The Suite was nice, the Service was OK. But the breakfast very pur quality, the most was industry food full of sugar, no healthy food . Only the fresh fruits was good. Lisboa a very sweet romantic city, but it's hard to find good hotels with a soul. Better look for small hotel in the old city.

Espectacular Hotel!! Excelente servicio!! Increíbles instalaciones tanto en las habitaciones Como en los espacios comunes, piscinas cubiertas, sauna, baño turco piscina exterior bares y restaurantes. Está claro que para pasar unos días en Lisboa está genial!!! Recomiendo mirar tarifas de ofertas por Internet ya que el precio de las habitaciones es muy alto pero tienes ofertas increíbles!! No perderse el desayuno que es colosal

From check-in until check-out... 5-star service. Received an early checking at 7:00am after a long overnight bus ride, got some much needed rest, enjoyed the spa downstairs as well as the beautiful rooftop pool. Beds most comfortable and breakfast amazing! Well worth the cost.

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden.Das Frühstück ist zwar nicht billig (24,50 Euro pro Pers.aber sehr vielfältig und sehr gut. Der Schattenbereich am Infinitypool ist leider sehr begrenzt. Man kann nunmal nicht stundenlang in der Sonne liegen.

Excellent hotel, great location take the E24 classic tram downtown, only 100m from the hotel. Staff friendly, breakfast brilliant. Only minor point was the piped music in the corridors. It was played all night and could be heard in our room.

Luxus pur im schönen Lissabon. Das Hotelpersonal ist in jedem Punkt freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbedienung am Tisch mit Kaffee und Säften. Ein reichhaltiges vorwiegend gesundes Buffet rundet dies ab. Die Zimmer sind sauber und Hygienemittel werden täglich erneuert bzw ausgewechselt. 15 min Fahrweg bis Innenstadt und Einkaufsmeilen mit dem Hotelshuttle ergänzen das Angebot.

Un Hotel meritevole delle 5 stelle: lussuoso confort, pulizia accurata dovunque e della stanza enorme e ricca di spazi e arredi nuovi e di design, come tutto l'hotel. Il personale dalla reception alle camere e ristorante cortese e professionale. Peccato che la lingua italiana è compresa poco, ma in reception Bruno ci è stato di grande aiuto. La colazione è "eccezionale", unico "neo" per i celiaci poca disponibilità di pane/biscotti, ma frutta, yogurt, formaggi e altre preparazioni è una gioia per occhi e palato. Anche la SPA è ottima e dalla piscina uno sguardo a 360° su LISBONA . La posizione è ottimale, poco distante una delle piazze importanti con fermata metro, numerosi i bus, un grande centro commerciale a 100 mt circa, raggiungibili i luoghi più famosi in breve, anche in taxi spendendo poco.

I stayed at Epic Sana with my husband for a weekend and found this hotel to be excellent. The breakfast was one of the best buffets I have ever seen...the food was very fresh, plentiful and so many options plus they would still make you eggs or whatever you wanted. When we arrived there was a convention so it was a bit harder to find seating at breakfast but as soon as this was noticed by the staff, they went out of their way to make sure we got seated and got everything that we wanted. The staff was exceptionally professional, courteous and clearly showed that they cared about our experience. The room was very clean and comfortable with many little details that we liked. The hotel was also spotless! I ran into a problem that required a package to be sent urgently and the front desk staff helped me immensely..they followed up and handled everything for me, especially since I did not know local couriers or the language. This was much appreciated. Everybody from the staff at the door to the desk, to breakfast and to the room staff was excellent...Kudos to the management and staff. This was a last minute choice but I would return here when I come back to Lisbon. Location...close to shopping mall and right around the corner from the main avenue with many shops and not far to walk to the center, although would recommend short cab ride back at night.

Enjoy the experience is very well located in relation to the many departures, buses and trawmays that between 2mn and 7mn by foot from the hotel. the hotel itself is modern contemporary, the view from the roof terrace is just magnificent, but it closes at 6pm, but were happy because at initialy we were lucky..after june, un summer season it close at midnight The staff is very attentive and professional.

We had the chance to stay at the Epic Sana for 3 nights. I have to say this is one the best hotels I've stayed at ! Great location, amazing rooms, great pools and most of all, the service is absolutely fabulous ! All the employees are very kind and always willing to help or ajust to your needs. Five star hotel with five star service. Warm welcome on arrival, staff most helpful. Room on 10th floor was ideal for views across Lisbon and furnished to a high standard. Located approx 25 minute walk from waterfront. If you use the hop on hop off bus tours there is a stop a few minutes walk away near the commercial centre. Recommended.

We loved everything about the hotel, I will try and break it down into specifics. Spa - just fantastic, perfect place to relax after a day exploring Lisbon. The lockers each have a towel and a robe so you don't need to bring anything. Sauna is the best I have been in by some distance. Only suggestion is to get a few more beds down there. Food - We only had breakfast, which was top quality with a huge choice of buffet and also dishes to order, really good. Room - Large King size bed and in general the room was spacious and comfortable. If anything to complain about would be smell from sink which wasn't great and the mirror TV is cool but had to watch with lights on because of the reflection! Location - For me its about perfect, it is close to the Avenida and just on the egde of things. The walk to restaurants is 5-10 minutes and down to Baixa or the Castelo area about 20 minutes. Watch out for the hills! Staff - Super friendly and knowledgeable, all spoke very good English which helped us out and everyone was very pleasant and served us with a smile. Overall I would recommend it if you are looking for a spa hotel rather than a quaint type one. It really is a great base and the outdoor pool will come into its own when the weather improves.

Only improvement could be the breakfast buffet; it did not have the widest range of food, and staff try to limit everyone to drinks in the morning. They want your money and they don't want to help in any way when things go wrong. Would have been so easy for this hotel to facilitate our issue and have a positive experience without the group losing money. We would have shared this positive experience with many..a win win situation. However now it is just a negative result for all. Very short sighted of the hotel group.

Very nice designed hotel, nice rooms and excellent service. The gym and SPA area are very good and large. There is a nice bog indoor pool and an additional pool on the roof. We arrived late and the staff really tried to make our check in an arrival very pleasant, the food in the lobby was delicious. The design is really Epic:)

Building is nice, people very kind. But for a 5 stars de expect more. Carpet to go to the rooms is not good fixed. Toilet to low, wood in room damaged, view outside very poor on garbage, cleaning the room poor. Overall this is a grant modern hotel with nice features, like the infinity pool, the nice breakfast, helpful doorman, and very reasonable price. HOWEVER, several aspects of its software NEED serious attention:1. to start with, the electric wiring was constantly problematic, the first day there is some weird buzzing noise on the ceiling in the whole floor; the very night the light outside of the bathroom can not be switched off; then it's the phone that has a blinking alert for unread message yet no one in the whole hotel knows how to turn it off; a day later, the night light underneath the sink was on and I didn't even bother to ask them any more, just using towels to cover it, two days later it turned off automatically. 2. the toilet sliding door is terribly designed and/or poorly maintained, I was trying to open it and it slides to the side all the way into the other glass so my thumb was struck in between!!!! For 24 hours, it was extremely painful so I had to request ice to cool it so I could manage to sleep (NO compensation at all, people would have sued them if it's in the States); 3. a minor thing :the pool is only open until 5pm, which is really early, other hotels usually open until 8pm, which is way more reasonable.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in - clean rooms, friendly staff, the pool is lovely with plenty of space but is of course super busy in the summer time! The gym is well equipped and never busy (as per the spa area). The afternoon treat was lovely and would definitely stay again.

Hotel em que o luxo se resume às dimensões dos quartos e a um pequeno almoço completo, embora demasiado "inventado". Querer fazer a diferença nem sempre é sinonimo de melhorar o serviço, como neste caso. A recepção é um desastre. Desde procederem à digitalização do documento identificação, o que é proibido por lei, nem sequer se dão ao incômodo de pedir autorização. O cliente, mesmo corporativo é tratado como um vândalo e conseqüentemente e-lhe exigido uma pré-autorizaçao de quase 200€ no cartão de crédito para eventuais danos provocados no hotel. O atendimento portanto nao é profissional. É automático. A limpeaza dos WC é deficitária. Tem as comodities todas, mas também tem um monte de cabelos no chuveiro. No quarto, as luzes e as cortinas merecem um curso com tanto botão nas mesimhas de cabeceira. Para terminar têm um bom SPA e piscina, dizem..... pois está tudo avariado. Enfim, muita parra e pouca uva.

This is a lovely place. Staff are helpful and friendly. It has all the necessary amenities one may require, and as a bonus, they even supply little shaving, shoe polishing and sewing kits. My only issue is the cost of the movies supplied on the entertainment system, it is a little excessive in my opinion. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very nice hotel. Large room, comfortable bed. If you look closer a refresh of the room might be needed. That was the case for mine. Restaurant is very good, fresh product, not traditional Portuguese, but the inspiration is here. Can be repetitive. I love the detox green juice they served. If anyone know the recipe. The outdoor swimming pool is very very nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

Full.marks for the lovely and stylish room. Good food at breakfast and meals, nice bar and good coffee. Location bit that central but convenient for airport and was great venue for our conference. Little niggkes- didn't always replenish in room coffee and had to call for it. Never gave in room milk pods despite daily requests over 4 nights and was charged 10 euro for a tiny bit of milk one morning when housekeeping didn't answer. Otherwise good facilities to gym, pool etc.

Рекомендую к проживанию даже на несколько дней. Чисто, приветливый персонал, завтраки на уровне 5-ти звезд. Отличное расположение. Открывающийся вид с бассейна на 9-м этаже просто потрясает, кстати зимой вода подогревается и для любителей купаться зимой и любоваться на океан с высоты...просто круто. Так же порадовало обилие цветов в отеле, кругом запах свежих цветов, да еще и орхидей. Очень классное место.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and it was my first time to Lisbon. I had a good experience in this hotel which is located in the heart of the city. After a tiring flight and hectic long passport check queue at Lisbon International airport, I arrived quite early in the morning to the hotel & I was lucky to get checked into my room. My check in experience was a bit pleasant and it could have been better If the executive working at the reception maintained an eye contact to show respect and sense of hospitality while executing the check in formalities. The room was in a quite area, super specious and the bed was quite comfortable. The toilet and the shower area were great and as well as the toiletries The breakfast was inclusive in my booking & I had the chance to experience the wonderful wide range of breakfast items and the staff members at the resturant were super helpful and hospitable After my first night I decided to experience the hotel SPA and booked myself for 90 mins full body massage. I was so disappointed and disturbed after the treatment as it was absolutely an awful experience! I wasn’t sure if the lady who gave me the service was experienced enough, in my views she shouldn’t be a massage therapist and should maybe handle other spa services. I did complain about my experience and luckily got about 45 euros discount on my total bill payment. Btw, the spa has a steam and sauna room and a nice indoor swimming pool. Overall, my experience in this hotel was just good and for my future possible trips to Lisbon I will look for other 5 star hotels!

Fantastic hotel, very well looked after, modern facilities, indoor and outdoor pools, spa facilities and treatments, fantastic food (Breakfast - buffet was amazing, such a wide variety of options. Dinner - excellent service and very tasty options, even in the downstairs bar the food and service was top quality. Delicious chocs in room each night) and staff were incredibly attentive - this is our 2nd visit to this hotel (1st was 5yrs ago) and it was even better the 2nd time - next time were in Lisbon we will definitely be staying here, without a doubt!

Its a beautiful large complex, but I wasnt thrilled with the location. Its a bit removed from the center of the city. Although the metro is within a 10 minute walk, the hotel is up a very large hill. So imagine after a day of walking and sightseeing, the last thing you want to do is hike up the steep hill. One reason I chose this hotel was the views in the pictures - but you must be on one of the top (2) floors to enjoy them from your room. In addition, there arent any restaurants that are close (other than at the mall). Other than that, the hotel is designed nicely and its quite modern. The room was spacious, but I highly recommend cleaning the rugs because there were a lot of spots and stains! Nice bathrooms...comfortable bed. Breakfast was terrific. Although I was there in December I checked out the pool and it was pretty small and there werent many lounge chairs (I dont know how the tourists can be accommodated in the hot summer). If youre on business its probably a great choice. Next time Id chose a hotel a bit closer to downtown.

Very spacious rooms with fantastic shower and bath and bathroom and lounge area. Full Nespresso machine, mini fridge which is fully stocked and mini safe. Great location lots of restaurant and cocktail bars within 15min walk. Waterfront park is only 20-25 minute walk.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for the first time and we were very impressed with it, except for few things: 1. At the moment we arrived at the Hotel, there was no one to help us with our luggage and we had to bring it to the reception ourselves, it also took too long for the luggage to be brought to our room afterwards. 2. We’ve paid for a deluxe room and it was brilliant except that the one they gave us was missing the Bluetooth connector where you can connect your phone to and play the sound through the speakers placed within the room. We’ve inquired about it and they informed us that it was probably stolen by a previous guest, then they offered for us to change rooms. The new room they placed us was not ready for occupancy and it was missing a few things as well, but the staff was very helpful to fix it up. Later, I’ve also noticed there was a sewer smell coming out of the bathroom sink and even though they tried to make it better, it did not get resolved.

Nice hotel, generally. The bathroom to one of our rooms was missing a door. We alerted the front desk of the problem and were advised that they would fix it or move us — neither occurred. We advised a second employee of the issue and he also assured us that it would be taken care of — it wasn’t. Not what one would expect from any hotel. We opted for using the restroom in the health club several times. Crazy. Location is fine, but not great, requiring rides to most locations. The hotel was unable to accommodate the number of guests in the hotel for brunch (long line with angry guests).

The Epic Sana Lisbon is a fantastic hotel! If you go to Lisbon to enjoy your vacations this is an amazing option. The service is incredible! They cover all the details to make you feel so special. They have a swimming pool and a spa. On the other hand, if you need to organize a big event or just a meeting with your clients, they have the spaces that you need! The food is delicious!!! The breakfast, the lunch and the dinner are spectacular. Just one more thing, this hotel is very close (300m) to the Amoreiras Shopping Center.

Der Wellnessbereich und das Frühstücksbuffet sind grossartig.Das Peronal ist sehr freundlich, der Service klappt in der Regel ganz gut. Was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat, ist das Zimmer, der Teppichboden ist grau und hat Löcher. Zudem ist alles automatisiert. Bei jedem Betreten des Zimmers springt der Fernseher an, er lässt sich aber nicht so einfach ausschalten (musste 2x den Techniker kommen lassen). Und das Licht löscht zum Teil nicht, d.h. anstatt schlafen gehen auf den Techniker warten. Daher war die erwartete Erholung nicht wirklich perfekt.

I really mean to give it a 4,5 stars. Just because for a luxury 5* the service is a little slow, and a little unaccommodating (it's my opinion that one should never say 'no' to a client or explain that it is not done in a certain way, but say 'let me look into it'). While the design is amazing it leaks at taps in the bathroom. Otherwise squeaky clean, modern and lovely with lovely comfy cotton sheets. The breakfast while it was delicious and the service good, they serve a part of it in canapés sizes. Overall the team did great at hosting us as part of a group. The catering was good considering we were a huge group.

One of the best hotels I ever have been! The food is delicious, and the service is at a high level! They also have a swimming pool, two saunas, and a gym. But I had to issues: 1. The curtain in my bathroom didn't work 2. The stereo system also didn't work, and it wasn't possible to connect my phone to it. I mentioned it to the host, but they weren't able to fix it.

I had a junior suite. Nice room, big and clean. They gave us a present at the room, a wine and cheese with ham. The service is really good, The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel is the location, it’s not bad but not walkable. Anyways it’s beautiful and the service and look definitely a 5 stars hotel.

I think the place is nice. I had the business trip, so didn't have the time to experience spa or fitness. Breakfast was delicious, the personnel is very kind and polite. What about the room I wasn't very satisfied because actually it's for 2 people , the beds were separately, so the room is not for couple. There is no like a solid door for the toilet and the bathroom, so if wasn't alone there, it wouldn't be so comfortable as there is no private space. It means that if you live in this room with somebody this person could see you on the bathroom or toilet as the door is transparent. Other issue is a big monitor which could be switched off with the pilot. This pilot was hidden and it took for me about 5 minutes to find it.

Estacionei no parque das 8h às 18h30m paguei 25,20€, os preços estavam afixados à entrada do parque num sítio onde não se vê de quem entra porque fica atrás do local onde se tira o bilhete no sentido contrário. Em mais lado algum, apesar de dizerem que os preços estão afixados nos locais de acesso ao parque, o que é completamente mentira, havia um poster com os preços e mais nenhum. A diária de estacionamento é de 31€, um roubo óbvio. Quando fui pagar e a senhora disse o preço, eu disse que tinha de ir levantar dinheiro pois nunca pensei que fosse tão caro, fui olhado com um ar de desdém, muito bem, não voltam a ver o meu dinheiro that's for sure. O hotel pode ser muito bom, mas Sana para mim é uma marca a evitar já que honestidade é algo que não impera. Complete and utter tourist trap.

Такая странная история приключилась с нами в этом отеле. Сам отель прекрасный. Номер отличный, стильный. просторный. Кровать широченная, очень удобная. Заселили раньше времени. Персонал очень приветливый, особенно в ресторане. Замечательные бассейны: на крыше и в зоне спа. Сам по себе отель очень понравился, соответствует своим пяти звездам. Но теперь к странной истории. Когда мы заселились, мне показалось, что из холодного крана идет теплая вода. Я не придала этому значения, но ночью, когда мы вернулись из долгой прогулки по Лиссабону и окрестностям и собрались принять ванну, выяснилось, что действительно, холодной воды нет! Вообще нет. Из всех кранов (в том числе и из биде и при сливе унитаза) лился кипяток! Был уже час ночи. После звонка на ресепшен, пришел мастер. Который решил, что полетела какая-то прокладка, и попытался чинить ее, а потом прокладку крана душа. Примерно в два часа ночи ресепшионист предложил принять ванну в другом номере. Выдал ключи. Смешно, но в другом номере на этом же этаже вода также била кипятком из всех кранов :-D Отчаявшись помыться, мы сказали ресепшену о кипятке из холодного крана и в этом номере и легли спать. На утро (которое для нас случилось всего через пару часов) холодная вода появилась. Вообще, достаточно обидно, что в пятизвездочном отеле мы не смогли получить базовых удобств. Кроме того, на завтраке пару продуктов было натурально с душком (в плохом смысле этого слова), что ну уж совсем недопустимо.

Great hotel with a good location. Room was lovely and spacious with the best shower ever. Pool areas were nice and not overcrowded anytime we went. Breakfast was nice however they could do better with vegan options. I had directly contacted the hotel before our stay asking about vegan options but I am still waiting on the reply. We managed to have enough but it mostly consisted of bread and fruit with limited to no hot options. Other than breakfast we never ate in the restaurant so can’t comment on other menus. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel.

The staff are wonderful in this hotel the only expectiion was the reception staff on two occassions otherwise it would have been 5 star. The food is gorgeous and the terrace is lovely for a relaxing lunch . The pool upstairs is a great addition to your break or holiday

Pretty nice Hotel. We had a event there. The room was okay. In my room there was a power problem. So light was on off on off and so on. What i liked was the smell of fresh flowers every day in the lobby. Also the food was excellent.

Stayed at the hotel for 8 days with my wife. A true 5 star experience with no slip ups. Great spacious beautiful room, fantastic services, very good breakfast, wonderful spa and rooftop pool. I would specially note the kind polite and effective service. Hotel was gracious to grant late check out at no additional charge. Highly recommended and certainly worth the price.

Le séjour fut globalement agréable dans cet hôtel à grande échelle. Il faut noter néanmoins que les installations, notamment le Spa, montrent des signes de vieillissement. Autre remarque, le prix du cocktail au bar est exagéré (20euros). Pour finir sur une bonne note, le service fut de qualité.

Very friendly place! I got welcomed in a warm and kind manner by a very supportive receptionist. The lobby is spacious and bright, the rooftop pool looks cooler on instagram than it actually is.. unfortunately there are some constructions going on - reason why the view isnt great.. "Iced coffee" - not blended only served with ice cubes although I explicitly asked if its blended and got a yes.. Spa is amazing; treatment was great, too.. Overall = nice to stay in :)

I have stayed here for ten days with my family in one their beautiful suites. We had a great time, this hotel is one of the best I have stayed at, and I have stayed at a lot of great places in many countries, the room was spacious, with great electronic features and curtains. 1.5 bathrooms The staff, the atmosphere, and the food is amazing. The service is incredible and the staff go way out of their way to please the guests. It is relaxed, luxurious, fun, modern and beautiful. I will definitely stay here when I come back. I highly recommend it to anyone who want s to be close all the great places to eat and shop and have people to help you and take care of you.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed at. I don't usually do fancy hotels, but staying in Lisbon and having trouble with previous hotel accommodation, we stumbled upon this beauty and literally did last minute check in. Absolutely wonderful! Our stay was epic! Breakfast was out of this world delicious. The room was huge and comfortable with pretty view! I love the whole atmosphere and staff was very nice. The roof top swimming and relax area was also very welcoming!

Quelle déception! Rapport qualité prix à des années lumières de ce qu’on pourrait trouver dans les autres hôtels à Lisbonne et ce dont on a l’habitude de voir! Les consommations sont hors de prix (pourtant nous habitons en Suisse) et la qualité ni est pas du tout. Epic Sana est peut être un hôtel 5 étoiles et les prix peuvent être plus élevés que le prix moyen au Portugal... en revanche; 2 cafés, 2 jus d’orange... 24€?!?! Il ne faut pas exagérer! De plus qu’il n’y a aucune plus value sur la qualité. Un autre exemple: 17€ pour un smoothie protéiné (finit en 3 gorgées)!! Je ne savais pas que les glaçons en cubes étaient de la protéine? La chambre est certes très bien (donc pour y passer une nuit pourquoi pas) cependant à ce prix là vous pouvez trouver mieux dans d’autres établissements. Au moins vous ne vous ferez pas avoir sur les prix des conso! Première et dernière expérience dans cet hôtel. L’étoile est pour la sympathie des serveurs.

All in all we experienced a decent stay at the Epic Sana Hotel. The only negative experiences we've encountered was the room-service. I do not quiet understand why a hotel room is being cleaned at 4pm and therefore we've had to wait aproximately 30 minutes. Furthermore on our departure day our keycard wasn't working correctly. Therefore we had to wait aproximately snother 1 hour in the lobby and while trying to get our keycard fixed the staff was quiet unattentive and not really intressted in fixing our problem.

This was the best experience i had so far with a hotel. The staff is great and really offer a lot of service. We had a little problem with the bluetooth adapter in our room and immediately someone came over to check it. He inspected it and immediately sent someone from the technical department to fix it. Within 15 minutes everything was ok again. Suitcases were taken from the cab to our room. When we left they also carried the cases from the lobby to the taxi. Everything was taken care of. Breakfast was execellent and they really pay attention if you still have enough coffee etc. My daughter also liked the hotel very much. Compliments to the staff!

Ne pas y aller pour la piscine pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles Chambre 831: Hotel 5 étoiles avec une piscine sur le toit aux services digne d'un camping ! On vous demande de venir faire la queue à 8h50 pour espérer avoir une place que vous n'aurez sûrement pas ! J'ai eu le malheur de laisser mes affaires sur le matelas et aller travailler dans ma chambre et à mon retour mes affaires avaient disparu et des personnes étaient sur mon Transate. Le comble de cette mésaventure c'est que c'est le personnel de la piscine qui a estimé que je m'étais absenté trop longtemps sans les avoir prévenu !! Et ils n'ont même pas chercher à me joindre ... on est donc loin des services d'un 5 étoiles. Ne pas prendre cet hotel si vous comptez profiter de la "piscine"

Sehr schönes und hochqualitatives Hotel. Das Frühstück ist wirklich außergewöhnlich gut und Service war während des gesamten Aufenthaltes sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Rooftop-Pool bietet eine tolle Möglichkeit zur Entspannung inmitten der Metropole Lissabon. Einzig die Preise an der Poolbar, sowohl für Getränke als auch für Snacks, sind ziemlich hoch. Trotzdem nur zu empfehlen!

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. It is beautifully decorated and it’s a great option to have the outdoor pool, and indoor pool and spa facility for some relaxation. Location is not bad, it’s a far walk from most of the main things to see, but a quick taxi ride can get you there. Airport is convenient from here as well. Our biggest complaint was all of the extras and the prices of the extras. Everything, including the coffee in the room was an extra charge. Prices were very steep ( €2 for a cup of coffee in the room). If you’re budget conscious, this may not be the best spot for you.

Overal besteden ze veel aandacht aan. Je voelt je welkom en in de watten gelegd. Zoals het hoort. Minpunten: Zwembad boven echt veel te druk. Als je geen ligbed krijgt ga maar wat anders doen met je dag want wachten is kansloos Eten op de bovenste etage is niet ok. Lijkt wel of het eten uit de kelder moet komen. Hamburger niet gaar. Hebben we aangegeven maar ze hebben er niks mee gedaan. Wel 22 of 23 euro betalen Ontbijt op een doordeweekse dag 10 minuten wachttijd. Wel excuses van iedereen maar dat kun je echt niet maken. Deze minpunten maken het hotel niet 5 sterren waardig en dat is jammer. Daar moeten ze echt wat aan doen.

It's really a 5 Star Hotel. Epic Sana make me feel comfortable during my stay, they also serves very nice breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, will miss it tomorrow morning as they said breakfast will just start on 7pm, really like their Portuguese Egg Tarts. Next time when I am back to Lisbon, will definitely stay there. The hotel also close to Amoreiras Mall, and quite walking distance to the city center.

Das Hotel ist ein tolles Hotel, welches sehr zentral ist. Man kommt von da aus gut in die Altstadt. Uber würde ich hier bspw. als Verkehrsmittel empfehlen. Es ist sehr sauber, hat ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Man denkt zu Beginn, dass der Service wirklich toll sein muss, denn überall ist Personal zu sehen. Allerdings ist dieses nicht aufmerksam bzw. nur zu Beginn. Kommt man an seinen Platz, so bekommt man direkt Getränke angeboten. Danach ist es aber auch vorbei. Stehen Getränke leer, so wird man nicht nachgefragt ob man neue bekommt. Es fehlt hier schlicht an Aufmerksamkeit. Der Kaffee wird sicherlich relativ früh morgens zubereitet, so dass man gegen 9 Uhr nur noch lauwarmen Kaffee aus der Thermoskanne bekommt. Hier würde ich mir eine Änderung herbeiwünschen, da lauwarmer Kaffee an 4 von 5 Tagen der Standard war. Sonst hat das Hotel aber anständige Zimmer, ein gutes Housekeeping und auch einen tolles Fitnessstudio. Selten so ein gut ausgestattetes Studio in einem Hotel gesehen. Die Rooftopbar ist auch toll, auch wenn die Preise alles andere als schön sind. 18€ für einen Gin Tonic empfinde ich schon als übertrieben. Da kann man lieber in die 10 Minuten weiter entfernte Sky Bar im Tivoli Hotel gehen, da sind die Preise angemessener.

Best service ever! We stayed here for 3 nights in June 2019. We moved to this hotel after a bad night in another hotel in Lisbon. It was a wonderful experience to see the difference between them. The spa is amazing. The pool is great. Food is good and fresh. Rooms are superb. Sleep quality is the best. Will definitly stay here again when in Lisbon.

Ótimo hotel e grande experiência de luxo acessível na grande Lisboa. Estive hospedado uma noite no hotel EPIC, e encontrei um staff acolhedor e que desde logo deram me as boas vindas ao hotel. Subi pelos elevadores panorâmicos até ao andar do quarto. Ao abrir a porta do quarto, imediatamente as cortinas eletricas abrem. O quarto é espaçoso e muito limpo. O minibar vem cheio, a maquina de café também, com descafeinado, ristretto e longo, chás e bolachas. O hotel ofereceu um chocolate de boas vindas uma hora depois de ter entrado no quarto. A casa de banho é linda, a banheira com a janela com vista para o quarto e a vista para o exterior é incrivel. As comodidades são completas, desde ao kit de barbear, kit de costura, champô, gel e condicionadores, ao roupão e aos chinelos. Secador profissional e tábua de passar a ferro de engomar. A televisão é embutida no espelho principal do quarto. As almofadas são demasiado moles apesar da cama ser muito confortável. O pequeno almoco é excelente, variadade e frutas frescas, os garçons são incríveis, oferecendo café e sumos a toda a hora, impedindo que o copo estivesse vazio. Otima experiencia, o spa é incrível bem como a piscina do hotel. Recomendo.
