Im großen und ganzen ist das Zimmer in Ordnung ausgestattet, allerdings ist alles sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Das Badezimmer ist sehr veraltet und teilweise kaputt. (Sollte nicht vorkommen in einem 4 Sterne Hotel) Die Fugen sind schwarz, grün, der durchlief funktioniert nicht richtig. Der Boden im Zimmer ist auch sehr schmutzig gewesen, d.h barfuß laufen ist nicht drin gewesen. Auf dem Teppich waren über all schwarze Abdrücke und Flecken. Lissabon ist eine tolle Stadt, das Hotel hat uns den Aufenthalt vermiest.

Hotel room was beautiful with great city/river views. When we arrived, our room was upgraded to a suite and hotel staff were incredibly friendly. It's located right next to the train station for convenient travel and the mall for good shopping. Also walking distance to the aquarium and lots of restaurants. We went to old town Lisbon while staying here and it is a short and inexpensive Uber ride away. On the top floor is the sky bar which seems to be the place to go. Gorgeous city views at night, great drinks, hookah, and cool swings inside. Had an amazing experience here.

Bardzo ładny hotel. Codzienne sprzątanie pokoju. Smaczne śniadanie. Piękny Sky bar na 16 piętrze. Dodatkowo siłownia oraz basen. Bardzo bliska lokalizacja od lotniska. Do centrum Lizbony jest znak trochę daleko.

Très belle hôtel avec vue imprenable sur le Tage (15eme étage). Service irreprochable. Seul petit bémol, la piscine n’etait Pas chauffée et le jacuzzi en réparation. Ces petits désagréments auraient pu être notés au moment de la réservation. À deux pas de la gare Oriente (Metro) et du coup dans le centre en 20 minutes...Je recommande l’hotel !

O hotel tem uma boa localização e os funcionários são educados e eficientes. Mas ficou aquém das minhas expectativas. O spa não passa de um tanque com água. O jacuzzi está vazio com uma informação que se encontra em manutenção. No bar os cocktails têm qualidade mas a lista das comidas é muito pobre sem opções para uma refeição ligeira. O sushi que se encontra nas fotos não existe.

The hotel is good. Staff is nice, everything is clear. Just the matrace is too soft :-). The position is perfect for oversleep near by the airport. Breakfast is good but nothing special. Good value for your money.

Easy to reach, only 5 min. from the Airport.(by Taxi) Service place in a nice City. Beautiful view, directly by The Main streets but yet calm and no traffic sounds in the rooms. Easy access for public Transportation (subway), about 20 min. from the Center of Lisbon.

16 floors, three elevators. One doesn’t work. It seems like you have to go to the ground floor to go up to the bar on 16th.
Carpet is dirty. Rooms are dirty. There literally was a butt print visible in the chair in the room. The room also came with a crip which is awesome for people to decided to have a child free live. City view actually means view of the train tracks.
Given that you can have a lot nicer hotels in Lisbon for the same price I really don’t understand the rating of this thing.

Hotel corresponde às expectativas e ao que é suposto de um hotel de 4 estrelas. Pessoal muito simpático, profissional e solicito. Considero que o único senão é a garagem. É necessária muita perícia para manobrar a viatura sem raspar nas colunas. Deviam avisar os Clientes antes de entrar na mesma!

Nice rooms and attentive staff. The view from the rooftop bar is fantastic. The breakfast had good variety. Overall it is worth the price. The location is not the most central for a visit to the city but the area is very relaxing and the city centre is within reach by subway.

Excelente hotel de 4 estrelas localizado no parque das nações mesmo em frente ao centro comercial Vasco da Gama. Encontra-se a 200 metros da estação de comboios do Oriente. Quartos acolhedores, modernos, funcionários muito prestáveis. A decoração por trás das camas precisa de ser atualizada mas de modo geral altamente recomendável.

Das Fitnessstudio im Hotel hat eine Grundausstattung. 3 Laufbänder, 3 Stepper, 1 Rundermaschiebne. Nur eine Bank und Hanteln nur bis 20 Kilogramm. Also mehr auf Cardio (Ausdauer) ausgelegt als auf richtiges Training. Gegenüber des Kreisverkehrs und 50m die Straße runter ist jeweils ein richtiges Fitnessstudio.

Jättefint hotell nära tåg o tunnelbana. Fina promenadstråk. Lätt att ta sig runt i staden. Enda smolken i bägaren, åter igen problem med incheckning när jag bokat via er. Bad extra om hotellets reservationsnr vilket visade sig vara fel. Sas att det räckte med pass, vilket inte stämmer. Så snälla ta för vana att i bokningen skriva in hotellets egna reservationsnr.

Muito bom no geral, mas aqui ficam algumas sugestões:
- avisarem os clientes de que o parque de estacionamento privativo é pago (12,5€ por dia)
- manutenção do spa deve ser reforçada (jacuzzi e sauna em manutenção)
- avisarem os clientes que nao existem balneários na piscina (o que eles chamam de balneários, não passa de uma casa de banho e um duche)
- colocarem cacifos na piscina para se guardar os pertences

Sky Bar Oriente, local extremamente caro, serve bebidas e pratos extremamente mirrados para os preços que cobram, uma cerveja por 6€ é extremamente abusivo, uma dose de whiskey por 35€, a vista é magnífica mas não vale o preço que cobram. Funcionários desatentos as necessidades dos clientes, demoram a voltar a mesa para ver se o cliente quer alguma coisa, esquecem pedidos, na hora de pedir a conta não perguntam se o cliente quer que coloque numero de contribuinte, depois dizem que uma vez impressa não há como colocar o número de contribuinte, claramente um comportamento contra a lei.

Direkt an der Bus, Metro. Ca. 15 min direkt vor das Hotel. Die Lage mit dem Blick auf den Fluss. Innenpool und Fitnessraum ok, Sauna sehr klein und Dampfbad und Dusche. Freundliches Personal und wirklich hilfsbereit!! Immer sehr geduldig auch bei vollem Haus. Frühstück ausreichend abwechslungsreich und frisch. Sauberkeit sehr gut. Handtücher für den Pool, täglich kostenfrei ausgeliehen werden.
Saubere und bequeme Betten . Handtücher und Hygieneartikel stehen täglich neu zur Verfügung. Zimmerdamen in Sorgfältigkeit. Großes Einkaufszentrum direkt neben dem Hotel . Geöffnet bis Mitternacht und mir vielen Restaurants und einen Supermarkt. Egal wohin, ein Ticket für eine Fahrt günstig zu erwerben. Ein sehr netter und gelungener Aufenthalt.

Una gran decepción, reservamos este hotel porque en internet las imágenes parecía de un gran hotel y nada que ver. Nada mas entrar al lobby hacia un olor a tubería bastante fuerte. Los ascensores muy lentos, tuvimos que esperar unos 7 minutos para poder subir a la habitación. una vez llegamos a la habitación, se nota demasiado que es un edificio viejo mal reformado. Lo único que agradecemos es que una vez echo el check in, nos dejaron marchar y nos devolvieron el dinero. Muy agradecidos.

La seul chose de bien cest le lit et la douche.
Déjà j'ai trouvé l'hôtel pas terrible et le plat de réveillon pour commencé nul avec des table avec d'autre personne que d'être en familles seul et les plat il étai pas bon la viande archi dur comme du béton et on retrouve une châtaigne pourrite dans notre plat du coup déconseille l'hôtel et le restaurant je reviendrai pas nul à chiez

המלון חדיש, נקי. צוות המלון אדיב ושירותי. בכל פנייה שלנו נענו בזריזות. ארוחת בוקר מצוינת. למרות מיקומו מכל התחנת רכבת, החדרים אטומים לחלוטין לרעשים מבחוץ וגם בין חדר לחדר לא שומעים דבר. מיקום המלון מרוחק מהמרכז. אך לידו קניון ענק וחדיש ומסעדות רבות באזור.

Staff was very friendly and professional.
If you have a car, the underground parking is challenging to maneuver, even in a small vehicle. Very tight. It is also a bit expensive.
The rooms were nice, but somewhat dated on my opinion. The light switches on the room were interesting to work.
We did not eat any meals here, but they do have a restaurant on site.
Overall a nice place.

À chegada ao quarto verificámos que o mesmo era twin, o que foi prontamente resolvido com uma chamada para a recepção.
No novo quarto, apesar de ser um duplo as coisas não correram tão bem. O quarto não estava visível preparado para receber clientes: o telefone não funcionava, a ficha da televisão fazia mau contacto, o pó não estava limpo, os cafés e os chás não estavam repostos.
Mais uma vez dirigimo-nos à recepção e fomos imediatamente atendidos pelo senhor da manutenção, no entanto foi necessário ligar mais tarde a pedir a reposição dos cafés e dos chás.
Queremos agradecer especialmente à Carina e ao Vasco(?) da recepção pela amabilidade e educação com que sempre nos receberam perante estas questões.

Super cozy stay with a fantastic room to fit our little family. We slept super well in the comfy beds and had an amazing breakfast with made to order omelettes and nice pastries. Our son loved it there and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Este hotel possui interessantes medidas de segurança o que transmite confiança aos hóspedes durante a estadia.
Hotel muito bem decorado com materias de qualidade e requinte.
Destaca-se a fragrancia usada nos elevadores.
Hotel com um nivel de higiene e limpeza elevado.
Quartos bem decorados, espaçosos , com camas muito confortáveis e com disponibilidade para uso de muitas almofadas.
Destaca-se o tamanho dos tvleds dos quartos.
A casa de banho é igualmente espaçosa com um espelho enorme e equipada com tudo o que é necessário.
Destaco a temperatura e a pressão da água do chuveiro, que oferece a possibilidade do uso de chuveiro tradicional ou de teto.
Os quartos possuem roupeiros com cofre e tábua de engomar bem como o respetivo ferro.
Destaco também a generosidade de itens do minibar bem como a grande variedade de aperitivos.
No quarto existe também máquina de café nespresso, um mimo indispensável para apreciadores de café.
A piscina interior tem uma temperatura de água simplesmente fantástica, das melhores que já encontrei.
No entanto o espaço da piscina poderia ser melhor decorado e requintado, seguindo a tendencia de todo o hotel.
O ginásio deveria ser maior dada a capacidade do hotel, tendo no entanto todas as condições para um treino agradável.
Nota muito positiva para o pequeno almoço com uma variedade de escolha incrível, num espaço fantástico.
Sobressaem as omoletes feitas na hora com os acompanhamentos escolhidos, bem como a banana caramelizada.
Por último destaco o sky bar situado no último piso do hotel (16), que oferece uma vista deslumbrante para o rio e toda a zona oriente.
O bar está muito bem decorado, com um ambiente muito confortável e música agradável.
A qualidade das bebidas e a sua preparação é ponto forte deste espaço.
Enalteço também a disponibilidade e simpatia dos empregados do bar.
Em resumo: foi uma escolha muito acertada.

Always check your bills before paying. I had a female front desk attendant that made charges to me which i am not familiar with. Luckily i was hesitant and checked everything again before paying. Overall Hotel location is perfect and very accessible. Rooms are very clean.

We had a rough start to our check in, in September 2019. The company we booked with had went bankrupt and our reservation was cancelled but we didn't know until check in.
The lady at the front desk was so nice and gave us an excellent rate. Plus early check in so our toddler would sleep. The pool here is incredible. Very nice.
The rooms are very clean. Beds very comfortable and location is amazing. Clise to everything, mall attractions, train, etc.
5/5. Excellent breakfast too. Would stay here again.

Needed a spot near the train station and close to the airport, and Tivoli Oriente was perfect for that. Nice walk over to the river with views of the Vasco de Gama tower and bridge. Lots of fast food at the mall and train station. MEtro station there too. Nice that they had a gym too.

Nice hotel with good breakfast and a great skybar. The rooms have been refreshed / renovated, but some parts (like the AC control) don't make a good impression. The area is modern and it's close to several big companies.

Great place, next to the metro/train station. Very easy access to the city centre. There is shopping mall close by which is convenient. Sky Bar is great in the hotel, cocktails are delicious!

What a fabulous hotel this was. 1) the location to the airport was super convenient, and so close, took a cab and it was less than €10., I took the Metro back to the Aeroporto, it was 3 stops away and I had purchased a 24 Metro card that was still valid so that was yet another nice advantage of this hotel 2) had business at Altice Arena and walked there in 7 minutes (through Vasco de Gamma Shopping Centre more on that below) and there was a Starbucks en route which made my morning3) the Metro was just across the street and I took maximum advantage of that to travel to see some of the more touristy areas of Lisbon on a day off4) there was a great mall (managed to do some Christmas shopping there) located directly opposite the Metro and you could walk underground between the two places which was great as the weather was breezy and cool5) breakfast at the hotel was great, lots of food options and I especially loved they had the local specialty Pastel de Natas as part of the breakfast offerings6) the staff were all friendly and helpful7) my rooms was really quiet and the black out curtains were great for dealing with jet-lagIt was my first time in Lisbon, and I cant wait to return, I will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time Im there.

No que diz respeito ao Business Development, há imensas falhas no hotel Tivoli Oriente, começa logo na má gestão de pessoas, a falta de coerência profissional, É inaceitável, a sua forma de resposta tão standard, em questões de ordem logística, no Hotel Tivoli Oriente. É bastante difícil oferecer um serviço de excelência ao cliente, pois é necessário realizar ações de formação para atingir esse mesmo fim; Localização privilegiada;

Great hotel in a event better location. Close to the Lisbon international airport and next to the big train station and mall. I love the sky bar located on the top of the hotel for views and happy hour. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Do NOT eat at the restaurant hotel attached to this place. Got food poisoning from the kitchen. Food is mediocre compared to Lisbon's other great restaurants. Hotel staff said they would refund the bill but never bothered to actually do it to add insult to injury. The hotel itself is nicely located to Web Summit and the staff are nice, although the walls of the hotel are paper think so if you get partiers, you're not going to sleep well without ear plugs.

Lovely hotel, very well situated 2 mum walk from the Oriente train station, with views over the river Tagus. Room was very comfortable with nice shower!!
We had dinner in the Guilty restaurant, found it over priced for what it was (burgers and pizzas).
Breakfast was really good with very wide variety.
Staff very helpful and friendly, would recommend.

Nous avons raté notre avion ! Pour cause la réception nous avait dit la veille :
Ne vous faites pas de soucis l’aéroport est à 5 Minutes et il n’y a pas de circulation.
Le lendemain nous avons attendu 20 minute un taxi qui n’est jamais venu puis nous avons commandé un Uber qui a mis 10 minute pour venir et ensuite nous sommes restés 30 Minutes dans les bouchons.
Arrivé à 9h à l’aéroport alors que notre vol était à 9h25.

Chambres modernes avec un aspect assez design. Lhôtel est situé proche de laéroport de Lisbonne dans un quartier moderne (expo 98). Quelques reproches à faire.La qualité des nutriments au petit déjeuner pourrait être améliorée (oranges découpées vieilles mélanges avec des plus récentes), jus de poire avec un goût deau gazeuse. Toilettes au rez de chaussée laisse à désirer au niveau propreté. Je trouve quà Lisbonne il y a des hôtels avec un rapport qualité prix bien supérieure

The location of this hotel is great, a short walk across the road to both the train and bus station from where you can get to almost anywhere in Portugal. the hotel staff were also very helpful in organising a hop-on hop-off bus tour around Lisbon. With regards to the hotel the rooms are comfortable and offer plenty of space, although it would have been better if the external windows were clean to offer a better view of the river, although this could be enjoyed even better from the sky bar on the top floor of the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back and stay there again.

I arrived in Lisbon at 5:30 am without any sleep and Tivoli Oriente was an excellent choice to stay for my first night. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and accommodated my request to store my luggage and check into my room a bit early as I needed sleep! Sophisticated and stylish, comfortable bed, excellent for business travelers, and a pool to swim in -- which I did in the morning before I checked out. It's also convenient, across the street from one of the largest Metro stations as well as a beautiful mall that has outdoor seating with a river view. I went to the Oceanario which was a 5-minute walk and is amazing -- the largest in the world and educational. Highly recommend.

All of our arrangements in Portugal were made by Portugal Trails, and they did an excellent job.
Our driver picked us up at the airport and brought us to this hotel. Since there is no actual drop off point in front of the hotel, the driver paused by the curb, we got out and retrieved our luggage and walked inside to check in to the hotel. We did discover later that yes, on the opposite side of the hotel, there is indeed a driveway for vehicles to use to drop off or pickup hotel guests. I do not know why our driver did not use that driveway. But, no problem.
The lobby of this hotel is sort of small, but the staff was friendly and helpful and explained breakfast, etc. They did have a room ready even though we were checking in around noon, which was nice. We both needed a bit of rest and a shower after almost 24 hours of traveling.
This hotel is a favorite of airline crews, since it is close to the airport (relatively speaking). The location is quiet, yet close to a train station and a shopping center. The area around the hotel is one that has been 'renovated', as is explained in various guidebooks, so don't expect any of the same scenery that you see in central Lisbon. This area is nice, but it is not historic at all.
The area around the hotel is along the waterfront, so there is a museum and sculpture and great flat walking areas and an urban shopping center with possibly the best meal had while in Portugal. But, that's another review for later. Now for the hotel itself.
The room itself was good, with only one or two concerns. First, this room had a door for a connecting room. However, that door was apparently not in use, because when we opened that door, there was a piece of insulation between both doors (the door in our room and the door in the adjoining room). Those types of adjoining doors are conducive to sound transmission between rooms. Additionally, we felt that the walls themselves between the rooms were a bit thin, and we did hear people coming and going at various hours of the night. Remember, airline crews use this hotel a lot, and when they gotta go, they gotta go. We did not try the pool, but we did use the business center computer to check in for our flight to Funchal. Breakfast was generally good, with a nice and large dining room. We did not try the restaurants at the hotel, so cannot comment on them.
We must compliment the hotel front desk staff. To a person, they were courteous, professional and very helpful to us first-time visitors to Portugal. Thanks to them, our first hotel in Lisbon and Portugal was quite pleasant and enjoyable.
We would stay here again and we do recommend this hotel.

Einziger Wermutstropfen: Einfahrt zum Hotelparkhaus schwer zu finden, Parkhaus sehr eng und nur für kleine Fahrzeuge geeignet. Lage ideal zum Flughafen und direkt gegenüber Bahnhof Oriente. Einkaufszentrum 100m entfernt.

Everything is great, but we had an incident on the female receptionist. We were going to settle the laundry bill and she said i drank the mini bar bottled water and ate the gummy bear which infuriated my wife as we never touched the mini bar. So be vigilant and very careful specially if you are asian travellers as they sometimes tend to be racist.

Friendly staff, hotel very clean and comfortable. Excellent choice at breakfast and snacks provided in room. The rooftop bar is noteworthy although I am not sure why there is a DJ on duty. We did not try the ground floor restaurant as we felt the menu was rather limited. It is a few minutes from the airport by metro and there are regular trains and buses to Lisbon city centre. We would definitely stay here again.

The area is wonderful. I was there for a music festival in the Altice Arena and it was just a 5 minute walk there. Also loved the entire neighborhood. A big mall nearby, nice restaurants and coffee shops, as well as a train station that takes you to the center and the airport. Will stay again.

Tive problemas, do início ao fim. Primeiro, minha reserva era de um quarto superior, que implica no valor da reserva. Esse quarto superior tinha que ter 2 camas com vista. Não tive direito à vista, superior no 2 piso? O quarto super pequeno, funcionários mal preparados e arrogantes. Fui até a piscina não havia toalhas, liguei na recepção por 3x mas ninguém atendia. Passou uma funcionária que estava recolhendo as toalhas sujas, mas novas não trouxe. Até agora estou esperando a toalha. Conversando com outro Casal de hóspedes, que sempre ficavam hospedado no Tivoli Oriente, segundo eles depois que o hotel foi vendido ou mudou a administração os serviços oferecidos perderam totalmente a qualidade, eles disseram que não ficariam mais nesse hotel, não só eles, EU NUNCA MAIS VOLTO NESSE HOTEL TIVOLI ORIENTE. Para concluir deixei minhas malas na recepção e fui concluir meus compromissos. No retorno em cima da hora do meu embarque, cheguei ao hotel e de imediato, falei na recepção, disse que estava em cima da hora e que precisava que me entregassem a minha bagagem, para não perder o meu voou. Os dois funcionários sedo um homem e uma mulher simplesmente fizeram ouvidos de mercador, precisei de me chatear para entenderem que era um segundo para eles, iria perder o voou... após um espera de 15 minutos, a funcionária com isso foi ao local da bagagem para entregar a bagagem, mas, para isso retirou o crachá de identificação do hotel, já sabia que eu iria reclamar dela.. Isto foi no dia 16 de Setembro 2019 pelas 19:20 ... vergonhoso! Lamentável!

Péssimo serviço de higiene e péssimo serviço de customer service. A toalha de banho tinha cocó seco. Um nojo, apresentei queixa na recepção e apenas se preocuparam com que os outros hóspedes não tivessem ouvido.

O Hotel é bom, porem devemos ficar atentos a uma série de ”pegadinhas” que eles aplicam, primeiro que me deram uma suite com visual para a gare dos comboios (estação de trem) achei sacanagem e pedi pra trocar de suite, me concederam uma com visual para o Rio Tejo e para o Shopping Vasco da Gama (excelente) depois na hora de fechar a conta eles se “enganaram” e me cobraram a mais, como percebi eu reclamei e regularizaram, enfim, se não ficar-mos atentos levamos prejuizo!

For people staying alone in the room, it can be intimidating. The hotel should have mentioned that a connecting room was assigned....these should be given to families only.

Hotel ao lado do Centro Vasco da Gama e mais ainda da Estação Oriente. Ficamos ali apenas uma diária para poder fazer compras. Mas desfrutamos do SkyBar Oriente, na cobertura do hotel, com interessante vista (vide fotos). O atendimento é muito atencioso e não demonstram apenas simpatia comercial, parecem importar-se com o hóspede. Café da manhã farto mas concorrido. Prometeram quarto com vista, mas a vista não era bonita (vista para os fundos da estacão Oriente). O bairro, se ficar ali vai perceber, foi artificialmente concebido para uma comemoração dos 500 anos da descoberta do caminho das Índias, a EXPO98, portanto, a arquitetura é contemporânea e foge do que se espera de Lisboa, mas ainda assim impressiona. Os quarteirões são enormes e não foram planejados para vc, pedestre. Raros taxis te socorrerão.

Great hotel, right across mall vasco da gamma and the train/metro station. Nice sky bar and breakfast is great. The beds are good as well. Rooms are clean. One of our favorite hotels in this region of Lisbon!

The location is away from the city centre, but it is in a nice part of urban regeneration area. Good transport to the city centre, coach centre and to airport. The room was new and modern, they provide nespresso machine, iron and ironing board in the room. There were two double glazed windows, so even if the room was facing the train station, I could not hear the stay at all.
The breakfast was very good, because I stayed there for 4 nights and the hot dishes were only repeated on the last day!

Bien en general.
No recomendable para familias con bebes, nos dieron un cambiador sin bañera y el restaurante no está preparado para familia, demasiada música, no te dan más opciones para cenar dentro del hotel.
El trato muy bueno, muy atentos todos.
La comunicación con el centro es buena porque tiene la estación justo al lado.

Excelente hotel consta de un montón de servicios parking,gym ,piscina terraza bar en planta 16 con unas vistas impresionantes y buen ambiente y decoración,asi como las habitaciones y detalles de cortesía 3 nespreso dia ,botellín d agua y demas accesorios de baño.
La limpieza y demás excelente así como su comida y desayuno.
La zona es en el parque de las naciones un poco lejos del centro pero perfectamente comunicado por metro a escasos metros del hotel.
Nos ha encantado muy recomendable.

Muy buen hotel para pasar unos dias. El personal es bastante cualificado y serio y sus servicio son la mar de comodos. Las habitaciones estan muy bien aunque para mi gusto un poco pequeñas, ya que ibamos 3. En general bastante bien.

Amazing resort. A high quality hotel. Spectacular ocean cliff view, beautiful beach nearby, awesome pool, very clean, great service, great restaurants and looftop bar. We really loved our time there. We used the spa and it was amazing. A perfect getaway with high quality service. Truly a five star! Really awesome resort. Highly recommend!

É um hotel maravilhoso com funcionários muito atenciosos, ótima localização, vizinho a estação Oriente, facilitando as pessoas irem a qualquer lugar de trem ou de ônibus, e também vizinho ao shopping Vasco da Gama, e sem esquecer que neste hotel tem no 16°, último andar, o Sky Bar, super animado e com um visual lindooooo. Super indico, já é minha segunda vez q me hospedo, e pretendo ir muito mais

Cómodo y bien comunicado, con piscina interior que se agradece. Las habitaciones no son excesivamente grandes pero suficientes. Disponen de plancha, un servicio que viene bien. Tiene un Sky Bar con vistas expectaculares al Parque das Naçoes y al río Tejo. Deberían reformar el baño de las habitaciones, cambiando bañera por plato de ducha y pintar él baño de un color más luminoso.

Pour un 4 étoiles, la bouteille d'eau dans la chambre et le parking devraient être inclus dans le service. La piscine a une vue sur la gare, pas top

A minha estadia foi boa até chegar à porta do pequeno almoço por volta das 10 horas de hoje dia 15 de Julho e onde estavam junto aos elevadores a volta de 25 pessoas para entrar, pois lá dentro encontrava se apenas uma funcionária que recebia as pessoas e tirava toda a louça das mesas só passado uns 20 minutos a que alguém chegou para a ajudar, essa funcionária foi sempre muito atenciosa com os clientes mas estando sozinha não conseguia fazer melhor. No fim veio as mesas pedir desculpa por a confusão,
Penso que tendo tanta gente para o pequeno almoço deveriam ter mais funcionários.

En dehors de la sympathie des réceptionnistes, de la situation géographique de l'hôtel, franchement déçue . Le prix est loin d'être justifié. J'avais réservé depuis 4 mois avec pré paiement !
On attribue peut être des chambres mal entretenues pour les clients de passage ?
Je voyage régulièrement au Portugal et je séjourne dans les hôtels...C'est le jugement honnête que je peux faire. Malheureusement. Non référencé dans le guide Michelin mon allié.
