Just back from here what a fantastic hotel spotless clean all staff so friendly will help u any way they can .rooms cleaned daily fresh towels change bedding mini bar in room if u want it, tea/coffee making facilities, u do need to get tea or coffee stuff at breakfast to fill it yourself but we take our own anyways really can't say enuff about our stay food excellent wide choice as well as gluten free meat free really was a taste for everyone to enjoy .

Gran hotel de 4 estrellas en praia da Rocha. Buenas instalaciones, parking cubierto, piscina climatizada, gimnasio decente y spa ( éste último de pago ). Muy buen desayuno y cena. Situado en un paseo lleno de bares y restaurantes ( y guiris ). La estupenda playa está a unos 50 m, eso sí, hay que bajar y luego subir unas cuantas escaleras. Muchas habitaciones para mí gusto con solamente 2 ascensores.

Peut-être le pire hôtel jamais vu.
Reservation INITIALEMENT en couple avec vue sur mer moyennant un gros supplément.
Résultat : lit jumeaux. Pour la vue sur mer, il faut aller sur le "balcon" et se pencher !!!!
Pour la formule PENSION COMPLETE.
Vous aurez le droit de manger à volonté MAIS ATTENTION !!!!pas le droit de boire !!!! Eau payante !!! Et biensur, personne ne vous explique quoi que ce soit.
Le parking a 7,5€ la nuit alors que vous avez 3 parking gratuit à moins de 100m.
Piscine extrêmement petite pour le nombre de personne.
Vis a vis a 30m. Ce qui est pratique quand on manque de sel.
Le buffet : si il y a eu du goût, nous n'avons rien reconnu.
Crudités au rendez vous mais si vous espérer trouver de la viande... aller plutôt manger du sable ca aura le même goût (vraiment affreuse)
L'architecture du bâtiment est vraiment pas belle (goût personnel) alors que dans la même rue, plus de 10 hotel ayant fait des efforts.
En un mot.... FUYEZ !!

This is a clean and nice hotel, close to all the fun bars and restaurants. HOWEVER the hotel has a very unfriendly after hours staff. I had invited someone to my room after some drinks at the bar and the staff literally sent security to come escort my quest out saying no guest past 10pm. This was completely unacceptable and invasion of my privacy

I've stayed here twice in the last 12 months and can't fault the place. Staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Excellent variety of food available at breakfast and good quality. Location is excellent for beach and all local amenities Drink prices for a hotel are very good. I'll be back next year

A fantastic hotel. We stayed Bed and Breakfast. The breakfast selection was huge. All the staff members we interacted with were helpful and all spoke English, but the outstanding staff member was Svetlana. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, auch die Sauberkeit ist völlig in Ordnung. Das Essen ist lecker und der Service beim Essen sehr kinderfreundlich und aufmerksam. Den Pool und das Spa haben wir nicht genutzt somit kann ich hierzu nichts sagen. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist praktisch, vor allem mit kleinen Kindern. Am vorletzten Tag des Aufenthaltes bemerkte ich jedoch, dass 100 Euro aus meinem Geldbeutel fehlten. Ich habe diesen immer im Zimmer gelassen, aber nicht in den Safe gesperrt. Ich empfehle künftigen Gästen daher, Wertsachen in den Safe zu sperren und vor allem kein Geld im Zimmer zu lassen. Schlüssel und Schloss für den Safe gibt es an der Rezeption.

Das Hotel ist soweit ok, aber nicht wirklich toll. Zimmer und Betten waren gut. Service wie erwartet. Die Angestellten waren freundlich und schnell.
Die Auswahl an der Bar ist gut.
Was ich nicht so toll empfand, war das Buffet am Morgen und am Abend. Sieht zwar auf den ersten Blick lecker und vielfältig aus. Aber wenn man genauer hinschaut...
Das Rührei ist ungenießbar, den gebratenen Speck kann man vergessen. Genauso wie den Hauswein am Abend.
Dafür aber ein guter Obstsalat und der Cappuccino ist auch ok.

Excellent Hotel facing the Beach. We had a ocean view room on the 4th floor. Very good breakfast with a nice selection. Many restaurants within walking distance. Only complaint was 2 euro fee per day for the safe. There was a 30 euro deposit with 20 returned if you did not lose the key or tumbler.

First time to Portugal, it was a Xmas present from our daughter, very excited. When we checked in the reception was very friendly and helpful, got to the room it was right facing a building construction for a new hotel ☹️ On Saturday we need to leave early for a trip so we went down for breakfast which supposedly open at 7am, but we have to wait for ten minutes. When it finally opened the person was really rude, she didn’t even greet the guests- there was another couple waiting- We went in , the egg counter was empty, so we asked for it but the person who was cooking it just ignored us, very very rude. This is already 7:30 , we needed to leave for our trip, so we ended up leaving without any proper breakfast. We did raise the issue with the reception and the restaurant manager but nothing came back which is very disappointing. But thumbs up to the housekeeping team, the room was very clean and tidy.

My 3rd visit to Jupiter & 2nd stay. Love hotel & staff but unfortunately this time building works were in place in hotel & behind hotel which made stay very noisy & dusty. Also wasn’t happy with the having to go to indoor pool/ hydro pool at a booked set time it made it awkward for me being disabled. Would have appreciated being warned when booking.

Ottimo albergo sul lungomare di Praia da Rocha, in posizione panoramica. Camere spaziose, bagno grande e completo, attenzione per avere la vista mare si deve pagare un sovrapprezzo (ne vale la pena!). Ottima e abbondante la colazione a buffet, buoni i servizi e il personale. D'estate problema di parcheggio (in tutta la zona), fuori stagione nessun problema. B&B fuori stagione 75€.

Ich hatte eine Baustelle vor dem Zimmer, der Pool war nicht benutzbar und die Klimaanlage knackte während des Betriebs ständig. Diese nicht zu nutzen, war nicht möglich, da es sonst zu kalt geworden wäre und meine Beanstandungen konnten nicht behoben werden.

Stayed here for one week at the end of sept 2018. Perfect hotel. Very clean. Room
tidied every day. Pool was really relaxing and clean. Night entertainment wasn’t the best but to be fair it was off season and if you did t like it the bars are only 50 metres walk along the road. If you wish to avail of the dry cleaning it’s hugely expensive but I don’t see why that should take anything away from the actually hotel. Food was fresh in the morning. Great location. Enjoyed it that much I am going back next year.

Reception staff unhelpful and very out of touch as to what great customer service looks like. I feel the 2 younger males on reception are the ultimately bringing the feel of the hotel down. Customer service though the rest of the hotel is very different. The Hotel has a 3/4* feeling that could easily be upped to 4/5* with a little more effort ie great customer service/kettles in rooms/upgraded mattresses.

Breakfast is fantastic. A great variety of options and great service.
The Spa
Amazing customer service, friendly helpful staff who make the experience even better. I booked an express massage which did not disappoint. I would confidently say the best massage I've had in a long time. The lady was knowledgeable and even through language barriers (from me not speaking Portuguese) she understood my needs.
The Spa journey is worth booking for even if not staying in the hotel.

Great hotel, central location and very close to the beach. The breakfast buffet is extremely extensive, the staff in all areas absolutely friendly and accommodating. Even a group of about 50 guests had a quick and uncomplicated check-in. The rooms are absolutely clean, the room service on the fourth floor we used was exemplary, the service woman was very friendly and fast with perfect results. Kudos to the whole team, we'll be back.

Wir wollten dieses Hotel buchen, sind vor Ort gefahren um uns die Sauna anzuschauen da es zur Zeit recht kühl ist und regnet. Noch haben wir für 2 Tage unsere Unterkunft deshalb wollten wir lediglich saunieren. Ich finde es völlig in Ordnung 15 Euro pro Person zu nehmen aber niemals für solch eine mikrige und herunter gekommene Sauna mit ca. 2,3qm und einer Aufenthaltsdauer von 1,5 Stunden. Das ist blanke Abzocke sich alles seperat bezahlen zu lassen. Mit Hotelbuchung hätten wir auch zusätzlich 11 Euro/ Person zahlen müssen. Der Wellnessbereich ist dies definitiv nicht Wert. le seul endroit pour danser un peu pour des seniors mais quelle horreur deux musiciens mous qui jouent une demi heure et s arretent une demi heure et reprennent une demi heure pour s arreter encore une demi heure apres ,des musiques d ascenseur ,un vrai mouroir! danseurs passez au large et oubliez le portugal pour la danse de salon!vite l espagne!!!

Well Hotel Jupiter Algarve, here is you long awaited review.
Our group consisted of myself, husband and mother and father whom are both in their 70's and we booked through a UK booking agent.
To summarise, a horrendous experience. We cut our holiday short by 3 days due to the most unhelpful and disrespectful management team especially them knowing of our disabled members needs.
All in all a very poor attitude by hotel management of which I have never experienced before.
To summarise Hotel Jupiter Algarve you afforded us the most expensive holiday from hell and the utter disrespect afforded to guests is confirmed in your response to my complaint. This complaint will be forwarded to Renato Garcez Pereira CEO, Rute Rodrigues Marketing Manager and Nuno Arez Sales Director just to make sure they realise their hotel managements poor customer service and attitude.

Hotel muy bien situado, a escasos cien metros de la playa da rocha, puedes llegar con el coche hasta la puerta pero no puedes estacionar allí por que es zona peatonal. Personal de recepción y bar muy atentos y amables. Estancias limpias, camas cómodas y amplias. Desayuno bastante bueno. Recomendable

Expensive lovely rooms but found some staff very unreasonable be careful with safe key our dropped on floor with barrel attached and key broke informed manager not sympathy just told it would cost extra 20 euros drinks in bar expensive meals in resterant ok bit bland at times but u can always get something to eat would I recommend NO will I go back defiantly NO better hotel across road hotel Rocha

Very good hotel. Rooms are new and clean. Air condition woring well. Meals at restaraunt are excellent. Staff is very helpful and speaks english. Very close to beach. Only minus quite noisy club at the first floor with same songs each evening.

Mi esperiencia en el hotel no ha sido muy positiva. En primer lugar, destacar la poca variedad en la comida, no es un hotel para estar en pensión completa varios días.
Por otro lado, la hora de limpieza de la habitación, a las 15 horas, cuando has terminado de comer y te estás echando la siesta. Al ser tan tarde, tampoco les puedes decir que no, sino a qué hora la hacen!? no cambian sábanas aunque las tengas manchadas .
También, destacar la poca formalidad que tienen para las excursiones. Las promocionan en el hotel y puedes contratar, tuve que suspender la excursión a las cuevas de benagil por una equivocación suya, después de haber nos cambiado ya el día y la hora, y perdida de toda una mañana, lo mejor fue el comentario de la recepcionista: me comentan desde la empresa naviera que me devolvían el dinero íntegro sin cargo, vamos que me han echo un favor. Para rematar la última noche, en el postre se había acado la nata y pregunté a un camarero, me dijo que se había terminado y al momento apareció con un bol de nata, me ofreció para que yo me sirviera ya que no reponian porque había menos gente en el comedor.

Albergo di grande dimensione con tutti i servizi tipici di un 4 stelle moderno. Gli spazi esterni sono minimi e quindi si ha uno spiacevole senso di affollamento. L'accesso al mare è comodo. La colazione buona ma troppo affollata. Servizio buono e grande gentilezza e disponibilità.

I would have rated this hotel at least 4 stars but the loud music from the pool area that started around 9 PM was awful. I called the front desk around 11PM because the music was so loud that we could not sleep and I asked when it would end. I was told midnight. My husband and I have given up trying to sleep and are waiting until midnight for the music to stop. It’s now 11:40 PM. Hoping for peace and quiet in the next 20 minutes. If you are looking for a restful night sleep, this is not the hotel for you.

Die Arroganz des Personals ist fast nicht zu überbieten. Jeder Handschlag kostet extra. Immer die Quittung kontrollieren - sonst zahlt man 2x für das Gleiche. Wer einen Parking braucht, muss den seperat vorher anmrlden - sonst ist es sehr schwierig.

En general no me ha parecido un hotel de la categoría que dice ser.
Cosas buenas: las camas y almohadas cómodas (aunque me dijeron que el hotel no existen camas de matrimonio, juntan dos individuales)
Contras: habitación pequeña, sin barcon, y con unas vistas horribles. Puerta del baño no da ninguna intimidad. El ascensor con mucha espera. La piscina demasiado pequeña para el aforo del hotel.
Localización buena si quieres estar en todo la concentración del turismo, pero si no es el caso, un horror, demasiada gente en todos lados e imposible aparcar.
La comida tipo buffet muy repetitivo, aunque en general todo está bueno.
En general demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen

Nous avons séjourné du 21 au 26 Août dans cet hôtel qui mréitération un 5 étoiles au lieu de 4 chambre très propre et luxueuse le choix du petit déjeuner et du dîner sont extraordinaires tout des produits frais et régionale quand aux personnels tous très sympathique très particulièrement lilianne notre petite serveuse de tous les jours ainsi que Mr cohelio et Mr Alvaro Soares qui sont très professionnels encore merci de nous avoir fait passer un très beau séjour. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine.comme promis sommes revenus cet année arrivé le 6 Août repartons vendredi 10 Août toujours le top je recommande vivement et en plus nous mangeons super bien

Visitei apenas o SPA. Bons acessos, mas o hotel não ofereceu estacionamento, e os parques mais próximos são pagos.
Boas instalações, funcionários simpáticos. Respeitam o número máximo de pessoas em simultâneo na área de spa. Equipamentos em bom estado e todos a funcionar. Diversidade de equipamentos de hidroterapia. Boa temperatura da água. Lamento apenas não existir água disponível no interior da área da piscina. Está estava apenas na recepção. Mas quando solicitado trouxeram água.

Péssimo serviço, fui lá no dia 14 fevereiro, chegou a vir pratos muito quentes para a mesa, onde a minha esposa se queimou, digo pratos não a refeição, chegou a um ponto de a empregada entornar vinho na mesa, via se mesmo que não tinha minima formação, e ainda por cima fui ameaçado para retirar fotos que tinha minhas e da minha esposa onde não aparece mais ninguém, ameaçado mesmo, fiquei com as provas para que não tenham duvidas
Eu viajo muito, tenho mais de 750.000 visualizações com muitos comentários com nota positiva por aqui, Como se vê no meu perfil, tenho uma excelente pontuação, nunca fui ameaçado por ninguém como fui agora.

Hotel muy bonito, bien situado, trato del personal como suele ser habitual en estos hoteles muy correcto.
Nuestra habitacion era una Doble Deluxe con vistas al mar (frontal), amplia, bonita y con buenas vistas a la playa (planta 7). Precio bueno, 119€/noche en media pensión y con circuito de Spa incluido (cada día de estancia). El SPA estaba bien (no soy ni gun fan de los spa), eso sí, el baño turco de losas cañeros que he provado.

Overall very good. Very friendly staff, super food.One thing I would say to check is when you sign for drinks, make sure you are signing for what you had. It was valentines night, and a different waitress took our wine order, we had everynight ordered 2 glasses of sparkling (4 euros a glass), on that night 2 glasses of still white were brought to table. I went to find her and the maitre'd kindly changed the order. We signed the bill without looking, we had been given champagne.........18 euros a glass!! I'm not entirely sure it was champagne, I think I would have noticed. It was a surprise when we came to pay at the end of the holiday. I believe it was a genuine mistake between all of us. In future, we will check what we are signing every time, not assume it's correct. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. We went in Feb, probably too busy for us personally later in the season.Would go back, beautiful beaches and clifftop walks.

We stayed here in February. The service is great! Very clean. We upgraded our room to sea view (highly recommend). We bought the half board package. Both breakfast and supper buffets had lots to choose from (No menu service). However, replenished dished took awhile, staff just need to stay on top of the cleanliness during the meals. People are pigs, and don't put tongs back with the correct dishes so cross contamination can happen easy, especially if you have food allergies. We got tired of the dinner and ate out the last 2 nights of our stay. Con: the spa area and indoor pool is not included and cost extra so we did not use it. Pro: the outside pool has a cover and gets sun all day so it is open in the winter, however, it was dirty. The pre-shower was not working, people were just jumping in without a pre-shower and the pool water was VERY cloudy. The location is amazing! Very close to the beach with a lot of restaurants and nightlife for the party animals. Lol Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Location and proximity to beach/boardwalk was excellent! Parking cost of 7.50 Euros a night was reasonable. Please note in the Expedia listing for this hotel it states the parking is 15.00 Euros per night. I almost didn’t book here because of this but decided to go ahead. Very happy with this hotel nice outdoor pool but is enclosed for the winter so it was very warm. We only had breakfast buffet here as we were out exploring the cliffs and beaches in the day. Overall good stay.

Pool outside, perfect for relaxing in the sun, the beach is a 2 minute walk, lovely golden beach the sea is perfect. The hotel was clean tidy and the breakfast served every morning you had so many choices to choose from they cater for all and it tasted great! Around the hotel there is bars and restaurants good food and good drinks. Perfect holiday, we are going again in 2021.

Staff 5 estrelas, muito simpático, prestável e atencioso. Quarto muito cómodo. Comida, pequeno almoço muito diversificado como podem ver nas fotos, já o jantar buffet, pouca variedade, os grelhados deixam a desejar, pois a carne estava sempre muito mal passada.
Piscina Top, bar Top. E os petiscos do bar são simplesmente maravilhosos.
As únicas coisas a apontar é mesmo, a carne grelhada e o facto da TV não funcionar muito bem.

Upscale hotel but they shoved me into a room with a terrible location (twice). Also they could've installed usb charging points in the rooms when they updated the place.
In reply to Jupiter Algarve: The seaview upgrade (€80) which I was offered was on the second floor and unsuitable. The room I was allocated was facing the side lane and was noisy with utility vehicles from early in the morning. The hotel was far from full no matter what you say and a more comfortable room could have been found without much effort. I will seriously consider alternative options for future trips to the area.

Hotel de 4 estrellas con prestaciones de un 5 estrellas. El hotel es moderno, bonito y decorado con un gusto excelente. Parece completamente nuevo. La ubicación es excelente en plena Praia da rocha, pero relativamente cerca del centro. Se puede ir andando.
El personal es amable y altamente profesional, siempre dispuesto a ayudar en lo posible. Quiero enviar desde aquí, un saludo efusivo al personal encargado de la limpieza de las habitaciones por su simpatía y trabajo impecable.
Particularmente, la oferta en el desayuno me ha parecido perfecta así como la presentación del buffet. Un trabajo magnífico.
Sólo puedo añadir que, en los 10 días en que mi esposa y yo nos hemos alojado, nos hemos sentido como en casa.

This hotel is old. Mostly catering for retired folks.Please be aware it’s not 4* hotel as u would assume - it’s more towards good 3* on the wold standards. Don’t get me wrong - it’s cleanish and furnished, but clearly visible that everything is done just to tick the boxes for 4* minimum requirements in Portugal. Disappointing if u go for 4* as standard.

Stayed 2 nights over Xmas. The Gala Buffet on the 24th December was absolutely appalling. The food was not hot and such a small choice. Main course was cod or chicken. The cod did not have much flavour and was cold, the chicken was overcooked and very dry.Vegetables was a choice of chips, potatoes or boiled carrots mixed with some other sliced veg. The carrot mixture was cooked until it was just short of a mash.Even with the drinks included it was just not worth the money.Christmas day Gala meal was much better but the staff seemed to be rushing the courses out just too quickly. So many staff rushing round with food that there was never someone to serve more wine. Such a dissapointment

Fantástico hotel en frente de la playa de La Rocha, con fácil acceso a la playa. Hotel de cuatro estrellas con habitaciones modernas con instalaciones cuidadas calentador de agua para tomarte un café o té en la habitación, tele grande y buen baño con ducha tipo lluvia y con todos los amenities. El hotel tiene Spa completo con circuito de aguas sauna baño turco y tratamientos. Yo sólo desayune pero el desayuno está muy bien completo el parking está por la parte de atrás con dos plazas para Minusvalidos y otras dos con cargador para TESLA. Tengo que hacer una mención especial a los empleados sobre todo en recepción, son súper amables y te aconsejan muy bien y hablan todos Español. Un muy buen hotel para repetir. (Si pides habitación con vistas hay que pedirla por encima del cuarto piso porque si no se quedan un poco escasas, podéis ver las fotos que he colgado desde una 4 planta)

Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer war sehr sauber mit nettem Balkon zum Strand hin. Gut funktionierende Heizung im Zimmer. Überdachter beheizter Swimmingpool außen. Lage des Hotels optimal für Strandurlaub, direkt an einer Treppe zum Strand runter und alle Bars in der Nähe. Wir hatten Halbpension, Frühstück reichhaltig und von der Qualität her gut. Abendessen für mit vielen Auswahlmöglichkeiten trotz der wenigen Gäste Mitte Dezember. Getränkepreise im Hotel günstig

We stayed for a week, it was a lovely 4* hotel. The staff weren’t very friendly, housekeeping staff was excellent, nice clean room every day. The Gym facilities was good, nicely air conditioned. The continental breakfast was good, nice options to suit all. The only downside aside from the reception staff was the location, there’s not a lot of places to go nearby, so you have to get a taxi, or the boat across. It’s a nice walk to the beach.

Clean enough for a Euro 4star hotel. Cpuple of hair strands here n there in the bathroom but not too icky. Says its smoke free but you can smoke in the outside restuarant/bar/pool chair section so dont have to hike outside the hotel. Breakie is great but the menu for room service is meh and didint really bother looking at the lunch buffet as there's just too many restuarants around with great views too etc that are more appealing. Pool is totally covered so not bad.

Centrale e di grande impatto. Clientela soprattutto nordica e inglese. Tutto molto moderno ha molte camere rivolte al mare oceano. La spiaggia di sabbia fine, che ha davanti, è tra le più belle di tutto l’Algarve.
L’hotel ha una piscina esterna che in inverno viene coperta. È sempre aperto ed è collegato allo Jupiter Appartments che si trova a circa un chilometro in direzione del porto turistico.
La strada che corre davanti è la più trafficata di Portimão La Rocha e c’è tutto; dal parrucchiere, alla pedicure al Casino che sta a 200 metri.

Excellent in all aspects. Very friendly staff, high quality rooms. Breakfast is exceptional, never had such a variety before.
As it was our honeymoon they even decorated the suite (we were upgraded)!
The rooftop pool has very nice views and good beds to chill out. The sauna area is nice too, although you have to wear a funny hair cap and swimwear. :-)

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'entrée de
l' hôtel ,les différents tons de bleu qui nous r'appelle les couleurs de
l'océan...
Ce qui remarquable il y a toujours une douce fragrance qui flotte dans l'air......
Sans oublier le spa qui est très
relaxant.....
La salle à manger est vaste et les plats préparés sont savoureux
et beaucoup de choix....

Провела 2 ночи, в первую ночь все чистенько, на следующий день, только кровать застелили и все! Это первая гостиница с грязными полами. Завтрак скудный. Из плюсов: кровать супер! Если только поспать, то рекомендую всем эту гостиницу.

I had stayed at Jupiter many years ago and staff were lovely then, but returning there last week was an absolute joy!Everything was perfect ( no kidding) and room terrific with sea view and balcony . Staff from all areas of our care were so warm and really professional ! We would love to return , but the services of assistance at Faro airport were horrendous due to staff shortages both in and out of Faro became nightmare level so I can’t return there as all who shared our experience agreed they couldn’t either!Perhaps Expedia could relay to proper authorities ?All in all , Jupiter was our great treat , and for those who can breeze through airports without assistance of mobility then go for Jupiter! This hotel looks great from the front of the hotel with rooms facing the beach & side seaview rooms. However if like me, you are given a rear facing room, you will be looking at a very noise building construction site in operation opposite. Not a pretty sight when you have not been informed about the on going building works you will be facing on your holiday (Thank you TUI) To be fair The hotel guest relations manager did her best to find us another room. The hotel being almost full to capacity and the best she could offer was floor 7 from floor 5 which was directly infront of the construction. Not much of an improvement as we can still see and hear drilling, hammering sounds. So, we have to keep the windows closed to lessen the impact. If you do come to this otherwise lovely hotel with good food nice pool/spa facilities and friendly staff consider upgrading to sea or side seaview room. These rooms also have a balcony, the rear rooms don't. There are also some internal rooms, all without balconies overlook one another or the car park opposite which I wouldn't recommend either.

Отличный отель рядом с шикарным пляжем. Удобное местоположение, имеется собственная охраняемая платная подземная парковка(45 евро неделя). Меню в ресторане разнообразное. Хорошее сочетание цены и качества.

I'm staying at Jupiter Algarve from 20.9.19 till 27.09.19. It's the best 4*hotel I have been! Everything is good: frendly and helpful staf, location near beach and main street, modern and clean room, delicious bteakfast and dinner. Portugal and Jupiter Algarve are worth to visit!

Optimo hotel, apesar de antigo, quartos modernos, sempre limpos e com optimas condicoes. Sempre animado e mesmo em frente a praia. Funcionarios muito simpaticos. Em agosto, tem muito gente e o buffet fica mais confuso, assim como o proprio servico. Optimo preço-qualidade!

Chambre correct, ménage correct mais la propreté de la piscine y en a pasdu tout ça put la pisse et des touffue de cheveux degeulasse j'ai voulu commander à manger on m'a refusé de manger sur mon transat hors la veille des personnes mangeaient des choses qu'ils apportait et des porcs car le pain etait par terre avec peau de banane pour un hôtel 4 étoiles ça les vaux pas du tout surtout que j'ai prix 2 chambre j'ai lâché 3000€ avec le petit dej et le dîner alors là n'en parlons pas, à 10h du matin il commence à tout retirer le soir pareil rien dans les plats et pas de propreté des couvert des fauteuils des sets de table taché aucune hygiène, je suis fidèle à Portimao depuis des années mais cette hôtel ne vaut rien du tout, j'ai attendu toute l'année pour être autant stressé pour ma reprise

La habitación se notaba que hacia poco habia sido renovada aunque el hotel tiene sus añitos. Esta a muy buena distancia de la playa. Un paseito. El problema es el sistema de espacios para las sombrillas que hay en las plays de Portugal. Hay zonas donde no se pueden colocar y esto hace que la gente se agolpe en un sitio habiendo otros lugares libres.

Hotel de excelência bem em cima da praia da Rocha em Portimão, nos meses de época alta os preços praticados por quarto não são para todas as carteiras. Nos meses de baixa os preços praticados são muito acessíveis para a qualidade prestada. Tem piscina para uso dos hóspedes. Pequeno almoço continental que não desilude em nada, grande variedade de oferta.

Clean hotel, well appointed. Located on the main strip with lots of restaurant options. Across the street from a spectacular beach. My only complaint - the rooms were on the smaller side. Staff were all friendly and accommodating.

Séjours du 2 au 9 mai 2018 avec un bébé et un enfant de 3 ans . Excellent , chambre propre et service de chambre tous les jours pour le ménage changement de serviette ect . Personnels accueillant et souriant . Petit déjeuner très bon et copieux Bien situé plage à pied . Nous y retournerons !!!! Nous recommandons vraiment !! Merci

Unbelievable hotel and best service. From the moment we walked in we were treated like stars. We got a free upgrade. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help. Best location and so much to do. Love this part of the Algarve. We will definitely be back.

Come for my partners brothers 30th birthday and Staff are friendly making sure we had everything we needed. Cleaning staff were wonderful cleaned our room each day. Hotel room was stunning, fridge came in use to make aloe vera cream nice and cold, close to the beach and the old town. The only downfall is the pool is cold but would definitely come again

Hotel de 4 estrellas situado en el centro de Praia da Rocha. Elegimos habitación con vistas al mar y no nos defraudó. Vistas excelentes y ubicación privilegiada.
Excelente servicio, gente amable en recepción y habitaciones limpias y cómodas.
El desayuno espectacular para un hotel de playa.
