The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, very tastefully decorated & undoubtedly will return. The staff on the whole were very friendly, especially the breakfast waiting staff. The breakfast is the best I’ve ever had, with plenty to choose from. A must try, is the honeycomb, it was delicious! The only disappointment was that the spa was out of service, apparently they were cleaning the spa pool? A little frustrating as the hotel does sell itself on being a spa hotel & we were unable to use it. This should have been explained prior to booking/attending the hotel.

Excellent design hotel in a beautiful location. Everything was clean, the service was courteous and it was really a pleasant stay. We enjoyed every day here. Absolutely recommendable and we will come back some day.

Juste exceptionnel !!
L hôtel est idéalement placé pour visiter Lisbonne et ces nombreux monuments.
Les chambres sont simplement magnifiques avec un personnel au petit soins avec les clients. De plus l hôtel accueille le restaurant fletoria étoilé au Michelin, un régale !!!

Food was good, bed was comfortable but have in mind that it's not safe. $500 and one of the cards disappeared from the room, told the staff, they came, took the RFID reader to check who entered the room and little before the flight back, they said only one maid have entered and she's working there for a long time and that it can't be her so if we want we can call the police. Uncomfortably, we couldn't loose the flights for a chance to refund the $500 back.

Um Spa que o fará subir às nuvens, um bar com um mojito do outro mundo. Aconselho esta bebida com o pôr do sol sobre o Tejo.
A Cafetaria Mensagem para refeições mais ligeiras, com produtos 5 estrelas.
Staff da Cafetaria simpático, profissional e dedicado.
Finalmente, o restaurante Feitoria.. o nome por si só deixa crescer água na boca.
Poucas são as palavras para descrever a experiência que se lá vive.
Jantar especial? É sem dúvida aqui que farão do mesmo um sucesso.

Property veiws( we had marina) were spectacular. Friendly staff. Only downside were the cocktails. Worst Martini I’ve ever had( it came out green) and my wife’s cosmopolitan was way to sweet. If you want a glass of wine or beer then it’s ok, cocktails definitely go somewhere else. Breakfast was fantastic. Room very comfortable

Good location for the museums and Tower of Belém and the Vasco di Gama memorial... minimalist architecture of the hotel overlooking the river and ocean. Good food, great staff, open spaces overall great for that part of town.. negatives, Uber to get into town but it’s worth a stay.

Após mais de 40 países visitados e uma vasta experiência em alojamentos de elevada qualidade, confesso que ainda fiquei bastante surpreendido com a qualidade e o nível de detalhe deste hotel.
A arquitetura, o bom gosto e os detalhes de conforto estão presentes em cada recanto.
A qualidade da cama e dos restantes equipamentos do quarto é excelente.
O staff revelou-se de uma enorme competência e amabilidade. Todo o contacto com o staff foi praticamente imelhorável.
A piscina aquecida e o jacuzzi privado na varanda do quarto marcam a diferença!
Recomendo vivamente este hotel e pretendo repetir a estadia!

great hotel for design & service. The room had a wonderful water view, although the room type booked was a little small for 2 people. Exceptional buffet breakfast, and the spa/pool area is fantastic. The hotel is very rigid on check-in time of 3:00; but there was 1 front desk agent who was the exception and did try to find an alternative (appreciated after over night flight).

Loved this hotel during our stay in Lisbon. Outside the center but right next to the river and only a short ride into town. The views are amazing, the staff is really great and the room is really fabulous. To top it off, one of the best breakfast spreads we had our entire trip! The only downside is the swimming pool upstairs is really small and you can really only take a dip in it.

Was gifted a 1 day spa experience voucher which I cashed in in early August. We spent a lovely day poolside and using the spa facilities. The view from the sundeck is very nice, looking over the docks and Belém and the sundeck itself was very peaceful, with no kids screaming or people talking loudly on the phone... Great for relaxation. The spa provides towels, slippers, robes and other amenities to the visitors. The outdoor pool is not exactly a swimming pool, as it is too short and too shallow, but it does the trick refreshing you. The sunbeds are really comfortable and you can order food and drink directly to your seat. Just be aware, the sundeck is not very big, and there aren't a lot of sunbeds, so I'd advise arriving early and reserving your spot. After the sundeck we attempted the indoor pools and the Turkish bath; the indoor pool is large and heated, and it has a very pleasant water jet to massage your shoulders. As far as the Turkish bath goes, I'm a beginner so I can't really tell you how it fares, but we had a lovely time overall. Would repeat the experience.

Las habitaciones no las conozco, el buffet desayuno si. Si vas de pasada, ni se te ocurra entrar si no eres una divorciada de millonario estadounidense (clientela del día en el q pasamos). Ni más ni menos q 25 euros por desayunar por persona. Cara de bobo es poco.

O spa e excelente , terapeutas simpáticas , e pena o número das espreguiçadeiras estar a diminuir , não havendo suficientes para os utilizadores . O último piso tem uma vista espetacular , vale a pena ao fim do dia . Voltamos certamente !

Une équipe très pro, un cadre sympa sur la terrasse. Hélas, aujourd'hui, la nourriture n'était pas à la hauteur, quantité trop faible sur nos 4 plats, qualité pas au rendez-vous (avec des tomates pas mûres) et pour un prix excessif: 76€ pour des amuse bouche et 4 plats. Une très grosse déception...

Altis Belém is one of the better hotels in which I’ve stayed in some time. The chain, Altis, is on the higher end, and it’s a Design Hotel in collaboration with SPG. I would have stayed there on those criteria alone, and the reviews were solid.
I loved the room. We had a gorgeous room with a great view of the Tagus River and marina. The floor-to-ceiling glass wall, opening half way to the outside, was a nice touch allowing air and sun to pour into the room.
The bar area, indoors and out, are perfect for hanging out or, in our case, watching the World Cup with fellow fans and guests of the hotel. The staff were attentive and operate at a high level in multiple languages.
The restaurant Feitoria was a highlight (reviewed separately), and the breakfast buffets was fresh and healthier than many such offerings. All in all, a hotel to which I’d return without hesitation.

Un hôtel de qualité. Accueil agréable personnel aux petits soins. La literie est incroyable le cadre très agréable avec vue directe sur le Tage. La propreté excellente. Le restaurant Feitoria étoilé vaut le déplacement une adresse exceptionnelle, prix en conséquence mais qui vaut vraiment la peine pour une occasion. Le seul bémol est de ne pas pouvoir excéder au spa avec des enfants en dehors des horaires de 9h à 11h. Avons séjourné avec notre enfant de 4 ans et n’avons jamais pu y aller car ces horaires ne sont pas du tout adaptés ce sont les mêmes horaires que ceux du petit déjeuner qui est d’ailleurs également excellent et copieux.
Je recommande donc pour un séjour en couple mais pas forcément en famille sauf si on n’est pas intéressé par le spa ou que l’on ne prend pas de petit déjeuner.

The food was a culinary tour of the area. Each dish comes with a story and an explanation accompanied by a display of the ingredients that you’re going to have. It was an unusual and different experience. We recommend warmly.

Η τοποθεσια του ξενοδοχειου ειναι σε πολυ καλό σημειο αναμεσα στον πυργο της Belem και στο μνημειο των ανακαλυψεων με θεα τον Ταγο ποταμό την γεφυρα ponte 25 abril και το αγαλμα του Christ the king. Σε κοντινή αποσταση το μοναστηρι των Ιερωνυμιτών και οι βασιλικές αμαξες ( coches). Το δωματιο ηταν πεντακαθαρο οπως και ολο το ξενοδοχειο. Το προσωπικό ευγενεστατο με χαμογελο και φιλική διαθεση. Το πρωινό περιειχε τα παντα απο φρουτα-σαλατες- μαρμελαδες-pastel de nata- διαφορετικά ειδη ψωμιου κλπ. Το δωματιο μας 222 ειχε θετικά οπως απολυτη ησυχια , ανετο κρεβατι και μαξιλαρια , αρκετά ικανοποιητική θεα και ψηλό ταβανι. Στα αρνητικά θα εβαζα την χαμηλη θεση της τηλεορασης, την κοντη τουαλετα (εαν καποιος ειναι απο 1.80 και ανω εχει προβλημα με τα ποδια του) , την βρυση που ηταν εκτος μπανιερας (εμποδιο να μπεις στο μπανιο ανετα) , οπως το λευκο παγκο- καθισμα μπροστα απο το κρεβατι μικραινε τον χωρο και η μεγαλη κοκκινη πολυθρονα παλι περιοριζε τον χωρο. Εντος του ξενοδοχειου λειτουργει το πορτογαλικό εστιατοριο Feitoria βραβευμενο μα αστερι michelin, η κρατηση ειναι απαραιτητη. Πρωτη φορα στην Λισσαβωνα και η επιλογη μας ηταν σωστη και περασαμε υπεροχα.

Ik ben al in meer dan 10 hoofdsteden en dito hotels geweest, maar dit is de beste ervaring ooit. Zowel accomodatie als personeel was uitmuntend. De kamer was prachtig, er was een groot zwembad met sauna en hamman. Ontbijt was heerlijk. Personeel was super vriendelijk zonder slijmerig te worden.

The location is excellent: on the waterfront with beautiful views, and within short walking distance to a large number of tourist attractions. The design of the hotel is very modern and elegant. Theres a Michelin-starred restaurant in the hotel, as well as a more casual, but very nice bar. The staff was very professional and friendly.

Comentário: A estadia no Altis Belém (2 pessoas) voltou a superar as expectativas. O atendimento reflectido na simpatia, cordialidade, cuidado com o cliente e vontade de bem servir, são uma imagem de marca que, logo à chegada dispõe bem, mesmo a quem não esteja bem disposto. Os funcionários da recepção, dos bares, do serviço de quartos, as senhoras da limpeza, todos parecem fazer confluir os seus esforços para agradar ao cliente e para que ele se sinta como se estivesse em casa ou quase. Podem dizer-me que isso é o que se espera de um hotel que ostenta 5 estrelas. Pois..., mas nem em todos os hotéis com essa classificação as estrelas brilham como as do Altis Belém.
O serviço de pequeno almoço é muito variado, apelativo e com boa qualidade. Não resisti ao flute de espumante com o salmão fumado e o presunto. No bar o serviço correspondeu igualmente ao esperado, onde a omelete com salsa estava no ponto certo. A salsa era fresca e sabia a salsa, o que é um bom indicador da qualidade e frescura do produto utilizado. Foi-me facultada uma pequena prova de vinhos onde experimentei os vinhos que estavam disponíveis para beber a copo, até encontrar o que melhor companhia faria à omelete de salsa.
Quanto ao edifício do hotel, não posso deixar de dizer que sinto nostalgia pelo antigo edifício que ali estava implantado, pois era um edifício da Marinha que eu gostava de ver naquele local. Mas, isso são coisas do passado e o Altis Belém, do ponte de vista da arquitectura, não agride quem por ali passa ou ali fica. No exterior, todo o edifício tem uma forte componente contemporânea que lhe confere graça e o aligeira. No interior, segue-se a mesma leitura que envolve e acolhe bem quem decide usufruir das suas instalações. Gostei de ambos os quartos onde dormi. Diferentes, mas igualmente acolhedores e convidativos a descansar e de modo a permitir contemplar a marina ou o rio. Gostei da solução da janela de vidro do quarto para a zona da banheira. Gostei das portas de vidro que dão acesso ao duche e aos sanitários. Gostei do pormenor da balança ser da Alessi.
Quem também gostou da estadia no Altis Belém foi Freud, um pequeno quatro patas de companhia inseparável.
Fica-me apenas a dúvida se, para além do mérito dos colaboradores, não haverá também um cuidado especial no recrutamento, selecção e formação contínua do pessoal. Acredito que possa haver uma sobreposição de todos estes factores.
Para terminar, gostaria de enviar as minhas felicitações a todos os colaboradores que, discretamente, mas com eficácia e eficiência, tiveram uma prestação profissional de muito elevado nível. Não poderia acabar este comentário sem deixar um agredecimento muito especial à Sra. D. Teresa d´Orey que muito contribuiu para a elevada satisfação e excelência das nossas estadias no Altis Belém.

This is an absolutely fabulous hotel and we loved every minute of being there. The service is brilliant, super comfy beds and well equipped rooms, lovely restaurant with an amazing and elaborate breakfast. The hotel spa and pool on the roof is beautiful and although it is out of town it is a really lovely bustling bit of Lisbon with lots going on and plenty of people to watch. Overall it was a wonderful few days.

Sehr schöner Ort in Lissabon. Etwas außerhalb der City, aber am Wasser und guten Restaurants in der Nähe. Für uns zumindest die bessere und richtige Wahl. Guter bis sehr guter Sercive. Sehr gutes Essen. Dem Hotel merkt man allerdings die starke Abnutzung durch die Gäste an. Etwa Farbe und neue Fugen würden geradezu Wunder bewirken. Der Portier am Eingang war der Hammer; sehr hilfsbereit und er hatte tolle Informationen zu Stadt und Land.

Très beau concept hôtelier. Chambre spacieuse mais très bruyante. Train à proximité. Nous avons eu un « up-grade » de chambre, alors je n’ose imaginer si nous ne l’avions pas été « up-grader ».
J’ai trouvé le personnel très froid et pas très sympathique. J’avais l’impression que le personnel venait d’un régime militaire.

Great location for seeing the sights of Lisbon. If you are here for 2 or 3 days, the hotel sells a three day pass to a good hop on hop off service that has a boat, trams around the old town and buses around the rest of the Lisbon sights. Get the boat--a 10 minute walk from the hotel and it links you to the trams and buses. Breakfast pastries and cappuccino were superb. Orange juice was very fresh. The bar looks onto the Tagus river and there are endless sights to see. Light meals and drinks are very good at this spot.
The rooms are very trendy with glass walked bathrooms. The decor has a lot of black. The hallways are dark. The floors of some rooms we saw are black. Even the toilet paper is black. We found the floors in the room slippery. Plugs for charging are not the same in each room. One room had only one plug that was at the floor level in the hall.
Rooms are a good size and showers are big. Nice views.
We will likely return here. It is peaceful, with only 45 rooms but has larger hotel amenities and a friendly staff. Especially the ladies on the front desk. Very helpful.

Tolles Design-Hotel direkt am Tejo. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick direkt auf einen kleinen Yachthafen. Gutes Frühstück, das Sterne-Restaurant haben wir nicht besucht. Dafür die nette Bar und den kleinen Poolbereich auf dem Dach. Lissabon-City ist mit dem Taxi in 10 Minuten erreicht, kostet 7 - 8 Euro. Ein paar nette Restaurants sind im Umfeld erreichbar, zu Fuß oder mit den E-Scootern, die überall stehen. Die Scooter sind natürlich lustig, aber eigentlich eine einzige Umweltverschmutzung. Aber das ist ein anderes Thema.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel on a recent trip to Portugal. This is a beautiful property. The breakfast was very nice, the spa was a treat and the rooms were lovely. Some people speak of the noise from the train but it really isn't that bad. You are in close proximity to a number of wonderful sites and if you take a city tour bus you can really hit all the spots around Lisbon over a few short days. This is definitely one of the nicer resorts I have EVER been to, and I travel quite a bit. Thank you to their staff for making our stay memorable!

Magnifique!! Recu comme des roi. La chambre etait génial. Vue sur le port avec jacuzzi sur la terasse. La salle de bain est vitré. Douche et baignoire. Literie... que dire on se croit dans un nuage. Enorme chambre. Vraiment c est a faire. L espace bar est super sympa et donne sur le fleuve. Petit dej ok et encore une fois on est au petit soin pour vous. A oui j oubliai, vous donnez vos clé de voiture, on la decharge et la gare pour vous. Franchement le meilleur hotel jamais fait

Location location location!
This small hotel is situated by the yacht club and the harbour. The sea (?) is almost within touching distance. The famous monument is within 3 min walk. The more famous egg tart Pastel de Nata shop is 15 min walk.
The rooms are huge and light and airy. Thank goodness for AC because the floor to ceiling glass windows let in all the heat.
Great breakfast but lunch and dinner are not as good.
Spa treatments are excellent if not a little pricey.
Overall a wonderful choice for Lisbon if you don’t want to be stuck in busy touristy downtown!

Das hotel ist hübsch gestaltet - leider merkt man deutlich dass es bereits in die Jahre gekommen ist (fugen im Bad verschimmelt, viele Ecken und Kannten abgeschlagen) - dennoch ist es stilvoll und das Personal recht bemüht. Der Spa-Berreich, mit dem auch geworben wird, ist leider eine frechheit - nicht nur dass man für den "gratis" Spa-Bereich eine 5€! Badehaube kaufen MUSS! Sondern das ganze Schwimmbad ist auch mit tausenden toten kleinen fliegen gespickt. Dafür war der 2. Pool wegen Umbau geschlossen ... Traurig.

Os meus comentarios já não são de agora pois estou fidelizado desde 2015 para fazer as apresentações a clientes anuais. Recomendo vivamente.

Das Hotel selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch schön und schöner Ausblick, das Frühstück ist sehr gut aber vorallem sehr nette hilfsbereite super Mitarbeiter und super Service.
Spa Bereich ist leider eine Katastrophe - überall tote Mücken, im Wasser, an den Wänden leider war das richtig grauslich und dafür musste man beim Betreten des Spas eine Badehaube um 5€ kaufen ?! Ich nehme an damit sich die Mücken nicht in den Haaren verfangen ..
Alles in allem gut jedoch Spa war sehr schlecht !

We booke a stay here for my 40th Birthday and it was outstanding; particularly the staff, I have rarely been looked after better, the whole team were woudnerfull, their attention to detail, friendliness, and nothing was too much trouble, the staff are a real asset to the hotel. The room was lovely and comfortable. the views from all rooms are amazing. I cant rate it highly enough! Lovely sleek design and a wonderful all round experience.

Fangen wir mal mit den positiven Eindrücken an:
Die Lage am Wasser ist toll und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Suiten mit Blick auf den Tejo sind großzügig, hell und gut geschnitten. Und das war es leider dann auch.....
Für ein ca. 10 Jahre altes Hotel ist es ziemlich „abgerockt“. Eine Suite muss mehr können als einen schönen Ausblick zu bieten. Die Minibar ist ein Witz und der Hinweis, dass das auffüllen Geld kostet ebenfalls. Ein E-Bike zu leihen kostet 10,00€ die Stunde - bei einer Suite für über 500,00€ die Nacht sollte das im Preis inkludiert sein. Auch die Möglichkeit einen Platz im Restaurant zu reservieren sollte für Gäste der Suiten möglich sein. Ein Taxi zu reservieren funktioniert auch nur bedingt, nach 30 Minuten Wartezeit habe ich dann innerhalb von 10 Minuten ein Taxi über die App „myTaxi“ bestellt.
Das Frühstück ist allenfalls durchschnittlich, das Fitnessstudio ein Loch im Keller und die Öffnungszeiten des Schwimmbades mit denen eines öffentlichen Schwimmbades zu vergleichen.

The air conditioning wasn’t working in the room they gave us. They tried to convince us that we can stay in the same room and leave the windows open. Later they moved us to another room where the shower wasn’t draining and water flooded all over the bathroom.

Si esta haciendo turismo internacional por Lisboa, no se le ocurra pasar por este sitio, es posible que pueda ser objeto de maltratado y recibir un trato irrespetuoso y descortés. El hotel debería revisar las directrices y políticas de recursos humanos ya que no están conforme con el Standart internacional de establecimiento de 5 estrellas. I was sightseeing this beautiful landmark in Lisbon City at 9 am this morning. Never imagined that all restaurants near Belem will be closed. A male employee from the hotel follow me and my aunt to the ladies restrooms. Two let us know in two languages that we could not use neither their bathroom or the restaurant. It was only for guests. Please make a sign, and save your staff and tourists the embarasment.

Geworben wurde mit gratis-Transfer vom und zum Flughafen - Realität war ein völlig unkoordinierter Shuttlebus 2mal täglich (morgens und abends). (Schimmel; Sauna viel zu kühl dafür in unmittelbarer Nähe nur glutheiße Duschen, bei denen man die Temperatur nicht runterregeln konnte)

Sehr modernes Hotel mit großem Zimmer und toller Aussicht zum Segelhafen.Helles Marmorbad mit Glas, Chrom und somit Sicht in das Zimmer.Kingsizebed mit angenehmer agyptische Baumwolle und Parkettboden.Es hätte mehr Staumöglichkeiten für die Kleidung geben können.Nespresso u eine Flasche Wasser umsonst, ansonsten muß die Minibar bezahlt werden.Sehr schöner Innenpool in ruhiger Atmosphäre, outdoor Pool zu klein.Sauna nicht empfehlenswert.Service freundlich, Pflegeserie nicht gut.Restaurant gut, Frühstück gut, Bar draußen sehr schön in bester Lage mit Blick auf den Tejo u vorbeifahrende Kreuzfahrtschiffe.

es gibt nir zwei kleine Wermutstropfen:1. die etwas laute Bahn zwischen Cascais und Lisboa, die direkt am gut isolierten landseitigem Kopfende des Hotels vorbeifährt. 2. es fehlt ein nettes Mittleres Restaurant. Das gibt es zwar, ist aber unattraktiv und leer. Essen kann man recht güstig Kleinigkeiten in der Bar, auch auf der Terasse zum Tejo oder zu überhöhten Preisen im guten Restaurant (ab etwa EUR 125 / Person).

Dieses kleine Hotel der Altis-Kette verfügt vor allem einmal über extrem freundliche, hilfsbereite und kompetente Mitarbeitende: vom Empfang an der Türe über die sehr guten Tipps der Rezeption und der freundlich-unaufgeregten Bar bis hin zum Shuttle-Fahrer wirklich alles top! Das wohnlich eingerichtete Design-Hotel liegt unmittelbar am Übergang von Tejo/Atlantik zwischen Seefahrermonument und Bélem-Turm (je 250m), somit etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums von LIS. Es gibt allerdings mehrere gute Restaurants in der Nähe und auch der kostenlose Shuttle in die Innenstadt ist praktisch, Taxis sind günstig. Bélem erreicht man zu Fuss oder mit den eBikes vor dem Hotel. Weiterer absoluter Pluspunkt: die Bettwaren sind von höchster Qualität, traumhaft! Die Indoor-Wellness-Anlage verfügt u.a. über einen grossen Pool, auf dem Dach ist ein eher kleiner Pool (ca. 80 cm tief, 8x2 m) mit herrlichem Blich über Tejo usw, (auch hier war der Barservice mustergültig). Frühstück ebenfalls sehr gut und gepflegt, man kann es innen oder aussen einnehmen.Wenn man etwas jammern könnte, so wären es vielleicht die eBikes: 25 Euro Tagesmiete ist etwas viel, vor allem aber muss man die Räder in eine Unterführung oder auf eine Brücke schleppen; aber das ist ja nicht die Schuld des Hotels. Die Scherenjalousie unseres Zimmers funktionierte nicht.Das Hotel verfügt über 2 Restaurants: das normale haben wir nicht besucht, das Michelin*Restaurant war erstklassig.

Un 5 pour la situation et la modernité de l hôtel ainsi que le staff aux petits soins, un 3 pour la propreté vraiment limite (on sent que c'est nettoyé à la va vite, tâche de fond de teint bord de baignoire reste 2 jours, cheveux retrouvés !) Spa clairement à revoir, pas de serviettes à disposition le premier jour, plus de verres ni de boissons à disposition, une piscine sur blindée dont on ne peut profiter car il n y a pas de place :( les soins proposés sont sympas par contre. bar super prix et bien servi et malheureusement pas pu tester le restaurant :( c est un hôtel vraiment sympa qui vaut le détour mais il faut sérieusement revoir l hygiène pour un 5 étoile et améliorer le potentiel spa

Sehr schönes Hotel an einem kleinen Hafen.
Große Zimmer, die teilweise besser gereinigt werden sollten. Sehr freundliches und fleissiges Personal. Das Frühstück kann verbessert werden.

Siamo stati al ristorante dell'hotel. Personale cortese e attento al cliente. Cibo gourmet molto buono con prezzi ottimi considerando il livello di cucina. Uno dei pochi che offre un buon caffè espresso in capsule però!

Had the opportunity to visit the hotel as an attendee of the McKinsey&Co.'s 'Women in Leadership' annual event. The whole environment of the hotel is very cozy and invinting. The conference room was impeccable and full of nature light. The event included a complimentary lunch at the hotel's restaurant which was impeccably prepared. Food was tasty and delivered perfectly on time. In the end, the cocktail was also a great experience. I left curious about how staying overnight that close to the river would be :)

Magnifique hôtel, faisant face au Tage. Paisible, luxueux, tout est fait pour passer un bon moment.
Le spa est vraiment top et la piscine extérieure petite mais offre une vue imprenable sur la baie.

Excelente trato del personal, todos atentos, alegres y amables. El desayuno muy bien en cantidad y calidad, el spa sensacional, el bar muy bien y los platillos muy sabrosos -cenamos en él-. Muy clara y atenta la asesoría para conocer sitios de interés y opciones de entretenimiento. La conexión wi fi accesible y sin problemas. Regresaría a este hotel a la primera oportunidad y ya lo he recomendado a otras personas.

I only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed. All staff was excellent, the room had a spectacular view of the small marina by Belem, the bar was elegant and right on the water. The Michelin Star restaurant was closed on Sunday but the regular restaurant was spectacular nonetheless... the portoghese COD Au Gratin to die for. The spa was extremely relaxing and the massage well worth it.

Hubiera sido perfecto para un hotel 3 o 4 estrellas pero hay pequeños detalles que no se pueden escapar a un 5 estrellas. Pese a tener reserva para 2 personas, durante el primer dia todo lo referente a aseo, servicio de buenas noches u obsequio de un dulce se hizo para una sola persona. Asi mismo tuvimos que solicitar despues de que se hubiera hecho la limpieza de la habitacion que se repusieran los geles de baño ya que no se habian repuesto. Estas cosas marcan la no excelencia. Recomendable en cualquier caso. Repetiremos. Gracias al personal.

리스본에서 휴양하기에 최적의 호텔. 그러나 시내와의 접근성이 떨어지는 편. 벨렘 지구 정도는 걸어서 다닐 수 있으나 대중교통 수단을 이용하기엔 위치가 매우 별로다. 하지만 호텔은 최고의 전망과 수영장, 사우나 등 이용이 가능하고 객실은 깨끗하고 모던하다.

O hotel fica no portão para o oceano. É cercada por iate, gaivotas pairar no ar, os pescadores captura os peixes perto do café ao ar livre de hotel. E uma muito forte wi-fi ao redor.
Отель у самых ворот в океан. Он окружен яхтами, в воздухе парят чайки, рыбаки ловят рыбу возле открытого кафе отеля. И очень сильный бесплатный вай-фай вокруг.

Local Animals interdict, the terrace was practically empty but was refused to sit because we had a dog. One situation very very sad.

Magnifique hôtel dans un endroit splendide, idéalement placé tant pour le cadre ( vue sur la tour de Belém et sur le fleuve) que pour les restaurants ( dont un étoilé Michelin excellent)...paradisiaque en couple, et a bonne distance de l agitation du centre ville, qui reste a portée de taxi ( 10 min et toujours sous les 10 euros la course)...je recommande les chambres terrasse jacuzzi...tout simplement mon meilleur séjour a Lisbonne!!!

C'est la musique qui nous a attiré pour boire l'apéritif! Avons été très bien accueilli par une demoiselle puis PATATRAC! Nous avons poireauté pendant une bonne demi-heure et toujours pas de prise de commande, du coup nous sommes parti illico pour ENOTECA DE BELEM!

This modern hotel on the banks of the river is pretty awesome. The rooms are well-designed, bright, great bathrooms and informative staff. It is further away from the centre of the city than other hotels but certainly worth it...it'd make the same choice again.

Notez que cet hôtel est loin du centre-ville et qu’il faut prévoir un budget taxi. L’hôtel en lui-même est très sympa pour sa déco, ses infrastructures et la qualité de son personnel.
Restaurant gastronomique au rdc avec des menus entre 70 et 150€ si ma mémoire ne me fait pas défaut, le buffet du petit déjeuné est plutôt commun voir sans réel intérêt. Il est dommage surtout quand il ne fait pas beau temps de voir que la région ne s’est pas souciée de l’aspect de ses cotes, vous pourrez voir des raffineries de pétrole, chantiers navals, usines, ect… c’est un peu dommage ! Mais ça, l’hôtel n’y peut rien.
Ne demandez pas une chambre avec vue sur le port, car la vu est meilleurs de l’autre côté. Juste à côté du port se trouvent une vilaine station-service, une voie de chemin de fer et une route nationale.

Die Lage ist sehr schön, wenn auch eher abgelegen, wenn man mit ÖV unterwegs ist. Klares Design, für meinen Geschmack zu steril. Der SPA ist quasi im Keller und man fühlt sich dort auch entsprechend. Musik/Radio hat nicht funktioniert, elektrische Fensterstoren auch nicht. Insgesamt nicht die Qualität, die ich von einem 5-Stern Hotel erwarte.
