Very very Nice and spacious place. Great staff, a lady at reception, was very helpful to me.. And also the room service staff. Very attentive and courteous.. Would always return. All you need under one roof. Beach just a few minutes away.. The pictures are from a restaurant, in Cascais and also the other Picture..

Sistema de cobro muy liante. Te facturan una cantidad y en el banco cobran otra recepcionistas solo hablan ingles i portugues. Habitaciones antiguas i no muy bien cuidadas. Terraza y ventanas muy sucias. servicio de comedor un caos para el desayuno esperas mas para que te sirvan un cafe y malissimo. Los servicios no son de 5 estrellas.

Apesar do Resort ser bastante agradável, considero que ainda tem um longo percurso a realizar para ficar com um nível de serviço equivalente aos outros hotéis da cadeia Sheraton que conheço. A equipa é muito jovem, e tem pouca experiência. As instalações são boas e de uma forma geral encontram-se bem cuidadas. Pontos positivos: - Zona da piscina; - Conforto nos quartos; - Localização; Pontos a melhorar: - Organização / Serviço; - Arrumação dos espaços, com especial destaque para a garagem. Parece que se está numa área técnica / de acesos reservado a funcionários e não numa garagem de hóspedes; - Segurança. Apesar do controlo teórico na entrada do resort, não me apercebi que os seguranças confirmassem as informações que lhes transmiti, e a partir desse momento tem-se variados acessos a todos os locais; - Pequeno-almoço. A comida é boa, mas inferior a outras unidades hoteleiras deste grupo. Às 10:30 em ponto começam a levantar tudo do buffet sem avisar os clientes, e entra logo a equipa da limpeza com aspiradores. Bastante desagradável.

hotel is fantastic, location and facilities are amazing. however the breakfast offer is just a disgrace. the breakfast buffet service was supposed to run until 10:30 am every morning. on our first morning in the hotel we came down at 9:00 am to encounter a line of guests lining up to enter the breakfast room. we stood for 1 hour and when finally seated no food was restocked. we were told we came too late, so all we had was a very limited variety. the same happened every day until we realized we had to come down at 8 am every morning if we wanted to enjoy the breakfast we had paid for. shameful really. management was advised and not solution was offered.

Hotel muy caro para lo que ofrece. Está recién reformado eso sí, pero no tiene nada aparte de un amplio jardín con piscina. No hay salones para tomarse algo o ver la televisión, sólo el lobby... No hay buffet para cenar por lo que no hay posibilidad de coger media pensión. El buffet del desayuno, muy mediocre para un 5 estrellas, he estado en 4 estrellas en España con mejores buffets y no soy ningún sibarita. Lejos de todo y cerca de nada, excepto los campos de golf, es un hotel para ir a jugar al golf y punto.

Ein schönes Hotel, hier kann man gut ein paar Tage entspannen. Zu beachten: Ein Hotel für Familien, daher sehr viele Kinder. Am Pool lässt der Service zu Wünschen übrig, ein Mitarbeiter an der Bar, auch mit nur 1 Person vor einem kann man 20 Min warten. Die Rezeption geht grundsätzlich nicht an das Telefon.

L'hôtel est très confortable, que ce soit sur les installations extérieures (piscines / terrasses) ou pour les chambres, mais globalement il y a un manque flagrant de service. Peu de disponibilité au check-in/check-out, peu de disponibilité pour la restauration, un temps d'attente important à chaque fois qu'on doit interagir avec le personnel et cela pourrait être réduit. L'hôtel est assez loin du centre de Cascais et à chaque fois que vous voudrez vous déplacer il vous faudra appeler un taxi, mais le montant de la course ne dépassera pas les 5 / 7 €. La qualité de la connexion Internet est plutôt mauvaise.

Franchement pour un 5 étoiles, cet hôtel fait plus dans le tape à l’œil que dans le luxe. En effet, les chambres sont gigantesques mais plusieurs détails me choque pour ce genre d’hôtel: Les cables de la télé pendent sous un meuble, les caches prises du sol sont manquant (j'aurais été avec mon bébé, ça m'aurait clairement enervé). Le soir, boire une bière tranquillement relève du miracle, piscine fermée, serveur qui ne vient pas ... Bref, bien mais des progrès pour vraiment mériter le terme "luxe"

Don't purchase the breakfast included option in advance. It's a use it or lose it option. Management will do nothing to help you or compensate you if you don't use it. Its an extra 20 Euros per person. I purchased the prepaid breakfast option for our two night stay. . I recommend that you don't do that. And I will never do that again. We were unable to eat breakfast becauuse we checked in late at night after nearly twenty four hours of travelling. When we did wake up breakfast was over. It goes from 7-10. So we missed breakfast on the first day. The next day we had to catch a flight at 10:00 a.m. This means we had to leave at 7. Breakfast starts at 7 so we missed it again. When I asked T**** if there anything the management was willing to to, he said there was nothing management would do for us. That's it. Didn't ask for my room number to see what time we checked in. Didn't ask for the room number to see if we actually did eat breakfast that morning. I hate to sound petty, but I am disappointed. Can't recommend this place because it is far from town and there's nowhere else to eat nearby. So you are trapped here unlesss you have a car or take the hotel shuttle into town. And you need a reservation to take the bus shuttle. So, bottom line: Don't stay here. Stay in town. If you stay here, don't buy breakfast in advance. Buy it when you actually get up to eat it.

1. As mãos grudavam no balcão da cozinha, tal era o esforço do pessoal de limpeza. 2. Nas primeiras quatro noite foram a porta nunca se abria no nosso regresso ao hotel. Em média 30 minutos de espera para reentrar no quarto. 5 estrelas ou.... xafurdica ?

Amoureux du Portugal je descend régulièrement dans des hôtels et je m’attendais pas à ça dans un 5 étoiles ! Je critique rarement mais la j ai vraiment était déçu Le wifi payant c est juste impensable a ce prix là et dans un hôtel comme le votre !!

The relaxed atmosphere in the quiet Cascais Sintra National forest was great. They have a free shuttle to and from Cascais until late afternoon. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The free shuttle to Cascais only runs until 6 pm. It is nice to get into town for an evening dinner, and then you simply Uber back to the hotel for $6-7. Overall, for a hotel a couple miles from Cascais, it is a good choice for the price we got.

Malheureusement il a fallut réclamer les services VIP attendus (verres de porto et pasteis de nata de bienvenue), d'abord une première fois, puis une seconde fois en insistant fortement. La kitchenette manquait de verres et de couverts, il a fallut réclamer, il nous a fallut attendre 1h30 afin d'avoir 2 verres supplémentaires et des cuillères café. La piscine devrait être chauffée ! Le service au petit déjeuner n'est pas satisfaisant (trop long pour être servi) La propreté dans la suite n'était pas au rendez-vous (baie vitrée avec des traces, plan de travail collant, couche épaisse de poussière sur la moquette dans les coins) Bref pour un hotel de ce standing et à ce prix là c'est quand même inadmissible.

Beautiful hotel resort with spacious, modern rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is an indoor parking with an elevator which you may want to use. The drawbacks are the bathroom shower is to close to the wall to shower comfortably. There did not seem to be an electric outlet in the bathroom . My wife complained that the light in the bathroom was insufficient for putting on her makeup.

Hi, let's start with the good. The property is beautiful and the food was good. However, the hotel has a serious communication and organisation problem. It's a systemic issue that needs to be addressed asap. Here is a sequence of events outlining why I believe this: - I called to make a reservation and the person on the phone said they'd have reservations call me back. I never received a call back. I just did it online eventually. - I called early in the morning of my checkin to see if I could checkin early. The guy on the line said yes absolutely, before even getting my name or reservation. I then asked, if he's sure and he said confidently yes. I then arrived at about 11AM ready to get a room (I have a toddler who needed a nap after a long travel day) and they said it'd be ready soon, an hour later it wasn't ready, then two hours, then three hours, then eventually I got in. Also, they said they'd call me once it was ready. I didn't receive a call. - They said our bags would be in the room. I double checked before leaving the reception. They weren't in the room. - That night I asked for extra pillows to be delivered. They weren't delivered. I then used the Bonvoy app to order them. No one ever came. - The next day we wanted to get some food and asked reception of the pool bar served snacks, they said yes. Got to the pool and were told they only serve drinks. - Wen't to the restaurant for lunch and it took 1 hour to get a club sandwich and fries. Had to get up and look for a server because no one came by. - Ordered room service twice and the order was wrong both times. When I called to get the missing items (both times) they never came - The bill at the end of the stay have countless errors on it. Took 40 min and 3 people, and no one knew why certain chargers were there/weren't there. I eventually just paid it, even through it was incorrect, because I had had it

I loved the hotel overall The area is very nice the breakfast was good. The people were friendly. I would come back for sure. The only thing was that one of our rooms the air conditiner was not working properly. We called and someone came out said he fixed it but when we came back to the room late that night the room was still hot. Only complain.

Na manhã seguinte ao chegar ao pequeno almoço deparamo-nos com uma fila de pessoas que aguardavam por mesa, apesar de haver várias mesas vazias por limpar, após cerca de 20min de espera conseguimos sentarmo-nos para tomar o pequeno almoço, ficamos a aguardar que uma empregada de mesa nos pergunta-se se pretendíamos café, chá, leite etc mas a mesma empregada passou por nós 3 vezes e não nos dirigiu qualquer palavra, desistimos de esperar e fomos ao buffet servir-nos do que estava disponível, ao fim de mais algumas passagens da mesma empregada pela nossa mesa, olhar para nós e continuar sem haver qualquer ontem de nos servir, chamei a atenção da mesma e questionei se fazia parte do staff ao que com um tom arrogante me respondeu que sim e o que é que eu queria, eu perguntei se deveria ser eu a ir buscar o chocolate quente que pretendia ou se era suposto ser ela a servir, sendo que a mesma respondeu que era efectivamente o trabalho dela, pedi-lhe então que o fizesse sem parecer que me estava a fazer um favor. Chegamos a recepção começamos a falar com um empregado bastante simpático que nos apresentou a factura, verifiquei que estavam a ser cobrados 5€ que eu não estava a conseguir perceber a que é que pertenciam e por esse motivo questionei, chegamos à conclusão que era a taxa do room-service e eu comecei a explicar que na noite anterior quando na recepção me foi sugerido usar o room-service podiam ter dado essa informação que não deram. É nesse momento que por trás do empregado com quem eu estava a falar me aparece uma empregada (Andreia) bate com a fatura do room-service no balcão e me diz a alto e bom som “Olhe aqui a sua conta, está aqui, a Sra assinou, é a taxa do room-service”, eu (honestamente estupefacta pela atitude da empregada) respondi que estando eu num hotel de 5 estrelas poderia confiar no que me apresentavam sem ter que confirmar 3 vezes mas que afinal estava enganada, e perguntei à empregada o porquê de ela ter interrompido a conversa que estávamos a ter com o colega e o porque daquela atitude, a empregada Andreia disse-me que se eu não a tivesse interrompido que ela teria terminado e que eu já estaria esclarecida, achei a resposta inadmissível e neste momento pedi o livro de reclamações que a mesma não nos deu logo pois continuava a exigir que nós tínhamos que ouvir o que ela tinha para dizer. Antes de nos entregar o livro de reclamações riu-se fez um comentário de gozo e ainda nos disse que tínhamos que ter calma.

The rooms and locationare fantastic. The issue is the service: we get the room only by 5PM, the cleaning service didn t meet expectations and employees at reception clearly still too.improve.Promising japanese restaurant but Glass restaurant is below the worse expectations.Bad service, really average food and very slow pace even though we were few people at the restaurant. Strongly recommend not to go to this restaurant.

O Hotel não tem free internet e tudo se paga em extra! Apesar dos quartos serem bastante confortáveis... Nao tem piscina interior e restringem o acesso das crianças a vários pontos de hotel, o que a meu ver é um resort não aconselhado para famílias.

Das Resort ist wunderbar gelegen und großzügig ausgestattet. Die Suite, die wir bezogen haben, leider schon etwas abgewohnt, aber sehr sauber und nachts extrem ruhig! Das Bett war sehr bequem! Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, das Personl ist sehr zuvorkommend. Insgesamt einfach zum Weiterempfehlen!

Kids can use the hydrotherapy pool in the spa between 2-5pm but an indoor pool for the kids would have been more useful as the weather was too cold/ raining to use the outdoor pool (April). However the ‘Kids Club’ park and outdoor areas were a great place for a run around when it wasn’t raining. Staff were friendly. We got a deluxe suite which was spacious enough for us (a couple with a 2 year old - bedroom, bathroom, living area, kitchen and balcony) and at a very affordable price! We did self-catering so can’t comment on the food in the restaurant/ breakfast. Overall a nice hotel in quiet, spacious surroundings.

Zeer mooi hotel. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een goede vakantie. Een zeer grote kamer met keuken, living, badkamer en slaapkamer. we hadden ook twee terrassen. Het ontbijt is perfect. Alles wat je wil, kan je er eten of zelfs bestellen. Voor het avondeten gingen wij naar het stadje cascais. Zeker de moeite om eens te bezoeken. Er is een grote parking en een zwembad aanwezig. Voor de parking, spa en het internet moet je wel per dag twee euro betalen.

Schlechter Service! Es hat überhaupt nicht mit dem Transfer zu den Golfplätze funktioniert. Early check-in wie versprochen war inexistenz. Die Lady fragte mich drei Mal nachdem Namen. Ich musste drei Stunden im Hotellobby warten! Personal zum Teil ziemlich unfreundlich besonders an der Rezeption. Badezimmer sollte besser gereinigt werden. Der Boden war voll Flecken und die Glastrennwand war schon lange (noch nie) gereinigt worden! Musste sogar nach Toilettepapier fragen, weil es nicht aufgefüllt wurde! Im Zimmer war es sehr kalt da die Heizung nicht funktionierte! Unglaublich teuerer Internetzugang im Zimmer!!! Pro 24 Stunden unglaubliche 14 Euro! Frühstück war extrem mager und entspricht definitiv nicht einem 5 Stern Hotel! Habe zwei Mal am Abend im Hotel gegessen. Extrem teuer zu mässiger Qualität! Keine Ahnung wie dieses Hotel zu 5 Sterne gekommen ist! Für mich ist es eher 3+!

This property is spectacular. Trendy, modern, and clean. The staff and service were impeccable. We rented the panoramic suite which comes with a full kitchen, in-room washing machine, dishwasher, wrap around patio, and private jacuzzi hot tub. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi hot tub never worked properly. We have maintenance to the room 3 separate times but they could never get it to heat properly; thus, we were never able to use it, which was a big disappointment for us.

Tolle Hotelanlage, großzügige Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Die Anlage liegt etwas abgelegen, aber es stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung und man kann auch über den öffentlichen Verkehr alles erreichen. Das Frühstück war reichlich.

Recent and modern hotel with all the amenities one could need. Rooms are very spacious; the furniture very American-style and would probably need some refreshing... the location is beautiful; swimming pool rather small and suitable for relaxing not for swimming. The gym is small as well but open 24h a day and offers free weights. Hydrotherapy space is rather small, suitable for 6 people max at a time ; water should definitely be warmer. Sauna and Hammam are very convenient. Restaurant offers average quality food at a rather high price. However, breakfasts are excellent and pasteis de nata probably the best you 'll ever have. Staff very helpful, nice and professional. Good place to stay if you want to visit Lisbon and its area.

super disappointed with this place - they charge 30 euros a day for wifi, when I arrived 2 hours after checkin, they still didn't have the room ready for another hour, and then when I got my keys the bell boy insisted on taking my luggage even though I figured i could follow the number cards just fine on my own, stood in front of my door when we got there for a tip. Ordering food, took an hour and a half, and they came with the wrong items. I usually don't like giving bad reviews but this place was super out of character for a modern day hotel - Would not recommend AT ALL!!!

Wir waren für 1 Woche im Sheraton Cascais nähe Lissabon (30-40 Min. per PKW oder Bahn nach Lissabon) zwecks Kurzurlaub und um Lissabon kennen zu lernen. Es hat alles rundherum gut gepasst. Ruhe im Hotel ist gegeben und die Hektik von Lissabon kann - wer will - auch schnell und ohne Auto per Bahn (pro Person für 2 Strecken Hin-und Rück Cascais Bahnhof Lissabon Bahnhof 10,- €) erreicht werden. Vom Hotel wird auch noch ein Shuttle zum Bahnhof Cascais gestellt. Im März 2019 war das Wetter auch schon so warm, dass man auch ohne Jacke am Tag gut zurecht kommt

Бронировали комнату в данном отеле на 2 ночи, после первой же сьехали . Холод в номере , везде грязь, полотенце было с пятнами , обращались, никто не отреагировал. Паутина висит в каждом углу номера , так же, пыль. Сделали фото, отправили на букинг, всем все равно) Вода горячая идет с перебоями, мыться невозможно. Это отель максимум 3 звезды. В ресторане, кстати, попросили свежевыжатый морковный и яблочный сок, девыушка официантка сразу ответила ok, это жесть люди, нам принесли морковь с водой из блендера , так же , яблоки. я была просто в шоке)) попробуйте, закажите))) минут 10 обьясняла что такое соковыжималка и как выжать сок, оказалось у них ее нет)) Деньги за неиспользованные сутки никто не вернул. Флаг им в руки, главное читайте отзывы никому не рекомендую.

My review for the Sheraton: Parking (5*): Just great! Way enough parking spaces. Park Size (5*): Never had a bigger park as the Sheraton Cascais. Wonderful to walk around and its highly trimmed, perfect :) Pool (4*): Nice pool, but a bit to small, especially for the summer if more guests are there. Room Size (5*): Never had a bigger room. Kitchen, Living Room, Sleeping room, big bathroom with a bathtub, 2 TV's and the room itself is nicely quiet. --> super Cleanliness (4*): Well, the room are obliviously clean but if you take a closer look onto the walls, the carpet...you will see that there is still dirt. Hence only 4 stars. Kitchen (3*): Why 3 Stars? Well a kitchen is great but without a dishwasher it stays really dirty and you see the dirt. Especially in a kitchen it should be very clean. Also a pan is missing for frying. TV Program (5*): Great, enough program's, movies Internet (3*): Well, depends in what you had booked...is the internet within but well if not, it gets expensive to have WLAN. The customer should know that from the beginning hence 3 Stars. SPA: (4*): Actually great but clothes are needed as well a swimming cap. If guests don't know that they need to buy. Food in the hotel (4*): Well the food is really good, cant say there anything but well the size....bit too less and the prize is a bit high for that hence 4 Stars. Service (5*): Just great and the guests should remember....if they are friendly the hotel stuff will be friendly. Mostly its the guests who are really unfriendly!!! Family´(5*): If you come with kids, the hotel is really great but it can be really loud. If you don't like that come in another time as summer e.g. late autumn, early spring. Price Sheraton: I like it and its fine but if you search a low price hotel it will not suit hence don't complain about pricing. Area around the Sheraton (5*): Its a safe, wealthy area, good to do sports and if needed the town provides everything you need. Breakfast (4*): Well i like the breakfast but its daily the same and it should be weekly a variance in it otherwise it could be a bit boring.

Não há como não ficar rendido a este lugar! A piscina aquecida é do outro mundo e o brunch é igualmente bom! O staff corresponde à expectativa de um hotel deste nível. O ecossistema onde se enquadra está perfeitamente embutido na arquitetura e desenho do Resort. É, sem dúvida, um sítio a visitar, nem que seja 1x ao ano para desligar das confusões do dia a dia.

Отель уже старый, хотелось бы, чтобы сделали ремонт в номерах. Есть своя кухня в номера и номера большие. Завтраки скромные, хотелось больше фруктов и овощей. Кофе очень не вкусный. Плюс, было соевое молоко и сухофрукты. Зона отдыха в СПА никак, но массаж делают хорошо.

Estive em um quarto suite, somos um casal com 2 crianças e havia muito espaço, a cama era super confortável, as crianças dormiram juntas no sofá cama mas adoraram, a limpeza e conforto geral do quarto era muito boa, tudo otimo. O PA era muito bom e variado, com varias opções e tudo produtos de qualidade, a simpatia e cuidado dos empregados foi espectacular. Vamos seguramente voltar.

Das Team von Oliver hat alles übertroffen. Wundervolle Lage, exzellenter Service und die Zimmer sind wunderschön. Das Frühstück für jeden was dabei und der RoomService pünktlich und excellent. Sheraton ist hier nicht gleich Sheraton sondern ein wenig mehr. Das persönliche vom Check in bis zum Ceckout ist alles perfekt. Wir kommen wieder, auch wenn es nur immer für ein Wochenende ist um der Lissabonner Stadthektik zu entgehen. Thomas und Ilidio

Este hotel está inserido num pinhal lindíssimo, perto de vilas e cidades a visitar. Como o local é plano, os passeios a pé são maravilhosos. As dunas, o mar do Guincho, Sintra, Cascais e Estoril, ficam mesmo ao lado. Tanto para trabalhar como para descansar, este hotel é sempre uma boa escolha. Passei a minha infância e adolescência neste pinhal e em Cascais. Foi um prazer rever esta paisagem e a Vila de Cascais. Espero voltar mais vezes.

El hotel está bien pero muy lejos de Lisboa a unos 30 minutos en coche. El personal muy amable la unica pega es que el desayuno para mi gusto es tremendamente pobre para ser un hotel de cinco estrellas. Tienen lo básico, pan, trocitos de queso, algun embutido...pero la verdad que no mata.

Accueil en portugais et en en anglais. français léger. Endroit calme, ombragé, gardien à l'entrée du parc accueillant. Prestation pour la restauration chère .(20€ un petit déj pour adulte) Appartement 4/6 personnes spacieux. Des marques et coups sont présents sur les murs, des traces de peinture sont encore présentes sur la faïence de la salle de bain. poissons d'argent (lépisme) également vus. Lundi 29, j'ai constaté que le linge de bain n'avait pas été changé. Mardi 30, des miettes de pain subsistent dans la cuisine, poubelle cuisine défectueuse. un verre ébréché dans la vaisselle à disposition. il manque des couverts pour manger. Du verre cassé trouvé dans le lave-vaisselle. Eau stagnante dans le lave-linge au niveau du caoutchouc. Des traces et déchirures sur le canapé et les fauteuils. J'ai une penderie sans porte-manteaux dans l'entrée... Pour un 5*, il me semble que les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur.

Das Hotel ist schön, aber eher kühl von der Einrichtung her. Das Essen gut, etwas wenig Abwechslung und v.a. für Vegetarier mussten sie sich etwas einfallen lassen. Toll ist der gratis Shuttle nach Cascais Zentrum. Sehr schöne Umgebung. Tennis gleich um die Ecke möglich.

Pas du tout digne d’un 5 étoiles. Aucune aide a l’arrivée pour nos valises, nous avons du nous débrouiller tout seuls. On nous a servi une cataplana pour 70€ (soit 4 fois plus cher que n’importe où au Portugal) que nous avons du renvoyer car le poisson n’etait pas cuit. Les chambres n’etaient jamais nettoyées avant 17h00. La clim dans la chambre sifflait pendant la nuit et le staff a refusé de nous changer de chambre... et aucun geste commercial à la sortie!! Une honte, je séjourne régulièrement dans des hôtels 4 ou 5 étoiles et je n’ai jamais vu une chose pareille.

très bel hôtel et très beaux extérieurs mais des chambres loin d être digne d un 5 étoiles, tâches sur les moquettes, rideaux déchirés,vitres pas lavées, ménage très superficiel.Mefiez vous de l emplacement de la chambre également(route passante menant a l hôtel),une piscine très bruyante car envahit par les enfants, des transats malmenés par le personnel.Enfin le restaurant, ou tu manges comme ds un club basic mais pour trois fois le prix!!.Bon petit déjeuner varié et copieux, personnel agréable mais pas a la hauteur du service.

프론트 직원이 적어 체크인은 오래기다렸습니다. 방은 리조트 호텔 답게 매우 넓고 쾌적합니다. 다만 화장실은 리모델링한지 오래된건지 욕실과 분리가 되어있지 않습니다. 룸안에 작은 주방이 있어 간단한 요리도 해먹을 수 있습니다.

Las habitaciones no se hacen todos los días. Lo confirmo. Primer día, gotas secas de alguien que sale de ducha y gotea, segundo día mis propias huellas de pies descalzos en el suelo... increíble, tocan mi ropa cuando eso está prohibido, ni tocarla, ni cambiarla de sitios, ni doblarla, nada!!!! Ok? Me cobran tasa por ser extranjera y dormir allí y no me ofrecen desde el primer día lo que a cambio me correspondería que es un bono de 24 horas para los museos de la zona. Creen que volvería? Yo no les he llamado nunca para quejarme de sus defectos porque doy por hecho que un 4* debe ser perfecto, a cambio recibo esto. No me compensa, he estado en resorts, con spa y gym y además que la zona de spa estaba todo junto y más grande y cantidad de piscinas aquí va por salas anexas unas a otras no todo junto, no, fatal. Yo no vuelvo

Die Lage ist sehr weit außerhalb, ohne Auto kann man nichts erreichen, in der Nähe sind auch keine Bars Restaurants o.ä. Essen im Hotel ist durchschnittlich aber dafür sehr sehr teuer.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. The grounds and pool area are really nice. A great play area for kids as well. The central town is 10 min. cab rid or hotel shuttle. Be sure to book the time you want to leave and the time you want to be picked up because we were told we could just call for a pick up when we were ready and that was not the case. We ended up having to take a cab back and pay for it about 7 euros! When we were told they were busy and could not get us for another 2 hours. So book both ways at the same time. The area is beautiful and we would definitely come back.

Lugar incrível A calma, o bem estar, a paz... Tudo é aliado a um excelente atendimento, e conhecimento do que executa por parte dos funcionários. Uma indicação sobre um ponto no hotel não se restringe à mera informação de onde fica, alguém te acompanha até ao lugar procurado, quer seja perto ou longe. "Dentro" da quinta da Marinha, não poderia estar melhor localizado. Adorei e continuem mostrando como é possível tratar bam um cliente.

I booked a junior suite. Front desk and concierge staff was fantastic. House keeping is terrible. Dirty and sticky kitchen floor, things left remained in dish washer whether washed or unwashed. Water or coffee don’t get refilled everyday. Tap water left overnight has white sediments. Squeaky air conditioning in the living room. Outdoor furniture is not checked and cleaned everyday to remove bird droppings.

J'ai passé un séjour magnifique dans un lieu d'exception en communion avec la nature. L'hôtel est tout simplement fabuleux. Le personnel est souriant, à l'écoute, disponible et très professionnel. Et le beau temps était au rendez-vous. La cerise sur le gâteau, j'ai eu droit à un cadeau surprise laissé par leur soin pour mon anniversaire . Je suis sous le charme de ce pays, je n'ai qu'une envie c'est revenir très vite avec mes enfants.

Para um hotel de 5* acho que o pequeno almoço ficou um pouco aquém do que eu esperava . Pensei que havia pratos quentes uma vez que vi imagens de outros clientes e a única comida quente para além dos ovos mexidos e do bacon era papas de aveia. Esperava mais variedade de pastelaria bem como de charcutaria. O spa achei muito fraco, a funcionária que me recebeu estava mais interessada em falar com a colega do que em dar-me atenção. Não me mostrou o spa, apenas me disse "vai por aqui e é ao fundo". À noite depois de tomar banho solicitei à recepção cotonetes e estive mais de 50 minutos à espera e os mesmos não vieram. Quando desci para o jantar falei com o funcionário que estava na receção e demonstrei o meu desagrado para com o sucedido e também com o facto de a tomada da casa de banho nao estar a funcionar (tive que esticar o cabelo fora da casa de banho uma vez que era o único sítio com fichas) esperava do funcionário um pedido de desculpa pelo sucedido e o mesmo não o fez , limitou-se a apontar as minhas reclamações e a dizer-me que ia mandar o senhor da manutenção ao quarto. Quanto aos cotonetes disse que os mesmos era a recepção que por norma os dava mas que naquele momento não tinham ali. Ao ver a minha cara de descontentamento, perguntou com ar de gozo se eu tinha mais alguma queixa eu disse que não , apenas queria a ficha da casa de banho a funcionar para não ter que voltar a esticar o cabelo fora da casa de banho . Quando me estava a vir embora calhou que olhei para trás e vi o senhor da recepção a rir-se e a falar com outro colega olhando para mim. Senti-me gozada e desmerecida. Não esperava tal atitude por parte de um hotel elitista como o Sheraton. Saliento que a funcionária da recepção que me fez o check in assim como o check out é extremamente simpática, cordeal e amável. O staff do restaurante também são muito prestaveis e atentos aos clientes. Lamento todo e sucedido, sou cliente habitual do hotel no serviço de brunch bem como brunch com piscina e acho inadmissível ser tratada desta forma ainda para mais numa data importante de celebração para o meu marido. Por se tratar de um dia festivo para nós não me preocupei em pedir o livro de reclamações mas penso seriamente não voltar às vossas instalações.

The hotel is really nice, the rooms are modern, spacious and with good taste, the breakfast is good with enough options. The only bad thing I experienced during my stay here was at the Spa and I think administration should take action immediately, one of the main reasons I stayed here was to relax and disconnect (as this hotel is not close to the center of Lisbon) however they allow kids to enter the Spa (don’t know why) and there is always party in the spa. Honestly I don’t think a thermal area is the right place for children, sorry but in the Spa of the hotel you can experience everything but “Serenity” (ñame of the spa), it is a bit disappointing the annoying experience I had in place.

The condition of the Premium Apartment appliances was unacceptable, with a broken fan, a broken towel drier, a broken garbage can, a leaky fridge, and a failing AC unit. The response of the staff was slow, so that things were not fixed by the time we have left (3 days later). The receptionist that answered the call after hours spoke English only moderately well, resulting in the wrong response, making things more frustrating. Cleaning staff did not speak English at all.Location was good (car needed). The pool was very nice and the kids enjoyed the activities. Parking was great. Rooms (and the whole complex) were clean.

Not the hotel you would expect for a 5 stars rating. Very limited amenities and there's really nowhere to hang out other than your room if the weather doesn't permit to be outside. The restaurants have very strict opening/closing times and if you wish to grab a coffee or a drink after 10.30 am / before 7pm you are stuck in the lobby. The Yakuza restaurant is exceptional however you can't say the same about the Galss terrace restaurant. We had lunch in the glass terrace restaurant and everything wasn't what we expected. The service was very slow, it took good 30 min for the starters to arrive and there were only 2 other tables beside ours. We actually grabbed a coffee there 2 hours earlier before lunch and our coffee cups and brownie was still sitting on the table with birds munching on the brownie. The food at the restaurant was very basic and was lacking the quality. We did mention it to the staff however it felt that our thoughts were completely ignored. This is not your typical hotel and leaves you with a odd feeling. We actually just got married and booked this place for our honeymoon stay but would not really recommend it as a romantic getaway. Saying that the massage was exceptional so thank you Cathrina!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at and I've stayed at great hotels. Anyone who writes a bad review is just plain grumpy and should visit the spa (which is also great btw!). I'll be coming back, and back and back and am seriously considering buying a residential property. The location is incredible. The staff is excellent. The two restaurants on-site will keep you satiated. The sushi was out of this world. I can go on but I think you get the point.

Kinda strange place. Not your average hotel. It is an inconvenient distance from downtown Cascais so for us, it involved a lot of ubers. This hotel is more of a condominium complex than a normal hotel. Strange feel. Not a bad place. But be aware what you are getting yourself into. Limited amenities.

We had a minor issue with the a/c in our bedroom but, other than that, the resort is wonderful and is in the magnificent town of Cascais. I would also recommend that if you are driving, you get good directions to the resort. Our GPS did not find the place and the signage was rather lacking.

Te cobran 50€ antes de decir buen dia, No es un 5 estrellas ni de lejos, la bañera de 180cm pero te tienes que duchar en 40cm porque estan mal diseñadas.Cuando te dan la habitacion de encima la entrada camiones etc de servicio el ruido es excesivo. La carta del restaurante es muy floja, el desayuno es repetitivo y el cafe podría ia competir en el campeonato del mundo mdo de cafes malos. En definitiva que hay muchas cosas a mejorar que realmente no les costaria dinero.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Das Hotel hat eine nette Lage und ein großzügiges Gelände. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok, allerdings wurde die frische Zubereitung von Rührei, Omelette u.ä. erst ab 09.00 besetzt, obwohl Frühstück ab 07:30 Uhr angeboten wird. Das Homekeeping beschränkte sich aufs Notwendigste, Toilettenpapier musste extra angefordert werden. Und wenn man sich beim ersten Anklopfen noch im Zimmer aufhielt und um 10minütigen Aufschub bat, wurde man freundlich angelächelt und das Zimmer wurde an diesem Tag nicht mehr gereinigt. Eine vorab mit der Rezepzion vereinbarte Lieferung wurde nicht ausgehändigt, da sie angeblich nicht angekommen sei - im Nachhinein wurde die Zustellbestätigung vom Absender übergeben! Das mitgebuchte kostenlose WLAN wurde mit Hilfe eines Rezeptionsmitarbeiters auf dem Handy installiert/eingestellt, aber offensichtlich falsch, wie ich meiner Handy-Rechnung nachträglich entnehmen konnte.

We stayed in couple for 1 week and fortunately we had rented a car. The place is remote, but this was what we needed, very quiet and comfortable. We missed a good quality restaurant as not to have to drive in the evening. We solved this by having a good lunch in the nearby area, but often went to bed hungry. We also missed a proper bar.

Although the resort is a nice and quiet place to rest , it doesn't deserve the 5 stars, so don't get fooled by the beautiful pictures and take some minutes to read comments about this place. Personally the best part of the hotel was the staff very kind and helpful, but on the other hand , some of them really need some professional training . And also the warmed pool outside, the bed queen size and very good , and the green zones. We also went to this hotel because they have chargers for electrical vehicles. ( Tesla and others). Here are the NEGATIVE POINTS : 1 – The room cleaning is the worse I have seen in over 20 years of travelling! The first day I saw hairs in the toilet from previous customers, and it was in fact a VERY dirty room overall. 2 – There is no 4G or 3G inside the rooms so we were obligated to use the hotel wifi which is constantly turning OFF, and each time you need to go thru the painful process of logging in, placing you room number bla bla. 3 – One day we wished to have breakfast in the room (but not a 5 star quality breakfast for sure and specially the 20 euros they charged per person). The dolley stayed until night in our room, despite asking them to come to remove the dolley from our room, which they ignored. The room because of that smelled badly at the end of the day. 4 – Everytime you try to call the reception they don´t answer. Or even call back. Imagine if you were in an emergency! 5– The outside swimming pool is divided in two pools: one with COLD water and the other with HOT water. I didn´t saw this written anywhere and only found that out on the last day and we avoided the pool because it was freezing and most people didn´t know that the other halve is hotter. What a shame. 6– The iron was not working properly because it was leaking water into our clothes! We asked to change it, and both the iron and the iron board stayd in our hall and nobody came. 7 – A 5 star hotel with no pool inside! If it rains for some reason you won´t be able to go into the pool. I have been in 4 star hotels with hot water pools inside. Why the hell a “5 star resort” doesn´t have one? 8 – Several basic items missing from the kitchen, like tea spoons, a knife, napkins, a cleaning cloth. 9 – At the beach bar I asked a toast. 20 minutes later it finally arrived.... without napkins and on top of a paper dish (how classy is this for a 5 star resort?) I was relaxing in a beach chair and at 6 PM the staff started placing in front of me tables and chairs for a event that would occur with a DJ, for a private event. It was the most amateur behaviour I ever seen in a 5 star hotel. All the guests started to feel unconfortable and start leaving the place. If the pool and its garden is open until 8 PM they could never start cleaning the place and changing its furniture until that time! 11 - The shower in 3/5 minutes turned to VERY HOT water! Your are totally relaxed taking your shower and this happens. Too bad. Overall this hotel was not worth the amount of money they charged me. It is totally overrated due to the amazing quality pictures you find in their website. Don´t let that fool you. Their marketing is really good. Won´t be coming back for sure.

I went on vacations to his hotel from August 17th to the 24th 2019. Although the resort is a nice place to rest I can honestly say that the hotel does NOT deserve the 5 star rating AT ALL. Here are the NEGATIVE POINTS: 1 – The outside swimming pool is divided in two pools: one with COLD water and the other with HOT water. I didn´t saw this written anywhere and only found that out on the last day and we avoided the pool because it was freezing and most people didn´t know that the other halve is hotter. What a shame. 2 – The room cleaning is the worse I have seen in over 20 years of travelling. The first day I saw hairs in the toilet from previous customers, and it was in fact a VERY dirty room overall. 3 – The shower went from cold to hot several times in a 5 minute period, so I could not take a well deserved relaxed bath in this 5 star hotel (can you imagine something so simple not working?!) This happened during our whole stay. 4 – There is no 4G or 3G inside the rooms so we were obligated to use the hotel wifi which is constantly turning OFF, and each time you need to go thru the painful process of logging in, placing you room number bla bla. It is HORRIBLE to say the least. 5 – One day we wished to have breakfast in the room (but not a 5 star quality breakfast for sure and specially the 20 euros they charged per person). The dolley stayed until night in our room, despite asking them to come to remove the dolley from our room, which they ignored. The room because of that smelled badly at the end of the day. 6 – The iron was not working properly because it was leaking water into our clothes! They managed to exchange it... 7 – A 5 star hotel with no pool inside! If it rains for some reason you won´t be able to go into the pool. I have been in 4 star hotels with hot water pools inside. Why the hell a “5 star resort” doesn´t have one? 8 – Several basic items missing from the kitchen, like tea spoons, a knife, napkins, a cleaning cloth. 9 – Everytime you try to call the reception they don´t anwser. Or even call back. Imagine if you were in an emergency! 10 – At the beach bar I asked a toast. 15 minutes later it finally arrived.... without napkins and on top of a paper dish (how classy is this for a 5 star resort?) Overall this hotel was not worth the amount of money they charged me. It is totally overrated due to the amazing quality pictures you find in their website. Don´t let that fool you. Their marketing is really good. Won´t be coming back for sure.

This’s hotel is a real gem! My husband and I love Marriott and this was a perfect end to our 2 week Portugal trip. The Hotel is modern and absolutely gorgeous and inviting, from the moment you step through the main doors, you are immediately struck by the beautiful reception area. Light and airy, and very spacious - very welcoming. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The pool bar was amazing, a wonderful selection, and again, the young staff were very efficient and helpful in making the lunch & cocktail times fun and enjoyable. Their sangria is perfection! The location of the hotel is great - right in the middle of most attractions, which are within walking distance. We were upgraded to a suite being a Gold Elite Bonvoy member. The room we had was very beautiful, spacious, full kitchen and well equipped with all essentials. We used the concierge to get in Contact with a recommended tour company “Shortcuts Tourism Estoril” which was the best tour we have ever taken. We saw Sintra, and several little hidden gems that Andre from the tour company showed us that is not in any tour books. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to visitors to Cascais/ Lisbon Area. Thank you you Sheraton Cascais for making our stay so special we will definitely be returning.

This hotel being Sheraton needs improvement and TLC. Staffs at the reception are not really property trained to be helpful to all guests regardless of their nationality For those who don’t have a car, the hotel is in the moddle of nowhere so daily you must take an Uber. I have not seen any free shuttle service in our 5 days stay. Wifi works ok but not satisfactory Aircon problem on our room. They really tried their best to fix it but unfortunately it was never fixed. Aircon wasn’t really cool enough then

Great hotel and facilities. Buffet breakfast is great. Restaurant in the evenings is OK but from time to time staff need to be a bit more on it! Brave kids club is great and the staff there are very friendly and good with the kids.We have been two years running now and would defo go back.

They charged me twice two days after I checked out and my card was blocked . I spent half day finding out the reason with them and my bank. The manager promised to call me back or send e-mail on the same day, but I didn’t get any information about it . And I still didn’t get my money back.

The hotel is really nice, the room was spacious and close enough to the reception to be able to use the free wifi :) Some parts of the room, bathroom in particular, were not very *very* clean but it wasn't a big deal. The breakfast at the restaurant is a nice buffet but some things could be better like pastries (croissants and pastel de nata) were a bit dry. The outside is amazing, the pool really nice especially if you're brave enough to jump in the non-heated part, much less busy than the other part.

I stayed here for 1 week with 14 year old daughter who was riding at the school next door. The hotel was perfect for this. I booked a suite with a kitchen. Unfortunately I did not hire a care and there was no local supermarket to walk to from this hotel. A taxi into Cascais would be necessary. The hotel is very clean and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. This is a very peaceful setting and I had a very relaxing time. The pool is a lovely area to spend the day with lots of sun beds with lovely big mattresses on them. The restaurants are lovely aswell but menu is very basic and stayed the same the whole week so we did have to go into town for a change of food.

We loved our holiday at the Sheraton Cascais . Our apartment was excellent and so spacious. The grounds are very pretty and tranquil, and the pool area just lovely. The hotel staff were so welcoming and very eager to make sure we were happy at all times. The surrounding areas of Cascais and Sintra are beautiful.

L’endroit est bien situé bien que trop éloigné du centre ( Lisbonne ), l’Hotel est pour moi plus proche du 4 étoile que du 5. Le service n’est clairement pas digne du 5 étoiles, la salle du petit déjeuner est bien trop petite avec un choix de nourriture réduit et les chambres sont correctes mais mal nettoyées ( sièges sales, lit avec quelques traces ). Vous pouvez trouver dans la même tranche de prix, à Cascais, des hôtels bien mieux.

Se le cae alguna estrella y al restaurante todas .Tuvimos que esperar 20 minutos para la mesa reservada , las mesas de alrededor sucias llenas de platos, y los camareros pasando con las manos vacias , no eran capaces ni de quitar los platos sucios de nuestra mesa , pusieron el agua a parte y no vinieron ni una vez a servir , todos demasiado jovenes y sin experiencia y nadie organizando nada ....para un sheraton un autentico desastre.

Had one of the most amazing experiences at the Sheraton in Cascais! Loved everything! The food at the Glass terrace was totally on point! (A little Birdy told me the Manager of F&B at the glass terrace is a former manager of a very High end Michelin star restaurant in the Algarve)- ask for Tiago. His selection of food and wines was so on point. And he’s so knowledgeable about what’s in season and so informative about wines. EVERYTHING was delish! Not to mention the Sunday brunch was by far the best I’ve ever been to and I have been to some amazing buffets around the world. Fresh grilled fish, steak, chicken, and everything else. And the dessert! Omg! we ordered the polvo (octopus) twice and the bacalhau (codfish) which was very soft and flaky. And the fried pate in plum sauce is a must try. I also had the tuna tartare twice! :D the spa is tip top as well. They also have a hydro therapy, Turkish bath, and sauna too! 완전 추천합니다. 가족과 함께 즐길 수 있는 수영장도 짱! Glass terrace 호텔 식당도 완전 보고스럽고 맛있어요. 일요일날 브런치 꼭 추천합니다~! Glass terrace 매니저님이 완전 유명한 미치린 스타 Restaurant 에서 스카오트 되서 여기서 일함.

Отличная территория, с маленьким ребёнком прекрасно гулять и купаться в бассейне, но скудные однообразные завтраки, все 4 дня пребывания одна каша овсяная, сок апельсиновый был свежий в первый день, потом убрали машины и оставили пакетированный. Официанты несут кашу без молока для ребёнка подсчёта, в итоге ты берёшь ее с собой, ребёнок столько не высидит просто ждать завтрак. Только один официант по совпадению русский был участливый и милый, ему хотелось оставить на чай, но мы привыкли что все не очень и не брали уже деньги даже( хороший официант.. абсолютно ужасная еда в меню румсервиса, принесли просто блюда, стол не сервировали, хотя вроде этого ожидаешь.. ( принесли цезарь с креветками, креветки гадкие, все полито горой майонеза и беконом посыпано!!! Почему кетчупом сверху морду кота не нарисовали странно) буррата была густая и не вытекала, помидоры в салате с буровой были мини Черри и ещё и зеленые! Фу! Представляете такой салат с буроватой когда ждёшь сочные помидорчики и нежный сыр.. ) и просто ужасный администратор в спа! Это вообще отдельная история, про эту больную женщину, после минуты диалога с ней в спа вы больше не захотите. Мы пришли во время посещения когда можно с детьми с 13до 17 так вот нам сходу сказали ребёнка успокоить а то идёт массаж! Как я успокою активного годовалого малыша который пищит и общается, рот что ли рукой закрою)))? Время детское и мы пришли поэтому с малышом) нам сразу сказали что надо купить шапочки в бассейн по 5 евро с человека( и обязательно для ребёнка) а то он ее не сорвёт с головы годовалый)) и не утонет в этой шапке хлопчатой. Такие шапки от того чтобы фильтр волосами не засорился, они намокают и не несут никакой гигиенической ценности. Так вот на вопрос почему мне нельзя надеть шапочку для душа мне сказали это не такая шапочка)) нужна именно их) на полчаса 15 евро с троих так) когда это включено в таксу с человека ежедневную)) но мы так и не стали туда ходить настолько она противная. Просто как будто мы с улицы пришли, откуда такое отношение к гостям, мы жили в номере повышенного комфорта с кухней, где кстати ковшик такой, что там только на малыша подогреть, могли хоть кастрюльку побольше поставить)) ну и соответственно готовить вкуснее, чтобы хотелось заказывать, а то люди пиццу из города заказывают в этот отель ну и про бар у бассейна, где мне сказали что коктейль( безалкогольный) нельзя пить на мостике сидя, надо сидеть за столиком, люди едут отдыхать!!! Сидеть в воде и пить напитки, тем более я просто на мостике сидела, нет иди ща стол, я такогоневежества и занудства не встречала давненько..

NOT happy with kids club staff, too cold pool, no service feeling of most staff (many were nice also). To many staff with bad attitide...Cold/aho water in shower. No information about the shuttle bus (foydn out last day). No flexibility (asked to buy a banana for my baby but had to buy a fruit platter, which she didn’t eat because to advanced fruit etc. (no shop close). Vouchers and pay and sign so imoportant allt he time, of course we will pay! But couldn’t even sit down before we have so sign, and standing carrying children etc. Also lazy staff, couldn’ go to get a plaster in another poolbar etc.

We paid a five star suite and got a dirty 0 star suite with bad service. Also the restaurant and breakfast was quite bad. The whole team at Sheraton seems to be lazy and not willing to speak another language than portuguese. The housekeeping is lame and not doing a clean job. The booking center is blocking double amounts on your credit card for a long time. We paid for bad service, bad food and bad holidays...this wanst the Sheraton that we know from other countries. Very frustrating.

Le plus : · Le sourire des employés, les animateurs enfants et tous sont supers gentils serviable ne changez pas d équipe d animation. Le personnel aux petit déjeuners et à l écoute très serviable et salle toujours maintenu propre. Le moins : · J ai toujours du réclamer ce pourquoi j ai choisi votre hôtel. Le manque de serviettes de peignoir de pantoufle, de produits d hygiène, j ai demander à 4 reprises des bonnet t’ de bain. Je l ai jamais vu, pas de coton en tige pas de coton Mes cafés inclus dans la chambre 2 fois sur 5. Les lits pas secoué juste remis en place. Aucune odeur de propreté les chambres sont faite après 17h qd on rentre de la piscine c est désagréable ou même pour la sieste les meubles pas nettoyés . Baignoire pas lavée bref entretien 2/10. Désolé pour les femmes de ménages mais à mon avis c est un manque de personnel. Le personnel à la piscine manque de sourire pas du tout serviable. Merci pour les poils dans mon sandwich une protection barbe est aussi disponible pour les cuisiniers hygiène oblige, j ai commandé un croque monsieur tomate origan sans jambon après 2 sansdwich attendu 50 min car une fois avec jambon un autre fait juste avec le fromage ! Au bout d une heure j ai abandonné le cuisinier tout à fait désolé mais le serveur a la caisse aucune empathie Et pas du tout désolé. La propreté à la piscine n est pas maintenu de bon matin des saletés tourne autour de la piscine.

Tolles ressort. Wenn man mit der Familie anreist, hat man die Möglichkeit auch Familiensuiten zu buchen mit z. B. 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, vollständig ausgerüsteten Küche und ein schönes geräumiges Wohnzimmer. Eigentlich hatte ich ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin gebucht, aber leider hatte ich, sogar als Goldmember, die nicht bekommen. Die Zimmer waren sehr luxuriös. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Leider gibt es nur einen Außenpool. Tolle Sportmöglichkeiten und Fitness Raum. Tolle außergewöhnliche Cocktails mit japanischem Touch zu bekommen.

This Hotel is awesome. Rooms are very nice and the property is georgeos. The pool is one of a kind and very big. Activities in the area are plentiful. Only downside is that it is far from town and beach if you don't have a car.

I’ve never left a review before but this hotel was the absolute worst. We arrived and weren’t shown any of the facilities even though we had to wait 5+ hours to be able to check into our room. Had to pay for the WiFi but weren’t given the code, and there were a lot of hidden costs that honestly made us feel like we were in an extremely cheap hotel. The room looked bad, the service was awful, and don’t even get me started about the food. This was definitely not a 5 stars hotel. If you’re used to 5 stars hotels, do not go there as you will be disappointed. The pool is nice, if you’re lucky enough for the pool bar etc to be open! Just go somewhere else.

I visited with my daughter and we had the best ever. Relaxed, slept and enjoyed the beautiful surrounding of the resort. Excellent weekend
