Fantastic experience. Helpful staff, answered all of my questions by email before and during the rental period. Easily made a reservation by email. Had a good, clean, all extras included car. Fast service on pick up and drop off. Absolutely NO PROBLEMS! RECOMMENDED!

Very professional, very helpful, we've rented for 3 times now with Real Car, last Christmas, Easter and for the Summer and all went perfectly well. We will rent again this Christmas, no doubt about that!

WHAT A SCANDAL !!!!! We went until the car rental (wich is far from the center) to book a car the 13/08/16 and we had to come around 09:00 the day after. We arrived at 09:15 and received THE MOST AWFUL RECEPTION OF MY LIFE ! The employee Margherita was upset because we arrived 15 minutes after 9 (eventhough her colleague the day before didn't mention we had to be that much punctual ... and we would pay those 15 minutes anyway) She was showing us on purpose that we were disturbing her in order to make us feel uncorfortable !! She had to give a car to an other hotel at 09h30 ... "you don't know what it is to work here ... I have to go there right now!" She didn't have any patience AT ALL and was doing our checkin in a hurry... We had to try an other card for the deposit : 1300 euros to block on our credit was a lot we had to split it in 2 ! Margherita was so rude and made us feel so bad that we said to her to stop everything she was doing and we left without the car ........ WORST SERVICE EVER I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL !!

Excellent service and new clean car. The service person was very helpful and had excellent English. I was a bit leery about using them since there's not much on the web about them but I couldn't be more pleased.
