hotel aan de kust in Portemao. Parkeren mogelijk. Ligt aan kleine boulevard. In laagseizoen ok, wellicht in hoogseizoen wat lawaaierig en druk. Ruime kamers. Ontbijt gewoon. Kamers vooraan hebben zeezicht (aan te raden iets hogere verdieping te nemen omwille van straat voor het hotel en wat meer privacy) Voor wie rust zoekt, zou ik andere en mooiere locaties aanraden buiten Portemao.

Beautiful layout...the rooms are very spacious, very clean & the beds are small double's memory foam but hard which suits Myself as I have a bad back...soooo comfortable indeed.
2 Lcd Tv's most channels are in English including movie channel/Nicalodian channel for the small children.
Mini bar, microwave upto date Kitchenette.
We are on the 6th floor & the views, are amazing of the seafront.
Bathroom with overhead shower plus lower shower & Big New big bath tub.
Great for a get away break.

The 4 star(dom) hotel is sliding down...!!
The storage space in bathroom inadequate..
The bath tub cracks artound drain hole...discoloured /yellowish stains inside the tub...non slip rubber mat old,discoloured(not white!)and worn out..no air vent inside bathroom..the shower glass screen ill fitted letting water out which floods the bedroom..broken handle on divertor hand shower to overhead shower rose..the wash basin cracked in several areas...the balcony floor holds rain water as drain grid is in wrong position..nice kitchenette but somewhat short of cooking equipment !?
microwave oven situated under kitchen top e.g at knee level and very awkward to see the control knobs...
The wardrobe space inadequate ..sliding doors tend to be blocked by the chest of draws placed inside the wardrobe
There is no provision of a chair and table on which to use the PC...!
Plus points...superb position ,very attentive staff at all levels.
Breakfast food and beverages selection wide and high quality ..
Room service excellent and quick..
Bedroom well appointed with extra large and comfortable bed,arm chair and a sofa plus two TV sets..comfortable pillows...

Such a lovely hotel. Rooms are great, staff are friendly and will do anything at all for you. Breakfast was a fantastic choice of food, drinks etc, the best we've ever experienced abroad.
Situated on the sea front, excellent location, I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Hotel moderno, tiene enchufes por toda la habitación. La suite tiene una cama enorme 2,20 x 2,10, sofá cama y dos televisores. Una cocina con placa vitrocerámica, microondas y mini bar. El desayuno está muy bien: fruta, yogures, fiambres, huevos a la plancha, tortilla y crepes. El único pero es el aparcamiento en los alrededores, pocas plazas gratis que además en verano son zona azul.

Excelente atención del personal y hablan varios idiomas. La ubicación es casi perfecta, lo digo porque hay que subir unas cuantas escaleras o una rampa para coches muy empinada. Las habitaciones muy bonitas y en perfectas condiciones.

Is exactly as what is showing in the pictures. The swimming pool water is very cold for this time of the year. Reception guy (Luis) was very friendly and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. Breakfast is very good has English breakfast and dinner is amazing all you can eat. Each day of the week is different but a lot of variety is worth it every penny =)

A atenção e a educação de todos excelente desde o momento que pisamos no hotel. Fiquei maravilhada com a cortesia de boas vindas, uma linda cesta de frutas e um espumante. Выбирала отель по отзывам и близости к пляжу. Бронировали номер с частичным видом на океан, к нашему сожалению номер дали на 1-м этаже, последний от океана, то-есть вид был на дорогу и чтоб увидеть океан с балкона, нужно ооочень постараться! На ресепшене я попросила поменять номер, мне любезно сказали "Конечно, 150 евро нужно доплатить" . Я отказалась.
Ночью было ОЧЕНЬ шумно!!!
В целом номер хороший, просторный и чистый! Огромная, удобная кровать, но от подушки на следующий день болела шея. Наличие кухни в номере большой +, особенно для тех, кто путешествует с детками. Наличие душевых принадлежностей насмешило, кроме 1-го крема для тела, ничего больше не было.
Завтрак, мы кушаем все, но это все должно быть вкусным. "Как из 100 блюд, 120 может быть не вкусных??!!" Никогда не предполагала, что вкус яичного омлета может быть таким фе.... Выбор на завтрак огромный, но все, что я не пробовала, оказывалось странно не вкусным. Кроме мандаринового фреша и слоеных булочек с шоколадом (к сожалению они были только 1 раз, за время нашего прибывания). Особенно меня удивило расположение кровяной колбасы рядом со сладкими вафлями!

Very nice new looking hotel, the rooms are large and spacious with a huge king size bed, sofa sitting area and a balcony. The hotels location is perfect for the beach, food and drink, and a short walk to old town.
The breakfast is definitely worth it and has a wide selection of options available, from Danish pastries, fresh fruit, cold meats, fried breakfast, cereals. The swimming pool is the only thing that lets this hotel down, it’s Morden but only gets the sun for a few hours between 11- 2, but this didn’t really bother us as you have the whole beach on your door step to relax on.
Would definitely stay here again!

hotel bem localizado , qualidade preço muito bom ,quarto muito bom, a casa de banho tem a banheira alta demais para pessoas com problemas de acessibilidade reduzida e a piscina tem várias falhas no ladrilho o que pode provocar ferimentos para quem a utiliza e o corrimão de acesso à piscina não está bem fixo e deveria ter 2 .

Tolles modernes Hotel. Unbedingt Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick ab dem 5.Stock buchen. Unglaublicher Blick! Pizzeria ca. 200m links von Hotelausgang sehr zu empfehlen. Strand direkt vor dem Hotel ist ca. 2km lang und 200m tief. Sehr schön zum laufen...

Sehr große gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, super vielfältiges Frühstück. Personal sehr freundlich, stets sauber. Im Hotel gegenüber jeden Abend bis 0 Uhr Livemusik- dadurch nicht für Frühzubettgeher geeignet. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder wählen.

O hotel está extremamente bem equipado e bem situado. O colaboradores são muito simpáticos e sempre prontos a ajudar. Os quartos são limpos e espaçosos. A piscina permanece a maioria do tempo à sombra e as cadeiras são desconfortáveis. Nos quartos os cortinados deixam entrar luz e poderiam estar equipados com estendais para poder secar toalhas. É pena o check-in só poder ser feito a partir das 15h

Desayuno buffet variado y de buena calidad. Nuestra habitación familiar era muy amplia con cama de matrimonio enorme y 2 camas individuales, además tenía una pequeña cocina muy completa con microondas, fregadero y placa vitrocerámica. No tenía frigorífico pero si minibar y caja fuerte. En resumen, hotel muy recomendable, magnifica ubicación e instalaciones.

Wunderschön gelegenes modernes Hotel am Strand von da Rocha, die Lage ist top! Auch die Zimmer sind schön gross und modern eingerichtet. Buffet am Morgen überzeugt qualitativ und quantitativ - ein echter Pluspunkt! We enjoyed our holiday and we would definitely go back to the hotel and recommend you the hotel if you want to be close to the beach! The hotel team was nice but in my opinion they could be more talkative and explain more things during check-in... That is the only thing we didnt like so much but on the other hand the check-in was done in 1 minute so if you dont like to wait or having small talks its perfect :) I hope you will enjoy your trip or stay, we certainly did!

Nada recomendable, habitación pequeña y cutre, el aire acondicionado funciona fatal decoración antucuada, tiene vitrocerámica y extractor pero están de adorno ya que en la habitación no se puede cocinar, por lo que tampoco hay sartenes ni nada por el estilo, tiene un pequeño minibar con bebidas carísimas al igual que todo en el hotel, la TV pequeña y con mala señal, y el baño parece bastantes años. Además, en los pasillos hay el típico olor a consulta de dentista. Sinceramente no sé de dónde sacaron las cuatro estrellas porque no tiene categoría ni para dos.

Gostei imenso só não gostei do facto do ar condicionado estar ligado mas não emitir qualquer ar fresco. Ainda chamei a atenção da gerência mas esta nada fez para corrigir a situação. Quanto ao resto achei um local muito agradável para passar ferias.

Et beaucoup de bordel de réception avec la réservation de booking ça a été réglé grâce à la bonne volonté de la personne qui se trouvait dans Le Comptoir qui n'a malheureusement pas grand chose à dire qu'à lui demander à son directeur qui lui a quand même arrangé les choses malgré ça pour un 4 étoiles les boissons dans le mini bar de l'hôtel ne sont pas gratuites ils sont dans la chambre piscine trop petit pas de soleil à partir de 2h30 de l'après-midi personnel très serviable même si parle pas toutes les langues pour le parking réservé en souterrain un supplément et à compter difficile d'accès pour certains grands véhicules des manœuvres sont à prévoir pour se garer correctement

Me gusta xq las habitaciones son grandisimas, la cama tb (2m) y todo está bastante bien diseñado. Malo..tiene el precio que es bastante elevado gracias a ingleses y alemanes que no les cuesta, el horario de la piscina (de 8 a 18h) y que no tiene mucho espacio, ni sol por la tarde yque los empleados van de alto standing y no sé si los vaqueros que llevan que son muy apretados...pero la gran mayoría eran un poco serios.

Lovely hotel ,the staff and the rooms are very good . The only criticism we would have about the hotel is it can be a bit noisy outside early in the morning but that's not a problem with the hotel itself but the area it is in . We would definitely go back to portimao but maybe stay a bit further away from the main strip.

We booked two double rooms for our short stay during an extended weekend with three months in advance and were very specific on the condition of the rooms being side by side. To our surprise, we were informed that we would have to be in different floors because there were no availability ro fulfil our request.
On top of that we had an issue with the fridge inside the room that was not keeping my baby's food frozen and we had to ask three times for them to go check it out and when they changed it we were not informed, the outcome was: we lost pretty much all her food due to defrosting.
One good experience was Pedro, the bellboy. He was impeccable.

Superb hotel right in the center of Praia da Rocha, affording fantastic views right across the beach as well as up both sides of the main street. We stayed bed and breakfast and I have to say, it was probably the best hotel we have stayed in. The only negative is the pool. It's a little on the small side and also gets quite shaded early in the day. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Está especialmente bien situado, con una habitación enorme de 50m cuadrados ( un pequeño apartamento) una cama de 2x2 muy cómoda ( la que nos dieron al menos ). La playa de Da Rocha, es una preciosidad. Lo que no se debe perder nadie es el paseo en barca por los acantilados ¡¡ Una auténtica maravilla !!! Recomiendo sacar los billetes para el barco en la oficina de turismo de Portimao. El patrón es un tío majisimo llamado Bruno. Nos lo enseñó todo sin prisa y con detalle

Hotel Da RochaGreat size room for a family of 4 with a microwave and minibar fridge.Excellent location, litterally access to the beach is across the road and loads of restaurants and shops along the strip.We had a few issues with our room one of the issue was not dealt with correctly by the hotel.1st issue upon arrival i noticed a silver fish pest in the toilet. Due to the location of this bug i just flushed it away.In the morning i then noticed another silver fish pest in the bathroom on the floor, which i took care of then went to notify the hotel staff about.What was done..........NOTHING which was majorly disappointing.(I have pictures of the bugs it i can upload i will)2nd in the bathroom there was black mold inbetween the tiles which they need to address.3rd the mirrors need replacing in the bathroom as they are damaged.4th the hot water temperature is not constance and can suddenly become very hot then cool down this was very intermittently.A downfall which is not the hotels fault was alot of the restaurants were closed until April so if your planning a quick get away here before April be warned alot of the shops and restaurants will be closed.

Somos clientes asiduos, a dicho hotel, 6 años, 2 ò 3 veces año, pedimos habitación en lo pisos superiores y nos lo dieron en la 1° planta, la reserva la hice el 8/3/20 y me dicen que agoda, le pasó la misma el 13/3/20 y por esa razón me dieron ese piso, en recesión nos trataron con mucha prepotencia, y que el trato sería mejor si hubieses contratado la reserva directamente con el hotel, intentaré la próxima vez cambiar de hotel, que desilusión,

The room was large and had a separate seating area. The bed was massive and very comfortable. We had a good selection forvthe buffet breakfast. It was my wifes birthday and without prompting the hotel left a bottle of wine and cake for her in the room.

Tinned rather than fresh fruit. Hard store bought waffles and undercooked crepes. White bread rock hard. Brown bread was nicer. Mean portions of smoothie / fruit juice pre poured. Room service food was equally a disappointing. Ended up eating out 4 times for breakfast even though we had added on breakfast buffet. Ate out for all other meals also.No pool bar, limited beds, sun only until lunch.Bar extremely understaffed.Had to buy washing up liquid & scourer for kitchenette. No milk (even long life) or tea/coffee/sugar provided with kettle.Iron and ironing board not provided as standard.Shower not separate from bath and no extractor fan in bathroom.Poor lighting everywhere but the bathroom so had to apply make up standing in bathroom when steam finally cleared.No seat near mirror / light seat to move & poor lighting to dry / style hair - plug socket is in the wardobe.Overall the hotel seemed like a modern 3 star and despite the above cons we enjoyed our stay. Feel there is better value for money out there for what we paid for our stay and tried to include information that could be deciding factors for those deciding whether to book this hotel.

Очень просторный номер и ванная комната. Большая удобная кровать. Обильный и разнообразный завтрак. Удобный спуск на пляж.
Отелю необходим небольшой ремонт в некоторых частях. Бассейн расположен неудачно между зданиями отеля и других зданий, стенам которого однозначно нужен ремонт. Из за высоких зданий в районе бассейна солнца почти нет и вид на некрасивые стены соседнего здания из зоны бассейна не особо располагает к отдыху.
Возле отеля множество баров и ресторанов, стоянка такси и прокат машин и велосипедов.
На день рождения моего мужа отель сделал приятный сюрприз, прислав в номер бутылку вина и кусочек торта со свечкой.
В номерах с видом на город ранним утром часов в 6 почти каждый день был шум с улицы каких-то машинных работ , не удалось понять точно. Кроме этого шума, в остальном отель очень спокойный (мы были в конце сентября). В следующий раз забронируем номер с видом на море. Не хватает тематических вечеров хотя бы раз в неделю с живой музыкой и португальским ужином, только ужины без конертов и живого исполнения. Жемчужины этого отеля - работник ресепшен Clauidio и помощник по багажу Pedro. Pedro полон позитивной энергии и порекомендует отличные рестораны. Общение с ним всегда оставляло самые позитивные эмоции. Мы всегда ждали смену этих оебят, чтобы что-то уточнить или спросить. Улыбки, вежливость и готовность всегда помочь этих ребят мы запомним как часть нашего путешествия по Португалии.
Very spacious room and bathroom. Large comfortable bed. Ample and varied breakfast. Convenient descent to the beach. The hotel needs some repairs in some parts. The pool is located poorly between the hotel and other buildings, the walls of which are needed of repair. Because of the tall buildings there is almost no sun in the pool area and the view of the ugly walls of the neighboring building from the pool area is not particularly conducive to relaxation. Near the hotel there are many bars and restaurants, a taxi rank and rental cars and bicycles point. On my husband’s birthday, the hotel made a pleasant surprise by sending a bottle of wine and a piece of cake with a candle in the room.
In the rooms with city view in the early morning at around 6 o'clock almost every day there was a noise from the street of some kind of machine work. Apart from this noise, the hotel is very calm (we were at the end of September). Next time we reserve a room with a sea view. There arte not thematic evenings at least once a week with live music and dinner, only dinners without concerts and live performance. The pearls of this hotel are receptionist Clàudio and luggage assistant Pedro. Pedro is full of positive energy and every moment is ready to help you with any question. We will remember the smiles and courtesy of these guys as part of our trip to Portugal.

Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und sehr aufmerksam.

Das Hotel wurde 2009 komplett saniert. Nach 10 Jahren sind nun schon wieder diverse Kleinigkeiten angefallen.
Nichts gravierende, aber in Summe zuviel. z.B. Nahezu alle Halterungen im Bad locker, Armaturen optisch verschlissen, div. Fließen kaputt, Fügen kaputt und dreckig.
Aber das ist wie gesagt Jammern auf hohem Niveau und könnte mit wenig Arbeit abgestellt werden.

Was probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.
The food was INSANELY GOOD, the rooms were really CLEAN and everyone was nice to us!
The gym is great and the pool wasn’t cold.
The breakfast was great with a nice choice of food.
The other meals are great as well since we could choose whatever we want and each day there were different meals (related to different countries(their culture)).

Don't have big expectations when you see 4 stars, is a 2 stars hotel in a very busy area where you can see and hear constructions constantly, if you have hopes that you can sleap until late that's not gonna happend, gabege car is coming every day at 6, making a lot of noise... Not so friendly stuff and the food is 2 stars as well.

Rooms are big and okay, not very clean and except 2 soap's and some really poor shower gel you don't get anything else but at least you can control AC..
If you rent a car in the mean time like i did be aware that you have to pay 20€ PER NIGHT for parking...
I got only breakfast included which was garbage.. the quality of the food was really bad..
Overall it's not worth it!!

Hotel downgraded our stay from half board to bed and breakfast despite seeing that my paperwork clearly showed that I booked as half board.Hotel room allocated was adjacent to the bar strip, so very noisy. No chance of sleeping before midnight.On the positive side, hotel was clean, breakfast was good and location is right on the beach.Ive stayed at this hotel on 4 occasions - 2014,2015,2017 and 2019. I wouldnt be returning.

Based on reviews I thought this hotel would be descent and I had low expectations as it’s a busy area and in the busy signal. Had to fight to get a second room key, breakfast is garbage and catered to the masses with having to wait in line just to be seated. Canned fruits and juices in Portugal? Pool is small and full. If you’re facing the sea you have a busy street. If you face the back you have non stop construction. Definitely not a 4 star. The only positive is that there was paid parking and Pedro who helped us with the luggage was amazing and full of positive energy and great advise on restaurants. He is the only great thing about this hotel.

Der Check-in verlief zügig.Das Zimmer lag auf der 7.Etage.Von dort hat man einen guten Ausblick.Das Buffett am Morgen liess keine Wünsche offen.Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral.Die Parkgarage fand ich etwas zu teuer mit 20 Euro/Tag.Im Fitnessraum müsste man die Geräte einmal überprüfen.Alles in Allem war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Nice rooms, nice views but the breakfast buffet had a rotten tomatoe in the selection and the sausage was questionable to what meat it was. Would i go back. Yes. Some nice staff but i will not eat breaky.

Excelente hotel, habitaciones enormes, muy limpio, camas grandes y cómodas, personal atento y amable, muy eficiente, bufet muy bueno y bien abastecido, productos de todo tipo pero predomina producto sano, el menú cambia diariamente, tal vez es demasiado bueno... Para no engordar :)

Gostamos bastante da nossa estada neste hotel. Localização perfeita (em cima da praia) e quartos com varanda muito espaçosos e convidativos (de realçar a cama xxxxxl ) No entanto há dois pequenos detalhes que, a nosso ver, melhorariam imenso o serviço: o gel de banho /shampoo parece ser uma mistura com água, o que impede uma higiene considerada satisfatória (fomos obrigados a comprar produtos); e a falta de frutos secos (nozes, avelãs, amêndoas...) ao pequeno almoço (apesar de terem assinalado uma zona destes produtos com ameixas secas e uvas passas).

Fantastic hotel right on the beach in Portimao. It’s at the end of the super touristy strip so you can go party/walk the Promenade/be with all the other tourists but still have a quiet place to sleep. The breakfast buffet is the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. The rooms are quite nice, but the location is really what makes this a great place. Good for families as well as couples of all ages... make sure to dive into their pool at least once!

Je suis atterré par le manque de respect et de savoir vivre je n’y retournerai jamais et me chargerai de la publicité de cette hôtel moi même ! Prévenir les vacanciers serai un minimum ...

Myself and my husband stayed at Hotel da Rocha from the 14th July 2019 for 4 nights. The hotel is in a great position right opposite the beach however it does get lively of a night and does become noisy , the rooms do have sound proof doors so once they are closed you are unable to hear any noise. The premium suite was bigger than I expected, massive bed, sofa bed, chair, 2 tv's and a small balcony, bathroom was only small but usable, kitchen was great you are provided with cups, saucers, cutlery etc, there is also a microwave and a small hob if you wish to cook, you also have the use of a mini bar/fridge so you can put your own drinks in if need be, the added bonus was that you did not have to pay for the safe. Breakfast was great a lot of choice, cater for all needs. My only gripe was with the view from our room. We booked a premium suite with sea view and upon check in we were allocated a room situated on the 1st floor however our view was obstructed by trees (photograph attached). We did have the option to change rooms the next day to the third floor but I declined this offer as the view was still obstructed by trees in front of you so we decided to stay in the room we were allocated.. I do think the wording of the premium suite rooms with sea view needs to be revised and maybe it needs to be worded that there is an obstructed view on the first three floors as when I booked I was under the impression that I would have a full sea view, the best views are from the deluxe rooms or the premium suite rooms on higher floors. I would like to thank Hotel da Rocha for a pleasant stay and also for decorating our room and providing wine and fruit as it was our wedding anniversary whilst we were there, I just felt a little bit down by the view of the room.

Can’t ask for better place to stay! Clean, modern hotel facing beach and near strip of shops, restaurants, bars. You give deposit for beach towels, which allows you fresh towels every day, but you get deposit back when you check out. Very good selection of buffet breakfast (only no table service, you need to get your own coffee & drinks) Parking was expensive 25 euro daily, but we were lucky to find parking in street. If we ever revisit area, would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was lovely. Reception were brusque and not overly friendly at times, but at other times the staff were extremely friendly. The room and bathroom were lovely and well-stocked with toiletries. The bed was massive (largest Ive ever slept in) and extremely comfortable. TV channel selection not great - more hotels should add Netflix option.Breakfast was ok - great choice due to large selection, but not cooked options not particularly tasty. Lots of bread, pastries, fruit and deli meats.What let the hotel down a little was poolside. The pool is lovely, but there arent many sunbeds. Luckily, we visited before the main summer rush so we were able to secure a sunbed everyday. The space around the pool is wasted. They could very easily fit another 15-20 sunbeds in - especially on the top terrace. We saw people lying on their towels on the floor. The sunbeds themselves are the most uncomfortable ones I have ever laid on. They were installing a poolside bar the whole time we were there (5 days) and what appeared to be a simple task went extremely slowly with not much progress. Therefore, you have to go inside to the restaurant to order drinks. Service inside is slow, with often no one there to take your order or extremely slow making of drinks. So, no poolside bar, no wait staff walking around taking orders and no prompt service inside the restaurant. Its little wonder that not many people bought drinks.All in all, a good stay.

Magnifique hôtel idéalement situé ! Face à la plage. Idéal pour couple ou famille ! Le point le plus positif est le service des employés, la proximité avec la plage et le petit déjeuner buffet salé-sucré avec fruits et jus frais !
Le seul point négatif est le service en chambre, une commande et 45 minutes de retard.. La nourriture n'était pas bonne; Étonnante vue la qualité du buffet diner le soir..

The food isn't very good you have to pay for your parasol and lounger at €1.50 a day €20 for the TV remote refund when you leave it's all in Portuguese except Sky one channel only of news you have to purchase €1 a day for the electric kettle you have to pay €1 for each game in the games room . and there are no ice cream for the children it's not worth going all inclusive well if you like a lot of local beer and wine and Coca-Cola for your kids that's fine that's up to you it's quite a long walk to the beach and very very steep down form the beach from the main street shops are not wheelchair friendly would not recommend coming here if you have a wheelchair the pool area is quite good plenty of room to lay out wheelchair friendly from reception
The room.. sofa bed quite out of date and very hard to pull out electrical cables hanging out light bulbs not working very out-of-date this place I think it's only three stars this post is about the CLUBE PRAIA DA ROCHA pool staff are very friendly. That's one plus I suppose.. cooking utensils are very basic and you have one spoon for your cup of tea just wanted to say one more time this is about the CLUBE PRAIA DA ROCHA

+ Nice room with a lot of space. Great bed. Fitness room small but I found what I needed. - You can hear what’s going on outside or in the corridor. The water from the shower is either really cold or really hot and when I told the reception on the first day the receptionist replied: « yeah sometimes it happens », definitely not the right answer for a good customer service.

Após uma má experiência num outro alojamento no primeiro dia de férias (nem chegámos a passar a noite), conseguimos uma suite à última da hora no Hotel da Rocha.
Boas instalações, suite bem equipada, com frigorífico, microondas e fogão (aparentemente por usar), ideal para crianças com menos de 4 anos.
O facto de termos ficado no rés do chão não teve impacto negativo na estadia. O único som de fundo era a música a vivo do hotel, com a qual adormecemos.
Bom pequeno-almoço, com muita variedade e qualidade e pessoal muito simpático e atencioso, desde a recepção, à sala e à garagem.
Limpeza razoável.
Preço muito bom, tendo em conta o atendimento, a qualidade oferecida, a proximidade à praia e a reserva em cima da hora.
Infelizmente estava lotado para os dias seguintes...

Hôtel très propre juste en face de la mer. Isolation sonore n'est pas au top car on entend les bruits dans les couloirs ainsi que le ménage dans la chambre au dessus. Autrement, bon hôtel!

El sitio es genial, a dos pasos de la Playa. Es muy sencillo llegar con GPS. El parking tiene acceso al hotel y está muy controlado y vigilado. La habitación es muy grande y muy limpia. El baño mediano y super limpio. Tiene una terraza estupenda con una mesa y sillas. El personal muy amable y hablan español. La piscina es pequeña pero suficiente y tranquila. Muchos sitios cerca para comer, tomar unas copas o hacer compras.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral im Zentrum. Es sind nur wenige Meter zum Strand. Wir hatten unser Zimmer mit Blick auf das Meer, tolle Aussicht! Das Deluxe Zimmer ist sehr großzügig und immer sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich, für jeden was dabei. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Had an amazing stay at Hotel da Rocha. Beautiful (and spotlessly clean) hotel in perfect location right across from the beach. Lovely friendly staff (particularly in the restaurant) where they serve a FAB breakfast and also a delicious buffet in the evening (different theme every evening), which is great value at €20 for three courses. Loads to choose from and deserts which are home made definitely deserve a special mention. I hope to return next year with more family members and I am so glad I chose to stay here on this visit.

Beautiful place to relax and get the Sun . We stayed for 7days . Fantastic hotel clean and modern. Everyone so helpful and friendly would come back and stay again. Breakfast was a mixture of great food no matter what you want was there. Apartments our very roomy and clean. If your looking for money for value stay here. Across the road to golden sands beach. Lots of places to eat and drink. A must do is a boat trip to the caves.
