Great you can get car at airport. We had a lots of bags and baby so idea of getting shuttle bus with other car rental companies didn’t appeal to us. Would use again.

Excellent service from Specific, collecting and returning the car to Lisbon airport was very quick and hassle free, there a were no shuttle buses or waiting in lines like many other car hire firms, just quick efficient handovers at the terminal. The car was clean, new and in excellent condition. I wouldn't look elsewhere if I needed to hire a car in the Lisbon/Sintra area.

Probably one of the easiest/best rental car experiences I've had, I've never really had a bad one but if I were to return to sintra, I'd definitely book with specific again, friendly/helpful guys that work there!

Can i give 10 stars??? I haven't been "WOWED" with a car rental company in a loooong time. And i rent often. This trip to Portugal i wanted a premium car, i also ideally wanted to rent an exact model of my choice and ensure the car was actually at the airport and not a car lot a couple KMs away from the airport which you get shuttled to from the airport - this service is tidiest and most times , once you get to the car lot you have a few people ahead of you and you can wait up to 30mins for your turn, not to mention the waiting already at the airport when the rental company you choose is also picking up another customer at the same time as yourself!!! - going with a newborn and a toddler with carseats, strollers and luggage to a remote car lot to then take everything out wait forever and then put again into your rental car... was just NOT AN OPTION for me this time around After extensive research i did online for a couple nights, i believed i could achieve my "wish" list with Specific.. I decided to give them a shot Specific is a smaller company , which made me hesitant, their prices are a minimum of HALF to 1/3rd on same class cars as the BIG 5 which made me hesitate even more and you cannot fully book directly on their website ... but their SERVICE is second to none!! Within 2 hrs of filling out the reservation online i got a txt from Specific rep Bruno advising me they are in the process of securing the exact car i requested. Minutes after i was then offered 2 CHOICES for that exact car, the "regular" one and a SPORT model at no extra cost!! i was even told the color of each one. Upon barely arriving to Lisbon Airport i get a call from Specific rep stating she (i cant recall her name but she was great) is at the meeting point waiting for me. (we had JUST left the plane and turned on my phone - so they show up way earlier so you don't wait) At the meeting point we quickly filled out the paperwork no hidden or extra charges, she did not pressure me to purchase the insurance thru them (and i didnt) and even tho i was renting car for 8 days + 4hrs i was shocked i was only paying for 8 days and not 9 like EVERY OTHER car rental! We walked to the car that was VERY CONVENIENTLY parked just steps from the meeting point Inspecting the car was when i felt VERY confident with renting with them. I did not see a SINGLE scratch on the car and would have signed it as being pristine, however the rep pointed out to over a dozen fine scratches, some that even after being pointed out to me i still could not see them! They were that insignificant to me , honestly just ware and tear, nonetheless the rep was the one that alerted me and marked it on the sheet as previous "damages" - car was beautiful and just shy of being a year old!! Upon return same and better service greeted us from Specific rep Bruno. he had txted us 30min before our arrival to the airport saying he was already there and to text when we arrive at the designated location (again a very convenient parking lot right at terminal door, and he would be there in seconds. He was. He inspected the car, no new damages recorded, checks the gas and i had completely forgotten to fill-up before arriving!!!! i had filled it up the day before but had done over 200kms since. He asked me for 10Euros to top it off - THAT WAS FAR FAR FAR LESS then what i was actually missing, i gave him 20Euros to be at least fair! To finish this beyond amazing customer service, he even brought us a cart to unload our luggage... Com'on Lastly i speak Portuguese fluently but all my communication with Bruno thru txt and in person was in English and he did it quite well Will certainly rent with Specific every single time from now on, there is NO OTHER car rental company out there with this level of service commodity, I'm not even talking price where they already are clear winners. If your going to Lisbon, Portugal - save yourself money and grief and actually enjoy your vacation by renting with Specific

Pessoas profissionais e gentis. Funcionam bem e são verdadeiramente profissionais. Não é fácil de encontrar mas quando se encontra não queremos outros.

Aluguei uma viatura com antecedência de 2 semanas. Foi-me entregue toda suja por dentro e por forma e sem o tanque de combustível cheio, tal como noutras empresas concorrentes. A desculpa para estar sujo foi de que tinha ficado na rua e que eu tinha levantado a viatura antes da hora, que estava marcada para as 9h e eram 8h58. Muita arrogância da recepcionista. NÃO RECOMENDO

Well, service wasn’t professional and the company charges €200 for a small scratch that I havent even done it. Very poor staff. Never take it!!!

I have very good experience with Specific Carrental, I rented 5 cars for me and my friends (big group traveling to Algarve) , every car was almost new, price was good, easy contact by e-mail and phone. Bruno and his friend are very nice. We are satisfied and defenietly rent a car again with them.
